The hotel is located at d centre of town.extremely clean rooms n Very nice Restuarant and 3waiters in particular where very helpful(gamze, karina and Mustapha).they have friendly ,committed and dedicated staffs.

The location of the hotel is literally in the center 14 minutes away from nistantasi/bisktas and 18-20 bebek (busiest streets in Istanbul)

Last, the gym and the fitness center well set up and had all the equipments to stay fit during the stay.

Also I went to massage center while in there.

but what sets it apart and above any other place I’ve stayed in Istanbul are the girls from Guest Service Centre Ms Goknur and Ms Aysel.

This hotel is located in a really good area with the perfect view of most of Istanbul, it is 15 min away from Metro, less than 20 minutes away from big shopping center and 15 minutes ride to Taksim square.

Easy access to shopping malls and city center.

Front desk staff were super and extra helpful
Namely miss Sinem

Hotel restaurant is lovely
Rooms are spacious and clean
Location is close to city center
Check in and out might take a while due to the fact the hotel is very busy

Also u can see many taxi’s near and e-scooters(marti) that helps to go in the center

Clean rooms, big hotel, friendly personel, nice town view in high levels, delicous food, safe environment, fast elevators, in city center, near pubs and clubs, our stay was very satisfactory, personel in check was very helpful and friendly

Hotel has a really good fitness center and svimming pool.

In the heart of Istanbul, close to city center and whole touristic places..

If you're the kind of person that likes being on hold while contacting an Indian call center and dealing with discombobulated customer service on a never ending basis, then this is the hotel for you.

One of these best hotels in the world, stylish, very nice service, less than 10 min to Taksim Center of istanbul, the lobby is fantastic, then view form 27th floor is amazing, has 3 restaurants one on their roof for Sushi lover, and down there is bar and international menu, and room services for food is 24/7,yhe prices not too expensive compared to USA

Nice bar with panoramic view
Not so close to city center

View was amazing and truly 360

Fitness center is brand new and had the latest equipment from Precor.

The only negative during my stay was that room service charged 50 TL to bring a pack of ice cubes, hot water and a few camomile tea teabags which is a really expensive amount to pay in comparison to just getting it from a shop outside.

In the ideal world they should also have cards with their name on, so that they could be revised by the team members.

The only one time they allowed us to charge food to the room they called us 8 times for a payment of 40 tl!!

i came to the hotel with my sister to do a surgery.from the check in my sister told me about aysel and we tried to find her so she can assist us,we found her in lobby and she checked us in and have best room.im satisfied with the services and with her warmness.so positive energy before my surgery.always called and asked how do i feel and send me a card and chocolates so lovely.thank you my dear

I had a small problem and she handled it with grace, charm and professionalism.. She is a credit to your organization.

Landed early morning , so i asked for early check in (6:00), and they agreed with no extra charge.

They said that the issue has to be resolved by the hotel since it was related to billing.

We lost our room cards every day, forgot to reserve sun beds and we were a little bit noisy during night time.

The spa is well equiped as well, just dont forget to bring your own swimming cap if you plan to swim, otherwise there is a charge of 20 Turkish lira.

The deal with the director was terrible, honestly the charge is too big for him, he can't and shouldn't represent Hilton, a cold and distant person never identifies with the client's problem even if it was generated by the Hotel.

The taxi driver tends to charge bridge crossing anyway no matter which direction you go.

but plans changed and I had to change their flight tickets and book a room for them, I had a problem contacting Turkish airlines in Tel Aviv because it wasn't their working hours, and also my credit cards didn't work properly, but a hotel staff member named Aysel Akhundova was there and she helped me with EVERYTHING, from the ticket booking until the arrival of my parents and she also made sure we'll be in the same floor.

I’ve been charged for the wrong shisha on Saturday.

Staff was very polite one morning my partner didn't feel so great so they let me go get are breakfast and they brought it up for us on a table and food was in a small hot oven so it did not get cold (no extra charge) we also got room service one night it was amazing!

but if not careful you can be overcharged.

I took our card out before the process had been completed and lost the credit.

In the meantime I couldn't use my credit card.

It took me a week to get a duplicate invoice.

but surprisingly the hotel charged me much more upon check in claiming that there was a miscalculation of the total cost.

We've checked in before 2.p.m without extra charge.

The hotel and staff s are very nice and helpful, also they have very good housekeeping service specially mr. Zekeriya💐🙏🏼 we will come back again to this amazing hotel, also the breakfast and executive lounge service and their staff s, just we and as I see everyone have problem with public transport services specially taxi s

Emrullah in the executive lounge had very positive energy and always made us smile.

The best service guy in the executive lounge on the 34 floor in the Hotel.

Particularly appreciated the executive lounge and chef Umut’s food!

The executive lounge service was amazing.

Executive lounge on 34th floor is amazing with very very good service.

Cloud43 is a recommendation for good sushi and also a big Thank you for Huseyn in the executive lounge for the good service.

You can sip your drinks and enjoy with tasty snacks while watching the Bosphorus at executive lounge!

We have stayed in Hilton Istanbul Bomonti for 10 days, and visited Executive lounge several times.

Staff were pleasant and Executive lounge service efficient.

Emrah in Executive Lounge is looking after us and our idiosyncrasies really well without any fuss.

We mostly appreciated all the help and excellent services provided by those at the Executive Lounge especially Ms. Keziban and Mr. Hamdi who were extremely nice, courteous and professional.

The Executive Lounge delivers a perfect service.

We came back and she invited us to the Executive Lounge on the top and we really enjoyed the place, food, drinks and the view.

Cihan and Yeziban at executive lounge were so friendly and helpful. 😊

Very clean, modern decor and most of all services provided at Breakfast and the Executive Lounge are excellent.

