We liked the food as well and the hygiene they maintained we would recommend Marriott for stay.and one more thing I was waiting for a table long time pankaj was the only one guys from restaurant who paid attention  to me and arranged for a table and special took care .

The staff is extremely polite and took care of all our needs.

Over all hospitality is very good.Master chef pratap Singh was taking care of every guests very dedicatedly.

The team especially Manish took excellent care for most of the meals we had in the hotel.

Also at the breakfast time, Mr. Sachin, Mr. Manish and the head chef Mr. Pratap Singh they took so much care of us.

We went their for lunch had very nice experience.Service by Manshi was excellent took good care of us.Food was excellent prepared by Chef Jassi.Hotel is very close to the city.We spend nearly two hour.Lal Maas and Kerr Sangari was very tasty with Bajara roti.

I am a member of Bonvoy and you definitely expect some basics to be taken care of.

Mr. Manish was very courteous, he took good care of us.

The staff is very polite, specially Mr. Avinash who got us some food on special request and took care of our comfort during all times.

Rest assured that my further stay will be comfortable because chef pratap will take care of my food.

We were here for 3 nights and were superbly taken care of by the staff here.

Incidence 2 - today morning when I was sleeping I got a call that sir wether you would like to use spa etc , I was like if I want to use I will come directly I don’t need reminder .

Even after calling them multiple times over an hour, they do not turn up.

but they haven't call and I was waiting for 5-6 hours.

You expect that you have toiletries and towels according to the number of people staying, again have to call reception 3 days straight for it and still try to haggle with cleaning staff.

I forgot my iphone charger in the room, i called them around 5-6 times they always told me that they will contact Lost and Found Dept.

but it has a sharp corner on the side at shoulder length of tall people and you are very likely to bump into that sharp corner while walking in a group of 2-3 people
- the hallways have a sharp spot light in the floor pointing upwards and it may get blinding when you are walking with your head down ( like looking at your phone :P )
- the placement of bath tub in the suite is very weird.. you have to walk past a tiny passage next to the bath tub to get to the toilet and there are sharp corners there too.. so good luck walking to the toilet at night when you are half asleep.

The hotel condition was a bit shabby, with the room having a few minor issues - phone was hanging off the wall by wires unsecured, flooring was cheap plastic laminate, some lighting had bare wires showing, etc.

This guy Vipul promised to call me within a day after speaking to the resort leadership.

For example evenings services we need to call.

Starting directly from Gurgaon, I spoke to Monis over the phone for reservations and shared my requirements and preferences.

She finally transferred the call when I said "Donald Duck".

My advice is please call them before booking to ensure the resort is fully functional rather than spending your hard-earned money here.

The hotel property is well maintained and rooms were pretty spacious and comfortable the only problem was that the service lacked 
Like to get a boy to carry my luggage I had to call twice at the reception and then finally had to go down myself to ask for the service,

Added to this we couldn’t send emails from our I phone despite having WI FI that was connected.

but they doing me a favour by sending the order at this hour 
Well Marriot needs to train their staff in basic etiquettes and definitely how to speak to a lady on the phone 
If a guest can afford ur 15k per night room I presume he/she can definitely afford to dine at ur property as well 
So to label ur guests as freeloaders just cos they are specific is totally unacceptable

And the icing on the cake was the person didn't even bothered to apologise for his fabulous choice of words !!

It took maybe 5-7 calls, numerous staff members coming to the room for them end up telling us that’s no heat in the rooms, only a/c that every attendant kept turning on upon attending our room.

After numerous calls to the front desk (who clearly could not care less) I had to find them myself.

The manager has also been contacted who is also calling me a lier.

While the main Indian restaurant with the outdoor seating overlooking the fort was - it must be said - excellent with great servers and cooks, the breakfast was pretty poor, 3-star fair.

Poor welcome , hospitality was poor , so much disappointed .

Housekeeping in rooms and common areas is poor.

but the service was poor, had to wait an eternity for the waiter to serve.

Jaisalmer Kitchen Restaurant had the most poor service .

The buffet breakfasts very average with quality lacking and choices limited and breads for toast very poor.

We were looking forward to Christmas Eve dinner party , food was awesome just the service got a bit poor with not enough tables.

but because of the poor performance on the night before, we opted to eat out.

The food was always mouth watering, delectable and delicious.

They are very friendly and helpful including Chefs,housekeeping and restaurants staff are very good.

We booked one night stay in September at this hotel with a lunch and breakfast option.

The breakfast and dinner food was good with a decent spread.

