Food was delicious, plenty of choice considering it is a small hotel.

A great pool area with a fabulous little lunch area, waiter service and delicious food.

The hotel facilities were beautiful, the cocktails were great and the buffet had a great selection.

We were told that all the al a carte were extra and the food in the buffet restaurant was absolutely awful.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, there's so much room you never feel crowded, food is delicious and there is ample choice which varies every day so I'm unsure why some people have said it doesn't?!

They were at breakfast then in the large pool bar through the day and you’d see them again at dinner.

Food was plentiful and varied to accommodate every taste.

She is responsible for the delicious gözleme (pancake) she makes at the hut after breakfast.

The hotel is amazing, staff are very friendly, food is delicious and the service is wonderful.

Each evening, we were applauded as we walked into the buffet restaurant; something so simple that makes you feel so welcome.

Went in the Anatolian restaurant and it was delicious.

Also highly recommend the Turkish a la carte, delicious food.

The other issue with the food was the flies which were in literally everything unless it was the hot buffet with closed lids.

The snacks buffet is quite nice, better than the lunch assortment.

Staff at the hotel did not provide information on what was available, timings of breakfast, lunch, dinner, entertainment, travel etc.

but was really struggling to get something and say it was delicious.

The best thing there at the buffet for me was on the last day was cauliflower with cheese and we only realised at the end of the trip that there is a hut on the beach where a lady makes gozleme which is a savoury Turkish stuffed turnover with cheese and potato.

Very nice hotel great location great food and service was excellent will definitely visit again I upgraded to the swim up pool my min fridge was kept stocked up during day I ordered room service from snack bar several times during my stay I really enjoyed my time here many thanks to all staff making my holiday wonderful

The entertainment was fun both day and night and we have quite a few nights dancing thanks to the cheeky bar men ( Tequila) 
The other holiday makers too at the hotel were amazing and we made lots of friends while here. really really really can not thank everyone at the Flora garden enough for what was an amazing honeymoon and we will defo be coming back

Overall we were highly disappointed and thought we were booking a 5 staff getaway for 6 days.

Overall the quality of food is poor in the general buffet restaurant, we both love food and this just wasn’t up to scratch and is the reason we would not return/ recommend the hotel.

There is a few things that can be improved on EG the service in the buffet is poor, only got asked twice in whole week for a drink

With the lira being so poor and the product being shipped in then this might have been the case.

We have been to hotels in turkey before where the entertainment was excellent, these were more like poor school productions.

The sun beds are poor quality, rusty and mainly broken.

The man showing us to our room walked miles ahead and there is very poor lighting at night so we were unable to see where we were being led.

The beach bar are a little poor with cocktails and drinks, definitely not 5 stars.

First impressions weren’t very good: we arrived in the early hours and there was next to no information given by someone on reception with very poor English.

but comparing with other hotels in Turkey is rather poor.

Poor management, poor customer service, poor staff, poor food.

Dining:  there were several occasions when we had to clear a table to sit at for our meal, waiter service for drinks at mealtimes was extremely poor and often my husband gave up waiting and got the drinks himself.

The lighting around the complex is quite poor.

but at the bars they are very poor quality.

There is s piano bar if you want a quieter drink in the evening and different bars with entertainment if that’s what you are looking for, we went for the quieter option!

The evening entertainment has been pretty good compared to most hotels and the space night was brilliant ( it's a must ).

Staff worked very hard and were friendly .I enjoyed the evening entertainment ,

Our first nights arrival, was a Thursday night and the entertainment was a complete alien out of this world experience… absolutely fantastic… we were up dancing all night!

I can't speak highly enough about the place, the evening entertainment was fun the train so good and the location was beautiful.

Very nice Staff at reception and entertaining games at swimming  pool  with Ola from Itaka and her team mates.

Although there is plenty of entertainment at night if that’s your thing.

The entertainment was like being in a 2/3 start resort in Benidorm, with the same music, same songs every night.

Superb hotel, great food, very good entertainment, especially the cosmic night pool party.

Ali in the pool bar was superb and very friendly and the entertainment team, Wow what could I say. Super.

At night time they are great at getting the crowed going and getting people up to dance.

Entertainment and entertainment staff are absolutely amazing and the bar staff are out of this world.

Every evening was different performances.

Also, very nice live entertainment and nice music at the pool

but as for the mobility issues were disgusting.

The sunbeds by the main pool are the most uncomfortable we have ever come across with a nasty hard bar that sat right in the small of your back you need a lilo to make use of them so we went to the quiet pool and used the soft double bed loungers.

I would not go back to this place even if it was free, disgusting, dirty and badly managed, i feel absolutely cheated out of £3K of my money by Thomas Cook and will be taking it further.

