The AC rattled so badly it blew the cover of the control panel 3 ft away.

Then we had to fight with the A/C unit to get to a comfortable temp.

The elevator was not working, the air conditioner did not work, the TV needed to be reset.

I had accidentally left my AC cord for my  computer at our last hotel in Sacramento and was panicked about that.

The AC was not too noisy and kept the room comfortable.

My unit here also had a vibrating cover and I could not get back to sleep after 4:45 am.

We slept little because of the noise and as usual, the air conditioner was noisy as well.

A fan is on even when desired temp is reached so there's constant, soothing "white noise".

The only issue we had was the AC (I was not used to the type you get in most hotels in the US with no remote) it was a bit too loud and kept switching off and on.

One minor inconvenience, the air conditioner was loud when it came on.

The window opened, so we could have fresh air all night instead of a/c air and noise.

Air conditioner won't respond to commands.

but with windows closed and air conditioning on, room was soundproof.

but there was NO WAY they were getting that fan back until we left, LOL.

The hotel is right on a busy intersection so it is super noisy, eventhough we were facing the busy street, we just kept the fan on AC and did not hear anything.

However, in the middle of the night there was some kind of machine noise that was so loud and continuous that we had to close the window and turn on the AC (which was, itself) loud.

Many people, ourselves included, finally just shut the heater off.

Our a/c as others commented also had issues in that every time it kicked on, there was a sick whine that lasted for a minute or so.

I figured out how to turn the hot/cold off and the fan on - which allows the fan to run continuously to mask the street sounds and any noise from the hall.

The room was hot and if you turned on the A/C it was incredibly noisy.

but could see the breakfast area and saw juice maker with OJ, Apple Juice, and a 3rd mixed juice.

Full breakfast had lots of goodies to choose from.

The breakfast room was nice and large and had options for us despite her gluten-sensitive diet and my milk allergies.

The positive: Great hotel, convenient location, several restaurants within walking distance, excellent staff, great breakfast with pancakes, quiet room facing the back.

Breakfast was included in the rate and there's quite a lot on offer.

The facilities were clean and comfortable, the quality of the breakfast was outstanding, and most important, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very good if you got there before the locusts.

The hot breakfast was great for vegetarians with options for eggs, potatoes, pancakes, and oatmeal.

The breakfast they provide is outstanding.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and offered us milk and cookies in the lobby.

but the hotel offers sliders and soup during the dinner hour, so you can relax there and not need to go out to dinner, and then later there were cookies and milk to send you off to dreamland.

Elevator broken, and I have bad knees so we had to stay on the first floor.

Lobby floor were dirty along with the elevator, and our room.

Cleanliness:

The common areas, including the elevators were filthy.

The room was quite far away from the elevator and lobby area too, which would seem like an easy thing to consider when planning the layout (and considering people with mobility issues).

The only 'sort of' cons were the elevator seemed a little sketchy.

This was the second hotel in a row this happened in and we didn't hear the elevator through the wall until too late).

but there was a lift and luggage trolleys.

but the elevator is a huge plus for getting a heavy bag to and from your room.

There were no elevators to get our heavy luggage to our second floor room.

Two are located at the outside edge of the parking lot, a long way from reception, and the third, while next to the building, is far from reception and elevator needed to get to the upper floors!

Our room was very clean and up to date with a desk area and table which we could eat at.

My room was clean and comfortable for two nights in the 20s.

They ran out of plates and food at breakfast by 7:00 AM.

Breakfast was in a large room behind the lobby.

Breakfast is included and while not a gourmet feast, there are breads, muffins and waffles, cereal, pre-cooked eggs and sausage, cold items like yogurt and fruit, coffee, tea and juice.

Free parking and breakfast was good with a nice variety of options.

Because of the pandemic, they are currently not offering their complimentary breakfast.

Sorry they have discontinued the free breakfast for now, hopefully it will be back soon.

Friendly staff, actually provided soup, crackers and cookies in the evening and a full breakfast in the morning, only regular coffee would have liked some decaf.

The free breakfast while limited on the variety, it had the best scrambled eggs and hot biscuits of the last 20 hotel visits.

The breakfast was fairly substantial, which is a good thing because the restaurant that was nextdoor is now gone.

The included breakfast was adequate and satisfying for our needs.

I would like to say that having the help of such a professional as Mr  Kishan was a great experience he displayed a great attitude and was very courteous so thank you Sir as I can Guarantee you we will  continue to be your guest in fact I would like to note that all the employees there were wonderful and the morning complimentary  breakfast was great.

Each time we head south to Las Vegas or Reno, we always come through Klamath Falls and stay at the Cimarron, clean rooms, breakfast and quiet.

Although the property at first appeared a bit dated we were overjoyed with our large spotless room.

The check-in was fast and friendly, our room was spotless and had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

I had a very good bed and the room was spotless.

but cleanliness and Everything else about the room makes up for it.

