Breakfast was exceptional every thing you could want.

Breakfast has lots of variety of food to offer include vegan choices and freshly made noodles.

Breakfast was immense, even the fussiest of eaters would be catered for.

The food was great loads of choice for breakfast and the Thai buffet night was excellent quality and value for money.

We took advantage of room service and the restaurants on site and the food was delicious.

The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot of variety, even for vegetarians.

The breakfast is pretty decent with many dishes from international to local.

There is an on site restaurant where we had breakfast every day and dinner a few times.

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, beautiful rooms, and of course the highlight is THE POOLS.

The pools were clean, cocktails sensational and so cheap ,bar food  was fantastic.

The kids room provided great entertainment for the children, in addition to the many shallow pools that offers a great place to crawl around in the water.

All rooms are in villa very close to swimming pool.

We spent one of the two days there just lounging by the pool

Several gorgeous pools to choose from, idyllic places to cool off & enjoy the poolside refreshments.

A fantastic place to stay  all the staff are so helpful and friendly  room was outstanding  pools were awesome and the food wow   cleanliness to the max   shuttle bus to the room (and beach ) the resort is a must go back too for me   i have to write 200 characters for my review lol

The pools are beautiful and there are always sunbeds available.

We booked a pool room which was so nice to be able to walk in and swim from your bedroom door through the beautiful pool garden to the bar!

With 5 swimming pools to choose from, you will be only a minute or two away from enjoying a dip or just kicking back and enjoying the sun!

The resort is big and plenty of lovely pool options.

Pool areas are fantastic and the grounds are lush with tropical plants and are well looked after.

There are lots of rooms where you can have direct access to the swimming pool.

We spent a number of days lounging around one of their pools which was just what we needed.

Our bungalow was spacious and bright and located near one of the largest pool.

The best part of the resort for me are the pools.

The restaurant, Mango Pool and Spa are very nice.

We used room service and the pool menu a few times and found it reasonably priced and delicious.

The staff were always helping* with them and providing them with bananas and other food.

We can the pool access room this time and it was very convenient with close access to a pool bar and restaurant.

Rooms are huge, the pools are nice, the food is great and inexpensive.

We ate dinner on several nights in the restaurant and again choice and quality very good.

I took a milk bath to help calm my skin and relax a bit one evening before dinner.

The food was excellent and Mandarava also offers Thai cooking classes with the hotel's chef for those looking to expand their skills.

In the Karon area, there are plenty of restaurants and shops so you can also walk around if the beach is not what you are going after.

That coupled with the amazing location, incredible facilities and the great and affordable food & drinks they had to offer really set the whole tone of the trip.

The rooms, food and facilities were equally amazing.

The noodle soup station was my favourite.

The cost difference was credited for use in the hotel complex and was used for room service  dinner and drinks etc.

There are a few shops down the road,  7-11, massage, a couple of restaurants and laundry services.

The rooms were 4 star and spotless all the time with daily cleaning.

The resort staff were lovely;  really helpful & very kind -  a delightful surprise when they delivered a pretty bunch of flowers to my room when I was unwell.

While the room is great and comfortable, we struggled a bit with the lighting because it was a bit dim.

The rooms are well-equiped and the housekeepers make sure they stay clean throughout your stay.

The Design of the room was beautiful, and modern.

While the resort is built on a slope, they have tuk-tuks that you can use to get to and from your room to the lobby.

The rooms are beautifully spacious, clean, modern and bright.

We stayed in a tropical room which was roomy and well maintained.

You have everything you need in the room.

Beautiful hotel and the rooms are fabulous.

All staff were friendly, helpful and went out of there way to meet any needs we had.

The staff were so welcoming and loving towards our children.

The whole resort is peaceful, beautifully landscaped with lush greenery everywhere and all the staff are helpful and welcoming.

The staff are the friendliest I have ever experienced, nothing is too much trouble.

The staff were friendly and all quite fluent in English, and were ever ready to go above and beyond their call of duty to ensure your stay is magical.

Staff are all exceptional and cannot do enough for you.

From the very first person we met at front desk, I believe her name was Lemon, to the very last person we met upon checkout - everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive.

All staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Service is great and the staff very friendly.

One of the standouts for this resort was the staff, every single person we encountered were lovely.

I could not get over how polite and friendly everyone was.

All the staff were so friendly and kind and made a huge effort to make sure that all of our needs were seen to.

I will definitely be back, and am already missing the hospitality of the staff as im typing this review.

but starting to show signs of wear Chipped tiles , mouldy grout , shower door wouldn’t stay closed,  and the mini bar at times seemed to seal closed and was really hard to get back open.

tiles as soon as they are wet get extremely  slippery which i had a couple if slips during our stay. .

It had tiles missing and dark spots in the water, which made it look completely different and disappointing compared to the promotional material which was what got us there.

All three original pools still have issues with loose tiles,

There are a couple that are in need of a touch up as I found a few missing tiles

Tiles were missing from the floor of the pool and this could lead to injuries and cuts and the pool and surrounding area looked tired.

but there are a lot of mosaic tiles come loose and sitting on the bottom.

