Restaurant and breakfast was also really good, as well as the service.

Hotel restaurant is very good - we had 4 meals there outside of the the breakfast and I would say the highlights were the Salmon Trout, sausage lunch special w ginger sauerkraut and several items from the kids menu (worth asking about if you want classic comfort food in a smaller portion, chicken nuggets for example, very good).

Breakfast is wonderful with a nice selection.

but it comes with one tea bag (for two people), when we requested another we got charged, other things weren’t replaced in the room either when serviced such as the tissues.

Bad tasting coffee from a coffee-machine and juice that tastes worse than the cheapest brands in supermarkets.

One other small complaint is that the rooms are a bit dated in my opinion (carpet and bathrooms), and there's no kettle or coffee machine.

The on,y thing I was missing was no coffee machine/ complementary tea in the room.

For the price, you could wish for complementary water in the room, no annoying extra charges if you want another type of coffee for breakfast.

When we went for breakfast no one came to our table to ask us if we wanted coffee, when we asked if we could be served the woman was very unfriendly and told us that we have to ask.

The only single niggle that I could have is that the waiter was never pro active in offering us tea or coffee, we always had to track him down.

One small suggestion: provide a kettle to make your own coffee and tea.

The waiter looked a bit upset when we asked him to make two cups of latte.

We decided to enjoy some relax after the stressful days which the wedding preparations bring.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious and option to make a lunch to take with you on the trip is just a very good idea.

Additionally during the breakfast buffet they already invite the guests to make sandwiches to take away for the day, providing little paper boxes.

The restaurant, on the other hand, is a battleground for places where finding a clean table is an art, the quality of food especially at breakfast is very cheap, the wait for coffee is long with one lady operating the coffee machine.

We spend in Orea hotel almost one week and we really recommend it.Big choice of breakfast and dinners,you find there whatewer you want.If you are not interested in budget,you can go for a dinner a la carte.

The rooms are very comfortable and tasteful, the service was absolutely outstanding and cuisine was very delicious.

The restaurant buffet had plenty of choice, with some vegetarian options.

Regarding food, it`s really delicious, even for kids, I have to add that I really recommend cheesecake with coffee if you get time for a break ;) Swimming pool is perfect for everyone,  And I almost forget, there is a lot atractions for children, such as animation and play rooms.

I would recommend that no one ever stays at this hotel unless they enjoy being treated really badly by the staff eating pretty much inedible food, not sleeping and then being overcharged for the experience!!

This is a larger hotel and has nice breakfast buffet, pool and game rooms for the kids.

It's borderline animal cruelty and It just doesn't feel right.

I rate the cuisine standard as high class and even during the covid times we did not have the feeling that selection of meels would be reduced.

The ski room and lockers make you feel you are at a horror movie.

Otherwise interiours are a bit too dark and gives you (or to me) a bit depressive feeling, entrance give you feeling you are back in 80s.

but he assured us that this was completely normal and that the boots should feel a little 'snug'.

Hotel is very old, and you can feel it everywhere.

Frankly speaking I have a mixed feelings from this hotel..

The hotel itself i felt was nothing more than average in every respect and very dated.

But the rooms have small windows, and it is a big concrete building so it feels airless.

- not enough space in Wellness (we were off season in April and we couldn’t find any single seat until 6pm )
- Very poor service - we had half board and we’ve asked a waitress to book a table next to the window for 20:30.

This includes the extremely poor lighting in the communal hallways with what appears to be 15 Watt bulbs and only a few of them are turned on.

If you go to the hotel restaurant, be careful the quality of food there might be very poor.

Horrible kitchen, served and prepared by students and not tasty, very poor, sometimes burnt, just horrible for such famous hotel.

We need more refinement for prices charged.

When you say you have a Nespresso in your room, I expect Nespresso there and not a cheap substitute.

Last year we paid only 800 eur now it was 1400 eur.

That unecessary mistake cost me more money because I did get an email with an invoice from the hotel and I had to do an international transfer to the hotel.

It was extremely deceiving and for sure we won't risk again to buy such an expensive stay in such a bad resort.

To the other side the prices are quite significant

But then add to this that when I have checked my credit card upon returning home for some reason the Orea Resort Horror payment was charged at the WORST exchange rate of the whole trip BY FAR!

When we asked the manager, he refused to help and insisted us to pay.

Never happened to me before to pay for pool while staying in the hotel.

Similar full-board accommodation in France, Germany etc would have been at least 2 times the price.

The entertainment was poor and they had some weird system around how you pay for the drinks you had.

We had an family room, imediately, without any question or extra fee, when childs got sick and we had to leave sooner, staff return us paid money).

While having been check-in we have been told that our internet rate does not include entry to the pool (only next day in the morning – very strength).

but we found the services there to be overpriced.

My wife and I booked a Friday through Monday stay using a Slevomat that provided us with buffets for breakfast and dinner, along with 20% off wellness.

We had breakfast and dinner, and food was delicious.

Breakfast was very good except the coffee from the machines, otherwise good variety.

However already the shampoo in the plastic bags with an unpleasant smell in the bathroom reminded me 80´s.

but bathroom had a problem - we could smell the sewage.

Inside, the redecoration was done in a half-baked approach: my room was 1990s decor and an ugly old, rusty bathroom, certainly not worthy of 4 stars.

IMHO, offering bottled water  for high price is not how you upgrade a 3-star standard to 4 stars.

Restaurant BENADA has a slightly limited selection of food and could have a 3.5 stars of five.

This is not 4 star hotel, maybe not even 3 star!!!!

The hotel itself is ok (i would say average - 2/3 stars not 4 like they claim).

WiFi works very well in the bar, and very limited connection in rooms.

No room service, very bad TV signal - nothing to watch before the sleeping time for the kids.

