Last, the gym and the fitness center well set up and had all the equipments to stay fit during the stay.

Also I went to massage center while in there.

but what sets it apart and above any other place I’ve stayed in Istanbul are the girls from Guest Service Centre Ms Goknur and Ms Aysel.

This hotel is located in a really good area  with the perfect view of most of Istanbul, it is 15 min away from Metro, less than 20 minutes away from big shopping center and 15 minutes ride to Taksim square.

If you're the kind of person that likes being on hold while contacting an Indian call center and dealing with discombobulated customer service on a never ending basis, then this is the hotel for you.

One of these best hotels in the world,stylish,very nice service,less than 10 min to Taksim Center of istanbul,the lobby is fantastic, then view form 27th floor is amazing,has 3 restaurants one on their roof for Sushi lover,and down there is bar and international menu,and room services for food is 24/7,yhe prices not too expensive compared to USA

Fitness center is brand new and had the latest equipment from Precor.

The only negative during my stay was that room service charged 50 TL to bring a pack of ice cubes, hot water and a few camomile tea teabags which is a really expensive amount to pay in comparison to just getting it from a shop outside.

In the ideal world they should also have cards with their name on, so that they could be revised by the team members.

The only one time they allowed us to charge food to the room they called us 8 times for a payment of 40 tl!!

i came to the hotel with my sister to do a surgery.from the check in my sister told me about aysel and we tried to find her so she can assist us,we found her in lobby and she checked us in and have best room.im satisfied with the services and with her warmness.so positive energy before my surgery.always called and asked how do i feel and send me a card and chocolates so lovely.thank you my dear

I had a small problem and she handled it with grace, charm and professionalism.. She is a credit to your organization.

Landed early morning , so i asked for early check in (6:00), and they agreed with no extra charge.

They said that the issue has to be resolved by the hotel since it was related to billing.

We lost our room cards every day, forgot to reserve sun beds and we were a little bit noisy during night time.

The spa is well equiped as well, just dont forget to bring your own swimming cap if you plan to swim, otherwise there is a charge of 20 Turkish lira.

The deal with the director was terrible, honestly the charge is too big for him, he can't and shouldn't represent Hilton, a cold and distant person never identifies with the client's problem even if it was generated by the Hotel.

The taxi driver tends to charge bridge crossing anyway no matter which direction you go.

but plans changed and I had to change their flight tickets and book a room for them, I had a problem contacting Turkish airlines in Tel Aviv because it wasn't their working hours, and also my credit cards didn't work properly, but a hotel staff member named Aysel Akhundova was there and she helped me with EVERYTHING, from the ticket booking until the arrival of my parents and she also made sure we'll be in the same floor.

I’ve been charged for the wrong shisha on Saturday.

Staff was very polite one morning my partner didn't feel so great so they let me go get are breakfast and they brought it up for us on a table and food was in a small hot oven so it did not get cold (no extra charge) we also got room service one night it was amazing!

but if not careful you can be overcharged.

I took our card out before the process had been completed and lost the credit.

In the meantime I couldn't use my credit card.

It took me a week to get a duplicate invoice.

but surprisingly the hotel charged me much more upon check in claiming that there was a miscalculation of the total cost.

We've checked in before 2.p.m without extra charge.

The hotel and staff s are very nice and helpful, also they have very good housekeeping service specially mr. Zekeriya💐🙏🏼 we will come back again to this amazing hotel,also the breakfast and executive lounge service and their staff s, just we and as I see everyone have problem with public transport services specially taxi s

Room 1234 was really amazing, breakfast delicious.

The staff is friendly, food is delicious, views from hotel’s rooms is over Bosphorus and are magnificent.

The beautiful view from my window, and close to Cevahir mall and metro station (6min walking).

Few minutes walk to jawaher mall and Şişli metro station to enjoy excellent shopping and dining experience or a modern clean accurate metro which I believe is much better than London, NY, Chicago and many other metro systems in the world.

My room was upgraded, breakfast was with variety of food, room is clean and bed is comfortable.. Hotel is 5 minutes away from d metro station which is already next to jawaher mall.

Smooth check-in and check-out, delicious breakfast, clean room, excellent service, English speaking friendly staff, good location next to the metro station, mall and a couple of restaurants, not bad view from the room as I was expecting a closer sea for a sea view room.

