After switching room, I noticed a few hours later that I had left a few things in the closet.

The room was great except that the room door is hard to open and the a/c was a little loud

We found Mold in shower, rust stains along outside of tub, blood stains on sofa in our unit, oily fingerprints everywhere in common areas.

The heating and cooling system proved to be problematic and we spent the entire night either too cold or too hot.

I think the restaurant has issues with the exhaust fan.

but horrible bed, breakfast and very loud air conditioner in the room, so it is very difficult to sleep.

I understand the mildew smell because there is no fan in the bathroom to dispel all of the moisture,

Couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get the thermostat to work and warm the room up.

The little nuances I noticed are/were: inconsistent coffee replenishment's, the HVAC controls are not real friendly.

My only complaint is the bathroom fan didn't work.

She frowned around and seemed to be unhappy about switching rooms.

Let me start by saying I’m am usually a huge fan of the Hilton Brand.

but nothing out of the ordinary besides bathroom fan not working.

The AC unit was not working properly and the management team opted to wait until the next morning to address the issue.

The lobby is pretty, rooms are large and clean, the hot buffet breakfast is complimentary and pretty good, and the digital key plus contactless check in and check out are convenient.

I couldn't ask for a better stay away from home.Everything was taken care of for me the breakfast was excellent and the evening gathering was awesome.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent

Breakfast in the mornings was delicious, and we enjoyed the little plates and 🍷and 🍺 In the evenings.

The managers special cocktail hour was a bonus as well as ‘cook to order’ breakfast.

We are staying at this hotel till July and so far our favorite part of staying here is the snack bar specifically the chip dips they are the best I ever had.I met this really sweet lady named Jennifer she makes the snacks she was so helpful and very nice and has really made my family enjoy our stay here.looking forward to more delicious dips.

The only good experience was the gentlemen working breakfast in the morning.

The hotel was clean,  breakfast well stocked with helpful staff, room was large and smelled fresh.

Breakfast was fresh and there was a big selection.

The breakfast was amazing except when O overfilled the waffle iron, it still tasted good.

I had a nice clean room, comfortable bed, a good hot breakfast - biscuits and gravy, ample parking, and a pleasant check in and out.

but cutting through parking lots works ok. Breakfast ok, eggs could be a little softer.

The breakfast was also a notch up from other hotels.

It also had a microwave and mini-fridge, and the breakfast was also very good, with both waffles and pancakes, oatmeal, bacon and eggs, and other items.

Beds are very hard, and air condioner smelled moldy when turned on high.

but smelled strongly of smoke (strongly enough that I woke up with out of control allergies).

but there was a distinct smell about the room.

Also, the room carpet was filthy and the room smelled damp.

All the hallways in the hotel smelled horribly of pot.The emergency evacuation route posted on our door was for the third floor not for the second floor we were staying on.

Smelled bad, dirty, lazy front desk, beds are hard as a rock, no screen in window and we had our $600 hitch stolen while the lazy front desk person was right by our truck.

Hotel smells very weird with the rooms having a musky moldy smell.

Bed comforter was lumpy, bed spreads old and room smelled of mold.

The bathrooms needs a DEEP clean (mold on the ceiling and in the tile grout) and the comforters should be burned that are so stained and oily.

Or, the room may have been a smokers room at some time in it’s past and they just couldn’t quite get all the smell out.

It had a machine oil smell and the exercise equipment needs repair, as it would not reset for a new workout.

Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

We had control of our room temperature so we didn't freeze or burn up.

The only complaint I had was that our hallway smelled like cigarettes.

Keith, the general manager, Megan, the head housekeeper and Elaine in the breakfast nook are always friendly.

The breakfast was frost-bitten microwave foods.

Complimentary breakfast was not self serve and very minimal in offerings.Wi-fi worked good.

They have a nice breakfast that is serve to you which makes it much more sanitary and fresh.

The included breakfast bar was underwhelming.

