 - The location is SUPERB just a short walk away from everything, 5 mins to Hagia Sophia, 10mins to Grand Bazaar, many shops pharmacy, restaurants etc.

 - Location The hotel was key to our stay , the is a Tram station literally one minute walk from the hotel.
 - It’s location is near a ll the sight seeing locations and within walking distance- no need for tram or taxis!
 - Location is also perfect for visiting attractions the tram is like minute away from the hotel and also Topkapi palace is 5min walk from the hotel.
 - It is really easy to get around as the tramway is a 1 min walk from the hotel which makes it more convenient getting around.

 - The bathroom was separated by glass walls with curtains on the inside, which, when pulled open, created an even more airy and open space.
 - It had a tiny ante, a small balcony and a glass walled bathroom.
 - The bathroom it a bit odd in that it has glass walls with curtains.
 - The glass walls also mean there is just one hook right next to the shower to hang towels and robes, which can maybe hold one, two with difficulty.

 - Although their restaurant is currently closed for renovations, I didn't want to go out one evening and they arranged for delivery from a local restaurant which was brought to my room, beautifully presented on a tray with cloth etc.
 - but found that, with our experience, it wasn't reflective of the many positive comments.. bit outdated interior and furniture but maybe preferable to some guests who looking for that.. small rooms with some with no views.

 - I stayed here five nights I would come again and location to metro just infront of the hotel and bazaar seven minutes walk.
 - 10 minutes walk to all the great places or direct access to the metro for further trips.

 - this is a trick to keep me at thd roo , si ce I told them if I did not get bigger room , I will check out.. Other than that, there is no taxi access to the hotel, so you have yo carry your luggage Breakfast is very bad.
 - At checkout, he let me use his personal cell phone to call Turkish Airlines because my flight was delayed.
 - and check-out at 5pm (!!!).
 - He was very relaxed and rude again and he said it is not possible and they need to check the room.

 - Maybe because that guy himself is a smoker.
 - however and paying extra for a balcony with no view and a high surrounding wall so when you are seated you see nothing, is in fact a waste of money, unless you are a smoker.
 - but rooms with terrace for smokers are really very small you can’t view anything terrace door locker is terrible no ash tray , no scale or iron in the room , no WiFi at the lobby before you check in and staff couldn’t match online rate

 - Tram is about 100mts and station is at your doorstep.
 - There are a lot of tourist shops, coffee shops and restaurants in the narrow streets around the hotel, the tram station is a two minute walk from the hotel and it is very close to The Blue Moqsue, Hagia Sophia, Basilica cistern and Topkapi museum.
 - We walked with our luggage to Gulhane Tram station (2-3 mins) at 6AM, take tram to the next station Sultanamet, walk to the waiting area for new IST airport bus (Havaist) and were at the airport around 7:30AM.

 - The hotel was clean, comfortable, warm (I was there in winter) and the view from the terrace is great.
 - Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was so very pleasant.
 - Breakfast on the terrace was the best and the people were beautiful.
 - A delicious breakfast was served on the roof top terrace and in the evening the terrace and the lobby were great places to unwind after a long day.vThe staff was very welcoming and helpful - by the time I left I felt like I was leaving home.

 - Staffs are so helpful and very friendly.
 - When I was leaving the staff came to wish me Bon Voyage.
 - All the staff was wonderful: helpful, spoke English well, arranged for airport transfers, and a nurse to come administer the U.S. required covid test the evening before our departure. A very good value, and a very pleasant stay :)

 - The hotel has a nice roof top restaurant overlooking the Bosphorus with seating both indoors and outdoors to enjoy the view.
 - Definitely worth at least one dinner here (this time I had three) and the rooftop restaurant is lovely overlooking the Golden Horn.

 - Bedroom is next to the engine of the elevator wich makes loud noises.
 - But its tiny lifts and spiral staircases are just one love 😍 One side of the hotel faces the narrow street, it’s is not a beautiful view, if it’s important for you, the another one has a view on the city.
 - Avoid a room near the elevator because sound reverberates due to mostly marble hallways.
 - They are incredibly inviting and won't let you lift a finger, taking your bags the second they see you approaching the hotel and whisking you inside to offer a cold drink as you check in.
