The whole staff was very nice and the room was  clean and nicely appointed.

Everything was well-maintained and in working order, clean and the room was well-supplied with the essentials.

Great value, great day shift staff, try to check in before night shift starts, good breakfast nice staff, fun pool, very clean room and helpful day staff.

but even with that inconvenience, the kindness of the staff and the nice clean rooms and lobby more than made up for it!

Our bedding was not clean in the first room and staff switched us to a different one that was better.

Lobby smelled like sewer, room smelled like sewer, shower was filthy, bed look like unwashed sheets.

Rooms were not ready, hallways smelled of sewage, pool was broken, bar was shut down.

Tell tale sign of urine splatters around the toilet.

Room smelled like smoke in the walls/carpet.

There was a strange sewer type smell permeated our room and parts of hotel.

Pool/hot tub so cloudy with chemicals you couldn't see your feet in 2 feet of water.

This facility had active mold in the rooms.

I had to go buy candles to stifle the stench of this hellhole.

Nothing works, pool is disgusting, place smells, BED BUGS, etc. Awful.

The bathroom had a bad odor so we had to leave the fan on the whole time of the stay.

but still - mattress was stained, comforter was stained, and when we woke up to leave noticed a musty smell and saw the AC had mold coming from it.

but we had to ask for soap as it was missing in our room.

The shower head barely dripped out, and clubbing music was blaring for 30 mins at almost midnight and off and on the rest of the night!!!

Left the hotel and received a call at 830pm to return to hotel because it was being shut down for a water leak.

I used the bathroom and went to wash my hands.

There were bugs in the bathroom multiple times.

but shows a lack of planning for whoever is ordering supplies for the hotel (They are also short shampoo because we got one tube in 4 days but 10 tubes of lotion.)

One guest had pictures of faucet have off, shower head a problem, big nasty stains on carpet, so I was one of the lucky ones.

We walk into the bathroom to shower we had no shower curtain.

Bathroom door hinges completely covered in rust.

There were no hangers and extra toilet paper.

He offered to fix the shower and make more food, we declined as we already checking out.

The drain to the tub was dismantled so it would cause the tub to drain very slowly while you were in it.

The carpets had spots, doors had wear and tear, towels had spots, air vents were dirty and dusty and the mirror and sink faucets hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

The invoice I received under our door had my name

Well, that clearly is not happening as that same pool door is has tape on it (some 3 months later).

It was a bit noisy in the hotel, there was a soccer team staying there and we overheard some fighting from the room next door.

The new room was cleaner and the door shut without needing to be slammed shut.

My bathroom had a faucet that moved around in the sink, the door handle to bathroom fell off, the spa was out of order for 3 days and I slept on a stained pillow overnight before I notice the stain under the pillow case.

Beds were made only on the night before checkout.Our door did not shut and lock if left to its own devices and upon return to the room it was ajar with my computer inside on the table.

but appeared half done, with towels left on the floor and piled up outside our door all night.

The first thing I see at 7:00 am is a bunch of kids outside of my door playing soccer again leaning up against my door so when I open it one falls into my room.

but you had the do not disturb sign on your door.

Our door had a broken handle, flies infested the bathroom, broken fixtures, dirty tub, burnt out lights and a foreign substance on the windows.

But was not cleaned while we were out of the room with the sign on the door to clean it.

Front door dirty, and lobby smells strongly of chlorine from the pool.

But the creepiest thing was an older man, sitting in the entry way right in front of the door, reading a newspaper.

If there is a game next door don't plan on coming and going from the hotel.

The door separating the bedroom from the living area was mostly glass which does not allow for any privacy.

I myself noted the door between the living/bedroom area was missing curtains.

After getting to the room, I open one of the doors next to the microwave and there is food from Taco Bueno sitting in a bag.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and great breakfast and conversation with the staff.

I can't complain about anything, everybody was nice and the room was clean.

Found marijuana rolling papers next to bed, and a tobacco chew pouch next to the couch on the floor.

but not least the whole place smelled of smoke!!!!!

We stayed in a premium suite (the Fireplace Loft) and the bathroom door handle literally fell off.

Beds were awful, woke up feeling like I was in a car wreck, not enough plugs for electronics, shower pressure was a joke.

