 - close to Taksim and Dolmabakhche Palace!
 - Situated on top of the hill overlooking Dolmahbace Palace.
 - It’s literally 10 min walk to dolmapache palace and tram station
 - Very good location too: just a short walk away from Taksim square ( access to metro, several buses and Romantic Tram along Istikal street), Dolmabahce Palace, T1 tram ( a few stations to Golden Horn, Sultanahmet etc) and several ferry companies' pier.

 - I had to call for a manger to get sort this simple issue out!
 - If you ever need assistance while out in the city, they are always on call.
 - I reached at 12:30 and It took three hours for them to arrange the room inspite of all the previous calls made.Pathetic receptionist.
 - For instance, I had some problem with a car rental company and the staff (Anil and Batu) made the phone calls for me and spoke in Turkish with the car rental people.

 - However the plates that they gave was very very disappointing.
 - Plastic covering of the utensils and napkins for Convid purposes is really not necessary and just creates more garbage!
 - The foldable tray kept in the room cupboard was kept in a way that it slipped instantly on my husband’s foot and injured it.

 - A minimalist and modern hotel with a perfect central location.
 - Such a great location!
 - The location is perfect ( next to the galata tower, istiklal street, taksim) and the terrace has an outstanding view on Istanbul.
 - The location is quite good if you want to stay at the center of the restaurants, as within a maximum of 10 mins walk you are in the heart of Taxim street, here shops stay open past midnight and its always super crowded.
 - Great hotel, fantastic location a few minutes from Galata tower.

 - Our room had only a small window with no view.
 - Instead we were given a ground flood room with NO WINDOW!
 - Only negatives were the steep walk to the Galata tower and local restaurants, and proximity of a minaret making the call to pray loud if the window was open.
 - Since the room I had booked did not have a window with day light, they had upgraded me to a room that did allow daylight, and this room was indeed very nice except that the extractor fan in the bathroom was not working and the toilet flush was very slow.

 - The bathroom was separated by glass walls with curtains on the inside, which, when pulled open, created an even more airy and open space.
 - It had a tiny ante, a small balcony and a glass walled bathroom.
 - The bathroom it a bit odd in that it has glass walls with curtains.
 - The glass walls also mean there is just one hook right next to the shower to hang towels and robes, which can maybe hold one, two with difficulty.
