We had a harbour view room which was lovely.We had breakfast outside which was all fresh and delicious.You can swim in the harbour right by the hotel.

The breakfasts were tasty and there was always a freshly baked treat.

Our room was perfectly cleaned as we enjoyed our huge and yummy breakfast each day, all the smiles and conversations were great and the thoughtfulness on our last day when we had the whole day to wait when our ferry was delayed until after 9.30pm was hugely appreciated.

The bedrooms are well appointed and the homemade breakfast sets you up for a trek up the escarpment or to the small village of Mandraki.

Everything is homemade and delicious and the variety is more than satisfactory.

The breakfast is a real treat with so much to choose from and all delivered with a warm smile and information about the island.

Breakfast was ordered  the afternoon before and was an excellent range of food, all servied on a tray at the tables facing the harbour.

But with a difference of price not more than 30€.

It only takes 20 minutes from Kaş to Megisti and costs 25€.

The 2 hotels charge quite lot for what they offer, so there is no real value for money here.

AND no I am not getting paid for this I just want to pass this on to everyone to experience my1st time where my  ancestors came from.

Hot instant coffee is included in the room' s price, cold shaken coffee (frappee) is not, and charged 3,5 Euros!!

but having seen the beauty of the harbour view, we were determined to get a room with harbour view, whatever the cost!

There was no mention at all of our booking of the Kastellorizo suite and the fact that this was not the room we had booked, so I checked my booking and looked at their website and went back to reception to ask why we hadn’t been given the room we had booked.

Many other strange things happened as well: we arrived by flight (the only one) at 08:00 and the room was not ready before 11:00.

When we arrived and saw the room we were really amazed by the size of the room and the decoration.

I arrived in Kastellorizo for a 1-night stay, and had not booked before.

The breakfast, excellent, is consumed to the extreme under the pergolas, all very nice and well-kept.

The staff were very nice (and let us get into our room early the morning we arrived, as we had come over from Kas on the ferry), the room was quiet and comfortable for sleeping, and the breakfast was good in the morning.

The breakfast was great, lovely rooms clean and modern with great views and balcony, some rooms also have outdoor terraces.

The breakfast was amazing, you definitely have to try it.

We were upgraded to a suite overlooking the Bay of Kastellorizo, they let us have our room at 8 am, the breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and spacious (in any city it would have cost 7 times as much minimum).

So, we ended up to wake up at 5:30 in order to spend 1h30 in a 40sqm airport without a coffee/breakfast and with passengers arriving just some minutes before the departure of the flight.

An air traffic strike postponed my departure, in fact a week went by until I took the big slow ferry to Rhodes.

She cooked us breakfast in the morning and was accomodating when we needed a late breakfast after an early morning boat trip to the blue cave.

Irini who owns the studios was very kind and friendly and she would serve us breakfast every morning in her restaurant, Little Paris.

Goat bells from the mountain are the best tune accompanying the breakfast on the balcony.

Abbiamo passato undici giorni in quest'isola fuori del comune ed in un appartamento incantevole, comodo e servito da tutto quello che può occorrere per una vacanza perfetta: spazi ampi, panorama, gentilezza e disponibilità da parte della coppia che gestisce gli appartamenti, silenzio e mare vicinissimo se non si desidera andare in barca o a piedi a visitare il resto dell' isola, tutte cose che comunque abbiamo fatto con molta soddisfazione, anche perché Antonis, a richiesta, ci ha portato in qualsiasi posto volessimo andare.

 - nice studio on the higher part of Kastellorizo village 
- great welcome from the owner who did a quick tour of the island with us by car, and brought us to the room from the harbor, and back 
-  good location to visit the island
- the owner has a very good restaurant nearby - great for diner
- Kastellorizo is a dream location for holidays

Could have been better :
 - no breakfast possibility nearby, either you prepare it in the studio, either you go down to the harbor