Very poor wifi and internet connectivity.

Also, the hotel wifi isn't the quickest one, so count with that!

Forget it, I had to come down to the reception area to be able to access the Wifi, no way I had connection in the room.

The weak points are: an insufficient WIFI network coverage in rooms, a lack of wheel-chair access and a lack of mini bar in the hotel room.

Especially when the breakfast buffet was rather very simple (ham, cheese, spread, cake) + cold fried eggs which were obviously pre-cooked upfront.

We didn’t have a chance to use wellness, have a breakfast and enjoy our stay.

The staff is very polite, breakfast was very good.

All stuff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is so good that you wouldn’t want to leave till lunch time (if you have the new apartment you won’t pay any extras for you extra wish), the spa property is the Top, restaurant is expensive

Thankfully in deluxe rooms you can order breakfast á la carte.

Breakfast is includet as well as entry to the spa when you book the premium rooms-which is highly recommended as the beds in these rooms are superb.

The restaurant is worth visiting - as they serve delicious, gourmet food there.

Restaurant Orange: horrible service, to change 2-3 waiters, they are not welcoming the guests, they are not kind, the best is when you are going there with 2 babies, not smiling, not helping during breakfast, who wrote good things about the restaurant or the breakfast they were never going in really nice and comfortable restaurants.

The breakfast was very good,we did not have any dinner there due to high prices,but the restaurant looked very nice and seemed to have a good reputation.

Great location, Great staff, Perfect Breakfast and restaurant are overall.

- Rooms are bit outdated = old-fashion with full carpets
- Quite hard to find socket for plug-in laptop or loader

Some plusses:

I would definitely recommend Hotel Bedriska to all who want to spend great holiday in Spindleruv Mlyn and Restaurant Orange le Moon to all who want to have delicious meal.

Comfort in the rooms, mountain or garden views; delicious and rich buffet breakfast; dining for a lunch and dinner in a modern “Orange Le Moon” restaurant with an international menu and divine food.

However if you’re considering staying in Bedriska Hotel - don’t get confused by my comments though, this hotel is still a very good choice for your stay in Spindleruv Mlyn, just be mindfull of its drawbacks which will be hopefully addressed by the management in the future….

Our holidays was ruined by management Bedriska Hotel.

For hotel management (and guests): Dinner is not consistent with the high standard of the hotel.

but rather as a recommendation to the hotel management than something what should be annoying for the guests.

The management did not care - if that happenef to my baby, he could almost die and people don't care?

but the bed was too firm to sleep on and it was very uncomfortable.

We had to keep windows open all time when not there, and organize cross-wind before going to sleep. Staff member (Lukas?)

I tried to contact the reception to complain and see if they could politely ask them not to use the jacuzi at such a time, cause we had kids trying to sleep,

I required ear plugs each night to get to sleep.

During first night damp smell just got stronger.

Or the whole restaurant staff constantly smoking next to the studios so you have to smell it all the time and cannot even use hotel bench for quests - this is just so unproffesional.

I tried open windows to get rid of that smell.

The room had very basic furniture, noisy fridge, no curtains and metal white blinds that didn't black out any light.

however, so the only window looked out on to the public walk area, so not very private.

Let's start with our "welcome": upon entering our first room we noticed that the toilet was dirty and showcased a thin brown stripe (guess what it was); also the smell was not the best, as it was one of those typical restrooms that stink of sewage, like a cheap hotel in Istanbul.

though there was no shower gel in the bathroom.

5.Restaurant:
The breakfast is very complete and good quality.

We had been there for two nights, the room and breakfast were great.

Breakfast was good, with filtered coffee.

Breakfast was fantastic; loads of choices , hot as well as cold items.

though was the food in the restaurant which was absolutely delicious!!!

but relaxing at all, the rooms are well equipped and comfortable, the staff smiling and helpful, rich breakfast buffet and served meals in the evening tasty, fresh and imaginative, children were satisfied playing in the children’s corner.

In the hotel there is a SPA-( done it  after each skiing day..) very good breakfast, nice snooker and bowling, and just across the road you can find the best club in town..

Meals - HB option - good variety of food, both breakfast and dinner served as a buffet.

Breakfast itself was good – a buffet style with enough variety to choose.

Breakfast was a great variety of cooked and continental food and no-one minded us taking a "packed lunch" away with us.

Then we realized that one side was facing a low-key "Disco" with DJs that had a taste for cheap techno from the East European tradition.

A handful of guests sat in the bar enduring hardcore german techno music.

Not to mention the other guests: I am not sure where this hotel promotes its services,

but meal - I wouldn't recommend the restaurant for dinner, breakfast was average but good..
Cleanliness of the room was also not ok, you should improve all services!!!!

We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel.. mostly wellness, bar at the top floor with the beautiful view, large variety of breakfast, good food in the restaurant and pleasant personnel.

Hotel was very clean, with very delicious food and staff very helpful and polite.

Absolutely delicious food, great choice for breakfast and dinner, (I specifically enjoyed pancakes for breakfast and dinner, four types of porridge for breakfast or cheese plate for dinner, at least one pasta dish for dinner).

Having said that, there are a number of positives:

- nice location with nice views on the mountains
- reasonable food - breakfast and dinner buffet
- bars - sky bar on 16th Floor and Havana bar
- facilities - swimming pool, pool tables, bowling alley, .

The breakfast spread was quite good (and a great way to start a day of hiking).

The breakfast was first class with an very wide range of deliciuos options; vegetarians, vegans, fruitarians, gluten-free, lactose-intolerant and diabetic needs were all catred for,

Definitely a place to come back to.

The breakfast in the morning was one of the best.

We had breakfasts and dinners, food was always delicious.

Everything was fine, very good breakfast.