This older hotel, tastefully updated, was just what we needed in every way after a 7 hour driving day: warmly welcoming to us and our dog, very clean room complete with mini fridge, microwave, flat screen TV, and ample dressing room area, refreshing good sized pool, super genuinely friendly personnel, and QUIET!!!

Rooms are clean and quiet, good place to over night.

Two pluses, the desk clerks were nice and the Starbucks is nearby.

A Jimmy John’s and Starbucks was within easy walking distance.

The best part of the stay was Elmers and Starbucks next door.

Location was convenient and walkable to a few stores, and Starbucks.

The hotel is set in from the main street (6th St) behind separate Starbucks and Elmer's restaurants and separated into two buildings, east and west so you won't hear a lot of road traffic and your dining options are close if you chose the two options mentioned.

There is a Starbucks in the same parking lot so we went there to check our email and the maps we wanted.

however, Building #2 is very close to a Starbucks, so it worked out just fine for us.

Clean comfortable value location for the Klamath falls pack clinic just across the street a couple of blocks convenient also I love the Elmer's restaurant right out front  even a brand new Starbucks ✴we also took in the favel museum rich in Western artifact's enjoyed the sizzler for some steak and shrimp Klamath falls fairgrounds this was are main focus having to write a minimum of 200 words is exsesive  think you need to eleminate that requirement  as it is too wordy to just give you the simple fact thanks for a great place to stay hope I get to the required 200 so I can tell you it kis not nessesary to yimmer Yammer about this so leanthly

The motel was very nice good location next to Starbucks had adequate truck parking nice bed very clean good price nice breakfast helpful staff,I will recommend it to other coworkers when they are working on the Klamath Falls area also they take CLC

For those interested in Starbucks, a new unit is opening right in front of the motel.

Another bonus - nearby Starbucks and Dutch Bros coffee are within walking distance.

The bathroom floors were not well cleaned.

The room had all the amenities crammed into a very small space.

There was also white powder on the flooring, both carpet and tile which I'm guessing was deodorizer or something, since I also saw it in the lobby bathroom. There was nastiness (old dried food, dirt, etc.)

Shower floors were filthy and garbage was still on the floor from the last guest.

It's not a fancy place to stay - simple amenities and such,

Scared to look at the bathroom as other reviews note unclean bathrooms.

Dirty toilet tank  , something you saw when we just walked into the bathroom, yuck.

Shoulda made plans to stay with relatives instead of wasting money on a room without the amenities we thought we were paying for.

First room was not clean with a dirty, used towel hanging in the bathroom, a "clean towel" with a large yellow stain, dirty trash cans and a filthy phone with a used, fake eyelash on it.

My bed (was literally lopsided) and toilet were broke.

After the unpleasant check-in process was finished we went in our room to find used tissues, toilet paper, unemptied garbage cans, and a dusty smell.

If you want a dirty room (filthy toilets, hair in the sink), this is the place to stay.

Shower faucet was loose   Towels had holes in them.

The fan in the bathroom was broken and you can hear sound between the rooms.

Outlets didn't work, toilet overflowed took an hour to fix it, room smelled, the AC didn't work, the internet was slow.

There was pink mold around the shower drain.

The breakfast was well stocked and available from 5:30-9:30.

Great accommodations,  free internet, free breakfast, free parking, etc.

We were able to have eggs, sausage and waffles before heading out on the last leg of our road trip.

Breakfast was just ok. Wouldn’t stop here just to get a free meal.

I had a nourishing continental breakfast; coffee, waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage links before I head out for another 8 hours of driving.

The hotel was clean and breakfast wasn't fancy,

Most importantly everyone was so friendly and helpful the next morning while we enjoyed our complimentary hot breakfast, and one of the staff members even offered to help us jumpstart our car!

Hotel was nice and clean, updated guest rooms, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast (waffles, toast, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt etc) all for a good price.

Booked a room here, showed up, and breakfast and pool was shut down days earlier by the health board, because of all the customer violations.

The COVID breakfast was exceptional, and I loved the way the hotel staff are handling the breakfast.

The desk manager even brought cookies up to my room because thyey were'nt ready yet when I checked in.

Clean room and facility, only 7 yrs old, great breakfast selections, friendly staff and warm cookies in the evening!

Fresh baked cookies, hot out of the oven every time I came off the elevator.

Upon check-in, the lobby was bright, smelled and looked clean and there was a scent of freshly baked cookies.

Breakfast was great and all day coffee and cookies are a nice perk.

The young man at the desk  offered us warm, chocolate chip cookies at check-in and advised us on a great place to eat dinner.

Plus we enjoyed the cookies available at the front desk every evening.

And FREE cookies when you come in at night!! lol

Cookies and pizza were available at check-in.

but comfortable hotel with some very nice touches including cookies in the evening, a window seat in the bedroom and bright lighting in contrast with many hotel rooms that only have dim lighting.
