Using the hotel airport service (less than 5 kilometers), they charged us 1500 rupees.

Also they charged me for one imported beer pint which I did not consume.

Charges for airport shuttle were also excessive - much easier and cheaper to get an Uber

Mohit Gupta was not helpful and instead of appeasing or understanding that this a weird and unexpected charge for guests coming from outside of India, he implied in an indifferent manner that the extra charge shouldn’t be a big deal for us and that this is how things are in India.

Then they issued an invoice for 12500.  .

but nobody will tell you this and when you order drinks, they will simply charge you for it which is disgusting

Staff are friendly enough, a few of them wait and linger for tips even if you do not feel like giving them a tip they just stand there.

No additional charges on water bottles and a smooth checkout process.

but at the check out the amount in invoice was shown not as property tax but as room service charge which I haven't used.

It was surprising even after paying business room charges especially during COVID times to get better hygiene the wall behind the bed got fungus.

Please don't accept international cards in the first place while trying to lure visitors, if you can't honour them when present.

Also, the agent was rude and insisted on charging my card, not just holding it for security.

however, I noticed they levied a service charge on the room rent apart from the regular government charges.

The boardroom had poor lighting and no video conferencing facility.

Honestly, this apology came in after I called and shared about me being a corporate traveller and I would strike off their name from our list of preferred hotels to stay for my organisation due to this bad experience .Sadly, there was no gesture from the hotel or management to make up for the poor experience, which makes me wonder if I should stay with them again.

The service in the bar was extremly poor and slow.

this is a poor hotel in an undesirable neighbourhood.

The room had a very bad smell (no ventilation in bathroom) , the welcoming in the reception was very poor.

The stay is bad and the facility is extremely poor .
