Very nice hotel great location great food and service was excellent will definitely visit again I upgraded to the swim up pool my min fridge was kept stocked up during day I ordered room service from snack bar several times during my stay I really enjoyed my time here many thanks to all staff making my holiday wonderful

The entertainment was fun both day and night and we have quite a few nights dancing thanks to the cheeky bar men ( Tequila) 
The other holiday makers too at the hotel were amazing and we made lots of friends while here. really really really can not thank everyone at the Flora garden enough for what was an amazing honeymoon and we will defo be coming back

There is s piano bar if you want a quieter drink in the evening and different bars with entertainment if that’s what you are looking for, we went for the quieter option!

The snack bars through the daytime has a good choice so we have managed to eat plenty.

The service from all the bar staff has been exceptional and we have always been served with a smile, especially from Mehmet in the quiet pool bar.

If you want a more more genteel evening there is the piano bar which is pleasant .All in all a decent week away

The staff are very attentive and work so very hard be it in the restaurant or at the bar.

This is an excellent hotel if you want peace and quiet.

The only decent meals we had was lunch in the snack bar, the pizzas, burgers, nuggets, chips, which is not why we went to Turkey,

Both snack bars were very good too- the one on the beach front was my favourite.

The pool side entertainers were brilliant, loads of energy, lots of fun with the games and a big thanks to all the bar staff who work exceptionally hard.All in all a great 12 days

Room service was fantastic, filling up the mini bar and the maid always created swans and hearts with the towels and left them on our bed!

Snack bar is amazing and the food is great.

If you want a relaxing holiday by the pool or beach come here!

Very pleased with our rooms which are hut style and a great location just a few steps away from the quiet pool also with a beach view, water shoes are recommended for the beach as its very pebbly, very clean and plenty of sun loungers.

so i learned quickly to ask for food that was being cooked from scratch, i.e., omellete etc.. 

the faclities were lovely and the beach and sea were beautiful, this is where we spent most of our time, we didnt use the pool at all, didnt see the point.

The food in the pool restaurant and beach restaurant was good for lunches.

My family of five were really looking forward to our stay at Flora Beach Garden

The location is beautiful, really lovely beach views.

Nevertheless it has large premises, a long pebbled beach,  so you need special shoes, wonderful , romantic sunsets can be watched every evening.

The beach again is managed to perfection by the lifeguards who go the extra mile to ensure everyone is safe and enjoy their time there.

The beach showers and toilets are good and clean.

Our initial reason for choosing Flora Garden is its being an adult-only resort with a private beach.

He waited on us for our surprise engagement dinner service which was on the lovely pier on the beach.

Sun loungers are always available, no need to rush with towels, we loved the smaller pool and used the beach snack bar for lunch times.

The beach is more gravel than sand so beach shoes are essential!!

Flora Garden Hotel is beautifully laid out along the shore line.

The waiters and chefs down at what I would call the beach restaurant were great as well.

Unfortunately, due to covid restrictions the restaurants had to have all the windows open so the air conditioning was not effective,  the heat was unbearable until 2/3rds through our stay when the restrictions were lifted and the doors and windows were allowed to be closed.

• Our room had no separate bathroom, the toilet door was a frosted glass panel that didn’t extend to the height of the room – as such there was very little privacy when going to the loo!

Which is one of the infinity pool rooms… Absolutely stunning location, never felt the need to venture away from it cos of the amenities we had when we opened door to room.

One time we shut the door going out and part of the door frame fell off, luckily we weren't coming into the room otherwise that would have fell on one of us!

Like anywhere, your going to get a couple of ants around patio door area

The next day the door lock alarm started constantly beeping, I told that to employees twice, do you think they did anything? Nah.

but the balcony looked onto the doors of the rooms behind.

The hotel staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door and continued to be amazingly attentive all week, nothing was too much of a chore for them.

We have never had to walk to our room through piles of rubbish, when the electricity in our room went off there was no problem in communication as a very cheerful member of the technical department knocked on our door within 5 minutes and sorted the problem within 2 minutes.

Once the bathroom door was closed you couldn’t hear the road, the bed was very comfy and there was loads of storeage space and big wardrobes.

but as soon as you close the door you can't hear anything.

The place is very clean even if the cleaners can be abit rude - even if you put a sign on the door that says do not disturb in Turkish and English they will still come in also when my husband was poorly and sitting in the room the cleaners were laughing and joking about his face which I did find extremely poor.

