 - Room was small & cozy which we didn’t mind since we used it for sleep only.
 - After all, you are only sleeping and touring.
 - If you are planning just to go to sleep is perfect!!
 - but in reality all you are going to use your hotel room for on a vacation is to sleep.
 - Expect the 5.30am prayer call, it only lasts for a few minutes and you can easily go back to sleep.

 - but then got used to it.loved the hotel,we were upgraded to lovely rooms 24&25 as we booked 2 rooms.it had a private small hallway so only needed to lock that main door for privacy.location is everything!
 - The number of the hotel doesn't work , want to book a room that over looks blue mosque .
 - Our reserved room was not available the first night, so we were put up in their big 4th floor suite facing the Blue Mosque.
 - My family and I were 6, so we booked 2 rooms where I shared one room with 2 daughters and my husband with our two sons.
 - I was not best pleased on arrival to find that they didn't have the room reservations we had asked for - one twin room.

 - The view from their rooftop desk was glorious. Two staff members I remember for their sweetness are Sergi (spelling?)
 - The evening reception host was able to secure a table for me for dinner and it was an excellent place to go where views of the city could be found from rooftop dining.
 - We had a view of the street.
 - Large, well appointed, immaculate rooms, with balcony overlooking the park and old city walls.
 - Enjoyed the wonderful balcony overlooking the park.

 - Good: Cost, location, staff Not so great: Rooms smelled a bit musty, the gym isn't very good, breakfast was just OK.
 - Upon arrival, we were placed in a room that had a bit of a smokey odour (from a recent fire down the street).

 - We had the wonderful breakfast buffet and didn’t really need a lot more to eat the rest of the day.

 - You are down the street from the tram stop, across the street from Gulhane Park, and a ~ 5-minute walk from Topkapi Palace and the archaelogical museum.
 - Topkapi Palace is in easy walking distance, as is Haya Sofia, the Blue Mosque, the Egyptian Bazar, and many restaurants and shops.
 -
 - Very quiet and well located place close to Topkapi palace The staff is perfect and we also tried the cooking course which is very original.

 - From the moment we walked in, we were genuinely and warmly greeted at the front desk by Araz.
 - It’s in the old historic Centre near the Hagia Sophia & Gülhane Park area so it’s a great for walking to mosques of interest and the Grand Bazaar too.
 - He is happy to make reservations for pretty much anything, and he conducts in-depth tours (complementary to hotel guests, with culinary walk adding a nominal fee) that you should definitely join.
 - Walk to Gulhane tram station.
 - The hotel has a very convenient location for walking around all the great sights of Istanbul.

 - The shower was a little wierd, the bath doesn't drain unless you take out the plug.
 - I had forgotten to bring a plug adaptor with me and they were quick to lend me one for the duration of my stay.
