Breakfast couldn't be get any better a very large variety of food.

We also loved the waiter at the most exquisite breakfast who was a lot of fun and gave us all the party tips we needed.

Before we even arrived they contacted us and confirmed our flights so they could arrange complimentary airport pick up to hotel, at the arrival to hotel been greeted with champagne, rooms were ready.

We were greeted by Thanos, Georgia and Giannas, along with the staff with a glass of champagne and our room was ready immediately.

Thanos was amazing and took care of all our needs, and even had champagne delivered to our room.

We were greeted with champagne as we checked in and even escorted to view 2 room options by the manager himself!

Upon arriving to the hotel, they offered us complimentary champagne, made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted with a glass of champagne and the manager Thanos showed us to our room and offered us a complimentary upgrade to the Honeymoon suite for one night,

The sea view from our room is incredible and the extra touch of champagne on arrival for our honeymoon was perfect.

Champagne and strawberries at reception is always a nice touch and let’s you know the hotel care about first impressions.

The minute we arrived to the hotel, we were treated with smiles , lots of love, champagne, given personalized tour of the hotel.

They have now updated the pool area and it looks fantastic.

The grounds are very beautiful, including a very nice spa, great pool area and gym I did not want to leave.

The bohemian room I had was perfectly perched up to the pool area and bar and I loved waking up having access to it.

but levitated to the main pool area most of the time as we really enjoyed the atmosphere around there.

They all had TV's & really comfortable beds +big showers

The pool area  is the focus of the hotel & is lovely, the bar service is excellent & there was always free beds or cabanas during our stay

Rooms were spacious and pool area was breathtaking.

The hotel has a terrific pool area that is better in person than in the photos if that is possible.

The room lead straight to the pool and other areas of the hotel easily.

The room itself was quite small too, especially the bathroom.

We opted for a standard room and it was small

but if you do not wish to take your computer or Ipad  a computer room at small cost is adjacent to the reception area.The pool area has shades, beds and tables.

Just the room are a little bit small (difficult to turn around the nice canopy bed)
Road is quite close also so i m affraid it could be noisy at peak season.

The rooms are small (I had a junior suite and it was smaller than a standard room in every other hotel), and bathroom wasn't fully equiped

This is the best hotel experience I have ever had in all my years of travelling.

The staff and management were incredibly caring and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was exceptional.

Besides that, the hotel installations are awesome, the food is great, breakfast was delicious, rooms are super comfortable and nicely decorated with a stunning view of the beach and town.

Plates were swiftly replaced, coffees topped up and even milk is poured in your cereal for you!

The food here is first class, especially the breakfast which is absolutely superb, with help yourself free flowing champagne.

The hotel is right across from platis gialos beach which has sun beds for rent, lots of restaurants and has a bus stop that will take you into Mykonos town.

The location is just a short walk from Platis Gialos Beach, which was one of our favorite day trips at Branco beach.

The hotel is a few minutes walk down to Platis Gialos beach (which is nice enough, do get a beach message at Branco ) which has lots of restaurants and bars (we preferred Yialos Yialos) and about 10 mins in a taxi to Mykonos town or the airport, which the hotel can arrange instead of waiting for the hourly, crowded bus.

We loved the location, close to Platis Gialos Beach - and the hotel is magnificent.

Located at Platis Gialos beach, only a 2 minute walk to the main beach, 20 minutes walk to Skorpio's and a 25 minute walk to Nammos.

The hotel is in an excellent location- a very short walk to platis gialos beach (we liked this better than being on the beach since the beach can get very crowded) and a 10-15 minute bus ride into Mykonos town.

Location: a great location above Platis Gialos beach close to nammos beach 
Facility: it’s considerably a new facility with a small lobby with worn out and dated furniture, a nice restaurant overlooking the pool, a spa, a gym.

Overall I would rate this hotel as very good and it was just a 2-3 minute walk to Platis Gialos Beach.

We were met at the ferry by the hotel shuttle and driven over the hill and south from Mykonos Town to Platis Gialos Beach.

3 mins to restaurants and swimming on Platis Gialos Beach.

We loved going down to the reserved chairs on the Platis Gialos beach which was only a five minute walk, and we also walked over to Paraga Beach which was only a 15 minute walk.

We were shown to our room, which had clean and modern features, and a fantastic view overlooking the pool deck and Platis Gialos Beach.

The hotel is a 3min walk to Platis Gialos Beach and has connections that get you a free umbrella sun chair for daily use and give you towels to take also.

Room view is astonishing, Platis Gialos beach.

The hotel is located only 3 minutes walking distance from Platis Gialos Beach with many bars and restaurants and about 10 minutes driving to Mykonos town.

Location: Located in a quieter area of Mykonos, only a 2 minute walk to Platis Gialos beach, and a 10 minute walk to 2 other nice beaches - Psarrou and Peraga.

The hotel is in a perfect location - quiet, overlooking Platis Gialos Beach, near Paranga and Psarou beaches.

The ambassador it's more a boutique hotel, very nice, with a very nice view to the Platis Gialos Beach

When we arrived our room was not quite ready so we were escorted to the restaurant, where we enjoyed a drink in the beautiful restaurant and pool area.

The pool area is very relaxing and staff are always available to give towels, bring you food/drinks and staff even clean your sunglasses.

The pool area is very nice and very classy.

The pool area was clean and relaxing with wonderful treats such as homemade lemonade and mini ice creams throughout the day.

The rooms are individually decorated, the pool area is beautiful, and the staff are all amazing.

Hotel pool was lovely and service at the pool area was impeccable, the attention to detail and care was amazing, from the free sunglasses cleaning, sunscreen, cold towels, ice creams et cetera.

We immediately took advantage of the unique offerings and pampering that the spa had to offer followed by dinner at the lovely restaurant overlooking the Aegean Sea & the gorgeous pool area.