Take metro 2 three stations to Sishane next to Galata tower and five stations to Istanbul university to transfer T1 to Sultanalmet.

But there's a metro station only a few blocks away and it's just 2 stops to Taksim Square.

Close to Taksim Square, and there is a metro station behind the hotel.

The location is adjacent to Şişli metro station which makes transportations easy.

The location was perfect near by metro station and cigwaher mall.

Metro station of mecidicoy on m2 line in very near about 5 minute by walking just in front of cevahir mall and just two stop from taksim .

The rooms are very clean , the hotel is 5 min walk from a metro station (sisli) so I could travel every where in Istanbul from there taksim square is 2 stops from there!

However the hotel is   in the midst of all shops, restaurants, supermarkets, metro stations etc.

Sisli metro station and Cevahir mall are located in walking distance of the hotel and there is a good transportation link to almost every where in Istanbul.

Very nice hotel just in walking station from sisli metro station and Cevahir shopping mall.

The Marriott is a 5-minute walk away from the Sisli-Mecidiyekoy metro station and is a short taxi ride/one stop on the metro from Nisantasi which is an upmarket area of town with many restaurants to choose from.

Marriott Hotel in Istanbul is located in a good place .It is near to Javaher shopping center and not far from Tagsim square.Rooms are very clean .Windows are very big ,so you can see the city and enjoy the view.Staffs are friendly .They try to do all to satisfy you.Restaurant is enough big and breakfast has good quality.It is better not to serve the same breakfast evry day.

If you prefer upmarket shopping, Zorlu Centre and Istinye Park are both accessible by Metro.

It is very close to Cevahir shopping mall, and it is int the center surrounded by a lot of different shops and restaurants.

The staff in the fitness center were especially friendly.

The hotel is located very near to the main shopping centers in Istanbul, such as cavahir mall is 5 minutes away by walking.

However, there are many shopping centers in Sisli.

My first experience with them was very good so I opted for the same hotel for my second visit and no doubt I was completely correct about repeating it, no regrets of repeating the hotel, the best thing about this location is it's location, it has a metro station at 5 mins walk as well as a mall, it's just two metro station away from Taksim Square the main happening area of Istanbul for tourists, and one station away from Nisantasi  which is the posh shopping area of Istanbul, very close to Zorlu Centre  another famous mall of Istanbul.

Clean rooms, great fitness centre and wonderful food.

Fitness center was nice,good clean and well maintained,good sauna and steam bath,I had a massage at the Turkish bath and it was excellent.

Location is perfect, shops and restaurants are 1 minute away from the hotel, Cevahir shopping center is behind the hotel.

The fitness center is one of the best I have seen in any hotel.

The hotel is brand new and it is well designed, with a fantastic view of the city.

We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade, and the room was superb, with stunning views over the city.

It was more than adequate in size and also had stunning views of the city.

Executive lounge offered amazing views of the city and sea.

Excellent welcome and a magnificent view of the city from level 30.

Very nice room, with large windows offering a clear view of the city.

Lounge on 32 nd floor gives a nice view of the city.

The hotel is amazing with all these windows looking at the city or the sea!

Both the City View and Sea View rooms are spacious and nicely appointed.

For Reward members there is a great  Executive lounge with gorgeous city view.

My room is clean, spacious with a comfortable king-size bed and a city & sea view that I never get tired of watching.

The rooms we had were extremely beautiful and had stunning views all over the city.

The views of the city from the room were beautiful as well.

The concierge lounge was well stocked and had remarkable views of the city and water.

The bedroom is generously proportioned as well with view overlooking the city and the Bosphorus in the distance.

Pretty much enjoyed the city views from the high floor rooms, whereas breakfast was busy

It’s a good hotel with contemporary rooms and good view of the city, excellent location and you can find everything around.

The place for breakfast with huge windows so you enjoy your breakfast with the view of morning city!

3 Days in city view large size room, Good view,Bed mattress not firm enough for me.

After that he used the visa machine to charge me for the hotel stay!

they are charging you at check in with 200$ for extra's

They gave me a late check out till 4pm with no extra charge.

I was hoping that there would be some type of credit given for this hotel alarm issue that caused us to lose a night of sleep.

Also Mustafa the ever attentive and friendly barman and Ali & Fariye (from Fethiye) who were a credit to the Marriott chain and could not do enough.
