Whenever I am in the Knoxville area no matter what part of Knoxville I'm in this is the only hotel I will stay at.

We have family in the area so we have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past, always with good experiences.

The continental breakfast area was well stocked.

The breakfast was typical for choice hotels and nice area to sit and talk.

Close to shopping area and Interstate access

We had a room with 2 queen beds plus a living room area with a couch and desk.

The breakfast area was clean and they made sure everything was restocked so everyone had enough to eat.

They gave my children workbooks and worked hard to make sure we understood all that was available at the hotel and in the area.

Overall this is a very nice hotel and would stay here, again if I am in the area.

Recommend staying here if passing through the area.

Front desk ladies were helpful with dining and shopping options in the immediate area.

The suite was spacious and included a sitting area.

The property is on the far west end of the Knoxville area, a good location for traveling through town on I-40/I-75,

Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel and the eating area was nice.

I HIGHLY recommend coming to stay here if you are near the Knoxville area and are in need of a hotel!

Rooms were very clean large in size breakfast Had scrambled eggs slice ham and great waffles front staff great.

The free breakfast included eggs, bacon, and a host of cereals and pastries.

We took our three grandchildren on vacation we stayed in different places in Tennessee North Carolina and South Carolina of all the places we stayed this was the best the people were super nice it was clean , comfortable And had a good breakfast I will definitely stay here if I come back this way

My experience at Comfort Suites Knoxville West-Farragut was wonderful.

The location is great: so close to Turkey Creek shops and restaurants and about 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville.

Our stay in this Comfort Suites in Knoxville, Tennessee was one of the most comfortable ever!

I am a Knoxville resident and I occasionally like to get away for a staycation.

We will definitely be returning to this hotel on any further trips to Knoxville.

the fan of the Ac unit made a loud noise and Inhad to turn it off to sleep.

The hvac unit fan in our room was  too loud

My only complaint is that at 2 am people started partying in the room next to ours.

There was a child's Birthday party above us in the meeting room and after complaining for over 3 hours because of the noise and elephant stampede sounds above.

The fridge in there makes some crazy loud noises occasionally.

After a shot and a prescription I was released and noticed that I had just missed a call from the manager, the one who was not going to be in for a few days.

After approx 3 hours on the phone there was no resolution.

so had no smart phone or computer use during our stay.

A phone call to the front desk fixed that problem.

The person working the desk was on the phone and noticably irratated at the caller stating they needed to call back for group rates the next day that he didn't know.

We even order food delivery from Mario's (also amazing).

The location is close to many stores, restaurants and gas stations.

It's also very convenient to a mall, restaurants, other shopping, and I-40.

At our request staff recommended a delivery pizza .

The hotel was perfect for us, with a location very close to the highway and a nearby restaurant where we met family for breakfast before we left.

It's right off the interstate, plenty of shopping and restaurants near by.

The location is great with easy access to food, gas, shopping and the highway.

This hotel was very clean, convenient to the highway, grocery and every restaurant imaginable.

Breakfast was above average for a motel,  food was hot and eating area was clean.

Would stay here again close to shopping and restaurants.

We were impressed by the efficiency of check in and the suggestions for a local restaurant.

The location is great right near I 75 and restaurants nearby.

After my speech she apologized and stated that she would let me know the results of the pest company's finding and would refund my room charges if they did find bugs.

Messed around and did not reserve a room and found myself searching.

While there was a slight mix up in our reservation (probably due to the fact that I called the hotel to book a room only about 1.5 hours before we arrived) the hotel quickly fixed it and upgraded our room to a king suite!

although we booked a room with a fridge we realized once we got there that the fridge didn't have a freezer area to keep our coolies frozen overnight.

Breakfast was good with very delicious cinnamon rolls and a variety of other options.

Everything was good, the staff was kind and helpful and the breakfast was set up promptly and was well-stocked.It's just a quick drive to plenty of restaurants and stores.

We had a nice breakfast in the early morning - it was well-stocked and not too many people there.

We enjoyed a relaxing stay after a long days drive and a great breakfast the next morning.

Breakfast was pretty good..consisted of pancakes (make your own) biscuits, eggs, sausage gravy, omelets, Cinnabon rolls.

My room was comfy, breakfast was delicious, even a snack bag for daytrippers was provided, & the staffers were attentive & friendly.

We were in a party of five and the reason for staying in Holiday Inn Express as our grandchildren love the Cinnamon Rolls and pancakes.

This HIE is the usual holiday inn express, with the usual nice rooms, fresh amenities, and those cinnamon rolls on the breakfast buffet.

Fortunately the room carpet is much better.

We were looking for a room in Knoxville big enough for six.

We were working in the Knoxville area for the weekend.

It is close to Turkey Creek Shopping Center and provides a convenient location in West Knoxville.

Also convenient to downtown Knoxville, I-75 to Chattanooga and Lexington and a short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Easy drive to Knoxville area attractions.

One further note,  location provides easy access to Knoxville,  West Knoxville, and Oak Ridge.

If we are ever in the Knoxville area with another group, Holiday Inn Express & Suites will be our first choice for our stay.

Anytime I am in the Knoxville area which is alot for work, I stay here and only here.

I would highly recommend to anyone traveling through Knoxville to stay here.

We will never stay anywhere else in Knoxville!

Only 20 minutes from downtown, this hotel is the perfect place to spend the weekend in Knoxville.

This was my second time staying at the Holiday Inn Express at Knoxville/Farragut and it was just as great as I remembered.

Day 7 of the Undercover Comedy Tour brought us from Newport, TN, a tiny little town with nothing to offer except a fantastic monthly comedy show by local celebrity Grady Ray to the big metroplex of Knoxville.

We do sleep with a small fan and sound machine.

Air conditioning in the rooms was unresponsive to adjustments, and the pillows were tiny.

first room no hot water, second room AC quit working in the middle of the night.

but each time the unit came on it woke my wife and I up.

We have stayed at several different hotels during our travel soccer games.

Free breakfast was so tasty each morning.

We were greeted with good morning every morning on our way to an absolutely delicious breakfast.

We liked that we could control the room temperature and for a continental breakfast the choices were great.

Free breakfast with multiple choices, clean rooms, quiet area, great beds, comfortable to sleep in.

The complimentary breakfast was hot, fresh and plenty of choices to eat for adults and children.

Microwaved cheese omelettes, sausage and french toast do not make a good start to any day.

They also had a decent breakfast for these times, and easy to use disposable gloves for getting your food.

Breakfast was served in this hotel unlike many during Rona which was nice.

There was real hot eggs (microwave) on only one day, never any pastry or toast, just vanilla waffles (uck) , yogurt, and a banana.

Check in staff was very friendly and helpful and there were delicious cookies to greet us.

The rooms feel cozy and the pool was clean.

Quick check in, pleasant staff, an inviting, modern lounge, clean facility, and spotless room/bathroom are the wonderful things you can look forward to here!

Pleasant furnishings and you could tell the employees take pride in their hotel as there were many small details to make everything enjoyable.

There’s a restaurant (Aubrey’s) about 2 minute’s walk next door, which made dinner nice & easy, our room (319) was very comfortable and breakfast was very tasty.

There are many restaurants closeby including fast-food.

I would highly recommend a stay here,  lose to restaurants and extremely clean room with updated amenities   The location was close to interstate and also close to Knoxville, Tennessee  the staff was very helpful and friendly

We had forgotten to reset our watches entering Eastern time zone, and turned up for breakfast with 10 minutes to go.

And unlike what seems like the rest of the Fairfields, their breakfast is back to normal.
