.Housekeeping staff Hukum ji, who decorated my prayer books & idols with beautiful rose petals, Housekeeping Staff Chand who gifted a beautiful candle and towel with my name embroidered on it and Berishul Singl who was extremely prompt and attentive….also, at the restaurant Risala, want to call out to Narender, N.Singh (Restaurant Manager), Saddique and Karan – who was always more than keen to make sure that our taste buds are satisfied to the fullest….and also Manohar (Bell Boy), who took us around the Maharani and Maharaja Suite, Horse Stable etc…..my wife and daughter also enjoyed both the outdoor and indoor pool, game of squash and also, early morning yoga with very friendly instructor…..all in all, an outstanding experience…

While Mr. Sadiqque  - as avuncular as they come - made recommendations based on our preferences, that had us wanting more, Mr. Abhinav and especially Mr. Karan, were quick to bring our food and were extremely cheerful, friendly and generally wore their heart and their enthusiasm on their sleeve.

At the Front desk, we were greeted by the radiant Taniska Chakrabarti who was very friendly and made sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay.

but what makes it incredibly charming is the fact that everyone is really paying attention, there’s a fine line between formality and being friendly and they absolutely achieve this.

Replace the plastic bottles, used for drinking water, take nature friendly measures. 2.

Extremely friendly staff.We had a great time .Amazing  authentic Dal batti and haldi sabzi.Must try.Carry your own shoes to use the squash court and tennis court.The spa had excellent service too.And the 45 min tour in the palace is also a nice thing to do to elevate your experience.

All staff members are very helpful, friendly and keen to do anything for you.

The staff is extremely warm and friendly.

though when it comes to customer service, they are very poor and no where close to Udaivilas/Oberoi group.

Our service at breakfast was beyond poor. 1.

But, the cultural programme is really very poor.

There are numerious little touched that make any stay special from afteroon tea to the poor side hamper.

Also, there were minor irritating touches in our room like poor and fluctuating wifi as well as fused bulbs so we had no light in our balcony which was the best part of the room.

It is also part of the trip to be aware of the unimaginable and decadent differences between very roch and very poor in India.

Even the breakfast was average, where the options were limited, and the service was slow.

Finally, my partner, who was choosing between the Taj Lake Palace and Umaid Bhawan for the proposal mentioned that the Umaid Bhawan team was extremely slow in responding to his emails and that the photos of the proposal venues in the marketing material were very unprofessional.

A very very slow vintage elevator..with a deewan sofa, to sit on while u ride to the next floor!

Chef Shobhit was so caring, as were Sakshi and Saddique at dining.

Upon arrival we were greeted with trumpets, people playing instruments and lady's dancing which was super great as it made us feel very welcome.

But what stood out for me was the warm hospitality of the staff.

Among the several lovely people one gentleman in particular - Saddique who attended to us during our breakfast on both days of our stay - he has been with the property for 42 years and a true gem of a man in every respect !

It was an absolutely fabulous stay at Umaid Bhawan courtesy the brilliant hospitality of the staff who made the stay memorable.

Especially my favourite Dal baatti Choorma and paan ice cream 
the staff at Umaid Bhawan greeted us with so much celebration and fervour, that it made the day an unforgettable one.

As the evening approached, me and my family went for dinner at one of the palace's finest restaurants "Risala.

The festivities began with a private tour of the palace, where I learned about its rich heritage and enjoyed hospitality of umaid bhawan.

My husband surprised me for our anniversary by booking the finest hotels during our multi- city tour:  The Lodhi in Delhi,  Oberoi in Agra, Jai Mahal Palace in Jaipur and Umaid Bhawan Palace in Judhpur.

truly a memorable experience we enjoed the palace tour with Mr.Sikander ji and Mr.Swaroop ji went out of the way to make my husbands birthday special.

The front desk staff, specially Raj Nandini gave us a tour of the palace.

Our stay there was one of the highlights of our India tour.

Recently  I had visited this Marriott ,full of excellence services that make my stay comfortable  ,staffs services excellence taking  care of small things in the room make neat n clean housekeeping  staffs Ankit ,Arman and food quality  is amazing ,I would like to visit again  soon.

It's a great trip with my family member,when I visit Fairfield by marriott jodhpur, it's not showed that business class hotel, it's was a luxury services there in the hotel by all staff member, extra taken care by housekeeping staff specially Anjali, Rishu and Aftab.

The check in and check out was too slow and not at all as per standards.

but time to serve an order is awfully slow.

though service was very slow - it appeared that the staff were not used to dealing with large crowds.

Service is slow, they do not clean tables fast - maybe one reason can be that its not a five star Marriott property or typically a JW Marriott series.

Very slow service (I won't even call this service) hotel rooms are ok

but nothing to shout about, Its a four to five star meal but the restaurant service is slow and sloppy and needs to be worked on especially if there is a large group of business or conference people
There is a gym but I didn't have time for that, the TV programmes are fine.

Very slow, time to serve is minimum 40 minutes, ala carte can take forever, not as per Marriott standards there is a lot of scope of improvement

but somewhere I felt that service is bit slow and in the rooms there limited channel to watch on TV which is very much disappointing for us ..rest of the service and staff is amazing..laxmikant Shilpi dikila dolly rajinder Kapil amanat shivangi Summent Puneet ..mrityunjay & Lalit they both were very much supporting during the conference set up to gala Dinner bar party in all the set ups are done by both of them .

however in absence of buffet, food service to table is comparatively slow.

Highly recommend to avail service, Mr. Ram Singh very professional, courteous, having local knowledge and clean cab service.
