The shower head barely dripped out, and clubbing music was blaring for 30 mins at almost midnight and off and on the rest of the night!!!

Shampoo bottle not replaced from previous guest.

We found several bugs in our room crawling on the carpet and on the walls of the bathroom!

Tile loose on floor of bathrooms; toilets not working; furnishings extremely worn and threadbare.

Jetted tub was insanely loud and embarrassing to run.

The pipe underneath the sink wasn't connected, so I completely flooded the bathroom and myself.

Filthy windows, loose toilet seat & filthy kleenex box in bathroom.

One guest had pictures of faucet have off, shower head a problem, big nasty stains on carpet, so I was one of the lucky ones.

Bathroom door hinges completely covered in rust.

There were no hangers and extra toilet paper.

He offered to fix the shower and make more food, we declined as we already checking out.

My bathroom had a faucet that moved around in the sink, the door handle to bathroom fell off, the spa was out of order for 3 days and I slept on a stained pillow overnight before I notice the stain under the pillow case.

I had to pry the shower drain open for the tub to drain.

There was something stuck to the bathroom floor that I had to clean up.

Carpet is old, window furnishings are old, walls need to be painted, bathroom needs updating.

Plus, there was no soap in the bathroom which is pathetic.

Breakfast area was fully stocked and well maintained.

The breakfast was fresh and the space well maintained.

The staff was great and the breakfast and location were the only positives.

Love the breakfast area and the wonderful service provided by employee Louis.

Breakfast buffet was well stocked with cereal, bagels, eggs and various other items.

The breakfast was delicious and prepared by a very sweet lady who kept up with everything!

The breakfast area was clean and checked on by staff in a timely manner.

Also thank you to Sydnee and Angelica at the front desk and a very special thanks to Mabel and William who served us such a wonderfull breakfast!

Their breakfast is improving and the man taking care of things there was great.

I'm always hesitant when I see free breakfast included at a hotel, typically we'll eat there one day and go out the rest of time.

Very friendly staff great location with the speedway, casino, and the Legends shops all less then a 5 minute drive great restaurants close by and definitely recommend driving to a Andy's frozen custard was about a 20 minute drive

Location near the Hollywood Casino gave us a chance for some recreation and nightlife.

This hotel is close to the raceway and casino.

We were right across from mini shopping areas and restaurants the race track in the casino.

Hollywood Casino is a 5 minute drive and there are a few wineries nearby.

The location was great, close to the legends mall, the soccer stadium, speedway, and casino.

The hotel is closed to Legends Mall that has great shopping and restaurants, and across from the Speedway and Hollywood Casino for other entertainment!

Nice shuttle service to the local casino and eating places.

Hotel is easy to find and close to shopping, restaurants, casino, Kansas University, downtown KC, the racetrack and sporting stadiums for soccer and baseball.

Also, it is close to Hollywood casino (which we visited), Cabela's, 2 baseball stadiums, Kansas Speedway the Legends, lots of shopping available.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Property was very clean and well cared for.

The rooms are big and clean and what I loved the most about it is that you could go in the reception area and get free unlimited coffee (including decaf) at any time of the day or night.

The hotel was impeccably clean during this covid era.

The room was exceptionally clean and everything worked well.

I can't complain about anything, everybody was nice and the room was clean.

We found the room to be very nice and clean, the hot breakfast was EXCELLENT!

The carpets had spots, doors had wear and tear, towels had spots, air vents were dirty and dusty and the mirror and sink faucets hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

It was a bit noisy in the hotel, there was a soccer team staying there and we overheard some fighting from the room next door.

The door to our room was extremely difficult to shut, and it seemed like a safety issue.

Beds were made only on the night before checkout.Our door did not shut and lock if left to its own devices and upon return to the room it was ajar with my computer inside on the table.

The first thing I see at 7:00 am is a bunch of kids outside of my door playing soccer again leaning up against my door so when I open it one falls into my room.

We kept the DND on the handle before that time and left only to find that a small card had been placed in the lock on the door.

Our door had a broken handle, flies infested the bathroom, broken fixtures, dirty tub, burnt out lights and a foreign substance on the windows.

But was not cleaned while we were out of the room with the sign on the door to clean it.

Front door dirty, and lobby smells strongly of chlorine from the pool.

But the creepiest thing was an older man, sitting in the entry way right in front of the door, reading a newspaper.

If there is a game next door don't plan on coming and going from the hotel.

I myself noted the door between the living/bedroom area was missing curtains.

The only downside was the employees smoking outside the door.

Room door problems where we were unable to get into our room.

The walls are very thin so you can hear the person talking & going to the bathroom next door.

We opted for a one bedroom suite only to find the door was glass and had no covering.

The only dislike was some chipped paint on the bathroom and front guest room door.

Our room is always clean and quiet, no hallway noise at night.

