The location of the hotel is literally in the center 14 minutes away from nistantasi/bisktas and 18-20 bebek (busiest streets in Istanbul)

Last, the gym and the fitness center well set up and had all the equipments to stay fit during the stay.

Also I went to massage center while in there.

but what sets it apart and above any other place I’ve stayed in Istanbul are the girls from Guest Service Centre Ms Goknur and Ms Aysel.

This hotel is located in a really good area  with the perfect view of most of Istanbul, it is 15 min away from Metro, less than 20 minutes away from big shopping center and 15 minutes ride to Taksim square.

If you're the kind of person that likes being on hold while contacting an Indian call center and dealing with discombobulated customer service on a never ending basis, then this is the hotel for you.

One of these best hotels in the world,stylish,very nice service,less than 10 min to Taksim Center of istanbul,the lobby is fantastic, then view form 27th floor is amazing,has 3 restaurants one on their roof for Sushi lover,and down there is bar and international menu,and room services for food is 24/7,yhe prices not too expensive compared to USA

Fitness center is brand new and had the latest equipment from Precor.

The only negative during my stay was that room service charged 50 TL to bring a pack of ice cubes, hot water and a few camomile tea teabags which is a really expensive amount to pay in comparison to just getting it from a shop outside.

In the ideal world they should also have cards with their name on, so that they could be revised by the team members.

The only one time they allowed us to charge food to the room they called us 8 times for a payment of 40 tl!!

i came to the hotel with my sister to do a surgery.from the check in my sister told me about aysel and we tried to find her so she can assist us,we found her in lobby and she checked us in and have best room.im satisfied with the services and with her warmness.so positive energy before my surgery.always called and asked how do i feel and send me a card and chocolates so lovely.thank you my dear

I had a small problem and she handled it with grace, charm and professionalism.. She is a credit to your organization.

Landed early morning , so i asked for early check in (6:00), and they agreed with no extra charge.

They said that the issue has to be resolved by the hotel since it was related to billing.

We lost our room cards every day, forgot to reserve sun beds and we were a little bit noisy during night time.

The spa is well equiped as well, just dont forget to bring your own swimming cap if you plan to swim, otherwise there is a charge of 20 Turkish lira.

The deal with the director was terrible, honestly the charge is too big for him, he can't and shouldn't represent Hilton, a cold and distant person never identifies with the client's problem even if it was generated by the Hotel.

The taxi driver tends to charge bridge crossing anyway no matter which direction you go.

but plans changed and I had to change their flight tickets and book a room for them, I had a problem contacting Turkish airlines in Tel Aviv because it wasn't their working hours, and also my credit cards didn't work properly, but a hotel staff member named Aysel Akhundova was there and she helped me with EVERYTHING, from the ticket booking until the arrival of my parents and she also made sure we'll be in the same floor.

I’ve been charged for the wrong shisha on Saturday.

Staff was very polite one morning my partner didn't feel so great so they let me go get are breakfast and they brought it up for us on a table and food was in a small hot oven so it did not get cold (no extra charge) we also got room service one night it was amazing!

but if not careful you can be overcharged.

I took our card out before the process had been completed and lost the credit.

In the meantime I couldn't use my credit card.

It took me a week to get a duplicate invoice.

but surprisingly the hotel charged me much more upon check in claiming that there was a miscalculation of the total cost.

We've checked in before 2.p.m without extra charge.

The hotel and staff s are very nice and helpful, also they have very good housekeeping service specially mr. Zekeriya💐🙏🏼 we will come back again to this amazing hotel,also the breakfast and executive lounge service and their staff s, just we and as I see everyone have problem with public transport services specially taxi s

Staff were pleasant and Executive lounge service efficient.

Emrah in Executive Lounge is looking after us and our idiosyncrasies really well without any fuss.

The staff is friendly, food is delicious, views from hotel’s rooms is over Bosphorus and are magnificent.

The best hotel experience I’ve ever had, especially the welcoming and the magnificent view , i personally find it the best hotel experience , you must stay at Hilton Bomonti if you can , my good experience started before even I saw the beautiful view , with the good receptionist “ CAN “ please ask for him if you come here he will make it the best experience you’ll ever have.

