The beautiful view from my window, and close to Cevahir mall and metro station (6min walking).

Few minutes walk to jawaher mall and Şişli metro station to enjoy excellent shopping and dining experience or a modern clean accurate metro which I believe is much better than London, NY, Chicago and many other metro systems in the world.

My room was upgraded, breakfast was with variety of food, room is clean and bed is comfortable.. Hotel is 5 minutes away from d metro station which is already next to jawaher mall.

Smooth check-in and check-out, delicious breakfast, clean room, excellent service, English speaking friendly staff, good location next to the metro station, mall and a couple of restaurants, not bad view from the room as I was expecting a closer sea for a sea view room.

Take metro 2 three stations to Sishane next to Galata tower and five stations to Istanbul university to transfer T1 to Sultanalmet.

But there's a metro station only a few blocks away and it's just 2 stops to Taksim Square.

Close to Taksim Square, and there is a metro station behind the hotel.

The location is adjacent to Şişli metro station which makes transportations easy.

The location was perfect near by metro station and cigwaher mall.

Metro station of mecidicoy on m2 line in very near about 5 minute by walking just in front of cevahir mall and just two stop from taksim .

The rooms are very clean , the hotel is 5 min walk from a metro station (sisli) so I could travel every where in Istanbul from there taksim square is 2 stops from there!

However the hotel is   in the midst of all shops, restaurants, supermarkets, metro stations etc.

Sisli metro station and Cevahir mall are located in walking distance of the hotel and there is a good transportation link to almost every where in Istanbul.

The Marriott is a 5-minute walk away from the Sisli-Mecidiyekoy metro station and is a short taxi ride/one stop on the metro from Nisantasi which is an upmarket area of town with many restaurants to choose from.

The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from a really large shopping centre and taxi's are always around to get you out and about.

Marriott Hotel in Istanbul is located in a good place .It is near to Javaher shopping center and not far from Tagsim square.Rooms are very clean .Windows are very big ,so you can see the city and enjoy the view.Staffs are friendly .They try to do all to satisfy you.Restaurant is enough big and breakfast has good quality.It is better not to serve the same breakfast evry day.

If you prefer upmarket shopping, Zorlu Centre and Istinye Park are both accessible by Metro.

It is very close to Cevahir shopping mall, and it is int the center surrounded by a lot of different shops and restaurants.

The staff in the fitness center were especially friendly.

The hotel is located very near to the main shopping centers in Istanbul, such as cavahir mall is 5 minutes away by walking.

However, there are many shopping centers in Sisli.

My first experience with them was very good so I opted for the same hotel for my second visit and no doubt I was completely correct about repeating it, no regrets of repeating the hotel, the best thing about this location is it's location, it has a metro station at 5 mins walk as well as a mall, it's just two metro station away from Taksim Square the main happening area of Istanbul for tourists, and one station away from Nisantasi  which is the posh shopping area of Istanbul, very close to Zorlu Centre  another famous mall of Istanbul.

Clean rooms, great fitness centre and wonderful food.

Fitness center was nice,good clean and well maintained,good sauna and steam bath,I had a massage at the Turkish bath and it was excellent.

Location is perfect, shops and restaurants are 1 minute away from the hotel, Cevahir shopping center is behind the hotel.

The fitness center is one of the best I have seen in any hotel.

The hotel is brand new and it is well designed, with a fantastic view of the city.

My room is clean, spacious with a comfortable king-size bed and a city & sea view that I never get tired of watching.

The rooms we had were extremely beautiful and had stunning views all over the city.

The views of the city from the room were beautiful as well.

The concierge lounge was well stocked and had remarkable views of the city and water.

The bedroom is generously proportioned as well with view overlooking the city and the Bosphorus in the distance.

Pretty much enjoyed the city views from the high floor rooms, whereas breakfast was busy

After that he used the visa machine to charge me for the hotel stay!

they are charging you at check in with 200$ for extra's

They gave me a late check out till 4pm with no extra charge.

I was hoping that there would be some type of credit given for this hotel alarm issue that caused us to lose a night of sleep.