The best part of my stay was Elaine, who served breakfast.

Very good hot breakfast, I like that an employee served the food and I didn’t have to touch serving utensils that everyone else touched.

The breakfast provided is above average as well.

Lisa was a most excellent host during breakfast.

The breakfast was good and everything was serviced with a smile.

The breakfast was the best I have ever had for a free breakfast.

Everyone was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast next morning was excellent.

The entrance staff was courteous and genuine friendly; it was a girl at the midnight turn, whom I don’t remember her name (March 17th night) she was very helpful and nice towards my sons, when they were doing their laundry and the breakfast was very acceptable!

Been a member of Wyndham rewards over 15 years even with their Credit card.

Immediately called front desk to report this so we wouldn't be charged  the $250 and ask for a receipt stating this BUT the front desk guy refused.

They told me I could check out and they wouldn't charge me.

Less than 10 mins, had my key card and was on my way to my room.

Check your bill, and dispute the charges.

When charges were entered on credit card it was $20.00 higher, per night and refused to correct bill.i would recommend checking your bill and confirming your rate.

The lady on duty said they would make a $30 adjustment, still charging me over $60 for the night!!

While there were not as many outlets and charging outlets as the best places, there were enough to get the job done barely.

We had a mistake on our reservation, which would have upped our charge

but it didn't get billed as a no show, it was an actual stay.

but as you may have read from other reviewers, they charged a one-time fee for pets and did not charge it daily as they normally would.

Housekeeping staff were amazing and I give them credit for this review not being below average.

I was happy with everything until after checking out I looked at my bank account to see 2 other mysterious charges on my bill.

It sometimes takes frequent attempts for the door lock to recognize the key card.

On our last stay which was for 4 days we put on the the card requesting linen change and it was not DONE.

but once arriving at the hotel, I was charged $98.00 per room.

The rooms were old and dingy, furniture old and dirty, our room smelled like rotten fruit, and the main part of the hotel smelled musty.

The internet was crappy and slow, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, the water pressure was low, the bathtub wasn't clean enough for a bath, the water tasted nasty, and the customer service stunk!

As for my room, it had a noisy little fridge that didn't work and the whole place looks and smells like it should have been redone 10 years ago.

This was one of the few rooms we have stayed in where it didn't completely smell like cat pee or wet dog.

The carpet was disgusting, the bed was rock hard, the room was extremely small and outdated, the breakfast was less than average for a hotel, and when I declared my two dogs at check in, I was quoted that it would only be "a $20 per night pet fee."

The room smelled strongly of cinnamon pot pourri making it difficult to breathe; irritating our throats.

It smelled like fall pie when we walked in our room.

although there was a problem with the smoke alarm in the first rom we were given (it kept chirping) this was quickly resolved with keys to another room.

There were stains all over the carpet, scuffs and gauges in the wall, tiny holes in the curtains that were falling off the curtain rod.

Carpets in main areas were very worn and dirty.

Carpet was baby carrot orange and the refrigerator was dirty in back.

The carpets were stained, the rooms were filthy and the decor felt like we were in a time warp to the 70s.

Water all over the floor in the hallway from the foul indoor pool and carpet coming up in the hallways.

The rooms could use some updating as the carpet is worn and the bathroom shows wear.

but there wasn’t a smell in the room so I can live with it while checking in.

Both the 1st floor and 3rd floor smelled like pot.

The room # was 101 and only room on ground floor, with very bad moldy smell and in poor condition.

Pool was small and chemicals were really strong.

Our window fell out on second floor, mold in shower/gym, water damage everywhere, rude staff, and room was never cleaned before arriving.

When we entered the hotel, we were unpleasantly surprised by the sharp smell of cleaning chemicals and bleach.

You can smell urine when you walk to the lobby washroom and garbage is flowing out of the trash.

Lady at front desk was either on the phone with personal calls or outside smoking.

Rooms were dirty and hallways smelled like cigarettes.

