It's a great trip with my family member,when I visit Fairfield by marriott jodhpur, it's not showed that business class hotel, it's was a luxury services there in the hotel by all staff member, extra taken care by housekeeping staff specially Anjali, Rishu and Aftab.

The check in and check out was too slow and not at all as per standards.

Service is slow, they do not clean tables fast - maybe one reason can be that its not a five star Marriott property or typically a JW Marriott series.

There is a gym but I didn't have time for that, the TV programmes are fine.

Most of the time we need to call the owner to complain about no water on Tap.

Guru is the taller brother and thinks he does all the work, while the other brother does, Guru likes watching cricket on his phone while the other brother works hard.

First when I spoke to someone, he said he is not the manager and just answering the call.

-The staff is not friendly at all. When you arrive for check-in the receptionist was on his phone and we had to talk to him to hear a "check in?"

Call and ask for a rickshaw (tuk-tuk) to pick you up outside of the gate.

I was very mad and contacted the guesthouse via the number provided by booking.com, during my 16 times call, phone was picked up only three times, first saying they would call me back and hanged up, second saying sth I did not quite understand in Hindi and hanged up, third time saying it was the wrong number and hanged up and never picked up my call again.

although in reality that tiny and dark space (I cannot even call it room!!)

Unfortunately I didn't get any answers and he hung my call.

I had to call the manager on his cell if i need any small thing also as he n his brother use to be on the roof top restaurant all the times

but the only hiccup was the overbooking and not giving the same terms which was discussed on phone.

We realised he was just trying to scam us so went back to the train station and waited around some more for our pick up, when he still didn't show I got annoyed and used my English phone to call the hotel number.

Rooms were clean and spacious specially the balcony rooms, bathroom, rooms full of equipment.

Spacious rooms and very clean itself both room and bathroom host are very possessive for cleaning.

2)	Room service is really bad and after ordering anything waiting time is around 20-25 minutes even for drinking water.

Hall not arranged properly,  no assistance given to arrange the equipments,  for every small thing you need to approach reception,  water not served properly,  hall not rearranged post lunch,  empty bottles and and papers not removed,  no curtsy,

Water for tea was only lukewarm, toaster in a bad condition, and the staff didn't really want to serve theyr hotel guests.

There was also no hot water whatsoever so we all had cold showers at 3am as we had to head out early.

No water was served even when we were seated, deputies asking 3 times we got one glass!

Drinking water was not there and multiple calls had to be made to get one.

but when you take shower , water flood in complete washroom.

We had to call the reception every time we wanted hot water for a bath.
