After switching room, I noticed a few hours later that I had left a few things in the closet.

The room was great except that the room door is hard to open and the a/c was a little loud

We found Mold in shower, rust stains along outside of tub, blood stains on sofa in our unit, oily fingerprints everywhere in common areas.

The heating and cooling system proved to be problematic and we spent the entire night either too cold or too hot.

I think the restaurant has issues with the exhaust fan.

but horrible bed, breakfast and very loud air conditioner in the room, so it is very difficult to sleep.

I understand the mildew smell because there is no fan in the bathroom to dispel all of the moisture,

Couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get the thermostat to work and warm the room up.

The little nuances I noticed are/were: inconsistent coffee replenishment's, the HVAC controls are not real friendly.

My only complaint is the bathroom fan didn't work.

Let me start by saying I’m am usually a huge fan of the Hilton Brand.

She frowned around and seemed to be unhappy about switching rooms.

but nothing out of the ordinary besides bathroom fan not working.

The AC unit was not working properly and the management team opted to wait until the next morning to address the issue.

The lobby is pretty, rooms are large and clean, the hot buffet breakfast is complimentary and pretty good, and the digital key plus contactless check in and check out are convenient.

I couldn't ask for a better stay away from home.Everything was taken care of for me the breakfast was excellent and the evening gathering was awesome.The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent

Breakfast in the mornings was delicious, and we enjoyed the little plates and 🍷and 🍺 In the evenings.

The managers special cocktail hour was a bonus as well as ‘cook to order’ breakfast.

We are staying at this hotel till July and so far our favorite part of staying here is the snack bar specifically the chip dips they are the best I ever had.I met this really sweet lady named Jennifer she makes the snacks she was so helpful and very nice and has really made my family enjoy our stay here.looking forward to more delicious dips.

The only good experience was the gentlemen working breakfast in the morning.

The room is spacious, clean, and the breakfast is AMAZING.

The complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake!

Dinner at the restaurant (salmon, pizza and appetizers) was all excellent, as was the complimentary breakfast where empty serving trays were quickly refilled.

From great greetings when you walk in from Martin, to shrimp scampi by Chef Cleo and morning omelets by Nicole. yum.

If there was a Gourmet Omelet school, their Chef went to it.

The hotel also serves an excellent made to order breakfast where we had omelets and waffles.

As as nice as it looks in pictures.Clean room, comfy bed, big shower, good pressure. Kudos to Ashley Snow for being so helpful, telling us about the cooked to order omelets & great breakfast selection (true!)

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and I have no idea what t people were talking about with a line by the omelet station not allowing people to access the other food.

The mattress was very comfortable and the room darkening shades helped greatly come morning.

This Best Western Plus has it all, from friendly employees to clean room, fantastic Breakfast Buffet, when you walk in the front area is spotless, of course we was greeted by Ashley  as we entered .. ours room was so quite bed was comfortable, the only downfall was our shower had very little water pressure..

From the moment I entered the lobby I knew I’ll be coming back next time I visit Knoxville.

but it's a different story within: a handsome two-story lobby and fireplace, plenty of warmth and original artworks, a welcoming front desk and luxury room accommodations.

The hotel has a new lobby, rooms are nicely decorated, ample space, quiet and very comfortable beds.

The foyer was clean, the rooms were nice, the parking lot was easy to navigate, and the free breakfast was nicely prepared and offered a little something for anyone.

The whole set up in the lobby was actually very spacious and everything was easy to access.

but we enjoyed every minute, our big king bed was SUPER comfy, the lobby layout was nice and the staff welcoming and kind.

Coffee and fruit were readily available in the lobby day and night.

Beds are very hard, and air condioner smelled moldy when turned on high.

but smelled strongly of smoke (strongly enough that I woke up with out of control allergies).

but there was a distinct smell about the room.

Also, the room carpet was filthy and the room smelled damp.

All the hallways in the hotel smelled horribly of pot.The emergency evacuation route posted on our door was for the third floor not for the second floor we were staying on.

Smelled bad, dirty, lazy front desk, beds are hard as a rock, no screen in window and we had our $600 hitch stolen while the lazy front desk person was right by our truck.

Hotel smells very weird with the rooms having a musky moldy smell.

Bed comforter was lumpy, bed spreads old and room smelled of mold.

The bathrooms needs a DEEP clean (mold on the ceiling and in the tile grout) and the comforters should be burned that are so stained and oily.

