The AC rattled so badly it blew the cover of the control panel 3 ft away.

Then we had to fight with the A/C unit to get to a comfortable temp.

The elevator was not working, the air conditioner did not work, the TV needed to be reset.

I had accidentally left my AC cord for my  computer at our last hotel in Sacramento and was panicked about that.

The AC was not too noisy and kept the room comfortable.

My unit here also had a vibrating cover and I could not get back to sleep after 4:45 am.

We slept little because of the noise and as usual, the air conditioner was noisy as well.

A fan is on even when desired temp is reached so there's constant, soothing "white noise".

The only issue we had was the AC (I was not used to the type you get in most hotels in the US with no remote) it was a bit too loud and kept switching off and on.

One minor inconvenience, the air conditioner was loud when it came on.

The window opened, so we could have fresh air all night instead of a/c air and noise.

Air conditioner won't respond to commands.

but with windows closed and air conditioning on, room was soundproof.

but there was NO WAY they were getting that fan back until we left, LOL.

The hotel is right on a busy intersection so it is super noisy, eventhough we were facing the busy street, we just kept the fan on AC and did not hear anything.

However, in the middle of the night there was some kind of machine noise that was so loud and continuous that we had to close the window and turn on the AC (which was, itself) loud.

Many people, ourselves included, finally just shut the heater off.

Our a/c as others commented also had issues in that every time it kicked on, there was a sick whine that lasted for a minute or so.

I figured out how to turn the hot/cold off and the fan on - which allows the fan to run continuously to mask the street sounds and any noise from the hall.

The room was hot and if you turned on the A/C it was incredibly noisy.

but could see the breakfast area and saw juice maker with OJ, Apple Juice, and a 3rd mixed juice.

Full breakfast had lots of goodies to choose from.

The breakfast room was nice and large and had options for us despite her gluten-sensitive diet and my milk allergies.

The positive: Great hotel, convenient location, several restaurants within walking distance, excellent staff, great breakfast with pancakes, quiet room facing the back.

Breakfast was included in the rate and there's quite a lot on offer.

The facilities were clean and comfortable, the quality of the breakfast was outstanding, and most important, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very good if you got there before the locusts.

The hot breakfast was great for vegetarians with options for eggs, potatoes, pancakes, and oatmeal.

The breakfast they provide is outstanding.

Elevator broken, and I have bad knees so we had to stay on the first floor.

Lobby floor were dirty along with the elevator, and our room.

Cleanliness:
-Lobby, breakfast area, elevator, hallways = filthy.

The common areas, including the elevators were filthy.

The room was quite far away from the elevator and lobby area too, which would seem like an easy thing to consider when planning the layout (and considering people with mobility issues).

The only 'sort of' cons were the elevator seemed a little sketchy.

This was the second hotel in a row this happened in and we didn't hear the elevator through the wall until too late).

but there was a lift and luggage trolleys.

but the elevator is a huge plus for getting a heavy bag to and from your room.

There were no elevators to get our heavy luggage to our second floor room.

Two are located at the outside edge of the parking lot, a long way from reception, and the third, while next to the building, is far from reception and elevator needed to get to the upper floors!

The staff did recommend a good nearby restaurant and it was close to a charging station within walking distance.

We had dinner right across the street at the Burger King.

Close to hiway so don't have to drive far and close to gas station and restaurants!

but it did seem to be in the heart of all that was around and there were lots of food places fairly close by.

This place used to serve evening snack which would be dinner for me.

It is located in the middle of the town's commercial district so there were many choices for getting food, including restaurants and nearby groceries in walking distance.

Was within walking distance of several nice restaurants, and they had a list of other types of locations should you need other services, etc.

This hotel is conveniently located to the freeway, restaurants and stores.

The hotel is located near several shopping and eating options.

Very close to Thai Orchid restaurant which was good for dinner.

On top of that, they were also eating in their room so the strong smells of food was making its way to our room.

Also, there were a few food choices within walking distance of the hotel.

The staff is always friendly, helpful & professional and the food is truly some of the best quality & variety of any location we have stayed.

Thank goodness the front desk was understanding and moved me to another room on another floor.

The room was much larger than expected for two comfy queen beds and the kitchen was an entirely separate room complete with a dining table and four chairs.

Bed was comfortable & firm enough - didn't sag in the middle as so many beds in other hotels we have stayed.

It is nice, clean, comfortable, excellent location, about 45 minutes from Crater Lake and across the highway from another lake, close to restaurants.

Upon trying to check our of my 8 rooms they are now trying to charge me for all 12 after taking credit cards for the other 4 (parent rooms) and my credit card for my teams 8.

For the first time in our travels, our cleaner/hostess not only identified herself with a card

Then without solicitation they told me they would be refunding my room and that I would see it on my credit card in a few days!

One thing that I don't understand ,even after having a second explanation, is why they automatically withhold $50.00 of credit from your account at check-in.

but then they would have to charge for the coffee!

Our bathroom door had  holes in it when we checked in, call the front desk and told  the lady, she said don't worry I'll have it noted down and you won't get charged (BIG THANKS).

My credit card company said they stayed on longer because they were run before the room charges so they were holding it until the next billing period.

So they charged my $136 a night for the other 5 nights of my stay.

I thought our battery was dead on our rental and they were right there, ready to charge it up if needed, luckily it didn't need it.

The manager didn't charge us for the room.

Our 2 queen room was very large and spacious.

We also had two nice dinners in the on-site restaurant/bar.

There are fast food joints within walking distance, as well as Applebees and Abby's Pizza.

This hotel is large and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping.

As part of the hotel stay you get free breakfast through the hotel restaurant on the first floor.