Pool area is impeccable and service is just perfect.

Breakfast was superb and very relaxed overlooking the beautiful pool area and bay which was a wonderful start to every day .

The views from the restaurant & pool areas are amazing, and truly represent the hotel's website photos.

The pool area is beautiful, no fighting for a chair!

We went to the pool area bar after dinner every evening for a nightcap, lots of great cocktails.

Just a 3 min walk from the beach, which has a strip of wonderful beach clubs and tavernas and a great base for what you want to do on the island

The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is the fact that not all channels on our TV worked (not worth raising this as we spent more time at the pool) and we found some food and drinks a little overpriced.

They promised me a price for the next night which I’ve booked after my first one, and then they put 200€ on top .. probably most worst hotel on Mykonos !

I booked the room and I did not check the rates after that and that was my biggest mistake.

I realize the hotel management wants to hire cheaper labor

but for the prices charged I cannot provide a better raising.

Only thing I would mention is that I felt the Food & Drinks was a bit overpriced.

(Although, I think one would have to pay for a chaise chair there.)

Hugely dissapointing, for the rates I’d suggest staying at Cavo tagoo or bill and coo, or kousarous and not come here if your expecting top quality service, as your paying for it.

So if you think the price is expensive, don't worry because you will get what you pay for - plenty and delicious.

The “could be better”

-No shuttle service to Mykonos Town, so you either pay €50 round trip for a 10 minute ride or just take the public bus.

We just weren't wowed by this hotel, especially given how much it cost.

however, keep in mind that they charge an exorbitant amount to bring it to your room, more than 1 hour after placing the order.

but could be better, clean in the room is fine but not top and not 5*, second service is not available although for the price and for the 5* it should be.

but it’s very disappointing to pay for something you don’t / won’t get.

Expect a generous wine list with European prices.

but I think it needs to take a reality check on its prices.

We went to the spa and had a massage/facial and it was lovely.

The ladies at the Spa were really nice and calming.

The concept of (Value for money) is the very definition of this luxury hotel, the Myconian Ambassador is one of the best stays we've ever had, the service, rooms, view and the Spa is also imaginary.

Upon arrival we were greeted with a cool towel and a refreshing cherry juice beverage as well as a quick tour of the spa and escorted to our gorgeous room.

We had an amazing family experience at the spa with massages, facials and thermal experience.

The amount we were charged was the rate for a suite at that time and there were other things included with the booking like free massage and airport transfer.

We also did couples facials at the spa and they were outstanding.

The breakfast was fantastic, the spa was incredible and they truly made our stay in Mykonos the honeymoon I had dreamed of!

Also enjoyed the thalassotherapy at the spa.

The spa, restaurant, and location did not disappoint.

The beach nearby was beautiful and had very good options for food and drinks

We also tried the spa which was very nice and relaxing, and the service fees were very reasonable

In summary, our experience was perfect, nothing to complain about, on the contrary, they really impressed us.

A beautiful location, 3min walk to the beach, fitness room, spa, staff that are happy to provide concierge services (book a restaurant, ATV, taxi, guide.

The spa is reasonab and the 3 soaking tubs are wonderful.

The Reeza restaurant inside the hotel have both interesting plates for breakfast as well as for lunch and dinner, micing greek cuisine with some international and elegant tastes gave us an amazing food experience.

The best part is that we tried the “floating breakfast”.

The breakfast is incredible AND included in your stay.

The breakfast is so dressy and delicious and was served with a smiled every morning.

Breakfast was very good not buffet and w choices.

We have eaten at the restaurant for both breakfast and lunch, and the food was delicious both times.

As I sat in our room’s private hot tub with my girlfriend, gazing at the sea and stars, sipping on a delicious Paloma… I asked myself “Does it get any better than this?”
I have stayed at many hotels in Mykonos and Rocabella is by far the best experience.

They offered free late check out and amazing breakfast in the morning.

For breakfast you can choose from a buffet (cold) or a la carte (hot dishes).

However, Greece closed its borders for tourist from Serbia due to Covid situation.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars was for the fact that the restaurant was closed !!

Given that we were at the hotel at the end of October, the restaurant closed for the season while we were there.

We started off by showing up hours after the lobby was closed and

We where staying during the off season so alot was still closed

but the post office was already closed so they offer to send it for us - though my friend still haven't received it til now :(

I've stayed at so many hotels around the world, including the luxurious ones but nothing beats this hotel's service!

though and a lot if the services were closed, something I didn't know in advance.

We went in november so there's not much to do there, everything in the city is closed (I mean, everything, you can only find a few reastaurants open)

Our room happened to be above the back door of the laundry facility and the worker would be talking very late at night outside on his phone at times - only complaint and that was due to room location; not bad when the windows are closed

We found that many of the highly rated restaurants we wanted to try were closed until the following spring/summer after Oct 15th.

The staff were more than helpfull and as it was my 28th wedding anniversary, they laid on a spectacular evening of vow renewal at a tiny chapel, champange and a private dinner for two in a beach restaraunt which is normally closed this time of the year.

though we were invariably the last people to arrive just before it closed) with extensive choice, and you were never rushed.

but it was such poor quality that it was not drinkable.

The taxi service is pretty poor in Mykonos and one night we were stuck for an hour waiting in the taxi square so i'd recommend to hire a car/quad.

Often the rooms don't look like they do in photographs and the service and amenities are poor.

I would never recommend this place to anyone and have never had such a poor experience in a hotel.

There was a poor guy who had to clean the rocks, boy what a miserable job scrubbing and bleaching the rocks, it was so hot I felt so damn sorry for him, it didn't feel right to use the pool while he was working.

Breakfast was very poor for a 4 star Hotel.
