The balcony offers an amazing view of the seaside and mountains.

We slept with the balcony door open and did not use the airco at all.

Really spacious, always spotlessly clean and a lovely large bathroom.The views from our balcony were amazing.

.watching the sun dance on the sea every evening from the Bougainville entwined balcony is something I won’t forget.

For me, it doesn't matter whether you select a room with sea or garden view if you are gonna stay in July/august, because you won't be spending much time on balcony due to very hot weather.

I would highly recommend the honeymoon suite as you have a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea, which is a great place to have a private cocktail or just sit and read a book.

We stayed in a honeymoon room,it was exciting with its bath near the window,balcony with sea view and a coffee machine.

Accommodation was great, we had he honeymoon suite and the room was spacious, clean and had a fantastic balcony with incredible sea view.

The rooms have beautiful views, most with balconies and ocean views.

The balcony and the glass of wine during the sunset is like a fairy time.

The magnificent breakfast is served on your balcony at whatever time you want, the pool surroundings are so neat, clean and perfectly manicured, the view is to die for and very healthy food.

From booking our room to the last breakfast on the stunning balcony over-looking the sea, they couldn't have been more helpful.

but make sure you book room with a balcony and sea view as it's something you don't want to miss here.

Our standard double room was big and luxurious with a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and sea.

We had a honeymoon suite which is well worth opting for, huge space with a big balcony and gorgeous views.

The hotel room we stayed in was perfect for our 3-night stay - the room had a balcony overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean Ocean, and was slightly shaded -- making for a perfect respite from the sun during the day.

Our room was big and airy with a lovely balcony and well appointed bathroom.

Rooms are very well appointed; if possible get a balcony to enjoy the view.

The views from our balcony were fantastic.

My only gripe and I’m really struggling here, is I would have liked a longer wardrobe, they’re not maxi dress friendly.

Our only suggestions on the rooms would be to have proper curtains that closed and kept out the light as well as a full-sized wardrobe that can accomodate dresses / trousers and some drawers for more storage.

but it was just too nice just hanging out, I didn’t actually need to leave :-) So next time I have all the details to go horse riding, sailing, exploring the coast ….

There could be a little more storage and hanging space in the rooms, and heavier curtains or blinds would have been good, because our room was very bright when the sun rose.

As well as this the bedrooms could have more storage and hangers for clothes and finally the music in the breakfast room in the morning is really over the top and drives us all mad.

Only picky points were: take your own beach towels as the ones from the hotel are pretty thin, not enough storage space in the rooms, no drawers, just very small wardrobes, so expect to live out of your suitcase (especially the ladies, if they are anything like my 3!

Why were the bath towels presented on two hangars?!

There was no chest of drawers in either bedroom, so absolutely nowhere to unpack our t-shirts/underwear/bits and pieces apart from the rather small wardrobes.

but somehow, it seems to work very well. The few minuses are as follows:-

Not enough wardrobe space
Some of the staff not very experienced and unable to understand English (Yes, I know my Turkish is non-existent!)

The views are stunning, great private pool to make advantage of it,

It was a fully contained apartment overlooking the sea with private indoor and outdoor areas and a private swimming pool that wrapped around the front of the suite.

Everything was incredible, the room, views, breakfast, the sea, the pool, the service, everything everything everything.

We loved swimming in the salt water pool.

In the afternoon they offer tea and pastry by the pool, which was delicious and a very nice gesture!

I especially loved the pools and the jacuzzi, as well as the nicely kept beach.

The hotel feels very spacious - the saltwater pool was enormous and there was always plenty of room to relax and enjoy a great cocktail at the bar.The beach area also had plenty of sunbeds and very helpful staff on hand.

The pool is bigger and more comfortable than the neighboring hotels.

We could relax in the Jacuzzi bath and admire the sea view.

The rooms are great, the pool is fantastic and the staggered decent to the turquoise Med with a bar on the way down in the rocks is sublime.

The lush garden and pool area exude an air of peace and tranquility.

One of the nicest things about this hotel was the amount of space and general calm feel around the pool areas and seafront.

The rooms are classic and comfortable and the hotel has a great pool and seaside area.

An outdoor jacuzzi bath had also been installed - a really nice touch.

There is also the pool area that overlooks the sea.

Further since most people were down by the sea we basically had the pool area all to ourselves.

Pool area is beautiful and very quiet for relaxing.

The swimming pool area is stunning, I only wish it was freshwater rather than seawater

Each day we spent the day down by the sea and then came back up to the pool area around 4pm, where we often had the whole pool to ourselves, and enjoyed the last of the sun with a cocktail or Turkish tea watching the sun go down.

The hotel and the whole space--from the swimming pool area, to restaurant, to lounging area and lounge chairs by the sea--is clean and beautiful (think Mediterranean, white architecture).

With a wonderful pool area, sunbeds to relax on, and a bar to provide nice drinks and even some meals at the poolside.

The pool area is very pretty, and has a nice view.

but makes it very windy if you want to try and sit by the pool area (but with all the amazing beach and ocean activities, we didn't think this was an issue).

The outside pool area and loungers down on the rocks adjacent to the sea are plentiful and well designed.