Room had a musty or moldy smell- particularly in the bathroom.

Room was disgusting upon check in, staff was rude.

This location was disgusting the rooms the swimming pool and swatters and people rooming around on the floors this was for a team camp we attending very dangerous situations occurred will not ever stay in this location ever again

Visible black mold, bad odors that we’re poorly attempted to cover up with potpourri spray.

Kim ensures a  wonderful  selection of healthy and delicious breakfast items.

The breakfast  area was kept very clean, and the items were filled up and refreshed very quickly when they ran low, or ran out.

Good breakfast with changes daily for variety.

Also, the breakfast buffet was replenished very very quickly, despite all the hungry athletes!

Area under a tent to eat breakfast and food choices.

Complimentary breakfast was still very good though.

Its very clean, pleasant staff and the breakfast is very good.

When we were ready to leave at 4 am the next day, it was too early for breakfast,

The lady in the kitchen decided to mock me because I asked if there was an option of eggs without cheese.

Also, thank you to Bob for getting us some hot water for tea in the evening and Celeste for keeping the breakfast bar stocked and full of delicious foods for us to eat in the morning.

Our stay was a clean, restful one with a great breakfast and nice staff.

Hallways were not very clean - there was a piece of trash in front of one of the room doors  on our hallway and it stayed there for three days -  I suspect the hallway wasn't cleaned for at least three days.

The elevator up was hot and smelled bad, as did our room upon opening the door.

The guys next door to us were screaming very late into the night.

Third thing wrong was the builder that installed the door on the shower did not seal the bottom.

.the maids wake you up in the hallways slamming doors at 7:30 a.m.

but found myself on the first floor near an exit door.

but I can barely move around that bathroom  It is so small that when I tried to close the bathroom door it would hoy my toes  The bed was especially bad.

My husband was with me this time and he couldn't believe that the staff knew my name as soon as I walked in the door and they knew my preference for my room.

The hallways feature dark paint and carpeting and the doors to the guest rooms are very scuffed.

Within 2-3 minutes someone arrive at the door and had the remote replaced and reprogrammed and replaced the phone with a new one right outta the box.

We had to ask them 3 times over 2 days to empty the overflowing trash bin outside the front door.

Three trips to the front desk to get a key that would open our door. Disappointing.

When we went to the room we put items in the fridge and noticed it had not been cleaned from the previous guest, there was hair in the tub and toothpaste on the back of the bathroom door.

From the moment we walked in the door until we left, every staff member we dealt with was nothing short of outstanding.

Sadly the toilet in 301 ran all night; had to close the door.

If you're used to Hampton quality, you will find nothing to disappoint, except a hiccup with the door locks.

The only thing that was bothersome, was there was a draft in the door that kept making a noise every so often,

The room did not have a second vanity area so getting  everyone ready for bed and dressed and out the door was a challenge.

We loved the cooked to order breakfast too!

In the last 5 years every where we stayed had a free breakfast.

Plenty of  bagels, toast, etc., as well as the obligatory waffle maker.

There are many other hotels near this area that are newer, cleaner, offer better parking and free breakfast and cheaper.

Be prepared to drop $50 for the same food you would get at a free continental breakfast.

When we received our omelettes they were raw inside.

The price was more than read for the value with made-to-order eggs, omelettes, French toast, and more.

This hotel does offer HH breakfast credit

They have full breakfast available for $10 per person, with eggs made to order (keep in mind that they don’t offer omelettes).

The chef came out to see if I enjoyed my made to order eggs.

Amenities are great as well I’m hoping they get the kitchen back to before COVID offerings for breakfast.

The lady who organized breakfast was friendly and thoughtful.

They have a limited menu hot breakfast, which is free if you are a Diamond member.

Some delicious options for dinner- walked to the restaurant for dinner & the family was happy!

(They brought breakfast to you at your table instead of continental) No issues, would stay here again.

It had a very fair price and a great breakfast for a hotel.
