The balcony offers an amazing view of the seaside and mountains.

We slept with the balcony door open and did not use the airco at all.

Really spacious, always spotlessly clean and a lovely large bathroom.The views from our balcony were amazing.

.watching the sun dance on the sea every evening from the Bougainville entwined balcony is something I won’t forget.

For me, it doesn't matter whether you select a room with sea or garden view if you are gonna stay in July/august, because you won't be spending much time on balcony due to very hot weather.

I would highly recommend the honeymoon suite as you have a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea, which is a great place to have a private cocktail or just sit and read a book.

We stayed in a honeymoon room,it was exciting with its bath near the window,balcony with sea view and a coffee machine.

Accommodation was great, we had he honeymoon suite and the room was spacious, clean and had a fantastic balcony with incredible sea view.

The magnificent breakfast is served on your balcony at whatever time you want, the pool surroundings are so neat, clean and perfectly manicured, the view is to die for and very healthy food.

From booking our room to the last breakfast on the stunning balcony over-looking the sea, they couldn't have been more helpful.

but make sure you book room with a balcony and sea view as it's something you don't want to miss here.

We had a honeymoon suite which is well worth opting for, huge space with a big balcony and gorgeous views.

The hotel room we stayed in was perfect for our 3-night stay - the room had a balcony overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean Ocean, and was slightly shaded -- making for a perfect respite from the sun during the day.

Our room was big and airy with a lovely balcony and well appointed bathroom.

Rooms are very well appointed; if possible get a balcony to enjoy the view.

Each morning breakfast was delivered to the room and we ate outside on the private terrace looking at the water.

Everything was incredible, the room, views, breakfast, the sea, the pool, the service, everything everything everything.

Breakfast was excellent and varied every single day.

The dinner we had was delicious, the service was great & the facility is very romantic and peaceful.

The restaurant and breakfast buffet were delicious.

Breakfast of very good quality, lots of fruit, good yoghurt and croissants also delicious.

Breakfast was delicious, Turkish pancake, fried eggs, omelette, fruit, meat, cheese, toast, olives etc, etc.

The breakfast was to die for - you can also enjoy an incredible view while eating.

They have amazing view on seaside and very delicious cocktails in their coast!

Food was excellent and reasonably priced and breakfast choice was very good albeit the same most days.

The breakfast is a mix of fruit, cereals, bread/toast and a selection of cheese/meats and salads.

The breakfast had a good selection of the usual continental items, pastries, fruit and some local hot items, as well as freshly prepared omelettes.

The food at the hotel for lunch and dinner is delicious and there was always ample breakfast!

My only gripe and I’m really struggling here, is I would have liked a longer wardrobe, they’re not maxi dress friendly.

Our only suggestions on the rooms would be to have proper curtains that closed and kept out the light as well as a full-sized wardrobe that can accomodate dresses / trousers and some drawers for more storage.

but it was just too nice just hanging out, I didn’t actually need to leave :-) So next time I have all the details to go horse riding, sailing, exploring the coast ….

There could be a little more storage and hanging space in the rooms, and heavier curtains or blinds would have been good, because our room was very bright when the sun rose.

As well as this the bedrooms could have more storage and hangers for clothes and finally the music in the breakfast room in the morning is really over the top and drives us all mad.

Only picky points were: take your own beach towels as the ones from the hotel are pretty thin, not enough storage space in the rooms, no drawers, just very small wardrobes, so expect to live out of your suitcase (especially the ladies, if they are anything like my 3!

Why were the bath towels presented on two hangars?!

There was no chest of drawers in either bedroom, so absolutely nowhere to unpack our t-shirts/underwear/bits and pieces apart from the rather small wardrobes.

but somehow, it seems to work very well. The few minuses are as follows:-

Not enough wardrobe space
Some of the staff not very experienced and unable to understand English (Yes, I know my Turkish is non-existent!)

The lush garden and pool area exude an air of peace and tranquility.

One of the nicest things about this hotel was the amount of space and general calm feel around the pool areas and seafront.

There is also the pool area that overlooks the sea.

Further since most people were down by the sea we basically had the pool area all to ourselves.

Pool area is beautiful and very quiet for relaxing.

The swimming pool area is stunning, I only wish it was freshwater rather than seawater

Each day we spent the day down by the sea and then came back up to the pool area around 4pm, where we often had the whole pool to ourselves, and enjoyed the last of the sun with a cocktail or Turkish tea watching the sun go down.

The hotel and the whole space--from the swimming pool area, to restaurant, to lounging area and lounge chairs by the sea--is clean and beautiful (think Mediterranean, white architecture).

