The hotel was adjoining the Mall of Istanbul so you could actually go there from within the hotel.

I enjoyed the stay at Hilton Mall of Istanbul.

One of my most favorite hotels .. the location is attached to mall of Istanbul… Honestly, I don't know where to start from.. the wonderful worm welcoming reception team.. or the careful security team.. or the spacious and completely new rooms.. or the comfortable executive lounge , especially with the beautiful elegant Vesile who every day takes a very special care of my requests .. or housekeeping team who comes in one minute time ..

I really find it nice and welcoming here in Hilton everyone is friendly, the staff members always smile, not to mention there is also a mall connected (mall of Istanbul) so it’s very convenient.

Furkan was a very good  and very helpful to me it was a good experiences - Next to Mall of Istanbul - clean rooms, clean bathroom - silent corridors Bad experiences about the bellboy FURKAN  he was a very nice to as and he helped us fast to change the room to another one … wish him the best…

Taxis ordered by the hotel were too expensive , I recommend using taxi apps

During our check out we waited 30 minutes to help us with the bags end up doing everything by ourselves then we ordered a car by ourselves.

I was trying to order room service only to realise that nothing worked so I went down stairs settle down they told me they would be calling me and I could order room service that way.

you need to use the key access several times in order to come and go through which was pretty disturbing for me.

Mall was pretty elaborate with a good food court and also a cinema.

but it is surrounded with food and shopping options.

After notifying the front desk I was immediately switched to a clean room with more than enough apologies.

He was always ready to help us switch rooms in emergency, call the nurses due to testing that we needed urgently, coming up to check on us from time to time and alwaysmaking our departures as smooth and hasstle free as possible!! Furkan is a keeper folks (to the hilton mgmt)

First room smelly and noisy, after changing the room, second one with Air Condition issue

Our last night we start smelling sewage from the bathroom.

Also, they replace my room, and it was smelly and not clean.

She has  a very lovely personality, always smilling and accommodating.

Luggage was screened as per SOP and headed to reception.

The hotel is 14 km from the airport and is very convenient to shopping and mall .

but pleasant overnight stay with friendly and efficient staff in a clean and well-run hotel near the airport.

It is very close to airport and biggest mall in Istanbul.They have free shuttle bus to city center and airport which is very good service and i liked it.Rooms are large and very clean.Food are delecious.

although soon the airport will move to new location.

Near to airport and the biggest shopping  center in Istanbul (mall of istanbul).

I was recommended by a Turkish colleague to eat at Beyti, some 8 miles away near Atatürk airport.

but a hotel airport that advertises shuttle service does have to operate a reasonable service even if costly to the hotel otherwise make it known on your website, because this really is mis selling a product.

This hotel also offer free airport and city shuttle service.

+ They have my credit card information and my 5 nights here are already fully paid for. .

On one night I have called 5x to order service and nobody picked up at around 10pm 

On the last day/ checkout was at Noon and by 11am the cards didn't work, had to go to reception and open them again.

I couldn't visit hammam, there are was ledies lunch, so I could "enjoy " sauna with broken door :( They charge not fair price for their service.

Wi-Fi coverage is not good . It was so slow that I gave up using hotel’s Wi-Fi and  had to use my own phone data plan ( with additional international roaming charges)

Only a minor niggle, they now charge for the airport shuttle,

Finally they don't answer emails so I was stuck making long distance calls to find out answers to questions (the duty manager gave me his card with his email address and when I emailed it, it was returned as undeliverable s.soyu@histanbulairport.com).

but you will get a VERY BAD SURPRISE BY AN 8-EURO CHARGE FOR A _GLASS_ OF DRAUGHT HOUSE BEER. .

I had to call HI and ask them to split invoice.

Taxi drivers which are borderline harassers trying to get you to ride with them, was charging 25 liras (about $13) just to get to the hotel.

but were given an upgrade on arrival at no extra charge so a real bargain!

Only a minor annoyance: considering what we pay, I can't find a justification for the need to charge extra if you want an espresso coffee for breakfast.