What a lovely experience it has been again: from reception when Harun welcomed us in the best possible way followed by housekeepers in charge of 25th floor that came so promptly to bring a new bathrobe and some other extra needs, to finish with Huseyin in the executive lounge who was attending us so promptly and with a smiley face.

mr huseyin topuz in the executive lounge was necessarily sincere and caring.

Perfect and pampering hotel, excellent breakfast
We enjoyed every moment of our stay there.

Luxury interior at the lobby..lobby bar etc.

The Hilton Bomonti is a luxurious hotel with high quality facilities such as pool, sauna, terrace restaurant, big lobby, several elevators, super clean rooms, etc.

The best part of hotel is lobby, inside room food order is great experience by application and delicious.

The architecture, the Rooms and the Lounge are beautifuly designed.

Narimqn uhan who was cleaning my room 2507 very kind and her service was perfect!

Every time we order food to the room they bring for us chocolate, desert and fruits to enjoy with our meal

The room was extremely clean and was sanitized before the stay.

Hotel is connected to the Zorlu Center which is a beautiful shopping center that offers high to mid-range stores along with restaurants and a food court (even a Popeyes!).

The Hotel location is very convenient to shoppers as it is connected to Zorlu centre where various brands.

Enjoy the facilities of the gym, breakfast is excellent and varied with excellent pastries, it is located in the Zorlu Center, which is a luxury shopping center with direct access to the metro.

Great hotel with good location and nice shopping center near bye beatfull faciliety such as swemming pool and gem area as well very clean and the staff was wenderful and very freindly as well i will come back for sure to this hotel if i travel to istanbul on the futer

Beautiful outdoor playground and game center in there.

Lots to do on-site of the hotel and it isn’t too far away from preciously Zorlu Centre.

Easy access to the zorlo center and beautiful location.

There is a shopping center right outside.

One sunny morning enjoyed
breakfast in room enjoying view which was a lovely service.Hotel was situated next to
shopping centre with some good shopping choices and eating options.Transfer into
Hagia Sofia /blue Mosque area took about 40 minutes

The location was perfect - linked to the Zorlu Centre.

The Zorlu Center is accessible from the Raffles' lobby and the center has tons of restaurants if one wants options.

Location
The Raffles Istanbul is located in the business area of the city, right above the premium mall Zorlu centre.

but this one is superior in various aspects:
- outstanding fast and natural service which makes you feel like a guest rather than a customer
- perfect location close to the second bridge, which allows for convenient travel to business center son both sides of the Bosporus
- very good kitchen
- shopping center close by

I don’t think I’ll book any other hotel in the foreseeable future.

Also zorlu centre is attached to the hotel, it has luxury brands, and we enjoyed going to it
A final thanks to the Director of the Hotel Mrs. Nazli who greeted us in our checkout and apologized for a minor incident we had at breakfast..

In General Raffle located in the center of European part of Istanbul and one of the biggest Malls is beside this Hotel.

People within the hotel are so nice, hospitality and guests are at the center of every attention.

I liked that Raffles is connected with Zorlu Shopping center.

Attached to the Zorlu center (shops / cinema / restaurants / performance center / metro / all luxury brands / Apple store

On the next day before leave, the soup was too cold and had to wait airport taxi for 20 minutes!!

The room service attendant was caring (he even offered to bring me tea as I was starting a cold!).

Drinks are served cold just the way the should be .This is the real definition of is true to be true.

If you are not used to cold weather and will have the temperature warm in your room, would recommend you to not stay on the 3rd floor. As the constant changing of temperature when you enter/exit your room to go to other places within the hotel (lobby, spa, etc.)

Lovely and luxurious hotel in an excellent location.

Breakfast was delicious

The rooms are extremely comfortable and luxurious.

We went to Ruffles me and my husband to be in the most luxurious area of central İstanbul, and this was our second and more to come visit to Raffles, the moment we came in and the outstanding service started, the bell captain took our luggage and head us to the reception where we met with Ece and Barar with a beautiful smile leading an amazing surprise that our room was upgraded to a signature room overlooking the Bosporus.

Amazing luxury hotel with all staffs are determined to ensure you have a relaxing and perfect holiday.

Hotel is luxurious with spacious and very comfortable rooms.

The staff were always helpful and friendly it was a very pleasant experience staying in this luxurious hotel.

Perfect location, luxurious setting, well appointed rooms and by far the most wonderful service by Deniz at the Lavinia lounge!

Overall I was quite satisfied with Raffles and I can recommend it for a premium luxury experience.

From the moment you enter the lobby, the hotel cries delicate luxury.

It is definitely a luxury hotel by all criteria,

Luxury hotel needs everything and every staff luxury even managers.

There are some high-end stores and I believe a metro/subway station close by.

When talking about perfection and luxury in hospitality .

The place where every single detail is taken into consideration to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and luxury.

We will be back soon and would recommend to anyone looking for a luxury treat. Special thanks to Butler Kubra, Egan(?)

Spend 8 nights here in a larger room with bridge views.

My room was spotless and with a wonderful view, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and vast.

Big thanks to Ayse in the house keeping who kept on filling the room with complimentary extra water.

The room we were given had great views of Istanbul and was beautifully decorated.

Make sure you book a Bosphorus view room to enjoy the most beautiful view of Istanbul.

The rooms are well laid out and I have a sauna in my bathroom.

The rooms were amazing, super spacious and clean and very nice.

she insisted my wife multiple times to have suit rooms even told the room cathegory is fine for us.

I also want to mention how they handle this pandemic times, with the covid "pack" in room every day with mask, sanitizer, hand lotion and antibactissue.
