The breakfast has many variety  and tasety.

A full breakfast buffet with chef made eggs/Indian foods made to order was provided in the bright and clean large restaurant.

1) Our experience during the morning rush hour for breakfast was great with their service being top notch

2) The housekeeping staff, Ankit and Kaushik, who were responsible for cleaning our room were very polite and well behaved.

Recently  I had visited this Marriott ,full of excellence services that make my stay comfortable  ,staffs services excellence taking  care of small things in the room make neat n clean housekeeping  staffs Ankit ,Arman and food quality  is amazing ,I would like to visit again  soon.

It's a great trip with my family member,when I visit Fairfield by marriott jodhpur, it's not showed that business class hotel, it's was a luxury services there in the hotel by all staff member, extra taken care by housekeeping staff specially Anjali, Rishu and Aftab.

The staff took care of every detail right from the arrival.

We would like to recommend and appreciate staff like Utkarsh & Naresh at Kava for taking very good care of ours.

The check in and check out was too slow and not at all as per standards.

but time to serve an order is awfully slow.

though service was very slow - it appeared that the staff were not used to dealing with large crowds.

Service is slow, they do not clean tables fast - maybe one reason can be that its not a five star Marriott property or typically a JW Marriott series.

Very slow service (I won't even call this service) hotel rooms are ok

but nothing to shout about, Its a four to five star meal but the restaurant service is slow and sloppy and needs to be worked on especially if there is a large group of business or conference people
There is a gym but I didn't have time for that, the TV programmes are fine.

Very slow, time to serve is minimum 40 minutes, ala carte can take forever, not as per Marriott standards there is a lot of scope of improvement

but somewhere I felt that service is bit slow and in the rooms there limited channel to watch on TV which is very much disappointing for us ..rest of the service and staff is amazing..laxmikant Shilpi dikila dolly rajinder Kapil amanat shivangi Summent Puneet ..mrityunjay & Lalit they both were very much supporting during the conference set up to gala Dinner bar party in all the set ups are done by both of them .

We are going to miss his delicious recipes.

Among the several lovely people one gentleman in particular - Saddique who attended to us during our breakfast on both days of our stay - he has been with the property for 42 years and a true gem of a man in every respect !

The next morning , we were treated to a lavish breakfast spread at the palace Pillar restaurant.

Not to mention an incredibly delicious chocolate cake!!

The entire staff was extremely attentive and friendly, the food was delicious, and the rooms were very spacious!

Chef and ‘Risala’ team have been serving with delicious food.

The breakfast buffet featured an extensive selection of amazing food.

Chef Vikram, Chef Shorbit, and their team made breakfast a delightful adventure.

The breakfast and meals at the restaurant were of top quality and there were lots of choices.

Rooms were amazing, The Palace was breathtaking & I completely enjoyed staying here, Food was delicious, The Service was most courteous, The Re-creation facilities like Billiard, Indoor pool & Spa was top class, Staying here was an lifestyle experience, A Vacation every one should take.

The breakfast selection was of top-notch quality and incredibly diverse.

I had told her that we were visiting to celebrate our daughter’s admission to an iconic univ and Rajnandini ensured that there was the most delicious chocolate cake prepared for my daughter.

And finally the food, both breakfast and diner were superb.

Be it the welcome, the delicious food, the small detailing in the room or the mesmerizing property.

Breakfast was a-la-carte and offers a lot of options to choose from including the Jodhpuri platter one can’t miss.

We also used a guide service to take us around to sites  Chef and servers for breakfast and dinner … mouth watering food and excellent services not to mention it has very rich history too.

The warm welcome, the incredibly comfortable rooms, the delicious food, the luxurious decor and the staff attentiveness made my stay a truly delightful experience.

I don't know why I can't  have diner on that wonderful terrace and enjoy the starlight while listening to delicious Rajasthani music.

she was around most of the 3 days stay and made sure that we are taken care of very well.

Karan was exceptional in taking care of our needs.

though when it comes to customer service, they are very poor and no where close to Udaivilas/Oberoi group.

Our service at breakfast was beyond poor. 1.

But, the cultural programme is really very poor.

There are numerious little touched that make any stay special from afteroon tea to the poor side hamper.

Also, there were minor irritating touches in our room like poor and fluctuating wifi as well as fused bulbs so we had no light in our balcony which was the best part of the room.

It is also part of the trip to be aware of the unimaginable and decadent differences between very roch and very poor in India.

Even the breakfast was average, where the options were limited, and the service was slow.

Finally, my partner, who was choosing between the Taj Lake Palace and Umaid Bhawan for the proposal mentioned that the Umaid Bhawan team was extremely slow in responding to his emails and that the photos of the proposal venues in the marketing material were very unprofessional.

A very very slow vintage elevator..with a deewan sofa, to sit on while u ride to the next floor!

One of the best experiences we’ve ever had and I am sure that’s what Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace is known for.

The hotel has some of the best chefs for an extraordinary culinary experience.

Right from the very beginning I was assured of a stay which was drenched in luxury and further coated with warmest hospitality that roots from the Indian heritage of “Athiti Devo Bhawa”.

My 16th birthday celebration at Umaid Bhawan was an unforgettable experience.

We have fallen in love with this Palace and their hospitality was second to none.

My husband surprised me for our anniversary by booking the finest hotels during our multi- city tour:  The Lodhi in Delhi,  Oberoi in Agra, Jai Mahal Palace in Jaipur and Umaid Bhawan Palace in Judhpur.
