Everything from accommodation food staff and cleanliness was excellent.

even though "please clean" doir hanger left out every day.

The villa was gorgeous  we had a garden villa.So clean, immaculate everything you could need.

The staff were professional and attentive and the entire resort was spotless.

The ash browns were a big hit in my family and so was the honey, fresh out of the honey comb, tasted amazing, in fact everything we had we all to a high standard.

Absolutely amazing,the best holiday ever,manager(Ian) and all his amazing staff couldn't do enough for us,villa was first class absolutely spotless plus it had everything that you could wish for inside.Pool, jacuzzi were fantastic, temperature of water was just right ,would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone and we will definitely be returning soon.

We have never been to a resort where the property is so very clean!

The villa was clean and well-presented upon our arrival.

The villas are spacious, clean and breakfast at the restaurant is also quite generous.

The place is very clean, the pool was amazing and I don’t think we would stay anywhere else now.

The standard of the Villa was good, it was clean and well equipped if you want to stay in and cook.

Food good, staff good, villas clean, security friendly any Little problems staff more than happy to help you.

It was the environment outside the resort that was a real disappointment and you will certainly need transport to get anywhere worth going.

Pool was cleaned every 3 days, fantastic having yr own pool, space, loungers 

Had a treatment at the spa, excellent.

We went for an evening meal a couple of times which was ok for what we wanted, not always particularly well labelled and often a bit on the cold side

Everything we ate here from start to finish was not as hot as it should have been and was more often than not Luke warm bordering on cold.

but obviously not in control of resort however villa was cold and no additional warmth offered.

The Hot tub was cold and never warmed up, so not used.

The hot tub was also much too cold to use.

Only complain that the pool was a bit cold,

Try the sauna if you get chance, some packages offer it as part of the package, complimentary 1 hour circuit, Finnish Spa, Jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, steam room, relaxation room with fresh fruit and water and you get a glass of pink champagne on arrival you can do it with partner or friend and you have it to yourselves for an hour bliss, then if you want a treatment after it . .

The only very slight criticism was that the roof top hot tub didn't get very hot - this time the hot tub didn't have a cover and we think that it lost the fight with the cold air to get to a proper temperature.

but in hindsight we shouldn’t have as it was still too cold for our baby, and even us!

Unfortunately we didn't have the best weather for our stay, and the villas and their position are probably improved during the summer.Bear in mind that it can be a bit of a trek to the restaurant from your villa, not ideal when its cold, wet and windy.

The  two main negatives for us were the pool was too cold to swim in

but personally I wouldn’t as although it was a bit cold at first , once you are in it was fine.

but while we were there the wind was very cold at night and couldn't be motivated to walk down to town.

however, we did think that it was too hot - I realise that this is at odds with others that say the pools were too cold.

but May and June increase it and for all colder months as well, if they don’t then it pointless having the pool 

we did speak to manager but still too cold on windy days and when cloudy and little sun to jump straight in without screaming 

We wanted a pool and this caused a problem for us on the less sunny days, the pool is meant to be all times not just hot days 

If they fix that issue then place has no faults at all it would be perfect for everyone

We booked the basic villa which was more than adequate, paid for the pool to be heated, this just takes the edge  off the cold, not really warm as such.

We arrived fairly early in the afternoon we emailed the resort a few days earlier to enquire about the pool being heated which it was on the day we arrived this does cost extra which is a shame really and should be included in the price when booking, who wants a cold swimming pool the pool with heating was around 30’c it cost around €154 for 7 nights it was large enough.

We had breakfast included which we all enjoyed and found we went down every morning as the atmosphere was lovely, all the staff are so helpful and genuine.

It has all the amenities you need and the decor is of a high standard.

Buffet style and lots of different variety to choose from, you could even have a glass of fizz if you wanted!

The restaurant was typical buffet style fare and not quite hot enough

All facilities, staff, views and atmosphere is 2nd to none.

The refurbished restaurant was very nice,

The security guy would always call one for us and we spent most evenings in town where the atmosphere was simply amazing.

