Only negatives: 
The pool was unheated and too cold for swimming in October.

Mix of hot and cold breakfast with a Greek twist.

but there was plenty selection from cold meat to full English and American respectively.

If you go during the beginning of May it does get cold at night

Breakfast is served in the lower ground floor of the hotel, and whilst there was a wide range of hot and cold food available, we just had to go for the views.

but very cold, a little heating would have been nice as it is October so the water doesn’t get chance to warm up.

Beware the water is cold and the ladders leading to the pool need to be secured much better.

Pity that both the main pool and the private pool are not temperature  controlled so no one actually used them for a swim at this time of The year when it was still cold.

although we couldn't use it much because of rain and cold water.

We called and asked if it could be hotter and they said the max temperature it can reach was about 30° C (about 86° F), which is way too cold for a hot tub.

but it was so so cold and I struggled to lift myself up the side to get out!

but also so cold that is sometimes unusable also in August, this is not what happened at Astro palace), the room plenty of space, distributed on 2 floors, the bed was comfortable with attention to details.

though was that the shower goes cold to scolding hot constantly.

but was still nice during the day (it was too cold to swim at night when we went, but probably better in mid to late summer).

but we had to call and get it “fixed”/“opened.” The water was extremely cold and was a little disappointing we couldn’t enjoy it.

Think a couple extra little touches would have made it a 5 star rating such as heated private pools (I went in October and it was too cold to use which was a bit disappointing) and a better shower/ bigger bath.

but my friends who had jacuzzis said they were cold and couldn't use them, which would have been very annoying had I paid for a room with one.

All of the staff are super friendly and can’t do enough to help you.

The staff were so friendly and nothing was any trouble at all.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like family, the staff here are so friendly, helpful & accommodating and will go out of their way to assist with any requests you might have.

The room we had (the honeymoon) was fabulous, very spacious with 2 basins and 2 showers.

My wife and I went on honeymoon and stayed here and it was a fantastic place to stay 

The staff treated us really well and made some excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants 

The hotel facilities were superb and the food great (especially the shrimp)

The rooms, the pool, the food, the staff, the setting, the location were just perfect.

Our room was beautiful, and had its own private pool and hot tub.

Thankfully the jacuzzi was heated and wonderfully warm!

The room was big and I had a huge pool outside my room.

The pool area was huge with plenty of loungers and umbrellas.

Pool was good and always sun beds available, which were very comfortable.

The pool area was clean and comfortable and never over crowded, it has a bar so you can eat and drink by the pool throughout the day.

The pool area gave me the best sunrise every morning.

The hotel pool area has a really nice vibe and is so relaxing.

The hotel itself is beautiful and our jacuzzi room at the side of the hotel was perfect.

We were 3 girls on a Santorini trip and stayed 3 nights here in an Executive Suite with its own private pool!

The rooms are large and immaculately clean with great showers amazing toiletries, there’s a lovely large main pool with plenty of towels and sun beds and towels.

The hotel is stunning with very beautiful furniture and has very clean and big swimming pool.

We were given a beautiful room with a private pool and a jacuzzi on the roof.

It had a balcony off the huge room AND a private roof top deck with lounge chairs, umbrella and jacuzzi.

Nevertheless the rest of the staff were great aswell,  everyone always had a smile all the time, the recommendations were on point especially with the private tour.

We enjoyed the private pool , as well as the bar by the main pool.

The private suite I stayed in was beautiful and super clean.

Organised our boat trip, and a private driver for a whistle stop tour of the island .

Great facilities- a main pool and selected rooms with private pools or a jacuzzi-

but the room we are staying in is amazing and the staff have been so atentive letting us use a private rooftop with a jucuzzi and swim up pool.

They gave us fantastic, recommendations for authentic restaurants (and then booked them for us) organised a very reasonable car hire and even offered to upgrade our room when they found out we were celebrating a birthday (which wasn’t really needed as we already had a room with a private pool!).

They also arranged a private day-cruise and a rental car for us!

We had an Executive Suite with private pool.

We had one with a private pool and it was a delight to spend time in, even on a rainy day.

We were delighted to see our room, a gorgeous modern, clean, light & airy space with an added bonus of a private pool with sunbeds.

The staff also helped us book a private boat trip for two to see the magnificent coastline of the island which was well worth it and very reasonably priced relative to what's available online.

We got a free room upgrade with a private pool and as you can expect the room was IMMACULATE.

Excellent advise on places to visit and eat.

The rooms are all very spacious and well kept; the food is very good at a reasonable price.

As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted and provided with recommendations of what to do/where to eat in Santorini.

The food at breakfast and at the restaurant was delicious, featuring some of the best Greek food and plenty of options.

