 - The only negative during my stay was that room service charged 50 TL to bring a pack of ice cubes, hot water and a few camomile tea teabags which is a really expensive amount to pay in comparison to just getting it from a shop outside.
 - In the ideal world they should also have cards with their name on, so that they could be revised by the team members.
 - The only one time they allowed us to charge food to the room they called us 8 times for a payment of 40 tl!!

 - So close to Aya Sofia and the Blue Mosque!
 - Perfect if you are staying in the "historical" center of Istanbul: steps from the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Museum, the Blue Mosque and the Cistern.
 - After a long day visiting the blue mosque and Haj Sophia we stopped at the hotel for dinner and drinks and were ushered in by a lovely hostess who ensured that all our needs were met in a timely manner.

 - The New Year's Eve party was fun, the food was great, historic sites and a wonderful hammam were very close - I can't say enough good things about this hotel!
 - We loved Restaurant services and facilities.
 - We very enjoyed Restaurants and spend time having lunch and dinner in the restaurant due to a better choice in the hotel.
 - The selection of food was much better than at some hotels for lunch or dinner: lots of sweet and savoury things, all beautifully presented.
 - The also have shuttles to the other Four Seasons on the Bosporus, which has a full service salon and another great restaurant.

 - To add insult to injury, if you want half decent wifi, you have to pay extra for that too.

 - The rooms are ok, for some reason a basic room and an executive room appear to be exactly the same sort of size and there is no reason to upgrade and pay extra?