Or, the room may have been a smokers room at some time in it’s past and they just couldn’t quite get all the smell out.

It had a machine oil smell and the exercise equipment needs repair, as it would not reset for a new workout.

Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

We had control of our room temperature so we didn't freeze or burn up.

Unlike other hotels in the area at this time of year (football season) a two night minimum stay wasn’t required, so that was a big factor in our reason for selecting this hotel. Also the location is excellent - very close to the interstate for easy travel and plenty of restaurants and even some amusements (movies, bowling, kids play spaces, etc.)

We will look for a Best Western Plus when we travel anywhere else.

This was our 4th stay here and has become our "go to" for when we travel through Knoxville.

We stopped in on our recent travels back home for a nights rest.

I stay at Best western's quite a bit traveling for work, and this has to be one of the best.

I was traveling for business, ended up spending about a week and half at this location.

As a  Best Western Rewards Diamond member, I spend 60-70 nights annually in leisure travel and 95 % of those nights are with Best Western properties across the US.

Very friendly staff great breakfast very clean rooms very safe place to stay.I definitely would recommend this place to stay for the price and location.If you plan on traveling for Tennessee football game this will be a great location with many restaurants around grocery stores.

Would recommend for business trips or travel, especially if on the budget.

The Hotel Manager, Christine, went above and beyond to acquaint this 1st time Knoxville traveler with the area and made me very comfortable to be there as a solo traveler.

We travel extensively for business, this stay was our 21st hotel night since the beginning of June.

Our stay was while traveling to a family reunion and we were returning home a week later.

Even with the busy holiday travel the room was quiet.

I will definitely consider BW properties for my future travels based on this excellent experience and I would book at this property again.

As a leisure traveler who stays at Best Western properties throughout the US 50 to 70 times per year, I have broad and varied experience with the chain and this property is one to which I return whenever in the Knoxville area.

We made this stop to make our travel day shorter and have not stayed here before.

My wife and I stayed there as we were traveling thru the area and we were really impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff was.

Keith, the general manager, Megan, the head housekeeper and Elaine in the breakfast nook are always friendly.

The breakfast was frost-bitten microwave foods.

Complimentary breakfast was not self serve and very minimal in offerings.Wi-fi worked good.

They have a nice breakfast that is serve to you which makes it much more sanitary and fresh.

The included breakfast bar was underwhelming.

The best part of my stay was Elaine, who served breakfast.

Very good hot breakfast, I like that an employee served the food and I didn’t have to touch serving utensils that everyone else touched.

The entrance staff was courteous and genuine friendly; it was a girl at the midnight turn, whom I don’t remember her name (March 17th night) she was very helpful and nice towards my sons, when they were doing their laundry and the breakfast was very acceptable!

While coming back from a long trip from Memphis TN, stop for a night at Baymont by Wyndham Knoxville/Cedar Bluff, couldn’t be the best decision we took, this hotel have a little hidden convenient location near the 66 Highway, super affordable, rooms and bed very comfortable and clean, it my not have a luxurious bathroom,

but rounded up because the bed was really comfortable, and it was a nice sized room.

Check in easy, room was good, beds comfortable, breakfast was the usual simple items, I do wish they would have had some type of fruit, bananas, oranges, etc!

They told me I could check out and they wouldn't charge me.

Less than 10 mins, had my key card and was on my way to my room.

Check your bill, and dispute the charges.

When charges were entered on credit card it was $20.00 higher, per night and refused to correct bill.i would recommend checking your bill and confirming your rate.

The lady on duty said they would make a $30 adjustment, still charging me over $60 for the night!!

While there were not as many outlets and charging outlets as the best places, there were enough to get the job done barely.

We had a mistake on our reservation, which would have upped our charge

but it didn't get billed as a no show, it was an actual stay.

but as you may have read from other reviewers, they charged a one-time fee for pets and did not charge it daily as they normally would.

Housekeeping staff were amazing and I give them credit for this review not being below average.

I was happy with everything until after checking out I looked at my bank account to see 2 other mysterious charges on my bill.

It sometimes takes frequent attempts for the door lock to recognize the key card.

On our last stay which was for 4 days we put on the the card requesting linen change and it was not DONE.

but once arriving at the hotel, I was charged $98.00 per room.

The location is very convenient and easily accessible, and good restaurants are within walking distance.

Walking distance to food and a few shops if you wanted to do that.

It was very Clean, I felt safe as a solo female traveler, it was right off the highway and there were several choices of restaurants within walking distance from hotel.
