The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff in the hotel and resturant are very friendly.

After a long day at work and a long drive it was very easy to find, parking was readily available, staff extremely friendly and welcoming, and the room comfortable and clean.

We had a 2 night stay first night was ok second night was poor due to too much noise are bathroom was unacceptable due to cleanliness was reported

On our arrival when the receptionist discussed with us the meal booking system for the brewers fair restaurant (due to it being Father’s Day) she did not make it clear to us about having a meal deal as part of our stay which we would of taken up as we would of saved ourselfs some money.

We both had the weekend off work and decided to email ahead and ask if they could arrange something special due to it being a two year anniversary.

We stayed here due to going to a concert in Glasgow the hotel was half the price of others in town, and only 15 minutes away.

I feel sorry for your staff who have to face the wrath of tired and exhausted guests who have been unable to sleep due to the inconsiderate behaviour of others.

Also had been moved from Cumbernauld hotel due to loss of water so not preferred choice of venue.

Being a bank holiday weekend we wanted a hotel that could be easily done on the train or in the car, it ended up being the latter due to engineering works.

there was people arriving to have lunch turning away due to this problem .

but it hardly did anything, and it wasn't due to weather it was the placement of the room.

but settled it with no drama at all..the only down side was the £30 increase on the room rate due to a Scotland game & one direction concert on the Thursday night of which we were not involved in.. £88 is not a decent price to pay midweek at these premises at this moment.

Easy checking in and plenty of car parking with a easy system to check your car in.

The situation of the hotel makes it very easy to find and spot from the road.

A great place to stay with easy access into the city centre.

Once we knew where everything was in the restaurant for the buffet breakfast it was easy to help ourselves and great value for money as kids ate free.

It is easy to access the city centre, Glasgow Fort Shopping Centre and other places of interest.

We just used for easy access to our relatives house.

On entering the place was loud and lively and we were greeted by a new manageress who was welcoming, friendly and accommodating.

On the first occasion on Friday 15th April, our check in was average, room poor with mouldy window frame, bed not made properly, no extra pillows and the lady who greeted us in the restaurant did her best to discourage us.

Brewers Fayre breakfast/dinner was disappointing, food quality is poor and not good value.

even though id told them i wasnt arriving till then yet used it anyways , room was stinking and freezing ,couldnt find the night porter at 3 am when i arrived to report this  , told the receptionist in the morning heard nothing back poor for premier

Just what you should expect from a Premier Inn: basic, clean, poor shower pressure, nasty coffee, reasonable tea, friendly hotel staff, basic & over-priced food & restaurant staff who didn't want to be there.

£238 for two rooms with a terrible night's sleep and poor service.The rooms were stifling hot although there was instructions for air conditioning along with a control panel

Only negative was very poor Wifi service.

Only reason not 5 is the pub next door is rubbish as the senior staffs attitude is poor, fortunately I don't suffer fools so I don't take any of their rubbish.

however continental breakfast selection very poor compared to other premier inn.

though extractor fan in bathroom very poor so quite a bit of steam build up (would have raised with staff if staying longer).

This disconnect between high quality accommodation and poor quality food will deter a section of the market.

The pub next door was really poor and very grubby

Whilst accepting that the adjacent Beefeater is not a Premier Inn it was very poor.

Food is provided by the very poor Brewers Fayre, menu is dismal and quality of food is shockingly bad.

Parking was excellent and it was a bonus having Brewers Fayre next door so we ate all meals there.

Our room was very clean; the housekeeping staff do a very good job.

Rooms have no aircon and were ridiculously hot, restaurant was packed, noisy and food was disgusting, ordered a steak that tasted like it was off and had been heated using a hairdryer, felt sick and threw up 2 hours later, room was at 27 deg with no means of cooling it down, WIFI is shocking paid for the Business WIFI and that was slower than 4G told to report it

You have classic symptoms of sleep apnea and being able to hear you stop/start breathing was a worry, until I turned up the TV for some background music.

Breakfast is also served in Brewers Fayre - I am sure you will love having breakfast alongside a weird smell if you are sat near the bar which proves that the place was possibly never ventilated or properly cleaned.

Well as we found out none materialised which for £200 was disgusting.