Great suggestions on where to visit and where to eat from the staff too.

Lunch and dinner at the pool side restaurant were of incredible quality and so delicious!

The area came with plenty of furniture – loungers plus a table and chairs to eat around if you wanted to.

The food was expectional especially the papardele with beef.

Let me mention the food, it is perfect food , please try specilaity Fava and shrims… I will visit again.

Pool bar guys were great and you could eat at outside tables if you wanted.

The staff were fantastic and the food was delicious.

Had an amazing time great hospitality and service food was amazing.

We rented an ATV (quad bike) for the day and this was our highlight as we drove to Oia and wondered through the town before driving down to Kamari and Perivolos (big recommendation for Seaside the restaurant there) we did that in one day easily and allowed us to see so much more of the island, the cost was only €60 for 24hrs and we spent €10 on petrol.

Not only was the interiors gorgeous, food and drinks to a high standard

-	Our room was spacious, clean and minimal.

We originally booked a superior double room, which would have suited our needs perfectly,

It was an amazing room - comfortable bed, beautiful furniture, nice bathroom.

We stayed in the Royal Suite and the room was unreal, incredible shower.

I had such an amazing experience the staff were phenomenal and very tentative the room was beautiful and room service made sure it stayed that way.

Our room was nice, it had all the amenities you would need, each day our room was cleaned and towel art was left which was lovely!

I must mention our housekeeping lady for room 223. she was the sweetest too.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and so spacious!

We were treated to a free room upgrade for a first few nights which was amazing for my fiancés 30th birthday.

Anna Maria at the Spa is a Miracle worker, please try this Spa and thank me later.

I throughly enjoyed the spa treatments with Maria/AnnaMarie so relaxing and I appreciated the 2 complementary products after, definitely well worth a visit.

Even the ladies from the spa and massage desk joined in to welcome us.

The spa was fantastic, my husband and I both did a couples package.

It was always so great to chill at the pool and relax at the bar and spa after being in town.

Amazing Spa and nice outdoor pool, and not to forget the bar and it’s bartender (such amazing guy)

Thanks to Astro Palace and big thanks to Amal and Caterina and everyone (I wish I could remember all the names) they made us feel like home.

Two massage therapists (Anna , Eleui) provided wonderful massages, one very deep for me and one very gentle for my wife based upon our mutual preferences.

They are so helpful, the massages were just amazing.

We also had a massage in the spa, and the lady we had was well trained and professional.

I also got a massage, it was good as well.

She also showed us where things were in the hotel before taking us to our room( pool, spa, breakfast room)

Katerina surpassed what I expected from any hotel And is probably the best host I’ve had from any hotel stay so far!

I would also recommend having a spa treatment it was so relaxing.

but the food was amazing I’d say anyone going to Greece needs to experience Astro Palace hospitality, from the front desk to room service was an experience me and my family would never forget and we’ll definitely visit again.

From the moment we arrived to the broad smiles and personal welcome from Despina and Mavra, who are passionate about guest satisfaction, and all the other amazing receptionists who made everything run smoothly, our stay was 100% perfect.

When we came back to the resort, they checked in on us frequently and ensured we ate properly, etc.

We always vowed to come back and from the moment we arrived the team made sure our stay felt so most important and special from Mira at the front desk, the gentleman who took our luggage to the room and the attendant who took time out to take photos of us in the jacuzzi whilst he was delivering our drinks.

From the moment we arrived at Anastasia apartments, we were welcomed like family.

At check in, a member of the staff will sit you down to organize your stay so I’d recommend having a plan going in so you can let them know when you’d like breakfast, the coffee snack, apero, and make dinner plans.

From arrival welcoming to beautiful breakfasts, the hotel grounds, rooms and then there is the staff.

I received a very warm welcome from the moment I arrived and was extremely well taken care of throughout my stay.

Everything was extremely curated and customized just for us and all of it was completed before we even arrived!

We arrived just in time for sunset and the breathtaking views!

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty.

When we arrived we were welcomed as if we were family and this continued throughout our 6 nights stay.

The team were waiting to greet us when we arrived and Despina the owner showed us around.

On arrival day the hotel phoned my husband to say our room was ready and that they would send a car,

When we arrived we were greeted by the owner Despina and her staff, so friendly and and Myra organized everything from airport transfers, dinner reservations, excursions, breakfast delivery times, full concierge.

She checked with the Doctor and made sure I had the right food when I got back so not to aggrevate my condition

Once I arrived, late at night, they were super welcoming and asked about all sorts of preferences of mine.

From the moment you check in, they ask all your preferences for food drinks, etc.

even in uncertain times the crew made us feel at home the moment we arrived.