I had an exam and they helped me locate the exam center as well as printed me a map and arrange a taxi, they were the sweetest.

All the staff in the spa centre were friendly and spot on: from Buse organising the whole experience, to Tina the director. We will come back to Fairmont Quasar Istanbul :-)

He had a wealth of suggestions for interesting places to visit, gave top service during our time in the lounge and helped me in the business center.

The Club lounge:
The club lounge has a cozy atmosphere with a nice view of the city and the Bosphorus.

Nice city view from panoramic windows (lived on the 11th floor).

We loved the hotel, very clean rooms, modern style and nice view over the city.

A high rise building, you can have one of the best views of the city and the Bosphorus.

The hotel is located in the business district and offers an incredible view over the city.

We used the steam room almost every night & the view from the outdoor pool was amazing overlooking the city!

Rooms are very clean and I had a great view of the city.

It provided endless views of the city and the Bosporus River.

The pool and the restaurants have astonishing views to the city and the Bosphorus.

the hotel in general is very nice, all staff are so friendly, and the front desk girl who studies hospitality she got us a cornor room with wonderful skyline city view and still regocnized us when we checked out.

You have amazing panoramic views over the city as well as Bosphorus river.

We had a one bedroom suite with gold lounge access - which was very spacious, contemporary and had amazing views over the city and Bosphoros with a full length balcony.

We stayed for 3 nights at 15th floor and accesd to lounge :) 
The pool was closed due to covid :(
For the price we paid we expected much better.

Had a nightmare at IST with cancellations due to a storm.

We visited the hotel this time instead of our usual choice of Swissotel due to their ongoing renovations.

We picked the hotel due to its large size and abundance of balconies, two requirements which we strangely struggled to find at other properties in Istanbul -  we thought this might be wise in case we found we would need to spend more time in the hotel than out - such is life travelling during Corona.

The service is perfect and that’s what we’re looking for as we had to change our first hotel due to lack of service there.

There seemed to be a bit more new staff so more service slip-ups than in the past perhaps due to lack of training.

Even if it is difficult to drive over there due to traffic, you can use the metro to go everywhere in Instanbul.

Hotel was not very busy due to local holiday

Unfortunately due to busy schedule I spent only a few hours in this hotel,

The rates on booking were the lowest due to people choosing other hotels over this one, so the hotel was almost empty.

Due to our odd flight times they arranged to make things easier on our side by extending our check in/ out hours without hesitation.

The biggest issue I had was transportation, while you can find a cab from the hotel area to downtown, the return trip is not that easy, many cab drivers would refuse to take you due to traffic.

The service is very tired and the room phone only works with the loudspeaker, and when you call the concierge, no one answers you, in addition, unless there are children in the room next to me and they are crying all day.

My kids ordered 2 glasses of orange juice and signed for it for 180 TL (remember all pricing in euros while bill arrives in TL), and my kids received calls from the restaurant (after signing the receipt) demanding to pay them cash at 2 am, leading to waking us all up, we find out that  that the front office manager on duty didn't find the deposit and instead of waiting until the next morning, he woke us up at 2 am harassing me and my kids.

that there is no internet consistent connection and it is constantly interrupted during conference calls keeps interrupting.TV in the room keeps freezing and water in the bathroom is not going out from the drain properly.

In room dinning telephone does not work, Royal service number did not work and only reception is to be contacted for everything.

but if you wanted to get around town, you can ask the concierge to call you a cab to move around the city.

For example when we ordered in the room they made some mistakes and we had to call again on a couple of occasions.

After that, i said okay i packed my stuff and told them you can take my bags to bring it to new room they said ok. Later, i went down to call taxi to go to business meting

I asked receptionist to call a store where i wanted to buy salsa shoes and he called that store and immediately offered me to search for another, more convenient shop, found the address in the internet, printed the map for me, explained in details how can i reach there, called a taxi for me and explained to the taxi driver where to drop me.

Compared to the price I paid I would almost call it underpriced.

We had to call the staff few times because no one was there to help us since the spoons and knifes were hidden even at breakfast time.

From security check in, to the front desk, to Sudan at the rooftop restaurant and Sinan and all the representatives at valet to room service, it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish.

Front desk and restaurant staff was super kind and thoughtful.