Upon checking into our room, there were stains, lots of hair in sink, tub & beds left something to be desired.

My kids got up to go to the bathroom or grab snacks a few times

I had to do a little cleaning in the bathroom upon check in,

Only complaint in that capacity would be the sink drained very slow.

The bathroom doors in both rooms stuck closed.

He had no idea what was included in the paw packages, how to participate in the MagiQuest games, times and locations of the free kid events, how you get the equipment to play mini golf, and barley about the amenities of the hotel such as shops, restaurants, and even ice machines.

For instance, shower is a 5.99 spout nothing you would ever find paying this much anywhere else, no USB plugs in the room which are pretty standard now.

The handle on the toilet was also broken.

The smelly elevator carpet has been replaced with vinyl flooring and our bathroom had been redone.

Something seemed off, and after looking closer a the pics online used to advertise the Kansas city location and actually going to the Kansas city location the online advertisement is FULL of false advertisements for the amenities in the water park!

It was 9pm and the man on the phone was aggressively accusing us of “doing gymnastics.” I would like to note that we were all on our beds watching a movie.

Come to find out you don't get your room cleaned and bed sheets changed daily.

$50 cancellation fee, booked a few weeks ago, for a one-night date that is over 3 months in advance.

Now this short trip cost us roughly $850 JUST for the room, and that was with a discount.

but I pay in canadian dollars so the room is well over $500 a night (and additional expenses always bring my bill in excess of $1000).

Without exception this was absolutely a complete rip off!!

The resort is very expensive, so get ready for sticker shock upon departure.

On a positive, the water park is excellent and our room was very clean and beds very comfortable.

With that being said: Our girls had a great time, we felt the hotel staff was pleasant and our room was clean.

Our room was ready within 30 minutes of arrival (we arrived before check-in time), our room was very clean, everything was in working order, all of the attractions were open and operating well, and there were plenty of towels.

Not everything washes out no matter how much carpet shampoo you use or how much laundry detergent and bleach you use.

The stay overall was alright, the bed was as you expect, the pillows were pretty good, the TV never worked throughout the night, and when we decided to take a shower the next day, the tub barely drained.

but need to work on cleanliness of bathroom and halls.

Couldn't take a shower l, wash my hands or even flush the toilet!

2 rooms, toilets weren't working, staff told us to come get plunger plunge it ourselves as there was no one there to fix it (for 2 nights).

But then my mother in law went to use the bathroom this morning and guess what?

The restroom was dirty and looked like someone had vomited in the toilet.

Never received my confirmation email; called multiple times (minimum 8 times) to verify reservation and got a voicemail with a message saying mailbox was full; hallways felt like a sauna; the elevator was ridiculously slow; beds were hard and blankets rough (not soft at all); the shower had next to no pressure and dribbled out of the showerhead; the pool was so chlorinated that I couldn't even sit in there for a minute without my eyes burning, not to mention the spot where the ceiling looked like it was going to fall.

but the 85 year old grandmother had to bathe out of the sink.

When we went to take showers the tub was backed up so we was standing in water a few min in.

There wasn't any staff so you had to go to the front desk to get towels and extra shampoo/conditioner or pillow.

The bathroom had torn wallpaper, no Kleenix box in the tissue holder, dirt on the floor next to the tub, and a shower head that had red and brown "residue" on it.

Only negative was the hot tub looked like it needed to be drained and refilled.

There is no closet, just a rack to hang clothes.

they need better ventilation in that area.

Leaky toilet pouring from the top floor clear down to the breakfast area onto the waffle makers.

The bathroom was the only issue and I didn't feel like it was worth bothering with a complaint.

The hotel was supposed to be non-smoking,

Asked for nonsmoking and walked into a smoke filled hallway.

The ice machine on the floor I was staying on did not work, so I had to go to the smoking floor, which was a terrible experience.

Pool was green when we got there, they cleaned it and it burned our skin and to breath in the pool room was hard!!

We could either have smoking room on same floor OR non-smoking on first floor plus a $15 pet fee.

It's also one of the few hotels that permitted smoking (I'm a smoker)

the only thing they could improve is the clorine smell in the pool area was really bad.

but the blankets were full of cigarette burns and we kept feeling things crawling on us.

The next night when we returned to our room the room smelled of mold and mildew.
