 - While in the cab on the way to the hotel, we were contacted on whatsapp to coordinate drop off a few blocks from the check-in desk since cars are not allowed in the immediate area of the hotel.
 - Also, the traffic outside the car free area is terrible, so ask the hotel for help getting taxis.
 - You either take their own car - at an exorbitant 65 euros one way - or get a taxi.
 - The car they sent to pick us up at the airport arrived 25 minutes after we emerged from the terminal.
 - Regular cars cannot access the pedestrian road where the buildings are.

 - They did not seem to offer anything for dinner other than a fairly unexciting fixed menu.
 - We did ask reception to fix it,
 - We had issues with the air-conditioning - they fixed it on day two.
 - No towels on arrival- fixed easily.
 - but not in my room, the clerk at the desk dropped what he was doing and came to my room and fixed the problem in minutes.