Lady who cleaned are room once may I add left ants all over the bed and then knocked on the door with her hands out asking for a tip, it wasn’t the end of the week nor the end of the stay and I was really shocked, I said no

The taps are lose on the wall, the door didn't dead lock the air-con was rubbish.

but very loud and if you listen carefully you can hear next doors too!

but just to nitpick
- The glass doors that open up to the patio would have been perfect if they had locks on them from the outside, as it is closer to go the beach from the backside.

but once your door is closed you can't hear a thing.

but the moment you shut the door you cannot hear anything.

With the shower the doors even when closed would pretty much flood the bathroom.

EVERY staff member is warm and friendly towards you and greeted you with a smile.

Staff were all really friendly and service was great, we were never without a drink.

Bar and waitress staff are all very friendly and helpful, Mehmet has been on our pool bar daily and he has been very pleasant.

The reception team are one of the politest and friendly we have encountered and the level of customer service that we have received has been exceptional, especially from Omer ( we can't thank you enough ) and also a shout out to Hakan for the great advice about my husbands eye.

Hotel Flora Gardens is a wonderful place to stay with the beautiful well kept gardens overlooking great views of the sea… All the staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

All of the staff were super attentive and friendly, would highly reccomend the hotel.

The staff were Really friendly, there was one lady in the restaurant every night who made me feel so welcome, she always complimented me which was so kind.

Everyone gives his/her best, guys are very friendly and helpful.

The food and service at the fish restaurant in the day was very good and the staff their were nice and friendly.

•	During our first breakfast outing, a member of our group (a black woman) had her braids pulled on by a member of staff, Ali, without consent, who asked ‘Is this your real hair?’.

There was no soap in the soap dispenser and i asked everyday for it to be filled

however this is let down by front of house staff, we paid €50 to stay and extra 5 hours after checkout and when we did checkout they were so rude, didn’t wish us well or asked if we’d had a nice stay.

I asked was there anything I could do and she said “bo please just relax and enjoy” Qbra expected nothing, never took a penny from me and never tried to push excursions etc.

The inappropriate jokes kept becoming more and more uncomfortable, he at one point asked me how much salt he should put on her, for me to “lick off” after.

The total disregard for our belongings was distressing when asked why the manager rang our rep and I felt I was being laughed out by reception and the manager just didn't want to talk to me just told me to talk to our rep.

I saw the spa manager as we left, and asked for a quiet word, expressed how upset, violated and unhappy I felt.

At times staff were receiving several requests at any 1 time which they did not always have the time to deliver.

I thought there was a mix up because I did not request or pay for a sea view room overlooking the main larger pool and ocean, yet that is what we got.

The hotel is situated directly on a motorway and in the middle of nowhere so you cant even walk out, and if you fancy a trip to either Side or Alanya then expect to part company with 60 euros each time 

We asked to be moved and after a few days they gave us an option

I asked about beer and they said that i would have to go way back up to the lobby bar.

We are sure that there are not enough beds and umbrellas for all guests so it is hard to keep request not to reserve beds in advance.

.. as the kitchen was closed, I asked for help from 'Hilal' a young English language graduate who's grasp of English extends to picking up on the humour.

but believe me, i am used to it, so i didn't care much: i was asked to fill in the allergies paper once we checked in.

Some of the cocktails we received were nothing like what we had asked for.

We decided not to unpack and request to move in the morning.

The restaurant staff kept an eye on things and if I asked for drinks they just went and got them on the few occasions they were busy with other tables.

We weren't asked for our Visa which we had printed out just in case and I bought TL

Massage is amazing and food is good 
There is a few things that can be improved on EG the service in the buffet is poor, only got asked twice in whole week for a drink

In both of these specialty Restaurants the meals are substantial, 
A lot of the staff have limited English (even on Reception at some times) which occasionally can be a little problematic, we had one barman who didn't understand "two white wines" and it took the intervention of a lifeguard to translate our request.

Spacious comfortable rooms, pool areas are attractive and very well maintained
Every area of the hotel was spotlessly clean and the food was far too good!!

The food was great and i know i have seen some previous reviews about the food

Food was delicious, plenty of choice considering it is a small hotel.

There is a wide range of food available in the main restaurant and it also has an amazing salad bar.

The food is excellent and lots of variations to suit all pallets and different themed nights.

The restaurant is very clean and a wide variety of food, my complaint would only be the food is very tepid or even cold.

The food has something for everyone ( I'm a very fussy eater )

A great pool area with a fabulous little lunch area, waiter service and delicious food.

The food included in the all inclusive package is ok for a week

This was uncomfortable as the same waiters worked in the restaurant for all meals, every day.

There is a huge selection of food to choose from.