Choice of bread could be changed as well as charging more for Orange juice fresh and Cappucino (as the coffee was not good) is a bit too much for the price.

but I am an IHG Reward Club member (loyalty card - just like Tesco and Sainsbury's) because I often stay at IHG hotels so I know what to expect.

I did complain, so they sent someone up who inserted a key card so that it would run after I exited the room,

I had really difficult time performing quite straight forward transactions with her due to this attitude.

The location of the hotel is good, windows have nice views (mine had a view to the Mall of Istanbul).

I went for third time to this hotel due to the good location - near by Route 212 outlet and Mall of Istanbul.

It was a good place near many shopping centers also not far from the air port and close to mall of Istanbul calm when you close the window

There is a mall 1.5 km down the street and the Mall of Istanbul across the freeway and the Mall bus comes from time to time to shuttle you there.

There's something good in this hotel's location, it's close to Mall of Istanbul, where one can go for shopping or having a meal or a coffee.

Just 15 mins away from the airport and Mall of Istanbul.

This is a nice facility within short distance from the Airport and the proximity of the Mall Of Istanbul.

Hotel is located 10 km north of the Atatürk airport, close to the Mall of Istanbul.

The Mall of Istanbul is just a few minutes by Taxi away.

Mall of Istanbul also is near the hotel with 10 minutes distance from hotel by taxi .

The hotel situated near to the largest mall in Turkey (Mall of Istanbul)

There is an enormous mall just across the highway from the hotel - the Mall of Istanbul - we didn't check it out

Mall of Istanbul is a 10 minute taxi ride (they have a limited shuttle service from the hotel for free) and also Taksim Square (limited shuttle service from the hotel for free)>.

I asked to speak with general manager who was not available, admin manager Mesut Bey called me to get the story, promising a call back that did not happen yet.

The next morning before I checked out I complained further to the Day Catering Manager, who stated he would raise the matter with the General Manager and ask him to call me.

When I call them to ask about it, they say that I have to come to the reception to first pay in order to get my clothes back.

Unfortunately the last day of our stay there we had to wipe with wet towels as we were really tired of calling and talking and complaining. .

Beware of strange airport shuttle times they run every 2 hours and taxis are going to be a bit annoyed at the short fare so get in the cab fiddle with yiur phone and wait for them to move in and then show them address.

Unfortunately I found this out too late, when I was having a shower, so I couldn’t call the reception and have the problem solved.

The message light was on my phone in the room.

The wake up call came through on time and they called twice to make sure that we were awake.

but room service took more than an hour and two phone calls to deliver a bucket of ice.

Minor point is that you always have to call for the staff to help you as they never seem to see your needs for ordering somehow.

Granted, having received my luggage and then calling the hotel, I was told to go to Shuttle stand B outside the airport terminal.

Must avoid hotel for tourists.If you are attracted by an econimal rate you will end up either spending more amount on taxis or wasting too much of your previous time in commuting using the local transport
The regular shuttle mentioned by the hotel is only 3 times a day
Apart from many from the staff seems to be illiterate in English atleast and by the time your call reaches their manager you will end up loosing your patience.

While check-in and check-out, you have to wait, because the same clerk is busy with phone conversation to take reservation.

When someone is complaining at check out on poor service, its not to get a concession or a discount as my rate was on account of the clinic, it because the level of service is bad and they need feedback.

the staff from reception has a poor English understanding and ability to speak and communicate.

We had very poor service in the Bistro restaurant.

And finally check in, which was not at an unreasonable time of around 17.30 was really very poor.

The corridors are dark with low-level lighting while the rooms suffer from dark wall coverings and poor lighting.

You will have a bad first impresion and if you request special condition like a goid AC an internet they will provide the oposite

From the reception  staff, to the café, the english is very, very poor and they are not very friendly.

I stayed at this property for the first time earlier in the year and the service was poor.

The Holiday Inn Istanbul Airport, an IHG hotel is near these landmarks: Kucuk Ayasofya - Gazi Suleyman Pasa Mosque, Eurosa Travel, Keyfi Alem Playstation Cafe, Hayal İstanbul Maltepe, Sultan II.

