she was around most of the 3 days stay and made sure that we are taken care of very well.

though when it comes to customer service, they are very poor and no where close to Udaivilas/Oberoi group.

Our service at breakfast was beyond poor. 1.

But, the cultural programme is really very poor.

There are numerious little touched that make any stay special from afteroon tea to the poor side hamper.

Also, there were minor irritating touches in our room like poor and fluctuating wifi as well as fused bulbs so we had no light in our balcony which was the best part of the room.

It is also part of the trip to be aware of the unimaginable and decadent differences between very roch and very poor in India.

The presentation of the food was flawless, and each dish was bursting with authentic Rajasthani flavors.

The food was mouth-watering and delectable.

Our rooms at Umaid Bhawan Palace were a true testament to luxury and comfort.

Mr. Berishal Singh from the Housekeeping department did an impeccable job maintaining my room.

We were upgraded to Royal Suites which were huge and great for our family - if we were there as a couple, we'd probably have asked for smaller room with balcony (Historical Suite).

It was the small touches that made the stay truly unforgettable - the surprise upgrade to historical suite, attention to detail in the room, the prompt and courteous service, and the way hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Heritage suit for me with an interconnected room offered was like a palace itself with all modern amenities.

From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff.

Even the breakfast was average, where the options were limited, and the service was slow.

Finally, my partner, who was choosing between the Taj Lake Palace and Umaid Bhawan for the proposal mentioned that the Umaid Bhawan team was extremely slow in responding to his emails and that the photos of the proposal venues in the marketing material were very unprofessional.

A very very slow vintage elevator..with a deewan sofa, to sit on while u ride to the next floor!

Chef Shobhit was so caring, as were Sakshi and Saddique at dining.

Upon arrival we were greeted with trumpets, people playing instruments and lady's dancing which was super great as it made us feel very welcome.

But what stood out for me was the warm hospitality of the staff.

Among the several lovely people one gentleman in particular - Saddique who attended to us during our breakfast on both days of our stay - he has been with the property for 42 years and a true gem of a man in every respect !

It was an absolutely fabulous stay at Umaid Bhawan courtesy the brilliant hospitality of the staff who made the stay memorable.

Especially my favourite Dal baatti Choorma and paan ice cream

My husband surprised me for our anniversary by booking the finest hotels during our multi- city tour:  The Lodhi in Delhi,  Oberoi in Agra, Jai Mahal Palace in Jaipur and Umaid Bhawan Palace in Judhpur.

truly a memorable experience we enjoed the palace tour with Mr.Sikander ji and Mr.Swaroop ji went out of the way to make my husbands birthday special.

Our stay there was one of the highlights of our India tour.

Recently  I had visited this Marriott ,full of excellence services that make my stay comfortable  ,staffs services excellence taking  care of small things in the room make neat n clean housekeeping  staffs Ankit ,Arman and food quality  is amazing ,I would like to visit again  soon.

It's a great trip with my family member,when I visit Fairfield by marriott jodhpur, it's not showed that business class hotel, it's was a luxury services there in the hotel by all staff member, extra taken care by housekeeping staff specially Anjali, Rishu and Aftab.

The staff took care of every detail right from the arrival.