A special shout out to Pankaj in the restaurant for being super awesome at his job, Sagar for making perfect drinks at the bar and Chef Pratap for taking personal care of guests such as us who he met for the first time

We were also served breakfast and dinner by the warm staff at the restaurants Linthoi and Himanshu, who were there waiting on us even at the buffet.

Manish Kumar supervised all the things very nicely.Yummy food and excellent services by the staff.

We were at Marriott Jaisalmer resort for five nights from 21st to 26th Feb.  we were served in the Jaisalmer restaurant by Avinash and lithonia every morning and evening.

Food is also very nice and The restaurant staff is truly polite and also ready to serve

Dinner was amazing as well as they hosted us very well .

Rectification in food issue was prompt from chef.

At the dining hall Mr. Vikas Sharma and Mr. Manish, along with the manager (don't remember the name) served us so well, ohh we ate more than usual because of the amazing service they gave, felt like home away from home.

Food prepared by Chef Pratap and delivered by restaurant staff was amazing.

Manish and his staffs are helpful at the restaurant.

Apart from Chef Pratap, I have not seen a single staff in their restaurant smile.

The hotel building is a beautifully carved yellow sandstone palace built in the style of the traditional Jaisalmer havelis, the rooms are very nicely decorated and comfortable.

I arrived by air from Delhi on February 27, 2019, and checked into my suite, the finest in the lovely building. Gorgeous.

The building is full of charm and it has a great rooftop restaurant where we spent a lot of time on relaxing and looking up at the fort.

A very nice hotel, beautiful building and rooms and cozy rooftop.

The hotel itself was a heritage style building; this meant that the rooms were all very authentic and also very clean.

It is located on an unpaved road where new buildings are being built and also has some nice places to it nearby.

Fifu's hotel is a grand stone building constructed in the traditional style, its rooms are beautifully decorated and its rooftop restaurant provides delicious food at all times of the day.

The fort itself is a short walk from the hotel and the Jain temples in the center are worth a visit, in addition to just wandering the narrow streets admiring the sculpted building facades.

The hotel has a real personable guesthouse feel and it is a beautiful yellow sandstone building.

Hotel Fifu is incredible, from the beauty of each room, to the cleanliness of the entire building, to the amazing hospitality of both Fifu (owner) himself, and all of his staff.

The building is only 16 years old (although it seems timeless) and is made of beautiful, very solid sandstone, giving it great warmth and character.

this new building made and decorated with exquisite taste makes you feel at home.

The rooms at this hotel are very comfortable and atmospheric, with decor fitting an exotic Thar Dessert haveli (it's a new building made to look old).

I stopped on the stairs to appreciate what Fifu had done with what would normally be an ordinary feature of a building.

The romms were spotless.Because the building is constructed from sandstone, the room stays warm even if it is cool outside.

Hotel team will help you organize city tours, transportation as well as desert safaris which are simply exceptional!

Perfect location to walk all the places nearby and reception helps you to your visit or the trip tour of the city.

He organized some the tours in desert and city tour with a open jeep amazing guide too.

Owner organized some tours to city and it was fabulous.

City sightseeing was arranged in an autorickshaw whose driver also doubled up as a guide.

but Virendra can tour the whole city and the desert and never be at a loss for words.

We were treated so nicely we almost didn't want to leave to tour the city.

The rooms are very quaint and decorated in the Rajasthani style.

We stayed two nights at the hotel, the decoration, the humane treatment, the really excellent food.

The rooms are tastefully done with regards of comfort and convenience.

The service and care held warmth and homely comfort .

Hotel management has always been responsive, with staff extending courteous service, morning breakfast  clean & tasty, room ambience & linen quite appreciable and above all, hotel owner's personal involvement to ensure overall comfort to the guests.

Great Rajasthani food and an extremely polite and understanding host.

Owner took us to his upcoming farm property where we felt most peaceful and had a great time with eating the fresh organic dinner from the farm.

Om Prakash Kewaliya  and his team constantly strive to make guests feel comfortable, at the reception, at the roof terrace restaurant or in room service.

We rode camels for about two hours into the desert and then they made a very delicious meal, using a camp fire.

Very tidy and beautiful hotel with restaurant on top, there's a personal touch to it thanks to the incredible service given by Fifu and his staff.

The rooftop restaurant has wonderful views and more importantly, great food.

We also went on a camel ride, toured village life, and enjoyed dinner and dancing under the stars with Fifu Camel Safaris.

Breakfast was good and we could order additional menu complimentary.

There is internet, hot water, kettle in the room, dryer, and cosmetics in the bathroom.

At Fifu Hotel, we loved the tastefully decorated rooms with jarokha, the spacious bathrooms, and above all the rooftop terrace with view on the Jaisalmer fortifications.