Purchase new quilts which fit queen beds
Eradicate bugs in rooms
Install black-out curtains or curtains which can darken a room
Offer lounge chair service at sea terrace bar for order taking
Provide more large sized towels in the sea terrace and pool areas
Work on service levels to ensure guests are satisfied with their accommodations

but all with beautiful decor and the views and pool area are outstanding the only bad point is the dinning room were poor both breakfast and evening meal but there are plenty of good restaurants in kas.

The pool area was beautifully looked after, with a small bar where you can order snacks and drinks.

The views are fabulous from the pool area and the dining area.

The pool area is clean and well kept, the resort in its entirety is well maintained and very quiet.

The pool area and private beach were just spectacular.

Every meal was delicious and enjoyable view wise.

Everything was amazing, from the views to the hospitality, the food and service, and the unbeatable seaside lounge area (which stopped us nonstop explorers in our tracks for three straight days).

The dinner we had was delicious, the service was great & the facility is very romantic and peaceful.

We loved the spice mix so much on our chicken tacos and triple cooked chips, Abdullah gave us some to take home.

I was very happy about the food: anyone visiting Turkey should try the Meze Plates they prepare.

They have amazing view on seaside and very delicious cocktails in their coast!

The hotel is immaculately maintained, the food is great, the staff, without exception, are incredibly friendly, and Tuba, who looks after front of house is efficient, yet always so happy and welcoming.

If you decide to stay here definitely get the sea view rooms.

Our room (213) was big with a very nice bathroom and shower.

The hotel never mentioned the accidental overbooking of the Penthouse and inconspicuously placed us in a lesser room.

Everything about this hotel is aesthetically excellent from the landscaping to the room decor.

Best choose a sea view room or sit by the pool and watch instead.

Our room which was classified as a Honeymoon Suite was great.

Very welcoming, friendly and had a great level of English.

The staff here were so friendly and accommodating and willing to cater to any need.

I went to Kaş with my friends, allow me to say that the best choice we have made is staying at Lukka, its really beautiful, clean, neat and it's beach and view are just astonishing, starting from the receptionist warm welcoming to their services,Salim & Karam seriously I can't thank you enough for everything you have done for us, I can summerize this by saying, see you next year guys, you made us feel welcomed and you were professional up to notch.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ümit the barman.

The staff will go the extra mile to make your stay one to be remembered.

I'm very grateful to the young man (employee) who picked and peeled a prickly pear (native to the region) for us to taste for the first time, and to Tuba hanim who was so helpful throughout our stay.

The guys at the reception are always willing to park your car.

All the staff were so lovely Tuba was so helpful and went above and beyond to help with anything.

Tuba and Abdullah were always available if we had any questions for them.

Manager is always available to answer your questions.

The staff is superb and the manager attended to our every need, really going above and beyond.

Few places left in Kas ! Lukka made our trip even more special ( 20 years anniversary) .. beautiful view , nice , cosy , good personal , super delicious breakfast ( no waste ) all from natural ingredients, no plastic bottle at all ( well done ! )

The amenities are lovely, bars, food and views.

This is a stunning waterside property with private swimming area.

The hotel sits on a stretch of mountain and ocean views.

In fact, the whole hotel is gorgeous and has absolutely stunning views.

We were a bit too afraid to try the ocean swim area,

but you can jump into the sea easily enough.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it, the sunsets every night the view and the private beach were amazing.

I've come home with some stunning photos.

The breakfast was to die for - you can also enjoy an incredible view while eating.

Just sit back, look at the view and enjoy.

Window ledges in the dining room covered in dead flies, furniture for dinner covered in bird poo .

Another minor complaint is that  windows and doors are covered only by lightweight sheer curtains and the corridors are so well lit that should one waken at say 2:00 AM, it appears that it is already noon in your room.

The curtains let in all the light and we could hear other guests through the walls.

When we awoke and pulled the drapes back we could not believe our eyes!

Unfortunately, from a functional standpoint, the beautiful lace and white curtains don't block the sun at all.

I'd advise hotel guests to bring ear plugs and eye masks if you sleep lightly because the curtains in our room were paper thin so the pool lights and daylight shines right through them.

The rooms have an exceptional view on the sea on the top of the comfort of the terrasse with a private pool makes the whole experience quite exclusive

Lovely rooms and environment.. We stayed one of the room with a private pool..

The room was very beautiful with its private pool and the  food was good.

The pool was fantastic and we had plenty of space to chill in the sun or shade in the day.

The low number of rooms overall means that the communal offerings of general swimming pool, beach, restaurant and bar are never overcrowded either.

The key selling point of this hotel is that it offers a range of rooms with a small private pool and outside space so that you have a choice whether to relax and cool down in the privacy of your room – with excellent air conditioning - or use the shared facilities such as the larger pool or access to the sea.

But don’t let that put you off - the staff, private pool and beautiful views mean we will certainly be returning.

the staff were very good concerned and the hotel private pool concept very special and quality, the beach is very comfortable being in the private beach, the turkish haman sauna spa was very good, the meals are natural delicious breakfast everything is served.

