Great location for events at Kansas Speedway.

I had a great time visiting this amazing hotel by the Kansas Speedway and Legends Shopping Center.

Walking distance from Kansas Speedway and the Legends shopping center.

Great location  close to Kansas Speedway, Spirting KC soccer field & Legends outlet mall.

Best Western Speedway Inn is located very close to Sporting Kansas City soccer stadium, Tbones baseball field, Kansas speedway, lots of shopping and eateries.

I will stay there again for any future events at Children's Mercy Park, or Kansas Speedway

Close to The Legends, Kansas Speedway and many great places to eat.

Access to the Kansas Speedway is excellent, could not get any closer!

Close to the casino and Kansas Speedway, as well as The Legends.

The location of this hotel is perfect for shopping or a Sporting Kansas game and is also right next to the Kansas Speedway.

Convenient to awesome shopping areas, lots of eating establishments, SKC soccer stadium, Kansas speedway, baseball and just  about everything.

Great location near the Kansas Speedway, Legends mall and more.

We stay on 3rd floor with the balcony that over looks Kansas Speedway!

We could see Kansas Speedway out our window.

5 minutes to the Legends outlet mall, lots of choices for restaurants, and just a couple of minutes to the Kansas Speedway.

I picked this Hotel because it was within walking distance of the Kansas Speedway.

Great location down the street from the Kansas Speedway, and great shopping.

Perfect location for dining, shopping, Sporting KC and Kansas Speedway.

Best Western Premier KC was right near the Legends Outlet mall and many restaurants and things to do.

but I have really enjoyed myself with all the different things there are to do here with a huge mall just next-door mini sporting arenas and events the staff is so friendly (boots) will take care of you !

My sister and I have been meeting at this hotel for several years in a row in early November for shopping at Legend’s mall.

This specific location is near my shopping destination of Legends Mall, Childrens Mercy Park and my 
 local family..

The location is perfect, close to Legends Outlet Mall, Hollywood Casino, great shopping and great places to eat.

The hotel is also located near the Legends Mall and a myriad of retail outlets.

And if you want to shop Legends Outlet mall is just across the street!

but nearby is a nice outlet mall with many restaurants easy to access by car or even on walking distance.

Hotel is in great proximity to Legends outlet mall.

The location is great, right next to shopping outlet mall, movie theater and tons of restaurants.

The hotel was within walking distance to the speedway, Nebraska Furniture and a little longer walk to the Legends Mall and restaurants.

The rooms are very clean, the pool is great for the kids, and it is a great value considering how close you are to the Legends mall, the casino and the Speedway area.

Legends mall has a lot to offer as well and plenty of food places.

The rooms were clean and the beds were soft.

The whole staff was very nice and the room was  clean and nicely appointed.

Everything was well-maintained and in working order, clean and the room was well-supplied with the essentials.

Great value, great day shift staff, try to check in before night shift starts, good breakfast nice staff, fun pool, very clean room and helpful day staff.

but even with that inconvenience, the kindness of the staff and the nice clean rooms and lobby more than made up for it!

Our bedding was not clean in the first room and staff switched us to a different one that was better.

Very beautiful hotel, with very clean rooms for the low price offered.

Had 3 rooms and none were clean, one had a microwave covered in an oatmeal explosion, another had cockroaches/bugs and broken furniture and the last had garbage in the closets and floor outside is deceptive looks nice with a good location

We thought our room was clean and the breakfast was magnificent.

Rooms were clean and breakfast was well prepared and timely. But.

The hotel’s bed and room were clean and comfortable.

The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean and nice.

Although they did have some renovations going on, the rooms were clean.

but it's got a moldy smell and place is falling apart.

The rooms weren't cleaned properly and some smelled very bad, had food left on the floor, suspicious wet areas on the chairs.

It was almost as if there was water damage or per odor!!

The smell of sewer gas wafting from our bathroom was nauseating at best.

My second room had an overwhelming foot odor to a point where we had to open the window.

Our stay was noisy, smelly and frustrating.

Lobby smelled like sewer, room smelled like sewer, shower was filthy, bed look like unwashed sheets.

Rooms were not ready, hallways smelled of sewage, pool was broken, bar was shut down.

Tell tale sign of urine splatters around the toilet.

Room smelled like smoke in the walls/carpet.

There was a strange sewer type smell permeated our room and parts of hotel.

Pool/hot tub so cloudy with chemicals you couldn't see your feet in 2 feet of water.

This facility had active mold in the rooms.

I had to go buy candles to stifle the stench of this hellhole.

Nothing works, pool is disgusting, place smells, BED BUGS, etc. Awful.

The bathroom had a bad odor so we had to leave the fan on the whole time of the stay.

but still - mattress was stained, comforter was stained, and when we woke up to leave noticed a musty smell and saw the AC had mold coming from it.

There is a water slide, which looked really neat.

We chose this hotel because of its great location and the water slide in the pool.

Very clean water and the slide was amazingly very fast for the size of it.

They offer Breakfast, clean and modern rooms, the pool has a 2 story water slide, a lounge/bar with limited hours, there is a workout room next to the pool, suites and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay great!

The pool has a 2 story water slide, there's a good selection of hot and cold breakfast and the customer service was top notch!

The pool was a big concern for me, as there is a large water slide and no lifeguard.

but we had to ask for soap as it was missing in our room.

The shower head barely dripped out, and clubbing music was blaring for 30 mins at almost midnight and off and on the rest of the night!!!

Shampoo bottle not replaced from previous guest.

We found several bugs in our room crawling on the carpet and on the walls of the bathroom!

Left the hotel and received a call at 830pm to return to hotel because it was being shut down for a water leak.