Smoking is forbidden in every closed area and this is also of extreme importance for me.

2) Myth: smokers everywhere: I only noticed that we are actually in the smoking area of the restaurant only after i passed by and saw that there was a non smoking area.

although on a minor point they are metal framed, so when it does get hot there is a potential for you being burned.

We arrived in the room to an overwhelming damp smell and road noise even at that time.

Come on Sentido Flora Gardens, this is 2019 and you need to update smoking policy.

however sometimes it was a little hit and miss with some evenings the food being lovely and others it would be disgusting.

but the steak restaurant/pancake house (waffles only) was filthy - you couldn’t see through the glass barrier.

It was disgusting to say the least- half eaten food left out on sunbeds over night, filthy cutlery and plates in the main dining area.Then all of a sudden on the 4th day, there was a complete switch and everything was immaculate in these areas.

I did not even have the heart to tell anyone as it seemed to us it was normal practice with such a filthy place.

The floor was filthy as were the tables and umbrella stands.

but the no smoking areas outside were not enforced so meal times could be very unpleasent.

The paths to some of the areas are made of timber and are lifting in places so you had to watch your step.

We would 100% not return to this hotel, not even if the manager had a permanent smile tattooed on and said we could come for free.. keep your stale chips and foul desserts mate!

The hotel itself is so beautiful and you MUST check out the Zen Garden and especially as the sun goes down and it lights up as it really is beautiful.

This hotel has it all, beautiful pools, gorgeous zen gardens that are so well maintained and beautiful to walk around.

The resort itself was a nice setting, the plants, the gardens, the zen area was all well maintained.

Coffee cafe was free and fab coffee and the zen garden gorgeous.

There is a lovely Zen garden to walk around, nice on an evening.

The other side to the hotel, we’re you had the zen gardens was very quiet so you had the best of both worlds.

I'll start with positives as there are not many, the views and the scenery are very lovely as there is a beach on the doorstep, a zen garden and lots of pretty plants (i think this is what sells it to a lot of people including myself) also the evening entertainment was pleasant as most nights there are different live bands playing, however other nights they had pool parties (not beach parties like advertised)  that were very extra

however enjoy a boat trip just along the beach (past the zen garden) which was very reasonably priced.

The Zen Garden is a must to have a lovely relaxed walk and really a must.

The grounds are beautiful the Zen garden is Lovely to walk around very peaceful.

The Zen garden with the Koi was a brilliant addition to our holiday, just like two years ago and we visited it every night after dinner.

We declined the offer as we are happy with current room 

Overall it has been a pleasant stay and the hotel grounds are very nice (Zen garden in particular)

The Zen garden is peaceful and really well maintained, as is the whole complex.

They offer sports terrains, Zen garden, bars, restaurants.

From vast gardens, that are so well kept, to the beach, to the zen garden area, two pools and various bars and restaurants, it's difficult to get bored. 2.

We used the main restaurant for breakfast and some lunches.

Food was delicious with great a la carte restaurants.

but the rest are lovely, paid for the sushi restaurant, 20 euros each but worth the money it was great, have to say i prefare the outside buffet meals in the daytime to the inside buffet as your food is made to order so is served really hot,  i sometimes found the inside buffet at night not as hot as i like it but thats just me, i like my food piping hot.

Bilal was our main man at breakfast, your papa says thank you, take care.

The food is exceptional, main buffet with so much choice and very tasty, the a la carte restaurants are amazing, the sushi restaurant is wonderful.

The buffet restaurant had lots of choice too and the food there was equally varied and delicious.

The food is amazing - breakfast with every fruit, bread, pastry and hot food fresh every day.

but made with fresh, quality ingredients.

Food here was delicious, service was always amazing.

Food wise the buffet restaurant is great with something for everyone in sure and always with plentiful fresh salad and fruit.

The room was quiet enough the only noise was doors banging from 6am when the sunbed scramble started.

Sat outside for breakfast and evening meal which we prefer to being in the big restaurant.

Just left the Barut Hemera after 10 day holiday to celebrate our Ruby wedding anniversary and very happy to find the same high standards as last November,

but I can honestly say if you are looking for a unforgettable holiday where the staff actually care about how happy you are then the Barut Hemera is the place to book. PS.

We have just returned from a excellent 10 day holiday in the Hemera, we had a great swim up room, which was cleaned every day by our very happy cleaner (can't remember her name).

I recommend if you are hesitating to book this hotel, please DO NOT, you will not regret booking this as your holiday, wether you are a couple, friends, family, or even on your own and want to enjoy a solo holiday, this hotel makes you feel super welcome and will cater to all your needs as much as possible.