We also booked for 3x evening meals (the minimum you can book for), each of which were themed 'buffet' style,

but completely equipped terrace and a nicely & comfortably furnished villa, this was the perfect destination for a 2 year Covid delayed honeymoon.

I find in many places that have a buffet style service that the food can be very ordinary (at best!

The villas are immaculate, very clean and very tastefully decorated.

Large, bright, model; loved the rooftop terrace and imagine this would be perfect in warmer months.

It was so spacious, absolutely spotless, decorated beautifully and we also were very kindly left some food and drinks such as bread, ham, cheese, milk, water etc for our arrival.

The villa itself was stunning, we stayed in a 3 bedroom Royal villa with a heated pool and roof terrace, the inside was spacious and well decorated, with a smart TV and everything you would need in a kitchen.

Restaurant was wonderful newly refurbished, food amazing.

The whole complex and the villas themselves have been really well designed.

The exterior spaces - spotlessly clean, peaceful, beautiful.

The restaurant food, while a buffet style, was excellent quality, with a different theme every night.

It was like coming 'home'
The restaurant has just been completely updated and refurbished, the whole place is kept spotless.

The staff were the most pleasant helpful staff I have come come across on any of our holidays, nothing was too much trouble.

Would absolutely recommend a holiday here.

We spent 6 days loving every part of our holiday,

Due to no overseas holiday in 3 years we opted for the top "Royal Villa" on a B&B basis and I have to say this was ideal.

We had a wonderful holiday stopping at Bahiazul villas.

This was the most amazing holiday we have ever experienced.

Overall, we did have a lovely holiday and made great use of the pool and outdoor areas, and the size of the communal indoor areas in the villa was more than enough for our 3 adults and 2 children.

We booked a Premier Garden Villa for the 3 of us (My husband, my self and our 9 year old boy) and had an amazing vacation.

Overall we had a very relaxing holiday and would happily visit again.

The most chilled out holiday we have had.

They forget that UK guests make up most of their business here and we expect high standards and respect on holiday.

Amazing villa - perfect for a relaxing break.

Absolutely excellent holiday, made possible by the staff who are so attentive to the whole resorts cleanliness.

, simply the best holiday my wife and I have ever had and I cannot recommend Bahiazul enough.

We are out every night in the town which was 5/6 euros in a taxi lots of food and really nice, my bf even preferred the food out her to our usual hotel moon palace in cancun and that's saying something!

We felt so relaxed and had an amazing time.

We personally wanted a quiet peaceful  relaxing place and here is the place to be.

Overall had a fantastic, relaxing , fun filled holiday.

but we did use the spa for massages (65 Euros for a 50 minutes relaxing massage - well worth the money).

The pool and the jacuzzi provide a very relaxing experience.

The purpose of the trip was to relax, use the pool and enjoy the peaceful villa in the sun.

Everything you need for a relaxing break.

The villas are superb and the area around them is well kept, well suited for a relaxing holiday.

Our stay was peaceful, relaxing and magical, just what was needed.

The pool and hot tub make your stay relaxing.

For a relaxing break peaceful break in the sun it is ideal

From the security guys to the receptionists, to the gardeners, to the restaurant staff (particularly Nelson who was so kind and went out of his way to help our son with getting milk) we had a fantastic stay.

Bars resturants in the town centre first class.

We had breakfast and dinner and both were Great .

The food at breakfast was excellent and varied

We got taxis into the town every night (5 euros ish)to eat out and there is lots of choice and some really beautiful restaurants on the sea front.

The staff in the bar/ restaurant are so accommodating and polite, great service.

There are some restaurants near by if you want to eat out

Facilities and Location : We didn't use the onsite restaurant or gym,

We ate out at “Avenida restaurant ” one evening which was lovely and very reasonable pricing.

The food in the restaurant was delicious.

Taxi to resort centre cost around 5 euro (Corralejo) which has every type of restaurant you can imagine.

The food was really good, especially the breakfasts.

We didn't have our evening meal here as there are many restaurants in town.

Superb very private villa was amazing we felt so at home have booked to go again next year an amazing place and the staff were very friendly could not do enough for you thank you.