We arrived with an organized transfer from the airport of Santorini for 25€ (for the two of us).

I will think of you guys always on the cold UK nights to come.

When you arrive at the hotel after a walk, someone with be there with a cold towel and a drink.

but they were the drivers to your destination, the servers and the one who making sure you received ice cold water and an ice cold towel upon your arrival back from wherever you may have been from the day.

The small touches made the difference - like a cold towel and chilled glass of water upon returning from a long hike along the coast; the turndown service; the assistance with activities and bookings.

After a cold and soggy camping holiday in the UK last year, we were looking for a bit of warmth and luxury and picked Santorini because of the wonderful Anastasis reviews.

And when we returned the hotel, we were greeted each time at the door with a refreshing cold wash cloth handed to us LITERALLY on a silver platter that smelled like lavender or something.

When I say breakfast, I mean a tray loaded with at least three different dishes, plus bread and preserves and hot or cold drinks of your choice.

There was always someone by the pool to help with the towels, when we wanted to go out for dinner they made a reservation (and we got the best table at every restaurant we went to), housekeeping kept our room immaculate, after getting back from a walk someone was there to greet you with cold towels and water.

It was amazing to be met at the gate with a cold towel and glass of ice water whenever we came back from a walk to town.

You’ll be handed cold face towels every time you arrive into the hotel from a walk with a cold glass of water.

When you come in the back gate from a hike they immediately meet you with cold wet towels & ice water.

There are all kinds of extra services (coffee in the afternoon, wine at sunset, cold towels and water when you get back..)  The breakfast was just the right amount and it is was a bit different every day so you don't get bored.

Upon arrival, we were presented with cold towels and cucumber water.

They love surprises and we had a number of these from a room full of candles after we went out for dinner to cold towels and water when we returned from a walk on a hot day.

The delivery of a cold glass of water and a cold towel, was always timed to perfection!

You will be greeted with a cold towel and water when you return from a hike, and served complimentary snacks in the afternoon, and wine at sunset time.

From the help to turn on hot tubs, delivering breakfast and drinks to your room, booking and driving you to your planned dinners, to bringing you a glass of cold water and a cold towel when you get back from a hike!

If you are staying around the hotel for the day, you are brought a frappe (a cold Greek coffee drink) mid-morning while you lounge poolside.

They were even waiting with water and cold towels when we came back from a walk - apparently they'd spotted us from the top of the hill!

For example: When you were in town and come back you are instantly welcomed by one of them with a cold towel and a cold water!

The staff here is so welcoming and so friendly.

The whole team are all so lovely and friendly and really do work so hard to make your stay perfect in every way.

What really makes place number 1 was the staff, they were absolutely amazing, so hospitable, friendly and always made us feel special.

My in-laws had an exquisite relaxing beautiful time and stay with spectacular views and excellent service of no comparison by a friendly and always happy crew.

The staff was very friendly, professional and eager to help.

Always warm, smiley and so friendly making you feel welcome and part of the Anastasis family.

We were shown through to the Reception area where we were welcomed by the friendly Despina (Hotel Manager) and then taken up to one of the beautiful terraces (complete with staggering views, a wall style water feature and tweeting bird in a cage), and given a bottle of water each and a fresh wipe while Myrah took us through the details of the hotel and provided lots of useful information to us.

The service by the staff is outstanding and provided in a super friendly way.

Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful,

The highlight of this place is their warm and friendly staff  who took great efforts to not only ensure that our stay was comfortable

Every staff member we dealt with was friendly and would go out of their way to help with any request.

They are able to combine friendly and attentive service with complete respect for privacy.

We met the first Anastasis team and Despina who was very friendly and welcoming like family.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful.

This was one of our best travel/leisure experiences so far: The best part of it was without a doubt the staff  - they are all just incredibly friendly, charming and helpful !!!

The people are always friendly and you have a lot of privacy.

It exceeded every expectation, everyone who worked there were the most welcoming, friendly, helpful, attentive, kind I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.

Food and drinks were fantastic, the pool was immaculate, dinner reservations and activities were easily arranged, and the staff was wonderful, very friendly and professional.

The hotel is a short walk from the towns and everyone was incredibly friendly.

Of our day with reminders … setting up transfers .. excursions .. dinner rsvp … all their recommendations and arrangements were spot on .

You will receive a call letting you know that breakfast is on its way as well as a reminder of any reservations you have for that day (catamaran pickup, dinner reservation, etc.).

And to finish, I can’t miss saying thank you to the guys who brought our food each day and presented it on our balcony with expertise and finesse and to the housekeeping who kept the apartments looking beautiful.

Their restaurant recommendation was spot on!
