I had something wrong with my eye and each one helped try to sort it and then kept checking in for the rest of the holiday which I thought was nice and personal.

Free shuttle bus twice nightly to the town and staff would even co e to find you to advise you it had arrived.

Renting a car and quad from reception last minute saved us money, was much cheaper than online and the car/quad arrived within 30 mins of reception calling them.

From the minute we arrived they went out of their way to look after us and ensure we had a wonderful stay.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional level of service.

On arrival we also received a room upgrade as it was my wife’s birthday. The food is fantastic, (the shrimp tacos are unbelievable!)

As soon as we arrived at the airport, we where treated so wonderfully politely and respectfully.

From the moment the hotel driver greeted us at JMK Arrivals to the moment he dropped us off a week later, it was like living in a bubble where everything (and I mean) everything is taken care of for you.

On arrival we were introduced to main staff and offered a friendly welcome drink while luggage was taken to the room.

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by friendly faces and were given a hotel tour as well as a welcome drink at the pool bar before we were shown to our cocoon jacuzzi room.

Maaike was extremely helpful in making this day special by arranging for champagne, rose petals and a balloon in the hotel room for when we arrived back as well as making the experience as stress free as possible.

Moreover, when we arrived we've received welcome drinks and Minas always gave us something extra to eat or drink.

So friendly and lovely, would definitely return - exceptional stay, thank you!

Whilst the hotel rooms and facilities are great, the real USP that The Andronikos Hotel has over other hotels we have stayed across the world, is the warm and friendly customer service levels.

The pool area is more designed like a spa then a hotel.

Superb hotel,  pool area really is something else,  very laid back and lots of space/sunbeds.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the pool area is fab and there are plenty of sun loungers / cabanas for all the guests and a really good atmosphere with a DJ some days.

What really sets this hotel off is the pool area and sunbeds!

The well-designed pool area provided the perfect place to unwind and escape the heat, while the delectable breakfast spread added a delicious touch to the mornings.

The staff are exceptional, with Special mentions for Minas who runs the restaurant / pool area and Korina who is the manager.

The pool area was spotless & nothing was too much trouble.

Swimming pool area perfect to chill, have a good time with friends and yet relax-enough places to hide away and the pool is of a great size.

Our room was spacious and clean, the food was excellent (we LOVED the Greek salad and sea bass especially) and the pool area was great, with plenty of sun beds always available.

Hotel itself is nicely situated and the pool area offers comfort and relaxation.

Sunbeds and swimming pool area is lovely with nice background music during the day.

The hotel itself had everything and more, we used the spa and had the most relaxing massage, the pool area and sunbeds were great and there were no issues getting one, there were also great sunset views from the rooftop bar area.

The pool area was always immaculate and background music was great!

The hotel and pool area are stunning with plenty of sun beds and loungers.

The hotel it’s self is very nice, nice pool area, bar and restaurant with nice beds and sun loungers.

but it only went to town at 8 & 9pm (and not back), which I felt was pretty poor.

The construction is poor & done cheaply including furniture I suspect ,so lots of design faults & ommisions ,such as no towel rails , poor drainage in shower resulting in overflow onto bathroom floor , taps are hard against the wall so difficult to turn on,etc etc.

Oh and the wifi was pretty poor throughout the hotel.

Like many holiday resorts, Internet access can be poor when connected to the wifi.

Overall downside,  ( nothing to do with the hotel ) Mykonos as a whole is over priced and over rated, car hire expensive with huge insurance excess due to poor roads and drivers.

WiFi connection was generally poor and slow; a bit hit and miss.

The good does not outdo the poor I'm afraid.

The cleanliness of the rooms were pretty poor.

One point that I must express is the poor service the concierge provided, in particular, the unhelpful and sarcastic attitude from a lady called - Maaike.

I tried the restaurant for evening meal and also had one poolside meal (afternoon) both I thought were poor over seasoned with salt so I do not recommend  the restaurant.

Ultimately though, our overall impression remained colored by the experience of our first night and the poor way in which it was handled by the andronikos staff.

Actually we had a high expectation and we finally faced poor room quality and bad location.

The service, food and common areas lived up to these expectations; unfortunately the poor condition of the rooms led to disappointing experience overall.

In the morning they called me and told me that they will reassign us to another room; that room was very poor, it had an old TV and was not pleasant at all.

Our room looked directly on to the poor area and also had a sea view.

No tissues, cotton buds, shower caps in the room, internet and WiFi were not free and the cleanliness of the rooms was poor!!

However most likely due to the unusually rainy weather during our stay the rooms felt wet and musty.

*You have to focus on your step not the picturesque walls and views, as the curving features on the paths and patios sometimes mask a difference in level, as we know to our cost.

The decor of the room was poor especially when compared with other rooms in the hotel with untasteful branches in a pot that smelled very bad.