We sat by the pool one day & had it all to ourselves.

If you like swimming lengths try using the Spa pool which no one used while we were there, very relaxing with music in the background.

We had a plunge pool, which at 80 cm was somewhat shallow

However,the journey is worth it as this hotel is attractive on first sight with an interesting design of rooms with private pools and a wealth of flowers and planting.The sun lounging areas are on various levels and you will never have to fight for the beds as there are lots to choose from.

I would recommend booking a room with a plunge pool,

but on our 3rd day we were upgraded to Platinium- with our own plunge pool that was large enough to swim in.

When we woke in the morning and opened the curtains the amazing view was on display and fabulous terrace and plunge pool.

however this was 2 shrubs , with bare ground with a hose to plunge pool in - hardly a garden !

Being higher up from the sea there was no breeze and the pool was a welcome break from the heat of the deck.

Went with my daughter (who was visiting us) and wife so booked two pool rooms - Pearl and Coral which were next to each other.

The junior suite Ruby was a welcome haven in the heat of August and the bonus of the pool on the terrace and has now spoilt us for future trips!

The food was amazing and they even put on a beautiful bbq one evening complete with live band on the terrace.

With excellent weather I enjoyed the breakfasts, lunches and dinners served outside and with stunning views.

Evening service in the restaurant was relaxed and yet still felt special, and what more can you ask for

The welcome from the minute we arrived was amazing - we checked in at midnight and as you would expect the restaurant was closed,

This place have the best steak I have ever tasted.

but loved the food here so had little incentive to move .

The food was fab, something for every taste here, with enormous portions, and so cheap as to warrant a double take at the prices.

The food was also very good and house keeping were lovely.

The food at the hotel is superb & always served beautifully.

So it is worth spending some time considering what you want of your room before booking.

Our room was clean and tidy, towels was clean too.

We did have a niggle when we arrived with our room - absolutely not the fault of the staff,

The rooms are big and beds huge, very efficiently looked after, cleaned and prepared beautifully everyday.

The bulb in our room entrance was blow, you had no light to see in the wardrobe  and remained un-fixed despite being pointed out on day one, 5 star .. really?

We stayed in the sapphire room which also had its own plunge pool which was a great facility to have.

Lastly we were moved to the Amethyst room, which ironically was the nicest room out of the four.

This boutique hotel is set on the Kas penninsular with great views and all rooms facing the sea.

The bar is lovely and the communal areas are nice - never busy as there aren't enough rooms for it ever to be that busy!

With only 18 rooms, this boutique hotel has so much space for everyone that you can get away from it all completely.

The staff of the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful and made every effort to make sure my stay went excellent. Add to that the bustling centre of Kas with many restaurants and outdoor activity providers (visits to historic remains, diving, boat trips, .  )

Salman and Cherry were our main servers and they were AMAZING - nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly, kind, generous and professional.

We were greeted and taken care of by a lovely man called Salman.

All in all a great place to relax with sunshine guaranteed and with the very tourist oriented town of Kas nearby, a more active holiday is possible too with boat trips, diving, paragliding & clubbing only a few things of what's on offer.

The hotel is a lovely alternative to the hustle and bustle of town for dinner.

Located in an incredible bay which was relatively quiet meant serious (and much needed) relaxation with the town is just a 5 minute (£5) Taxi ride away for a more lively atmosphere including a plethora of restaurants to choose from.

Kas itself is the most charming harbour town, picture pretty and so incredibly clean it puts British towns to shame.

My first visit to Kas, I love the town and the Peninsula location.

The lovely town of Kas is just a short taxi ride away for 30TL or via an air conditioned dolmus for 3 TL.

The town is only minutes away by taxi and is well worth a visit, panoramic views from roof top restaurants, superb sunsets.

Kas town is just a £5 cab ride away and offers a great range of restaurants.

but the cabs are cheap.We loved the town that has such a family feel about it with some great restaurants that won't break the bank.

For those who wonder about the hotel's proximity to the town, there is a dolmus that leaves from the main road above the hotel at 10 minutes past the hour and drops you in the town centre - I think it's only 50p either way.

Although the food was more expensive than in the town of Kas the quality was superb, large portions and considerably cheaper than equivalent meals at home.

kas town itself is beautiful, with plenty to do and see, though the town itself is about 3 miles plus, away, the hotel do offer a shuttle service

however visit Kas again as it’s one of our favourite towns in Turkey & we still had a great relaxing holiday

U must to visit in Kas town in restaursnt Zaika- best meat in the world !!!

The hotel offers a free complimentary, one-way shuttle to town (10.30 a.m. and 7.30 p.m.)

His boss (Jihan) was equally helpful and friendly - bought things for us in the town to save us the journey.

We would also recommend the day trip to the pretty Greek island of Meis which is a 20min ferry trip from Kas town, relax at the many lovely cafes by the seafront and watch the turtles swimming in the clear blue waters.

Quite and peaceful with amazing scenery and a short distance from the wonderful and romantic small town of Kas.

They have cabanas which you can reserve for the day over looking the sea.

For me the view was amazing, the balcony overlooked the sea and that was very nice.
