It only takes 20 minutes from Kaş to Megisti and costs 25€.

The 2 hotels charge quite lot for what they offer, so there is no real value for money here.

AND no I am not getting paid for this I just want to pass this on to everyone to experience my1st time where my  ancestors came from.

Hot instant coffee is included in the room' s price, cold shaken coffee (frappee) is not, and charged 3,5 Euros!!

but having seen the beauty of the harbour view, we were determined to get a room with harbour view, whatever the cost!

The room was very clean with a lovely view and all the necessary comforts.

The hotel is literally 3 meters from the sea where you can have a swim and drink cold beers and great cocktails provided by the hosts. The room was spotlessly clean, rather large, quiet and relatively cool  (didn't have to turn on AC once!!)

The hosts are fantastic, and the room is CLEAN!!

Me and my housband stayed  at Hotel Kastellorizo,end of September and  I regret that we stayed only for 4 days   .WAS NOT ENOUGHT
The hotel's atmosphere is so relaxing and warm,those 4 days were the most beautiful days 
of our holidays.Our room was very clean ,with  many artist details , with a mosquito net at the bed ,with a  balkony facing the port ,and it was dreamy to enjoy the view and the sunrise,or listening to Yannis playing the piano  and having our afternoon aperitif.

Sparkling clean rooms,the best breakfast I ever had (home made apple cake ,cake,marmalades,4 kind of bread).The owenrs Voula and Yannis were 
always there asking if we need something more.This is servis for 5star hotel.

Although the rooms are clean and spacious , the above are enough to make you a bad mood, and I think that this is equally important on a holiday trip. .

There was no mention at all of our booking of the Kastellorizo suite and the fact that this was not the room we had booked, so I checked my booking and looked at their website and went back to reception to ask why we hadn’t been given the room we had booked.

Many other strange things happened as well: we arrived by flight (the only one) at 08:00 and the room was not ready before 11:00.

When we arrived and saw the room we were really amazed by the size of the room and the decoration.

I arrived in Kastellorizo for a 1-night stay, and had not booked before.

So, we ended up to wake up at 5:30 in order to spend 1h30 in a 40sqm airport without a coffee/breakfast and with passengers arriving just some minutes before the departure of the flight.

An air traffic strike postponed my departure, in fact a week went by until I took the big slow ferry to Rhodes.

Very nice, spacious and clean room with sea view.

The breakfast was great, lovely rooms clean and modern with great views and balcony, some rooms also have outdoor terraces.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable with a good view of island bay.

We were upgraded to a suite overlooking the Bay of Kastellorizo, they let us have our room at 8 am, the breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and spacious (in any city it would have cost 7 times as much minimum).

The rooms are very clean with a comfy bed!

We had a magnificent time, the staff were friendly, the service was great and most importantly the rooms were clean and modern.

Rooms are clean, quite big and decorated according to what you may all need..our room had a beautifull harbour view from the little balcony.

The rooms are all that you need and are very clean and tidy.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and the whole family here is amazing.

Like most of the family operated hotels in Greece, that is a clean room with a little view from the harbor at the opposite side of the harbor(If you arrive by boat you must walk all the harbor-call the hotel they might pick you with boat maybe?)

Abbiamo passato undici giorni in quest'isola fuori del comune ed in un appartamento incantevole, comodo e servito da tutto quello che può occorrere per una vacanza perfetta: spazi ampi, panorama, gentilezza e disponibilità da parte della coppia che gestisce gli appartamenti, silenzio e mare vicinissimo se non si desidera andare in barca o a piedi a visitare il resto dell' isola, tutte cose che comunque abbiamo fatto con molta soddisfazione, anche perché Antonis, a richiesta, ci ha portato in qualsiasi posto volessimo andare.
