 - The bathroom is small,
 - The bathroom is also small, and the shower is enclosed in a small circular area like if you look a cruise ship voyage and had those showers.
 - A previous review mentioned the shower was too small - this person must’ve been the size of a small elephant as I am 6foot and quite hefty yet the shower was perfect.
 - However,single rooms are a little tight on space planning. The toilets are very small !
 - but we were disappointed to see that the room is hyper small, bathroom is also small and bed is double.

 - The rooms are small
 - The room was small
 - Yes, the rooms are small
 - Namely non-sound-proof walls, a small room with no view, occasional sewer smells, lack of storage space, and unsatisfactory breakfast selection (which, to be fair, is to be expected at a smaller hotel).

 - As only downside, the hotel has a small, elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage it may take you a couple of trips.
 - though not all people would follow them (like not crowding elevators, wearing masks, social distance etc.)
 - As expected in European hotels, the rooms (and elevator) were on the smaller side,
 - So I ended up switching rooms - which was right by the elevator so I wasn't sure about the noise.
 - Taking the elevator to the terrace is a must because the views of the Hagia Sophia during breakfast are awe inspiring.

 - but the rooms are filthy and gross and I feel the reviews are not genuine (moreover most people reviewing only have one review on their profile which happens to be for this place) Dont believe my word for it, just see the pictures!
 - We also found an empty disinfectant bittle that was probably left by the previous occupants, in the bedside table draw.
 - Second, the room was dirty and disgusting.
 - there was a floor drain where i assume the sink drained to.
 - The only downside to this hotel was that the bathroom smelt of sewage so I think maybe there was a plumbing issue.

 - Also near Arasta bazaar (way better than Grand Bazaar because its calm, has better food and better prices) Best hotel I visited in turkey!
 - The room was very clean and comfortable and the food at the rooftop restaurant was amazing not to mention their breakfast is lovely.
 - The only good thing this hotel has is its excellent location and the view from the restaurant
 - Great location, Nice service, spectacular views from the restaurant.
 - but food was average/low quality but cheap, and I've found funny that the restaurant name is actually Istanbul Fine Dine.

 - but dated; duvet cover was slightly ripped in some areas.
 - I felt the music in the restaurant should have been a quiet and local ambience and not pretentious stiff covers.

 - The website they display does not give a true reflection of the hotel.
 - When I was googling this hotel I could not see from an air view where a hotel with the characteristics I was seeing on the website could fit.

 - The hotel is located in a walking distance to most places you want to see while in Istanbul, such as Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace.
 - There is a shuttle bus to all of these places and anywhere close by like the Topkapi Palace.
 - Mr Erol was also very interested, he showed us to the king suite, which looks like a sultan’s room in the Topkapi Palace.
 - An amazing hotel with exceptional staff. Very close to the most important tourist attractions in Istanbul ( The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace. )

 - It looks like an old Ottoman building whilst having a modern feel also.
 - but then you come back to this amazing building and hear NOTHING!
 - Our delux room (108) was on the first floor on the corner of the building with no view.
 - Lower floor rooms are right across from office/craft workshop buildings which means you need to keep the curtains closed unless you want people looking directly in your window.
 - The only uninspiring thing about the room was the view - our window was close to the wall of the neighbouring building so not much to see (but I’m other rooms have better views).