With just a bit of that, then this is the perfect holiday.

We were a family of 12  who have just arrived back from a 2 week holiday, from the moment we arrived all the staff were very friendly and helpful, all food was excellent with a range of choices to have, the  shows on a night time were amazing and the activities and entertainment staff made our holiday especially fatma, sebnem, nesrim , sevila and mehmet we will be definitely coming back next year.

but the lighting in the kids room was very poor and i needed to use the torch on my phone when trying to choose clothes from the wardrope, i know these are only minor gripes but for the price we paid and knowing how good quality this hotel is was disappointing.

but I would be hesitant to return due to the poor security and reserved sunbeds.

I think this may be because the main shows at 9pm were very poor and repetitive as they appeared to be dance shows every night.

Water bridge is unsafe as it is no fixed with piles and it is floating on waves

4.low Quality ( salty, dry) and poor variety of food is not for such level of hotel and price.

The evening entertainment was quite poor, alot of the singers were were struggling with English.

Due to lockdown, we felt that we had to get away and as the weather in Scotland’s generally pretty poor at this time of year we opted to go abroad.

Negatives: the view from the room was poor and despite asking for a different room this was not available despite the hotel not being busy.

The evening entertainment was pretty poor compared to the professional shows we experienced in Belek last year, just made up of dance and acrobat shows, it was basically the same just different outfits.

Basic furniture, poor bed, sheets and pillows and a very basic bathroom.

We had poor sleep because of this as it was too hot !

To say 'the food is poor' is frankly an insult to the large number of chefs, waiters and waitresses who spend countless hours preparing, designing, cooking, taking your dishes away, serving drinks etc.. We all have our favourite food,

but looking a bit tired and poor air conditioning.

The biggest let down of the holiday was the food which on the main was very poor.

I really don't know how some people can say there was a limited or poor selection of food or just gripe for the sake of it.

The cocktails and mock tails were horrible 
Lift sometimes didn’t work 
Staff had very poor English 
Our room was far away I’m heavily pregnant with a one year old child would of been nice to be on the ground floor.

When we pointed the quality of the room out and the Thomas Cook rep also took pictures as evidence to show how poor it was, we were told they are full you can stay here tonight or go home at our expense.

but not that big the wardrobe space is very poor.

We brought our disappointment to the attention of Guest Relations who subsequently advised the Management.

However guest relations where very helpful and we were able to pre order food for our restaurant reservations such as pasta

You can easily book the speciality restaurants on the hotel app or through guest relations.

You WhatsApp guests relations what restaurant you are visiting and they will sort everything for you.

We watched a few shows which were ok, nice part of the evening.

Entertainment every night and also the entertainment team during the day (we did not really interact with them as we spend a lot of time at the quiet pool).

The live music around the Melton Bar was very good & provided a nice alternative to the shows at the Kumsal Bar.

The food was outstanding, the grounds stunning (the photos online really don’t do it justice), the service was excellent and we also really enjoyed the entertainment.

We can highly recommend the Barut Hemera for its high standards (definitely 5*), Ultra All Inclusive, accommodation, dining, drinks, entertainment and wonderful staff! We are now coutning down to September 2023 (if we don't turn up before that of course!)

Also enjoyed the evening entertainment, good bands on at the main pool bar, especially the guys from Ukraine, great girl singer, lovely voice.

It has everything you need from great entertainment to an amazing hairdresser and Spa.

Entertainment is great, my niece loved the kids club, water slides and water play area and especially loved the mini disco.

But for me the star of the Hotel has to be Mehmet the Animation Team Leader he’s so funny and easy to get on with bringing all Nationalities together.

I would like to offer a personal thank you to Fatma on the animation team for her warm welcome and hospitality.

are 5 star+ both during the day and evening entertainment, our boys loved it.

The lounge bar is open 24 hours and there are two other bars in the grounds with both usually having evening entertainment.

Hotel, team, food, drinks, and entertainment all outstanding from the moment we arrived.

Lots of enthusiasm and all other entertainment team was fabulous as well.

The entertainment was good day and night as is the weekly pool party with lots of foam.

One of the best hotel in Antalya the food is great rooms are clean and good location and and stuff are very nice and helpful they make sure that your having the time of your life and the entertainment is very nice especially sebnem I recommend this hotel

There is the odd Mediterranean smell in places.

In no particular order ! Ramazan looked after us most lunchtimes at the beach bar , lunch was excellent ( note that there is a smoking and non smoking section !)

Also our rooms were above the seafood restaurant and the corridors and lifts smells bad in evening.

we sat in the non-smoking area and all of a sudden a woman lights her cigarette.

but does contains cig butt's and rubbish lazy guests.