The restaurant was spacious outstandingly clean and the staff always smiling and polite and couldn't do enough for you.

You can ring security guys and they will ring you you, no bother.

This was reflected in every member of staff you ever came across at this resort….

From the staff who couldn’t do enough for you, the food which was truly amazing and the villa which was literally stunning.

It was easy to book and communication with the UK based villa owner in advance of booking was good.

The other icing on the cake at this accommodation is the friendly staff, from everyone to the reception staff offering bubbles on arrival to the security men high-fiving our daughters 🥰
Tips below to help with your stay…

You can catch a taxi easily from security into Correlejo for around 5 euros, lots of lovely shops, markets and beaches/restaurants to explore.

Nelson and Nuria in the restaurant really make you feel welcome and greet you with a smile every time they meet you.

The staff are superb, big shout out to Manuela and her team in customer services.

All the staff were extremely happy and smiley!

though there are some restaurants within easy walking distance, Chris’s Kitchen, Topkapi, The Ugly Duckling, and there is a bus service just outside the resort, though just phone the gatehouse, and a taxi will come right to your villa.

The hotel is like a palace and very clean.

but I don't believe this is an excuse for poor service.

Eventually , we went into Didim centre to have evening dinner due to the poor quality of the food served in your buffet.

The confectionery shop unfortunately suffered of the same poor communication and customer service.

food very good, everyone can find something for themselves, only the night meal was poor where there is almost nothing to choose from except pasta, rolls, cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers and for a five-star hotel there should be more and maybe there should be some sandwiches in the lobby  bar, drinks sometimes not good

Presentation was also poor with lots of spillage everywhere.

The food was very poor that we opted to go back to the main restaurant.

You have to book in advance and availability is poor.

Pretty poor service for almost a 2 grand holiday!!!!

but in this case since the animation team is so poor you can't even oversee it.

To be honest they don't interact with anyone this end of the pool.sorry to say they are very poor when compared to teams on other hotels we have stayed.

Sun loungers, extremely poor condition, signs of rust and broken springs, that actually.

Pool toilets were dirty very poor management they need updating.

Beer is excellent, cocktails are poor in my opinion,

On the other side, it is good as there is not really much to see in the nearest Didim town which is poor and dirty town.

However the food is poor, the staff are rude and uninterested apart from the animation team and the night manager.

Food is really poor for a 5*,very bland and tastless.

If you ask them anything that is over their poor english skills (mostly not even poor) they just dont answer and they are looking at you like you ate their lunch or something.

The WiFi is a bit poor though, my mate was getting 700 ping on fortnite.

Amazing atmosphere, great people I can call friends, delicious food, crazy entertainment team, nice rooms, fitness, spa, hammam is a great experience, fantastic show every night, just go there, you won't regret.

Food is great with plenty of choice for everyone.

Only complaint is wishing the food was hotter.

It is my 4th time at this hotel and I see it as my second home beautiful setting delicious food amazing entertainment and wonderful staff.

The food was great, plenty of variety for a weeks stay with different themed nights.

There is plenty of food choices, my partner is a fussy eater and he came back with a plate full of various foods each time, to which he thoroughly enjoyed!

Good job we didn’t mind a beer as that was ok (Efes)  the cake shop and coffee were very nice after a hard day in the sun…
We bought bags and Jewellery from the shops on site all good prices 
The staff were all helpful and very friendly,  Beth the Tui rep was very good and welcoming..

The food was great, plenty of variation each day - i wasn't fussy

The drinks are good plenty of cocktails and kids mocktails they serve effes larger wuch I found to be realy smooth and diddnt have one hangover from a fair few during the day and night plenty of spirts and fizzy drinks bottles of water all day even before the 10am opening of the bar the ice coffees are a must there's a beech bar pool bar and a lobby bar with a massive outside for drinks.

The food was the best meal we had and so much of it!!

Bartenders trying to do the best for my cocktails as from my opinion that cocktails wasn't brilliant .

We had the fish and Turkish a la cartes which were by the beach and enjoyed both equally.

The food was lovely with plenty of different options each day, all the staff are very hard working and polite especially Ozan.