I attempted a shower that evening and our washroom flooded :( there aren't any shower doors and the drains aren't large enough so water goes everywhere.

Still a problem with sewers in the Greek Islands you have to put all used toilet paper in a covered pedal bin - no flushing away (something difficult for us to come to terms with)!

The whole room smelled moldy and musty, and there were also signs of mold in the bathroom.

We also found our bedroom sheet had an iron burn, which I initially thought it was a stain.

Almost every inch of grout was covered by mildew.

The bathroom was dingy, towels were old, the drains smelled on occasion and apart from basic shampoo and soap, nothing else was provided (well apart from bath foam

but where I live greek cuisine is considered to be grilled stale meat and chewy cheese.

We found used 'Q-Tips' of former guests on our terrasse; additionally we found an old hair-band of former guests in our room
- The toilets next to the pool were very dirty and disgusting
- We had to complain three times until they would act and give us a different room
- Especially the staff at the reception was unfriendly and arrogant (the pool staff

but leaked through the bathroom which did not drain the whole day & there was already black mold around the fixtures.

i stayed at this hotel just last week and couldnt wait to get home to write a review on what might have been the best days of my life.SERVICE: more like slavery.i couldnt even light a cigarette before one of the guys with the white outfits ran to give me a light.

I don't want to say that the hotel was disgusting or awful, there just wasnt anything special about our experience that we had there.

Our room was full of dust and the a/c had a discusting smell.

The hotel was amazing the staff where fabulous always on hand for anything you needed and always went out of there way when they seen you to talk to you.

Special thank you to all the staff and manager for making this a special experience.

The airlines had lost our luggage and the front desk staff took over trying to find it and get it delivered to the hotel so we didn't have to make a trip back to the airport.

The staff works hard to make you feel at home away from home, help with any questions and make you as comfortable as can be.

Minas and his staff were so welcoming and made us feel very relaxed during our stay.

As we settled on the sofa, we were treated to a welcoming glass of champagne.

We were greeted with champagne upon our arrival and check in went quickly.

All the staff were wonderful couldnt thank them all enough for being so attentive during our stay from entering the hotel being greeted with champagne and being showed around by thanos then being greeted at breakfast by dimitris and then spiros & panos always on hand to take dishes and bring drinks during breakfast!

Before we even arrived they contacted us and confirmed our flights so they could arrange complimentary airport pick up to hotel, at the arrival to hotel been greeted with champagne, rooms were ready.

We were greeted by Thanos, Georgia and Giannas, along with the staff with a glass of champagne and our room was ready immediately.

Thanos was amazing and took care of all our needs, and even had champagne delivered to our room.

We were greeted with champagne as we checked in and even escorted to view 2 room options by the manager himself!

Upon arriving to the hotel, they offered us complimentary champagne, made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted with a glass of champagne and the manager Thanos showed us to our room and offered us a complimentary upgrade to the Honeymoon suite for one night,

Favourite parts were breakfast having champagne and omlettes & relaxing by the pool with a cocktail.

The sea view from our room is incredible and the extra touch of champagne on arrival for our honeymoon was perfect.

Champagne and strawberries at reception is always a nice touch and let’s you know the hotel care about first impressions.

The pool area  is the focus of the hotel & is lovely, the bar service is excellent & there was always free beds or cabanas during our stay

The hotel has a terrific pool area that is better in person than in the photos if that is possible.

The room lead straight to the pool and other areas of the hotel easily.

We opted for a standard room and it was small

but if you do not wish to take your computer or Ipad  a computer room at small cost is adjacent to the reception area.The pool area has shades, beds and tables.

Just the room are a little bit small (difficult to turn around the nice canopy bed)
Road is quite close also so i m affraid it could be noisy at peak season.

The rooms are small (I had a junior suite and it was smaller than a standard room in every other hotel), and bathroom wasn't fully equiped
Services and position are fair.

The place is beautiful and the whole staff is great specially Thanos who made sure everything was perfect.

This hotel is stunning in all aspects from the view, to the service.

Myself and my friend stayed at the Palladium for 3 nights in October for our 30th birthdays, and we couldn’t have had a better experience.

This is the best hotel experience I have ever had in all my years of travelling.

The staff and management were incredibly caring and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was exceptional.

The whole team including Thanos, Spiros, Marisa, Alexia,  John, Yianni etc, were a delight to be around and were always so attentive and showed genuine care ensuring that we had the best possible experience and were able to get around seamlessly.

However, Greece closed its borders for tourist from Serbia due to Covid situation.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was for the fact that the restaurant was closed !!

Given that we were at the hotel at the end of October, the restaurant closed for the season while we were there.

We started off by showing up hours after the lobby was closed and

We where staying during the off season so alot was still closed

but the post office was already closed so they offer to send it for us - though my friend still haven't received it til now :(

I've stayed at so many hotels around the world, including the luxurious ones but nothing beats this hotel's service!