Food was really nice, we tried the Turkish restaurant

We ate in here every lunch rather than the restaurant.

Oguthom Ahmetcon at anatolian restaurant had great customer service and amazing food freshly made and delicious…  this restaurant by the pool is good quality we highly reccomend only this restaurant when staying at flora garden as food tastes the most home made and freshest compared to other food services at the hotel, a definite must! !

The restaurant manager Murat always greeted us with a smile and ensured we had everything we required.

Reception staff have been very helpful, Omar has been exceptional for us.

Symuch a shame as the staff were brilliant.

•	When asking at reception for things we needed, we were often met with hostility and rudeness.

The staff are a credit to this hotel every single one we met was amazing and worked so very very hard to look after the guests.

We stayed here in September and absolutely loved the hotel and staff.

He is very caring , kind , polite and attentive.

Rabia and gulsum are fantastic waitresses, served with beautiful smiles and made very welcome, excellent service, the resort is beautiful and accomodation is good, plenty of helpful staff,

Pool was lovely and clean all holiday and the shaded area at the bar was great for when we were a bit to hot.

but all food and drink comes from the bar behind and is payable.

Drinks from the bar are basic, cocktails and real spirits come at a price.

but doesn’t work in guest rooms unless you are right above the bar.

Yusuf Yener, Ismael and Little man, (The Bar staff) These guys work so hard and do it with a smile.

The main pool is the one next to the bar and restaurant.

Just got back home after 2 week stay at this hotel 
The hotel is great all the bar staff work all day and night  and a so friendly the cleaners are friendly everyone is happy the hotel is by shops and bars there is a market on a Saturday at the back of the hotel about 10min walk you can walk to the beach where you will find loads of shop restaurants the walk back is abit hilly

Reception very helpful also staff at the Bar & Restaurant was great.

The bar staff are simply fantastic always happy, very friendly exceptional service Ismail, Ali & Yusuf thank you so much for our vodka & coke, red wine & lemonade and rum & coke.🤪

 And not forgetting the strawberry daiquiris🍓🍓🍓

The whole hotel is great so clean and tidy.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, it is great hotel with everything you need,  entertainment,  pools,  bar,  nice room,  friendly staff,  especially bar man Ismail Demir very hard worker and waiter Hasan Demir.

The staff were friendly and did what they could to please and look after guests, bar staff were friendly and some what entertaining 😂😂 and always happy to help, İsmail Demir and his team did good and never had to wait for a drink and always happy to help with a smile, overall the hotel did good and I hope to visit again.

Turkish night wasn't bad, camels around and the bar staff did some brilliant Turkish dancing 

The local beach is beautiful and sandy.

Wide variety of drinks at the bar and for a small payment fresh cocktails are made by restaurant manager hasan, these are well worth ordering.

We came to the hotel for the first time and we liked the location of the hotel, its garden, pools and bar area.

We ate at The Crown, regularly and Kayis Bar.

They have a market on the Turkish night, where you can’t even just enjoy the all inclusive without the market men hassling you as they are right next to the bar, around the pool.

Everyone from reception bar staff cleaners Entertainment and management make you feel part of their family.

but no attention to detail, cupboard doors had hand marks etc , they were glossy surfaces and showed up like a sore thumb, in bathroom every thing clean except the soap defender lot of grime and dust, but nothing worrying I had some wipes, shower was awesome nice hot water. 2.

Air con only in living room so rooms roasting, windows and doors open causes you to go up to bugs in bed.

However, the bedrooms never really cooled and we all had to sleep with every door open all night.

During the 2nd week a cot also appeared outside our front door which also remained there until we  left.

Both shower heads sprayed everywhere except on you, doors didn’t meet properly so ended up with a flood everywhere.

The shower mat only got changed the day before we left even though again I’d left it on the floor right by the front door

A lot of the doors were broken and the stairs outside were filthy.

It was also difficult to know staff as they all dressed casual

Rooms

The rooms are very basic even for 3 star hotel, the bed felt like there was a piece of plywood instead of a mattress, it didnt look entirely clean as we could se small things like blots of sun creams on doors, and handprints from the previous tenants.

The doors leading externally including the 2 balcony doors all had chains on them, this is something little

but if the rush to enter the restaurant as the doors opened is anything to go by it must be nice.

although a good size the finish of the room was terrible, looked like someone had broken the door frame in the bathroom and was just stuck back on very badly.

And sorted the lock out on the back door which didnt lock.

In the main bedroom a double wardrobe, door fell off!

Arrived at 1am in the morning after a long journey no where to get a drink, after signing in was taken to room 101 which is dated, the bathroom door didn't shut, shower needed replacing and no plug for the sink.