I’d recommend going to topkap or Pinocchios for food.

A show is put on every evening, easy watching and and all great performers.

All staff are on hand at any moment to deal with any issues especially the entertainment team.

I’ll miss the entertainment team so much especially bobby David, Rio and Billy, their daily entertainment has made it a great first trip to turkey for me, so many laughs.

The staff are so welcoming and kind and are always at your service, and the Animation team are 10/10.

The entertainment staff are fantastic, particularly David who was very friendly and welcoming.

The animation team do a good job of keeping everyone entertained and are the only staff I saw smiling and interacting with customers.

The animation team were amazing too - Dimples, Bobby and David kept us laughing all day long.

Everything was as expected, entertainment was varied with lots for everyone.

David one of the entertainers is absolutely amazing!

Had a great time favourite part was the animation team especially David!

Entertainment is great both in the amphitheater and beach bar.

Love the entertaining team David ,Rio,Bobby, Billy and of course ,,Dimples".

The hotel's evening entertainment was short

The night time entertainment was really good with the fire show and foam party being the highlights for me.

Finally, the toilets in the downstairs reception area smell pretty bad as there is no door to the area.

The food at the restaurants was disgusting even the cats wouldn’t eat it!

If you really hate smoke, go somewhere else.

though because on one visit they didn’t smell and this is probably due to them recently having a cleaning visit.

Sewage smell in bathrooms - due to the mess up with rooms and being moved, we saw 6 rooms - everyone stank of sewage in the bathroom.

Toilets public ate absolutely filthy unsanitary. Beware!

- Towels absolutely stunk of smoke practically every day.

The food was absolutely disgusting, if you like flys for breakfast then this is the place for you!

We were being violently sick, had severe diarrhoea, hot & cold sweats and a fever.

The usual fake clothes and bags, a hairdresser, a tattoo studio, a jeweller’s and a gift/sweet shop/ cigarettes.

It needs a few tweaks, the biggest been the pool bar toilets, they are disgusting, dirty broken seat hanging off wall, broken tiles hit and miss with toilet roll, same in rooms that too.

Room on 7th floor, lovely view of the pool and sea BUT there was a constant smell of smoke in the corridor & often in our room, which made us cough.

The indoor swimming pool was very disgusting and dirty.

We felt the smoking and non smoking areas at the main restaurant are the wrong way round - non smokers have to walk through the smoking area to get from tables to the buffet which isn't pleasant, this put us off eating outside.

The tables has pvc runners on them when I adjusted it one day I noticed the back was covered in mold !

You can have freshly cooked eggs/omlettes/pancakes and waffles though.The food in the Italian a la carte was disgusting and we couldnt eat it.

The pool area toilets are filthy, the cleaning lady went in, slopped water on the floor and left toilet roll,  that was it no proper cleaning.

What we did not like the most that the lift was never cleaned and the showers in the spa were filthy.

The bedroom on arrival did smell very strongly of sewage

All staff are amazing and accommodating, especially entertainment team all very friendly.

You’ll never be bored in this place with all the daily activities with the best entertainment team, I’ve found a new love for darts while here!!

Staff are excellant and cant do enough for you.

I hope these 2 ladies get far in life and achieve the right goals in life and get far because they deserve it. Thanks.

Great sea views was on 10th floor and staff helpful and friendly

however as per previous reviews there is something magical about this place and the staff are extremely pleasant.We may return in the future and the views from the bedrooms are fabulous and unforgettable.Well done everyone at "The Venosa."

My 3 star out of 5 is nothing to do with the team I firstly want to say that the entire team that work in this hotel are amazing and friendly.

It’s my second time in turkey and this is honestly the best place to go, the staff are lovely!

However all I can say is positive for the hotel and staff.

The staff was excellent attending to our needs, the beach is clean and the gardens are well maintained which the wife loved.

Have a meal out at Topkapi, brilliant and free car service from the hotel…find them on Facebook.

Altinkum town was nice to visit in the evening, we went for dinner one evening to a restaurant called Topkapi which had a large menu and seemed very good and mid priced!
