There was a really large tub in the room for soaking in hot spring water.

I had booked a Japanese style spa room with a huge bathtub and shower place.

The room was magnificent, with two large twin beds, a baby crib for my youngest, and a baby bathtub inside the large and spacious bathroom/hot spring room in our own bedroom.

The hot spring bathtub in the room where we stayed was very big and comfortable.

We went there several times and always enjoy their food, different family activities, cozy room and also wonderful hot spring.

Walking distance from jiao zi train station, nice interior lobby, clean indoor and outdoor onsen.

The overall outlook of the hotel room gives off a very warm, cosy, nature feeling; With the indoor onsen, parquet flooring and natural rock style basin, it adds on as a Japanese style.

Their kids rooms are awesome too, featuring two separate room where children can learn to play with small games that my parents used to do as kids, and a modern play room where they can learn to build architectures, paper cutting, stamping, and some origami, all in all, lots of fun for the kids.

Due to the typhoon which just landed in Taiwan and disrupted our visit, we called to ask if we can change the booking which they gladly agreed and we made several calls before the stay to make arrangement for car booking.

Meanwhile, I hear some noise, it may cause by processing of hotel construction/ decloration.

The room is tiny and the mattress is on the floor, like Japanese tatami.

Room is a bit small and bed is hard which is not so comfortable.

The room is small and the hot spring bath is inside the room, not on the balcony like other room types, that was a downside for me as it’s nice to bathe in the fresh outside air.

Staff people there are all very kind and always patient to assist customer’s need.

This hot spring hotel is very wonderful, great location, it's just within 6-7 minutes walking distance from Jiao Xi train station.

Hotel location is less than 10 minutes walk from train station.

The hotel is also a comfortable 10min walk from the Jiaoxi train station and as the roads there are pretty well kept, we could drag our luggage there without much problems.

The hotel was located in the hot spring area within walking distance from many restaurants and food stalls; it was also reasonably close to the train station.

Location wise you can't fault it much - its a 5 min /2-block walk from the train station and once you exit you just need to walk straight ahead.

Transportation is accessible, very close to railway station and subway.

This hotel is very convenience, 5 mins walk from Jiao Xi  train station, their staff is super helpful and they are able to provide the sightseeing locations and transportation advice.

Location of hotel in Jiaoxi is 10min walk to bus transfer station (next to jiaoxi hot spring park)and train station is 7min walk.

So, I plopped it down to the ground to get my clothes out, then zipped it up and moved it against the wall when I was done.

The TV set is mounted on the dividing wall which can be turned 180 degrees.

There 's no closet, just a bamboo stick attached to the wall and ceiling to hang our stuff.

Not a great place to bring toddler or preschooler, because their high voice can easily pass through  the wall.

The bedroom had a sliding wall which separated the bedroom from the bath(s). We loved having a soak then eating noodles  ( there was a hot water dispenser in the hall!)

The hotel is surrounding by construction sites and buildings, this may let you worry a bit the privacy issue.

Only Problem is that there are many construction activities on going nearby, so a lot of noisy sound is there.

More importantly there are still construction work nearby which create noise and dusk inside and outside of room

While we stayed there was construction outside and early morning we could hear everything outside.

Jiaoxi itself isn't the most attractive place and the surrounding construction sites mean that it's very noisy pretty much all day.

One minor knock, which is not their fault, is that there are constructions all over Jiaoxi currently, so the day can get a bit noisy.

I was woken up by noises from the room next door

Therefore it was rather noisy even in the evening if you really want to enjoy bathing out there - a disappointment!

This personal "spa" is small and not very practical: also noise from the road does not make it a relaxing experience.

but the only trouble is, you can easily hear the voice from next door or from street, not exactly relaxing, especially when you are having such hot spring bath
It's not cheap at all, but considering the hardware and the service, I think it really worth the price and I'd like to go again!

but when you need a hot spring break, you don't need the noise from the street of downtown.

I suspect this noisy environment is not going to finish soon within a few years.

but the noise of traffic spoils things a bit.

but the traffic and rain was so bad we were stuck in Jiaosi.

The bath in the room is small - just one person size.

As with the hot spring, the bath tub in the room was very small, actually the smallest tub I have ever been to.

The bath tub was so small,when it was fully filled it came up only to knee height,we felt cheated of our money and time,we did try out the hot pool facility next door,the water was not pure hot spring water,and the changing room was so small,it felt crowded with 3 persons in there.

We had a superior room with 2 twin beds, the room is a little small,

Check in is fast and counter staff are helpful.

Staffs were very nice and helpful and with good knowledge of individual shops around.

Staff there are eager to please and are polite.

Staff was hospitable and made sure our stay was fantastic despite weather and (personal) travel disruptions.