Stayed on business July 2019, the hotel looks, feels and smells stale and is in need of a refresh.

The excuse given was that the glue on the carpet was the cause and all the rooms in the new extension smelled the same.

I got no apology and the hotel is taking it no further what is disgusting!! !

2-3 times I had to ask a smoker to move so I could get out of the door.

It wasn't the best room we'd had at this chain as it looked out onto the back of a factory and it smelt a little bit musty

And the breakfast menu is filthy and sticky.

On the night of arrival the fire alarm went off the receptionist knocked on my door and accused me of smoking in my room I'm a none smoker the hotel was evacuated then in car park in front of guests he said it was my room that set it off I asked the fire men they said it was in the stairwell that set it off very arrogant

Although far from old the corridors smelt of vomit and my room was no better.

We stayed here to go to the Coldplay gig and reception were so helpful, telling us which trains would be best to get to the stadium as well as local taxi numbers!

However, words fail me as to her consideration and kindness.

The layout was a central double bed and a single either side.

The comfort factor was good - spotlessly clean and the bed was excellent.

Great location, good food choices next door (Greggs, Burger King, Krispy Kreme - KFC is a short drive away).

Stayed here with family on our way back home, rooms was really clean, comfy king size bed, the extra bed is good for kid, not for adult.

Beds were comfortable and bathroom reasonably clean

As it is located on the M80 services, you get an extra 10% off in Costa, Burger King and the other food places in the services if you show your key card.

The rooms are a good size, and clean and the bed is comfortable.

though there is no food to buy in the hotel there is a Greg’s Marks Spencer’s Burger King and WHS all right next door.

I couldn't complete my journey due to Storm Arwen, so I arrived seeking a bed for the night.

Beds are comfortable and the room was clean and tidy with tea and coffee and smart TV

but more than adequate, after many stays I am now awaiting delivery of my own travelodge bed, can’t wait, keep up the good work.

Carpet was badly bleached/stained in large areas.

Never took my shoes off when on carpet, god knows what was in it

The room we had wasn't very clean there was someone else's pens still lying on the carpet the toilet was smelly just didn't have a good time as room wasn't as clean as you would expect it to be.

You can smell the damp as soon as you enter the corridor it was awful and  Every surface was sticky and carpets were manky.

Surface of dressing table was sticky and carpet felt sticky too.

Stains on carpet, skirting boards very dirty, marks on ceiling and walls.

Disgusting smell of damp ,carpets were in a disgusting state badly needs an upgrade .

When we checked in the guy behind the reception wasent the most pleasant person when we got to the room we said straight away we were not staying there was lights broken carpet badly stained cracks in the bath behind the taps & bird poo on the inside window ledge when we complained the guy at reception just shrugged his shoulders and asked what you wanted him to do

The only criticism was that there was an awful smell in the corridor upstairs and the carpet in the bedroom badly needs  replacing .

Our room (11) had very worn and dirty carpets and more filled holes in the bathroom tiles than a gruyere cheese.

We got two rooms, and both featured sticky surfaces, streaks of…fluid…running down walls, and disgusting carpets.

The carpets were dirty and disgusting (I'm just glad I brought slippers with me).

Carpet lifted in bits and not very clean, my 1 year old had tights on when we arrived and they were black after she was crawling about, the next morning I put socks on her within 30 mins of her moving about they were black and had to change when we got to the car.

The carpet in the room was wet so we all had to keep our shoes on, it smelt of dog too.

The ugly - wardrobe unit is from the 70s and the carpet in the room was filthy ie discoloured and no pile left!

Room was rather shoddy, curtains hanging off rails, carpet very worn and nearly through in places, sink and bath plug holes rusty, lots of holes filled in bathroom walls, Lino not stuck down at all round edges in bathroom, whole room really needed a spruce up

The room was tired and dirty   Work surfaces were sticky and base of toilet dirty carpet sticky and flooring in bathroom peeling away.

Everything was fine, I am guessing this is one of your older properties, so the carpet was a little tatty,

We had lovely overnight stay at this hotel , my room was clean.

I have been staying at the Stirling M80 Travelodge several times each year for about 20 years, and always choose this over other companies because it offers  very good value for money, the staff are welcoming and the hotels are mainateined and cleaned to a very high standard.