With a wonderful pool area, sunbeds to relax on, and a bar to provide nice drinks and even some meals at the poolside.

The pool area is very pretty, and has a nice view.

but makes it very windy if you want to try and sit by the pool area (but with all the amazing beach and ocean activities, we didn't think this was an issue).

The outside pool area and loungers down on the rocks adjacent to the sea are plentiful and well designed.

Purchase new quilts which fit queen beds
Eradicate bugs in rooms
Install black-out curtains or curtains which can darken a room
Offer lounge chair service at sea terrace bar for order taking
Provide more large sized towels in the sea terrace and pool areas
Work on service levels to ensure guests are satisfied with their accommodations

but all with beautiful decor and the views and pool area are outstanding the only bad point is the dinning room were poor both breakfast and evening meal but there are plenty of good restaurants in kas.

The pool area was beautifully looked after, with a small bar where you can order snacks and drinks.

The views are fabulous from the pool area and the dining area.

The pool area is clean and well kept, the resort in its entirety is well maintained and very quiet.

The pool area and private beach were just spectacular.

Very welcoming, friendly and had a great level of English.

The staff here were so friendly and accommodating and willing to cater to any need.

A small boutique hotel with super friendly staff and great food, it is perched on the sea front with lovely deck for sunbathing and swimming.

I went to Kaş with my friends, allow me to say that the best choice we have made is staying at Lukka, its really beautiful, clean, neat and it's beach and view are just astonishing, starting from the receptionist warm welcoming to their services,Salim & Karam seriously I can't thank you enough for everything you have done for us, I can summerize this by saying, see you next year guys, you made us feel welcomed and you were professional up to notch.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ümit the barman.

I'm very grateful to the young man (employee) who picked and peeled a prickly pear (native to the region) for us to taste for the first time, and to Tuba hanim who was so helpful throughout our stay.

The guys at the reception are always willing to park your car.

All the staff were so lovely Tuba was so helpful and went above and beyond to help with anything.

Tuba and Abdullah were always available if we had any questions for them.

Manager is always available to answer your questions.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was super hospitable and made my stay very relaxed.

The staff is superb and the manager attended to our every need, really going above and beyond.

Window ledges in the dining room covered in dead flies, furniture for dinner covered in bird poo .

Another minor complaint is that  windows and doors are covered only by lightweight sheer curtains and the corridors are so well lit that should one waken at say 2:00 AM, it appears that it is already noon in your room.

The curtains let in all the light and we could hear other guests through the walls.

When we awoke and pulled the drapes back we could not believe our eyes!

Unfortunately, from a functional standpoint, the beautiful lace and white curtains don't block the sun at all.

I'd advise hotel guests to bring ear plugs and eye masks if you sleep lightly because the curtains in our room were paper thin so the pool lights and daylight shines right through them.

My husband and l thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Meltem Pension.

Our stay with Adnan at Meltem Pension was fantastic.

A clean pension situated close to everything; otogar, swimming areas, old town centre, and cheap restaurants.

We went to an excellent local beach club for lunch which has free access for guests staying at Meltem Pension.

The mattress was very comfortable and the location of the pension is brilliant, very close to the town centre.

A very clean, comfortable pension situated in the middle of Kas.

This pension is centrally located, quiet, run by a friendly and helpful couple.

It was our first experience with pensions and a set a high standard.

Stayed at the Meltem Pension third week of October as a party of four, myself and wife plus in-laws.

Pensions are a good mid range option to stay in Turkey.

I thoroughly recommend this pension for value and great hospitality.

We absolutely would recommend  this pension and would stay here again if we come back to Kas.

The breakfast buffet is delicious, as it generally has some homemade squares and a hot dish or two, in addition to the Turkish pension staples.

You can arrange all activities fom this lovely pension with reasonable prices.

I would recommend Meltem Pension to anyone looking to experience the warmth and hospitality of the Turkish people.

This year we visited Meltem pension again, and also this time we can recommend the little pension in Kaz.

Their breakfast buffet is indeed one of the most expansive I had during my time in Turkey and is served on their rooftop terrace.

Spotless clean rooms, little balcony, great home cooked delicious treats for breaky and a fridge to put drinks in and a top level terrace to chill and watch the world go by.

Breakfasts were great with lots of variety including fresh fruit and home-made cakes !!

The breakfast is taken on the rooftop terrace with views over the town and mountainside and with a huge variety of dishes, pastries and cakes it is the most generous spread I have ever seen.

although a little dated looking are spotlessly clean and the Turkish style breakfast is huge!

