- Lovely ottoman style room,on the 5th floor the artwork opposite to the lift is Dolmabahce palace which was the first place we visited on the first day,that was uncanny.
- half an hour away from taksim and dolmabahce palace,great spot to explore whole city.

The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods and the breakfast staff were very efficient.
- The breakfast is superb,good variety of food,special thanks to musa chef for delicious cakes,pastries and sweets,coffee and tea made freshly,thank you dilek,burak and soner,and zumre,we will definetely be back
- They had lots of different traditional foods as well as usual breakfast foods and excellent afternoon tea.
- Staff on the reception helped us a lot with reservations of the restaurants and trips.
- The staff look after you and every morning we enjoyed a chitchat with Zumre ( from guest relations) who gave us some really good advice on where to visit including a map with quicker routes to get around, she even recommended places to eat around the area!

- The bathroom was separated by glass walls with curtains on the inside, which, when pulled open, created an even more airy and open space.
- It had a tiny ante, a small balcony and a glass walled bathroom.
- The bathroom it a bit odd in that it has glass walls with curtains.
- The glass walls also mean there is just one hook right next to the shower to hang towels and robes, which can maybe hold one, two with difficulty.

- The Spa and pool are great and spa staff also helpful and friendly as too are the staff on reception.
