 - The fisrt reason is the location of the hotel then kind staff here😇 we feel here as we are at home.
 - 原本我們訂了2晚的飯店,後來進來之後決定要再多續2晚 主要是早餐很棒(可以客制)有很蛋的選擇每天可以吃不一樣,早餐的經理服務員很熱心,照顧到每一個人的需求,飯店的位置在舊城中心,要到景點及交通都很方便,飯店房間乾淨,有泳池,我覺得比起其他的飯店這邊專業及讓人放心。 Location is great and hotel is convenient close to topkapi museum.hagia sofia and blue mosque.

 - We still talk about this dish.
 - When the floor manager asked me if all is ok, I softly complained and accepted the dish as is,
 - We've tried a grilled salmon and mixed kebab plate and both were underwhelming.
 - .The breakfast is very expensive and most of the times is not included ,at least 35 euros per person with nothing special to offer as far as the dishes of food.
 - Breakfast is a splendiferous buffet with a vast range of hot and cold dishes which should please anybody (especially waffle loving kids).

 - The ACRA is well located to major attractions, restaurants and the Arasta Bazaar.
 - Overall the hotel is in a great location.
 - The food was great and the rooms were clean and well isolated and location of the hotel is close to everything in the region.

 - The different food choices were excellent from the casual dining to the fine dining experience at the Sarnic Restaurant.
 - He will make sure your stay is amazing and as a plus he has a golf cart that can take you to all of the restaurants that are close to the Mansion and make sure you make it back in one peace.
 - She made our stay seamless and hassle free; she made numerous recommendations for places to see and to eat; made reservations at the restaurant, and at the hammam, she took an extra care of our bags in the way out. Top!

 - Rooms are small villas scattered on a busy street in the tourist area, hence a feeling of disconnect to the hotel / resort feeling appeared as well as a lack of privacy.

 - While in the cab on the way to the hotel, we were contacted on whatsapp to coordinate drop off a few blocks from the check-in desk since cars are not allowed in the immediate area of the hotel.
 - Also, the traffic outside the car free area is terrible, so ask the hotel for help getting taxis.

 - The room service was great we were able to eat breakfast in the our room and was amazing.
 - The general manager "Ozi" went out of his way to ensure that I had the best tour guides and restaurants.
 - If I was going to stay here again I would insist on a room on one of the bottom two floors away from the restaurant.

 - The staff is very friendly, the location in the middle of old town (everything is walkable) and nice room.

 - Yes, it's true there is a hill to walk up to go to the Metro,
 - 
 - Nearest bus and metro stop are ridiculously uphill walk.
 - Although you need 10 minutes to reach the metro station,
 - It is close to shopping 2 minutes by foot to Osman Bay Metro, and 5 min by taxi to a huge mall (15 TL a ride).

 - We asked each employee a question and they easily said I do not know !!!
 - though they asked for payment in cash, without mentioning it in the time of booking.
 - Another thing that is worth to be mentioned, We asked the shift leader/manager (not sure of his name) if we need to do the PCR test before we leave - we only stayed for 4 days - and he confirmed.

 - The food is good and delicious and the location is good.
 - Breakfast was excellent and room service was exceptional.
 - The a la carte restaurant was very good and quite reasonably priced.
 - We read beforehand that the breakfast is not the best- my advice is to eat the Turkish food- Menamin, cheeses, olives, etc and this was very enjoyable.

 - but definitely not a 5 star experience and definitely not worth the price.
 - but walking is a challenge due to ridiculously steep and narrow road; and worse, almost no taxi will take you there also due to distance; unless you pay their high price.
 - We couldn't confirm a time to him to book the service, and we went to the hospital directly to find that the PCR test is half the price he was offering us.
 - Why they didn't pay me back themselves goes beyond simple incompetence.

 - The room and bathroom can do with more lights as it’s very dim.
 - however dim.. so it would be god to add more lights.
 - Fused lights and blocked shower drain and I kept asking every body to fix those problems with no response and after three days they send me an engineer,he couldn't fix the problem and he promised that he will fix them tomorrow
 - but there was no sun light..
 - And they havent bothered themselves to replace the dead lamp before the new guests come.

 - The staff were very friendly and helpful and upgraded some of us to bigger rooms on our visit.

 - terrible room , nothing realy work well , all is dirty and stained, bed is extra soft , to much used , worst experience i had so far in ihg , that is the reason why i cancel all bookings in this group
