Cleaning staff, Rahul & Sunil, made my room spotless every day.

Recently  I had visited this Marriott ,full of excellence services that make my stay comfortable  ,staffs services excellence taking  care of small things in the room make neat n clean housekeeping  staffs Ankit ,Arman and food quality  is amazing ,I would like to visit again  soon.

Wonderful hotel offering hi tea in the evening, fresh clean hotel front staff was very polite and courteous,room was so clean and fresh, every amenities is there in the room, specially thank to Arman and Aftab.

The room service is a bit slow for my liking.

At times, the service is slow when they gave to handle good numbers of guest.

The check in and check out was too slow and not at all as per standards.

but time to serve an order is awfully slow.

though service was very slow - it appeared that the staff were not used to dealing with large crowds.

Service is slow, they do not clean tables fast - maybe one reason can be that its not a five star Marriott property or typically a JW Marriott series.

Very slow service (I won't even call this service) hotel rooms are ok

but nothing to shout about, Its a four to five star meal but the restaurant service is slow and sloppy and needs to be worked on especially if there is a large group of business or conference people
There is a gym but I didn't have time for that, the TV programmes are fine.

Very slow, time to serve is minimum 40 minutes, ala carte can take forever, not as per Marriott standards there is a lot of scope of improvement

but somewhere I felt that service is bit slow and in the rooms there limited channel to watch on TV which is very much disappointing for us ..rest of the service and staff is amazing..laxmikant Shilpi dikila dolly rajinder Kapil amanat shivangi Summent Puneet ..mrityunjay & Lalit they both were very much supporting during the conference set up to gala Dinner bar party in all the set ups are done by both of them .

however in absence of buffet, food service to table is comparatively slow.

though when it comes to customer service, they are very poor and no where close to Udaivilas/Oberoi group.

Our service at breakfast was beyond poor. 1.

But, the cultural programme is really very poor.

There are numerious little touched that make any stay special from afteroon tea to the poor side hamper.

Also, there were minor irritating touches in our room like poor and fluctuating wifi as well as fused bulbs so we had no light in our balcony which was the best part of the room.

It is also part of the trip to be aware of the unimaginable and decadent differences between very roch and very poor in India.

The rooms were immaculately clean and Anamika and Ravi from housekeeping were always available for anything we needed.

House keeping was impressive, in its efforts to maintain the cleanliness of the room, as also to find out if we had any special preferences.

Rooms are clean and no noise around means one can have a sound sleep.

Welcome was warm , rooms were immaculate with amazing views of garden and peacock.

I also want to acknowledge Indira and Archita from the housekeeping team who catered to all our requests in the rooms and ensured that rooms were always clean and well arranged.

Hemantji and hid Housekeeping team including Achal and Berishalji for keeping our room very clean and comfortable - especially the lovely bubble bath and cute gifts/momentos given to our son.

though we could completely relax in a sparkling clean room.

Service is excellent, facilities are modern and functional, rooms are clean and spacious.

Hukum from housekeeping always made sure our room was spotless.

The team that clean our room was also great, thank you Mohan & Achal Sing.My favorite part of the day was morning breakfast & Dinner (Karan and Raval) made sure we were well feed and that we tried new local dishes (the morning glass of sparkling wine was such a nice touch & coffee was great).

The welcome with rose petals & a red carpet, superb & well-appointed rooms, sheer beauty of the palace, amazing warmth & hospitality at every step, exquisite food et al combine together beautifully to give you a memory of a lifetime!

Even the breakfast was average, where the options were limited, and the service was slow.

Finally, my partner, who was choosing between the Taj Lake Palace and Umaid Bhawan for the proposal mentioned that the Umaid Bhawan team was extremely slow in responding to his emails and that the photos of the proposal venues in the marketing material were very unprofessional.

A very very slow vintage elevator..with a deewan sofa, to sit on while u ride to the next floor!