Tile loose on floor of bathrooms; toilets not working; furnishings extremely worn and threadbare.

Jetted tub was insanely loud and embarrassing to run.

I used the bathroom and went to wash my hands.

Filthy windows, loose toilet seat & filthy kleenex box in bathroom.

There were bugs in the bathroom multiple times.

but shows a lack of planning for whoever is ordering supplies for the hotel (They are also short shampoo because we got one tube in 4 days but 10 tubes of lotion.)

One guest had pictures of faucet have off, shower head a problem, big nasty stains on carpet, so I was one of the lucky ones.

We walk into the bathroom to shower we had no shower curtain.

Bathroom door hinges completely covered in rust.

There were no hangers and extra toilet paper.

The drain to the tub was dismantled so it would cause the tub to drain very slowly while you were in it.

He offered to fix the shower and make more food, we declined as we already checking out.

The carpets had spots, doors had wear and tear, towels had spots, air vents were dirty and dusty and the mirror and sink faucets hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

The invoice I received under our door had my name

Well, that clearly is not happening as that same pool door is has tape on it (some 3 months later).

It was a bit noisy in the hotel, there was a soccer team staying there and we overheard some fighting from the room next door.

The new room was cleaner and the door shut without needing to be slammed shut.

My bathroom had a faucet that moved around in the sink, the door handle to bathroom fell off, the spa was out of order for 3 days and I slept on a stained pillow overnight before I notice the stain under the pillow case.

Beds were made only on the night before checkout.Our door did not shut and lock if left to its own devices and upon return to the room it was ajar with my computer inside on the table.

but appeared half done, with towels left on the floor and piled up outside our door all night.

The first thing I see at 7:00 am is a bunch of kids outside of my door playing soccer again leaning up against my door so when I open it one falls into my room.

but you had the do not disturb sign on your door.

Our door had a broken handle, flies infested the bathroom, broken fixtures, dirty tub, burnt out lights and a foreign substance on the windows.

But was not cleaned while we were out of the room with the sign on the door to clean it.

Front door dirty, and lobby smells strongly of chlorine from the pool.

But the creepiest thing was an older man, sitting in the entry way right in front of the door, reading a newspaper.

Door dividing the rooms covered in smudge marks and finger prints.

If there is a game next door don't plan on coming and going from the hotel.

The door separating the bedroom from the living area was mostly glass which does not allow for any privacy.

I myself noted the door between the living/bedroom area was missing curtains.

After getting to the room, I open one of the doors next to the microwave and there is food from Taco Bueno sitting in a bag.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing experience here, amazingly clean rooms, amazing pool hours, and  amazing people at the front counter.

The room was clean and quite with central air/heat, no loud window unit.

Out dated, had a funky smell, the pool was out of commission, the first rooms bed you could feel the springs through it and the room smelled, the 2nd rooms bed wasn't much better.

Hotel carpets throughout the lobby, main stairs to 2nd floor and throughout the hallways were filthy, stained and tattered.

Place was dirty, room is just average and filthy with hair in the tub.

There was clear water damage above the shower, along with two holes, one of which looked and smelled moldy.

First off the front desk lady had a off behavior she seemed rude elevator didn’t work first room had pee on the bed and second room smelled with the wrong remote don’t recommend at ALL worst hotel ever!

We arrived to find our room smelling like smoke.

Found marijuana rolling papers next to bed, and a tobacco chew pouch next to the couch on the floor.

but not least the whole place smelled of smoke!!!!!

The toilet bowl had stains running all down it and looked quite disgusting.

We stayed in a premium suite (the Fireplace Loft) and the bathroom door handle literally fell off.

Beds were awful, woke up feeling like I was in a car wreck, not enough plugs for electronics, shower pressure was a joke.

Upon checking into our room, there were stains, lots of hair in sink, tub & beds left something to be desired.

My kids got up to go to the bathroom or grab snacks a few times

I had to do a little cleaning in the bathroom upon check in,

Only complaint in that capacity would be the sink drained very slow.

The bathroom doors in both rooms stuck closed.

He had no idea what was included in the paw packages, how to participate in the MagiQuest games, times and locations of the free kid events, how you get the equipment to play mini golf, and barley about the amenities of the hotel such as shops, restaurants, and even ice machines.

For instance, shower is a 5.99 spout nothing you would ever find paying this much anywhere else, no USB plugs in the room which are pretty standard now.

The handle on the toilet was also broken.

Our room had 1/2 roll of toilet paper upon arrival no extra (had to ask 2x before we got more), hair dryer fell off the wall when I attempted to use it, sheets for the bunk beds were too big therefore creating a frustrating situation for kids when they moved around and for parents trying to continue to fix them.

The smelly elevator carpet has been replaced with vinyl flooring and our bathroom had been redone.

Something seemed off, and after looking closer a the pics online used to advertise the Kansas city location and actually going to the Kansas city location the online advertisement is FULL of false advertisements for the amenities in the water park!

Our room smells like a wet dog and the shower water was cold.

but everything was old and stained (carpets, couch, chair) except for the freshly bleached linens.

It was 9pm and the man on the phone was aggressively accusing us of “doing gymnastics.” I would like to note that we were all on our beds watching a movie.

As a family of 6, we usually bring extra blankets and towels

but after one night in that bed, we said no way. Advice?

My son was okay with it, so if you like a flatter pillow, bring your own.

Come to find out you don't get your room cleaned and bed sheets changed daily.

Rooms were OK, nothing special, very outdated, beds were not comfortable.

but we would have to change the bed ourselves and there was nothing they could do about the crumbs on the floor.