Rooms are clean and the beds were comfortable.

I had an amazing experience here, amazingly clean rooms, amazing pool hours, and  amazing people at the front counter.

The room was clean and quite with central air/heat, no loud window unit.

The carpets are dirty and the entire place smells musty.

Out dated, had a funky smell, the pool was out of commission, the first rooms bed you could feel the springs through it and the room smelled, the 2nd rooms bed wasn't much better.

Hotel carpets throughout the lobby, main stairs to 2nd floor and throughout the hallways were filthy, stained and tattered.

Place was dirty, room is just average and filthy with hair in the tub.

First off the front desk lady had a off behavior she seemed rude elevator didn’t work first room had pee on the bed and second room smelled with the wrong remote don’t recommend at ALL worst hotel ever!

but not least the whole place smelled of smoke!!!!!

The toilet bowl had stains running all down it and looked quite disgusting.

The elevator was filthy and smelled of chemicals.

but suffice it to say that even though it was not "filthy" overall, parts of the room were and it is enough that I would look for somewhere else to stay next time I'm in the area.

The floor was not vacuumed during our 3 day stay and the duvet cover smelled like body odor.

The chemicals in the pool area were very strong so it was difficult to be in that area without eyes burning or coughing.

The roomm carpeting worn and frayed, food lukewarm, elevator had bad odor, and biggest complaint was the fact that the ice and snow had not been completely cleared in the covered entrance way to the hotel, even a day after the snowstorm.

but overall it is very nice and hospitable.

Everyone was wonderful, the front desk Julian was outstanding.

The front desk staff was amazing, they were very helpful and attentive to answer our questions when we needed.

I went through Booking.com and they keep directing me to speak with the hotel and the hotel gives me the runaround.

Once the breakfast rush calmed down he was mopping floors and filling the drink nook up with cold water, tea and coffee.

The breakfast at the hotel was one of the best I've had that was included with stay.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the fresh-squeezed orange juice was absolutely awesome!

First morning no biscuits to go with the gravy that was on the buffet line.

ALL employees encountered form check-in, through breakfast to check-out were friendly and efficient.

Great value, great day shift staff, try to check in before night shift starts, good breakfast nice staff, fun pool, very clean room and helpful day staff.

Our bedding was not clean in the first room and staff switched us to a different one that was better.

It was one of the most gross hotels I have ever stayed in.

Very clean water and the slide was amazingly very fast for the size of it.

Had 3 rooms and none were clean, one had a microwave covered in an oatmeal explosion, another had cockroaches/bugs and broken furniture and the last had garbage in the closets and floor outside is deceptive looks nice with a good location

He was friendly and very accommodating to the request of the guests.

I had a terrible stay at a Best Western in KC Missouri lately ,

From the time we got there in the evening he was friendly and overly helpful.

The hotel has always been nice and the staff friendly.

but I have really enjoyed myself with all the different things there are to do here with a huge mall just next-door mini sporting arenas and events the staff is so friendly (boots) will take care of you !

Again the hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating, friendly and apologetic.

Overall, hotel is nice enough and staff was friendly.

We have found this hotel to be clean  and the people to be friendly and extremely helpful.

I had a great time visiting this amazing hotel by the Kansas Speedway and Legends Shopping Center.

Walking distance from Kansas Speedway and the Legends shopping center.

Great location  close to Kansas Speedway, Spirting KC soccer field & Legends outlet mall.

Best Western Speedway Inn is located very close to Sporting Kansas City soccer stadium, Tbones baseball field, Kansas speedway, lots of shopping and eateries.

I will stay there again for any future events at Children's Mercy Park, or Kansas Speedway

Close to The Legends, Kansas Speedway and many great places to eat.

Access to the Kansas Speedway is excellent, could not get any closer!

Close to the casino and Kansas Speedway, as well as The Legends.

The location of this hotel is perfect for shopping or a Sporting Kansas game and is also right next to the Kansas Speedway.

We could see Kansas Speedway out our window.

5 minutes to the Legends outlet mall, lots of choices for restaurants, and just a couple of minutes to the Kansas Speedway.

I picked this Hotel because it was within walking distance of the Kansas Speedway.

Great location down the street from the Kansas Speedway, and great shopping.

Perfect location for dining, shopping, Sporting KC and Kansas Speedway.

The outlet mall, the speedway, the great restaurants.

Best Western Premier KC was right near the Legends Outlet mall and many restaurants and things to do.

My sister and I have been meeting at this hotel for several years in a row in early November for shopping at Legend’s mall.

This specific location is near my shopping destination of Legends Mall, Childrens Mercy Park and my 
 local family..

The location is perfect, close to Legends Outlet Mall, Hollywood Casino, great shopping and great places to eat.

The hotel is also located near the Legends Mall and a myriad of retail outlets.
