We were allocated room 2617 upon arrival.

While the hotel may not be brand new, its excellent maintenance and upkeep ensure a clean and bright room for guests.

Rooms are great (everyone I have had has a washer/dryer which is a nice touch).

Room and toilet are spacious enough for 3 ladies.

Room was well insulated from outside noises as there are two layers of blinds.

Reception staff, Khun Chutsana, quickly found us another room on the 27th floor.

This city is the hottest place I've ever seen so proximity to modes of transportation and a shopping mall is very important.

Excellent restaurants are nearby plus a cute shopping mall.

though it was a non-smoking room, there was an ash tray in the room itself.

The only set-back was my room aircon had mould and was blowing out an awful smell.

So we either had to wait 7 hours for our non-smoking room to be available or take the smoking room.

Although it is a non-smoking hotel, when I checked in I was given a room that definitely smelled of cigarette smoke, so I requested another room.

I guessed the cooking by previous guests might be the source of unpleasant odor in such a confined area.

This time the bathroom had a smell like mouldy smell.

I could not smell it once I reached the front desk, may be it was less strong.

NOPE not this time we were attacked by check in staff, had to sign to acknowledge no smoking and the penalty if we did, the penalty if we stayed in the room after mid day, then I had to pay almost a hundred pounds extra for two beds per night.

Minor minus: the shower gel and shampoo in room are almost bland smelling and doesn’t lather at all.

I am sensitive to cigarettes, so I asked for another room.

The bathroom have black mold around shower door, walls, floor and bidet also dirty.

Only downside was corridors a little bit musty due to aircon and humidity.

Too many moldy in the bathroom and bidet was too dirty.

Besides, the corridors had a strange stinking smell and "everything free" in the minibar turned out to be a small can of Coke and an even smaller cartoon of fruit juice.

The entire lift lobby and corridor was stinking and dingy

I will not stay here again.

The awful lighting in both the room and the corridor, the humidity smell from A/C need to be clean .

but had a musky smell in the bathroom (similar to body odor).

Poor maintained facilities and room with odours and towel is dirty.

Take the airport rail link if you can - leave the scamming taxi drivers and their scamming hotel associates to suffer.

I’m totally understanding if staff are run off their feet

The staff was efficient and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay.

The hotel staff were kind enough to provide us with transportation to the hospital at four in the morning

It is an added bonus with a cute and good-looking bell boy assisting with our baggage.

Kiattisak at the reception was our shining star this trip through our two separate stays at the hotel in August.

Again, the service was amazing and certainly a highlight, staff could not do enough to be friendly and helpful at all times.

Their staff are always have a smile on their face and they are care all you needs with fast response.

If you are looking for a clean hotel with friendly staff, this is it!

Friendly staff especially concierges Nuttorn and Sakdipat.

Conveniently connected to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT stations, it served as the perfect springboard for exploring the city.

It also has a connected walkway to reach Asok BTS station.

The shopping centre (with a supermarket) and the train stations nearby make the lives of hotel guests much easier.

The hotel is serious about the health of guests and has hand sanitizer stations every where.

The hotel is right next to Asoke BTS station; and it’s right beside Terminal 21 which has restaurants, money exchange, supermarkets.

The best option to travel from airport to hotel and vice versa is to take the Airport Rail Link to Makasan station, walk to Petchaburi MRT station and take to Sukhumvit station which is only 1 station away.

Highly recommend for traveller with a tight timeline so that you maximise your time in BKK due to the fact that the metro station is just below the hotel.

The hotel location is very conveniet with direct access to Terminal 21 shoppping center and Asoke BTS station.

although, be aware that there is a lot of construction in the local area currently so this can be fairly loud when relaxing by the pool.

The sound of the generator of a nearby construction was annoying at night, so we asked the for a relocation to a higher floor, and staff was kind enough to accomodate our request.

Watch out, they are building a project just next to the hotel, so if you want to rest by the pool, it will be on a construction site.

Unfortunately, the view was not on no-good side (I could only see the building under construction).

but there is construction on the other building so I ask the Reception if I can change my room and they transferred me at 4th floor with Burj Khalifa view for FREE!!!

I didn't sleep well because of the construction outside.

The WiFi is fast enough to watch a movie

We got a room on the opposite side of the construction

Mind you, there was lots of construction along the way.

but blighted by construction works 24 hrs a day.

however there were many constructions around which I could easily heard at night, the staff was not as good as described in other reviews, I felt the check-in a little rushy and many details lost.

although there was near construction we couldnt here any thing from the outside

but is a bit noisy from nearby road traffic and a construction site right next door.

In walking distance of the Dubai mall had to cross a big construction site to get there, the pool view is also overlooking construction (but that is Dubai downtown).

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Lali who was always there with his big smile and giving us suggestions on shopping, transportation, etc.

Keenan in particular was so friendly and took care of us very well.

And it was friendly staffs and room was clean and fasionable.

Staff is very friendly and seem like they enjoy their jobs, well trained and know what they are doing.

Staff were all friendly and helpful and we loved the 24hr shop and free tickets we received for the Reel Cinema in the hotel. The outside pool area is amazing and the perfect place to relax in the sun (which it gets all day!)

We loved the relaxed cool atmosphere of the hotel.

This hotel is ideal for those looking to be based near dubai mall.

The location is just 5minutos to dubai mall and 12 minutes walking to metro - red station.

The housekeeping was excellent in providing us things we needed such as as  extra kettle (as we needed to keep boiling water for the baby bottles) and the manager Eliah was fantastic, he remembered our names and always made an effort to check that we were getting on ok. Taxis are always available outside the hotel and it’s only a short walk to the mall.

The hotel was just ideal for our purpose,

As a couple we enjoyed the clean, fresh, uncluttered room, large shower, and all we needed for a relaxing stay - lovely linen, especially.

The room was very comfortable and had a great view.

Our room was perfect for our needs, with a great view of Burj Khalifa.

Rooms arw cleaning every day and it is very nice.

The rooms were very clean and the service from reception was great.

Front desk service is fantastic (especially Mary) and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Rooms are extremely clean which is important due to the current situation.

My room was always clean thanks to Samel, he's looking after my room and he's really friendly, helpful and hospitable

The rooms are small and basic (unlike a lot of the big posh hotels)

but the room was a bit small and had a strange elevator.