The only recommendation I have for the resort is to fix some of the loose small tiles on the floor of the Mango pool

During our stay we noticed some visible wear and tear (both on the buildings and, e.g., loose tiles in the pool).

Second sight reveals some worn off parts of furniture, missing tiles or seals in the bathroom.

but it would not suit those who have walking difficulties.The main pool while we were there suffered from tiles coming loose and the rooms are looking slightly tired.

The loose tiles were being fixed during our stay.

The only thing that they need to address is the loose pool tiles.

I do agree there are a few things that could be attended to, like the loose pool tiles and the slippery-when-wet wood near the Sala Bar,

The only downside is that the pools could use some restoration since many of the pool tiles has fallen off.

The resort also requires much needed maintenance and restoration from the scuffed up walls within the hotel room to the damaged pool tiles to the dated look and feel of the overall resort.

The pools are nice, the one near our room seemed to be a bit older or need more repairs (tiles and toilets).

The staff is  genuinely friendly, warm and caring, from the kitchen to the Bamboo Bar at the beach.

but we had such a nice time with indoor activity at bamboo bar  .

There is Bamboo Bar next to the beach where you can order food and drinks.

but found the set menu to be too filling so the began to eat in the bamboo bar on the beach.

We also had lunch in the Bamboo Bar and all meals were hot and full of flavour, thanks to Sandy and the team for the great service and smiles, also Cafe Andaman do a fantastic menu for all

The Bamboo bar on the beach is great, 1st class service especially by Sandy she remembers everyone and their chosen drink, the food is good too.

Bamboo bar was our favourite day time restaurant 
Enjoyed top of the reef and otters bar - exceptional service, drinks and food!

From reception and the warm welcome, to the large rooms with a view, to the friendly staff who are always willing to help, to Panwa House and the Bamboo Bar, it was all wonderfull.

The Bamboo Bar was located on the beachfront and the little train was a great addition to get you up and down the steep hill.

The Bamboo Bar, Otters Bar, Top of the Reef, Panwa House and Cafe Andaman all have well trained service staff, groomed well and we have thoroughly enjoyed our meals everywhere.

We did try the bamboo bar for lunch, not bad, we also used the pool down by the beach which was nice if you wanted a dip and didn't want to venture into the sea.

We ate at Panwa house, Cafe Andaman and Bamboo bar and could not fault a single thing about the food, drinks and service.

The Bamboo Bar down at the beach is fine.

We have had lunch at the Bamboo Bar each day where Sandra is a delightful hostess.

Especially the lady who works at the bamboo bar, she provided such friendly and welcome service remembering my drink order every morning etc!

During our stay we ate at Bamboo Bar, Cafe Anderman, Panwa House and top of the reef.

We enjoyed spending time at the beach and the beach bar (Bamboo Bar).

It has its own beautiful sandy  beach surrounded by coconut palm forest.

My family loved the water activities and particularly loved the stunning beach
A very special mention goes to Issara and front reception team who welcomed us once again throughout our stay.

As many good reviews already here about hotel rooms, hotel facilities, beach, 
restaurants, pools; and I also have written reviews about all of those before already in my pervious reviews.

However, the food and service at the stunning Panwa House, on the beach made up for the shortcomings at TOTR.

You can easily carry your stuffs to the beach or the pool.

but the beach zone more than makes up for it.

The beach is wonderful at high tide which we had all week in the morning.

We have stayed in this place for 4 days and everything was perfect, specially the private beach, fantastic views from the room, the food at the restaurant, all fine.

The beach is very beautiful in the morning.

The beach is soft and you can lie there for a whole day.

Even the guys who dealt with baggage and organised the short shuttle trips down to Panwa bay couldn’t have been more helpful.

There's a tram to bring you from the hotel to the beach as this hotel is located on the hillside.

The beach is beautiful, as are the pools and the gardens and facilities are very well Maintained.

The private beach at the foot of the hotel can be easily accessed through the funicular which ferries people to and from the beach.

There is also a beach pool which we used every morning.

The location is nice have private beach..

The result is located at the secluded tip of Cape Panwa with a private beach.

Nice gardens, private beach, pool terrace, small gym, lots of spaces that you can use, I really can't say a bad word about the place.

Awesome sea view from the balcony 🥰 Lovely private beach with lots of palms and sunbeds.

I felt like the private beach at this resort very much.

A private car at no charge was available any time to take us into town and collect us.

The 2 bedroom villas are so easy for a family to share and the private pool overlooking the sea was heaven.

Compared to other private pool villa prices in Phuket we saw the price was also very good.

The small, private beach was pretty and there were plenty of sunbeds and lots of shade from palm trees (not enough to keep your beer cool though).

If you enjoy having one of the finest private white sand beaches on your doorstep, then the Cape Panwa should be your first choice if you intend  staying on the far south end of Phuket.