After traveling Turkey for more than 2 weeks, the breakfast at Meltem takes the gold medal.

The breakfast buffet is incredible by far the best way have had in turkey!

Be aware that you must also pay in cash so take enough currency to cover the accommodation as well or be prepared to draw cash from and ATM.

The expectation to pay in cash, while common in Turkey, for such a large amount, was also annoying and inconvenient.

We end up paid by cash and call our bank in Australia immediately to find out what went wrong.

although the bathrooms are a little small.

The room was quite small, clean and quiet and the bathroom was as others have described - just a shower head, toilet and basin in a very small space.

The room and the bathroom were very small also.

We had a private room, which had aircon and a private bathroom - note that the bathroom is tiny, and effectively one big wet room, with no separate shower.

We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the rooftop terrace.

Breakfast is served on the terrace, where you can also read, watch TV, drink a beer and so on.

Great breakfast on terrace and owner was very helpful in giving us suggestions.

The bed was comfortable and the terrace is a beautiful spot for breakfast and drinks as the sun sets.

The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is yummy and it's a very nice terrace to chill in the evening.

Enjoyed breakfasts on the roof terrace, watching the view of the upper part of the town and sometimes people paragliding over the bay.

Breakfast is buffet style Turkish on the top terrace, a nice shaded area that catches a bit of welcome cool air in the summer.

3 minutes walk from wonderful harbour centre of Kas.

The location is a short 1min walk to the harbour and walking distance to the bus station.

Less than 5-min walk to the bus station or the harbour so perfect for those travelling around the southern coast of Turkey. 🌞🌞🌞

I walked around int e streets in the rain and discovered this place.

Everything one might need in Kas , shops, restaurants, transport, is within a few minutes walk.

Meltem is in a great location a few minutes walk from the bus station and the harbour and town centre.

The hotel is located very close to the centre and bus station (2-3min walk) and while it is basic, for the price we were very impressed.

Great location (close walk to bus station), extremely friendly and welcoming family run guesthouse.

The location is amazing, literally 5-minute walk to the beach side cafes.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst walking the Lycian Way and I cannot praise Adnan and his family highly enough.

Really easy to walk to from the bust stop, and right in the downtown area.

The roof terrace is a nice place to relax, the rooms are very clean, and it's just a 2 minutes walk to the harbour and the restaurants in the city center.

The location couldn't be better, quick walk from the bus station and to everything in town.

Located about a 5 minute walk from the centre of town, I'd highly recommend staying here!

We checked in at about 5pm and on walking up to the terrace, were provided with tea and cake by Adnan's wife at no cost to us.

The location is excellent, a very short walk from the bus station and the waterfront.

The owner went out of his way to help us (eg, with advice, laundry services, even courier ing our bags on a scooter to the bus stop (which is a 5 min walk away!).

The room was very beautiful with its private pool and the  food was good.

The pool was fantastic and we had plenty of space to chill in the sun or shade in the day.

The low number of rooms overall means that the communal offerings of general swimming pool, beach, restaurant and bar are never overcrowded either.

The key selling point of this hotel is that it offers a range of rooms with a small private pool and outside space so that you have a choice whether to relax and cool down in the privacy of your room – with excellent air conditioning - or use the shared facilities such as the larger pool or access to the sea.

But don’t let that put you off - the staff, private pool and beautiful views mean we will certainly be returning.

We sat by the pool one day & had it all to ourselves.

If you like swimming lengths try using the Spa pool which no one used while we were there, very relaxing with music in the background.

We had a plunge pool, which at 80 cm was somewhat shallow

However,the journey is worth it as this hotel is attractive on first sight with an interesting design of rooms with private pools and a wealth of flowers and planting.The sun lounging areas are on various levels and you will never have to fight for the beds as there are lots to choose from.

I would recommend booking a room with a plunge pool,

but on our 3rd day we were upgraded to Platinium- with our own plunge pool that was large enough to swim in.

When we woke in the morning and opened the curtains the amazing view was on display and fabulous terrace and plunge pool.

however this was 2 shrubs , with bare ground with a hose to plunge pool in - hardly a garden !

Being higher up from the sea there was no breeze and the pool was a welcome break from the heat of the deck.

Went with my daughter (who was visiting us) and wife so booked two pool rooms - Pearl and Coral which were next to each other.

The junior suite Ruby was a welcome haven in the heat of August and the bonus of the pool on the terrace and has now spoilt us for future trips!

Helpful, friendly staff with a big smile all the time.. My partner and myself had Turkish bath and Bali massage.. Turkish bath was not one of the best one