Also Mustafa the ever attentive and friendly barman and Ali & Fariye (from Fethiye) who were a credit to the Marriott chain and could not do enough.

I asked if those charges could be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining be reimbursed.

The second thing which is really annoying is they don’t credit Bonvoy points correctly.

I booked for club louge access so I went to access to lounge, like to happen before my key card cannot access to my lounge.

In one order thry brought a glass of wime instead of bottle and charged us for the bottle.

I got to the hotel at 0800, and they still checked me in without any additional charges!

though these charges were removed at checkout when I pointed out they should not be billed to me.

Of course, the final invoice was without any company data.

The key card system is old and i have to put in the system 10times so i can press my floor to go up!

There were no robes/slippers, tea/coffee not stocked up properly, the usb ports and charging points were not working and the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom, i.e.

In the end, nothing was charged and we only lost a small amount of Turkish lira that had been in the wallet.

The ATM in the lobby doesn't charge a fee (yay!).

One of the rooms was hot due to facing sun lights which make the room hot.They offered me anther room and give me free executive lounge access as a Courtesy for that problem.

Also, I would like to thank Emrah, the gentleman who worked in the Executive Lounge for his outmost respect and professionalism and making us feel at home every night.

Amazing views from executive lounge on 32th floor which is free for guests with lounge access.

The executive lounge in the 32nd floor offers stunning views of Istanbul and a nice verity of food and drinks available throughout the day.

Mr. Furkan Sen at the Executive Lounge is management material as he went out of his way to make everybody feel welcome and happy.

Marriott elites can choose free breakfast either in restaurant or in executive lounge.

If you can book a room that offers access to the executive lounge I would definitely spend the extra money, it’s worth it.

The lounge on the executive floor is excellent for breakfast and cocktails at the end of the day

We had a confirmed booking thru Agoda n when we reached they told us that they cannot accommodate us because due to some medical emergency of a guest , we were asked to shift to Le Meridian which was far of from Sisli.

I asked for slippers and it took about 10 minutes to be delivered.

so at last I have asked another one maybe he could preapre he said ok I will bring. guess what))) he didn't.  )))

I Choose the Lounge for my breakfast Which is medicore the staff asked me what egg do you prefered which is not a menu.

I requested to change the suite to larger one.

Two days before our check-in date, I had used the Marriott app to request  a shaving kit, 3 additional body gels, shampoos and soaps as shown in the following screenshot.

but the other one is not i asked why no one called me they said nothing.

Broken furniture in my room, asked hotel to replace the broken chair in my room.

There was little or no desire to listen and understand requests.

I asked if I had received an upgrade as a Gold member and was told I was not in the system as Gold.

After checking me out of the room, he asked me to wait in the lobby while he tried to 'locate' it.

Then throughout the stay requested many times the invoice with the company name,

The service was a bit slow at times, a few times our request for items, such as addtional cups, teabag or sugar, were not fulfilled.

The breakfast was OK,nothing fancy just a regular breakfast buffet,strange as it seems they did not have kaşar cheese or tulum cheese on the buffet,very strange for a hotel in Turkey,I have asked for some and the waiter told me that he can recommend other types of cheese.

- I was given city view room when I came to the room it was boiling because of the structure of the hotels most rooms have one side all glass and the sun hits it from noon till sunset, I asked for a change

Oh, the ATM in the rear of the lobby floor didn't approve our request for Lira when other ATMs in Istanbul have

We had asked the concierge for help in locating a laundromat where we could do our own laundry.

button on the phone not quite as responsive, two calls were necessary for extra towels, and we never got the extra water we requested.

The rooms are confy and the food are great.

We stayed  in this hotel for 6 nights starting on the 13th of may together with my 2 toddlers  in a familly room .

I have taken 3 rooms , they gave free  extra bed and crib with no charge .

About the cleanist of the room and the hotel in general it was very clean ,and warm atmosphere.

The hotel was thoughtful enough that they sent a cake to our room for my husbands birthday.

Good location, 5 min walk to the mall and metro station with good connections, spacious rooms, good breakfast selection, staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Rooms are very quite and beds super comfortable.