Door frames coming away from the walls, nails sticking out, exposed electrics, marble slab outside door broke twice and many more.

Tried to kick us out at 12 into another room and then at 6pm to the luggage room, this was by note through our door, we couldn't find the manager anywhere so I ended up leaving him a note back.

The rooms needed some attention 
e.g door frame hanging loose and no hot water for two days.

At  the side of the doors are sockets  quite high up so you have to be inventive when you charge your devices.

The hotel was mainly occupied by younger couples with children under five so the restaurant was busy earl doors at every meal sitting as the children were fed

Opened a door to another room to be bedroom 1.

Staff were excellent , the lads behind the bar and in the restaurant were always friendly and helpful.

In general they were very friendly and accommodating.

Had a great time staying at the sunlight hotel there is always something going on every night and the manager Hasan was very accommodating  it’s a great environment the staff were very friendly and polite I can’t fault anything here looking forward to coming again.

Staff nice and friendly, food excellent, cocktails very cheap, entertainment is first class, definitely come here again.

Abdula and the reception team were friendly and very helpful, our checking went smoothly.

This hotel is thee best around, cleaned rooms daily, we come every year and we always have a great family holiday here,that includes everyone, the restaurant has fresh food daily, even with fussy eaters there is always something that can be found to eat, Hasan ( restaurant manager) goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met, nothing is any trouble to him, his staff are all so friendly and welcoming, will be back.

We had a great time staying at this hotel, staff are super friendly, there is a good variety of food options and if you ever need anything the staff will do their best to help.

The food is very good, the staff is very friendly, especially Hasan, we would like to thank the chef.

Absolutely fabulous place everyone very friendly  everyone goes out of their way to make you feel so welcome.

but if you have children NO lifeguard in either of the 2 big pools , NO pool attendant at all - EVER so loungers , towels , rubbish , toys , shoes etc all stay where they were last left.

The entertainment consisted of watching the children dancing every night and on Wednesdays they have bingo and we paid 360TL for 2 strips of cards.

3) Environment: it’s lively and provided entertainment was great for adults and children.

Pool area is clean rooms are very clean plenty things for children to do  entertainment on every night  one night, there is a Turkey's night, with plenty of stalls to by nice presents.

there is always something for the children to do like the foam party that was amazing. .

These boys  will be the main reason we will return.

There was a little shop which my boys loved going to each day - a little bit of independence for them.

Us and the kids were so excited, me and wife had stayed here 7 years ago as a treat for tenth wedding anniversary.

Value for money,food is ok entertainment is excellent for kids and night time,foam party for kids variety of day time activities,kids really enjoyed themselves animation club the kids loved,would definitely come back

The food was delicious and even our son who can be quite a fussy eater found something he liked each night.

She really is a lovely lady and the children really took to her.

we stayed here as 4 adults and 1 child in 2 rooms.

Very cozy hotel with really good staff, and good entertainment, for both children and adults.

I trust them with my fifteen year old girl.

Best things were the lovely Turkish people and staff, they just love kids and the shop staff were just lovely.

A superb stay for all 3 of us, one Child 6 years old with parents.

There was some evening entertainment and a kids club (which we didn’t use) - we will definitely be back!

I came to this hotel for the second time with my wife and child, and we had another very good week.

The food was of good standard and we found something everyday to eat .

Food times are also evenly spaced out and ice creams and snacks between lunch and dinner were great.

Food was in my opinion really good much improved and was plenty for everyone(don't understand where the bad reviews are from, unless really fussy eaters) lots of choice from salads to desserts, really enjoyed the breakfast options and the pancakes and omletes were lush.

but it's perfect, 5 mins from the beach, food selection is good and the wine and beers are lovely.

Hasan Wendy above and beyond and organised my wedding in Manavgat on 09/09/2022 

Literally when I say he organised everything I mean everything.

The restaurant staff Hasan Karakuş, Emrah Karakuş plus all the others who’s names I can’t remember (sorry) were fabulous.

They provided us with spacious accommodation with free shuttle to the beach, nice Turkish style buffet, afternoon snacks & Ice creams which we found very tasty.

On one day camels were brought into the hotel, a rude man picked my girlfriend up in a very unrespectful way onto the camel when we repeatably said we did not want to.

2 Restaurant Staff These we found to be very RUDE and at times cheeky towards 
   NOT just us

Those at the bar could be very rude at times especially the man who served the ice cream in the afternoon, I asked for three ice creams to take over to my friends and he told me I could have only one, by the time I got to the sunbed he’d given some other adults more than one!