I stayed at cape Panwa Hotel and I loved the beautiful private beach and the amazing staffs specially the manager lady, Issara was very kind and help us through our stayed since I checked in and out.Excellent professionals.!!

The tram (furnicula railway) takes you down through wonderful gardens to a stunning private beach with a bar and restaurant.

The hotel is in the perfect location,with private beach that is not crowded.

Peaceful, beautiful surroundings and beautiful private beach, really good food and plenty of choice.

Food is delicious starting from breakfast onwards until dinner.

The hotel has a really relaxed vibe wherever you can choose to sit in the multiple restaurants and on the many sun loungers they have around the property.

She reminded that my favorite starter was Chicken wrapped in pandan leaves, and it is the 'hit' menu there in Panwa House (always sold out very quick).

for foreigners around 100 baht ) worthy and Café Kantary Phuket, the most beautiful on Cape Panwa down there.

The reception staff are most helpful and professional as are the bar and restaurant workers.

We eat at the main restaurant, Panwa House, Top of the reef & Bamboo beach bar, the food was beautiful.

The penthause  is amazing, the best place in the hotel 
The food was good for evertihing taste.

The waiting staff in each of the hotels restaurants couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating on every visit, they too dealt with the allergy thing with such care and kindness.

There's also a shuttle to bring you to Kantary Bay which has some street food stalls.

They serve Authentic Thai food with excellent quality.

Food and drinks are also great and variety.

We had our rooms booked in Zone O which is quite a journey up and down the hill

On the plus side, the room was spotless and the ancient cablecar down to the beach fun to ride.

The hotel and many of the rooms have stunning views of the Andaman Sea.

I informed the house keeping (K. Fern) that please come to clean my room after 16:30hrs and she did it right on time.

Our room was clean and the cleaners were lovely

The cape suite ocean view are great rooms, the beach is fabulous with lots of lounge areas, restaurants are wonderful and the service from the staff outstanding.

Room with sea view face to the east and you will find sunrise in the morning.

The room was lovely, well equipped and stylish - even provided us with beach bags to use during our stay - very nice touch.

I was persuaded to upgrade my room with extra cost .

We upgraded our room and the sea view was beautiful.

We had an amazing stay, we upgraded our room upon arrival and it was a speedy hassle free process.

There is a great games room for the kids so chill out and also keep them busy in the rain and a great little plat equipment spot near the beach.

I celebrated my 60th birthday there, and they took care to make it special, arranging the table for 8 in a separate room which wore a festive look complete with table decorations and a delicious cake.

The Suite:

We were very impressed by the room size and condition.

The old beach loungers are dumped behind the beach pool rotting away.

This room type is nightmare, it's old and smells too bad.

but they thought there was a smell in the room so they were moved.

but not as good and the was a food smell constantly in the room because it was above one of the restaurants.

Again this is partly down to lazy and disgusting customers

Some of the decking around the pool is rotten and needs replacing.

Personally we wouldn’t suggest visiting Patong or Bangla Street as it’s over crowded, lively, busy, a lot of shops, smelly, a lot of massage places & bars where I’m sure a lot goes on!

butt ends in this area all of the time which is not a good impression.

Our initial room on the lower floor of the U block was musty and only had views of trees.

Also there is a shop that takes all your dirty laundry and washes dries and you collect the next day and it smells beautiful!

You are then left to your own devices for about 3 hours, where there is not much to do, it STINKS of petrol fumes as there are millions of boats just idling in the water.

However there are not enough sun shades so if you don't get there early enough you will burn to a crisp.

The sunbed mattresses are old and dirty with sweat of other guests.

but as soon as we walked in all that hit us was a damp musty smell   .which i think may be from air con .

Smoking

The smell of smoke in the hotel is everywhere especially at the pool.

Parasols  are old and mouldy, quite shocking!

Smoking - Sensibly this hotel do cater for smokers and non smokers so hopefully everyone is happy.They have divided the restaurant into smoking and non-smoking and other smoking areas are clearly marked.

I stayed for eight nights and after complaining on the first night that my room smelt bad I was moved in the morning to a different room, that was my one and only hiccup resolved.

Most disappointing was the fruit on offer, given what is available locally. Also not good that smoking is allowed (in one section?)

The staff is really eager to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

but the staff were very helpful and service minded with the luggage and upon request, took us back to the lobby with the buggy.

We met the General Manger doing his rounds and he's was very charming and helpful with suggestions of where to experience the local sight seeing , thanks you Voytek this is a credit to you and your team .

Friendly and helpful hotel staff encourages to stay here.

The staff are very attentive and do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

I would like to thank you for all of staffs there to make my days there so wonderful.

Crispy large bacon, croissants, salads, cakes, bread, eggs, thai doughnuts, yokurts etc., and the staffs are attentive and helpful.

We decided to go back to Cape Panwa as we enjoyed our honeymoon here over 11 years ago, the reception staff were welcoming and friendly

I met the hotel manager there (Khun Issara), she is very attentive and a big help for my stay.