We had a corner junior suite and deluxe double room.

The club lounge on the 32nd floor has recently reopened and had views as great as from my room, if not better.

There was no “Do not disturb” tag at my room for the whole stay.

I would like to especially call out few people who went above and beyond whenever I needed anything, Ahmet from the Bell team, Levent from the Check-in team, Tuba who cleaned my room daily and was so accommodating when I asked her to come back as I was still working in the room.

but I think this hotel has a very nice facilities, the Room is very huge , modern, comfortable with nice view, the breakfast and main restaurant excellent, huge and nice lobby and lobby bar, Gym facilities excellent too and the best in my opinion a huge Spa with nice Sauna , very hot Steam sauna and the best a nice Hamman.

The room was kept stocked and so clean - Servan did a great job every day - and with a smile  - very nice guy!

About the hotel area , for us this is the best area you can stay in , walking distance from everywhere,  a mall just behind the hotel (5min walk) , a good shopping  area with a lot of shops , restaurants all way around and few of them stay open late at night .

Great place if u r shopping, if you want to explore old area then live in old area for 4 to 5 nights then move here for 4 nights to 5 nights. Amazing staff and gr88 helpful staff from front desk to everyone else :)

Excellent location - easy to get anywhere in the city and close to the airport - steps from one of the largest shopping malls i have been in ages!

The location is also perfect - from shopping to  casual walk down Istanbul walk ways.

It is in the business district close to metro station, shops and a big shopping mall.

There's a very big shopping mall in a short walk and a subway station at the same place.

However, shopping and restaurants all around and few steps away.

There is a big shopping mall as well as cinema close to the hotel.

The staff were all so sweet and helpful at all times the jacuzzi is the best after a tiring day of shopping .

I needed something close, with good reviews, very clean and next to the metro station.

There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area and it is minutes away from the Levent metro station.

Location is convenient, next to restaurants and shopping malls as well as metro station right near the hotel which is only 2-3 stops away from Taksim.

Metro station is just a few steps from the entrance.

Because the hotel is located 20 meters from the entrance of the Levent metro station, you can get to wherever you want to go in Istanbul in no time.

Due to the fact that the Metro station is just some meters away, it worked for us perfectly fine.

The metro station was near by so it was easy to get around.

The best place to stay in IST in the European side - the connection with the new airport is amazing, the hotel is next to the metro station and great mall Kanyon.

Although the building is right on a busy road (and next to the Levent metro station), it is built with good soundproofing – it is quiet at night; the windows can also be darkened completely.

If you want to visit all attractive historic places in istanbul you must not book this hotel because it is to far from city center  and each time u must pay a lot to taxi to go there,but the rooms are very clean and luxury.

Also near the hotel are some large modern shopping centres along with small individual stores.

The hotel location is perfect, in the middle of the business center, close to the Bosphorus.

just across the road from the shopping centre which has an awesome roof terrace bar/restaurant, a short walk to local restaurants and bars and under 3min walk to the metro which allows you to get around the city easily and quickly!

We had a great stay at the Hyatt and the hotel is recommend for travelers who don’t like the hustle and bustle of staying at  the tourist centers such as Taksim or Sultanahmet.

The location is in business center of Istanbul and close to several shopping malls.

It is very close by taxi or better by metro to point of interests in Istanbul such as Taksim, Zorlu Shopping Center, Artikoy, Istinya Park Shopping Center, and many others.

Also having a few large shopping centres in walking distance was a bonus and made the stay all the more convenient.

I agree with the others, the hotel is well located near shopping centers, restaurants and Metro.

but it was too dark to my taste and no views.

If I need to state one negative, I would say the rooms are quite dark.

As the reception area was somehow small and dark and the carpet was stained,

I returned an additional night and got one of the regular rooms- these rooms need to be updated as the furniture was worn and the rooms were dark.

However in comparison to my colleagues room due to the fact that I had a small window the room felt a little dark.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and room facilities were really good.

Clean room, fresh towels every day (even though, it wasn’t necessary), bottled water every day, always fresh and tasty breakfast, and a good variety of food to choose for dinner, too.