Having had enough of this fiasco I dined out.

The city is amazing and the food was divine

+ High variety of food in breakfast, tasty scrambled eggs, 
- Terrible coffee.

The staff was nice and we had 2 meals here and the food was good.

The buffet restaurant is also good , the food are fresh and offer many choices , highly recommended .

Lunch was eaten in the bistro on a number of occasions and was good, and dinner was taken in Tulip restaurant.

Very nice dinner and excellent breakfast.

Food in the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced.

Turkish airlines provided free stay and three meals in hotel.

The bar only opened after some perseverance to serve us warm beers.

We also ate dinner in the hotel restaurant (again, on Turkish Airlines’ tab) and were pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of the food we were served.

We had dinner in the bistro the 1st evening, it was satisfactory.

The food was delicious (Caesar salad was one of the best ones I ever tried, and I tried a lot of them).

Large selection of good food and clean bed and bathroom.

The roll was soggy and the salad was also hot and limp.

I am writing this by the bar having a bottled beer, neither of the draught beers being available,

but I did have concerns about the COVID Sanitising rules not being enforced
The Clinic that booked the hotel got a decent price
The shower was excellent with hot flowing

Not so Positive Points

Stained Carpets in rooms, which are not the fault of housekeeping, its the designer.

The Room had an excelent view on the city and it was very clean and spacy.

The positive was quick check-in and staff in the reception and good wifi connection in the room.

Staff well trained, room very clean and nice.

Nice comfortable rooms,
swimming-pool, a buffet breakfast for kings.

but Turkish Airlines did well.Free shuttle to this pleasant Holiday Inn,nice room and meal vouchers!

I got a room upgrade thanks to IHG loyalty program.

Our room was quite large, with a king bed, the bathroom was also large with double basins and hairdryer either side (his and hers), separate shower cubicle and a large bathtub with a good shower as well.

The reason I’m putting a 4 star review is that after the cleaners cleaned my room, I found out they took all my towels and didn’t put new ones.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice room and great breakfast.

Stopped overnight on the way through Istanbul, room clean and quiet and staff were friendly.

The next day when I emailed the form, A different receptionist stated printing off these forms were complimentary.

I came with my wife to this hotel right from Istanbul Airport in hope of resting for few hours before going to SAW Airport, we were greated well by staff and upgraded to a Suite Room on the 15th floor,

First of all I would like to start by saying that I am business man who is used to traveling everywhere in the world and staying in 5 star hotels, so I kind of know what I am talking about.

Stayed for 5 nights on business and found the staff always helpful, polite and easy to converse with.Breakfast was a large buffet with good choices.

Staff did a great job checking in about 12 people in the same situation.

Hotel lobby looks ok, reception is friendly and professional

Good value, responsive management and staff.

The reception check in was fast efficient.

Anyways, the receptionist, Cafar, was speaking nice English and was very polite.

Level of hospitality could be further elevated particularly the software of the hotel, the staff.

I had just standard average service for what I have expected 
But the breakfast isn’t amazing , love all of my morning breakfast and the long cheese varieties 
The bellboy was very friendly and helpful

I asked to speak to the manager, and a lady came out, who I believe was front of house manager and very pleasant.

The only complaint is the location as you do need a taxi to go anywhere.

but you still need to take a taxi from the airport.

but it hardly runs today for instance 9 am or not again till 12, then again at 3pm, so anything in between you need to order your own taxi, same if waiting at airport to get to hotel, and a shuttle every 3 hours is diabolical for an hotel that classified as airport hotel.

but no way to go to city downtown except taxi.

but the price is not too height and still less than a taxi.

but you need anyway a car or a Taxi to reach them.

The only drawback is that it is difficult to get to the large shopping mall nearbye due to the configuration of the traffic and the lack of taxi available.

Once we figured it out, we took a taxi (~25TL).

This prety much all you can do in terms of eating when you stay in this hotel and without taking a taxi.

Airport transfers useless, as they only run every 2 hours, and don't start until 6am (so you need a taxi for early flights).

Expect to pay 8-10 U.S. dollars if using taxi to airport.
