The location of the hotel is literally in the center 14 minutes away from nistantasi/bisktas and 18-20 bebek (busiest streets in Istanbul)

Last, the gym and the fitness center well set up and had all the equipments to stay fit during the stay.

Also I went to massage center while in there.

but what sets it apart and above any other place I’ve stayed in Istanbul are the girls from Guest Service Centre Ms Goknur and Ms Aysel.

This hotel is located in a really good area  with the perfect view of most of Istanbul, it is 15 min away from Metro, less than 20 minutes away from big shopping center and 15 minutes ride to Taksim square.

If you're the kind of person that likes being on hold while contacting an Indian call center and dealing with discombobulated customer service on a never ending basis, then this is the hotel for you.

One of these best hotels in the world,stylish,very nice service,less than 10 min to Taksim Center of istanbul,the lobby is fantastic, then view form 27th floor is amazing,has 3 restaurants one on their roof for Sushi lover,and down there is bar and international menu,and room services for food is 24/7,yhe prices not too expensive compared to USA

Fitness center is brand new and had the latest equipment from Precor.

The only negative during my stay was that room service charged 50 TL to bring a pack of ice cubes, hot water and a few camomile tea teabags which is a really expensive amount to pay in comparison to just getting it from a shop outside.

In the ideal world they should also have cards with their name on, so that they could be revised by the team members.

The only one time they allowed us to charge food to the room they called us 8 times for a payment of 40 tl!!

i came to the hotel with my sister to do a surgery.from the check in my sister told me about aysel and we tried to find her so she can assist us,we found her in lobby and she checked us in and have best room.im satisfied with the services and with her warmness.so positive energy before my surgery.always called and asked how do i feel and send me a card and chocolates so lovely.thank you my dear

I had a small problem and she handled it with grace, charm and professionalism.. She is a credit to your organization.

Landed early morning , so i asked for early check in (6:00), and they agreed with no extra charge.

They said that the issue has to be resolved by the hotel since it was related to billing.

We lost our room cards every day, forgot to reserve sun beds and we were a little bit noisy during night time.

The spa is well equiped as well, just dont forget to bring your own swimming cap if you plan to swim, otherwise there is a charge of 20 Turkish lira.

The deal with the director was terrible, honestly the charge is too big for him, he can't and shouldn't represent Hilton, a cold and distant person never identifies with the client's problem even if it was generated by the Hotel.

The taxi driver tends to charge bridge crossing anyway no matter which direction you go.

but plans changed and I had to change their flight tickets and book a room for them, I had a problem contacting Turkish airlines in Tel Aviv because it wasn't their working hours, and also my credit cards didn't work properly, but a hotel staff member named Aysel Akhundova was there and she helped me with EVERYTHING, from the ticket booking until the arrival of my parents and she also made sure we'll be in the same floor.

I’ve been charged for the wrong shisha on Saturday.

Staff was very polite one morning my partner didn't feel so great so they let me go get are breakfast and they brought it up for us on a table and food was in a small hot oven so it did not get cold (no extra charge) we also got room service one night it was amazing!

but if not careful you can be overcharged.

I took our card out before the process had been completed and lost the credit.

In the meantime I couldn't use my credit card.

It took me a week to get a duplicate invoice.

but surprisingly the hotel charged me much more upon check in claiming that there was a miscalculation of the total cost.

We've checked in before 2.p.m without extra charge.

Besides location and surroundings are also beautiful.

Very clean, well furnished also we had complimentary light dinner package which was so good. .

The hotel has been designed with immaculate exterior and interior which instantly gives you a grand feeling.

The architecture, the Rooms and the Lounge are beautifuly designed.

The staff is the sweetest they really helped me in everything such as making reservation and special room service for example decorations for my graduation celebration!

Hotel is very stylish, in a good part of Istanbul, feel very welcome and secure.

Great service, warm atmosphere   with big varieties  of desserts and bakeries !

The hotel is literally situated in the CENTER of all the old town attractions.

I have been in SPA center of Hagia Sofia Mansions Istanbul in January 2021.

My friend and I arrived to where google maps pointed us to the building on Kabasakal Cd next to the Istanbul Crafts Centre.

Here we realised the beautiful street had The Blue Mosque at one end, Hagia Sophia in the Centre n Topkapi Palace at the other end.

And for expericed travelers such as my self, it does not get better than this for center of Istanbul, which is a historical must see for all.The room had great views of Hagia Sophia .

The facilities are very good and it's located in the center of the historical area of Sultanahmet.

the location is basically in the old town center.

The atmosphere is nice and the patio/garden is beautiful with a fountain in the center and view on the enlightened Hagia Sopia basilic.

This enchanting beautiful hotel is in the most perfect location in the center of everything.

Fantastic hôtel located very close to the most beautiful area of Istanbul historical center.

Whether you just want a relaxing meal in a delighful garden or want a welcoming and tranquil base i the centre of Sultanamet (the historic centre of Istanbul) Hagia Sofia Mansions is a must.

The position in the centre of old Istanbul is perfect and we could walk everywhere we wanted.

The room was spotless/ modern and the decor was very beautiful.

Our room was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and stylish, highlighting antique finishes, mosaic floors and marble sinks.

They have mansions which a lavishly decorated with Ottoman features.

The private swimming pool was great and the whole atmosphere in the hotel was great.

Rooms are pristine, every single staff member was wonderful, and the location is impossible to beat.

but we got mesmerized with the beauty of this place, the cool breeze from trees and flowers, the atmosphere is so humble and peaceful with a radiating sense of calmness and beauty.

The hotel environment is really beautiful and peaceful, we hope to come back for more drinks, lol!

The rooms were well laid out, decorated in a style in-keeping with their history and yet modern and up to date.

The rooms are huge and very cozy, the spa was outstanding with the best Turkish Hamam I've ever had.

It has such amazing and bright colors and prints to make you feel in a palace.

The mansions looked beautifully decorated and of course located in the most convenient spot for tourism, right next to the Hagia Sofia Basilica.

but a hotel with style and staff that couldn’t do enough for you … then look no further.

It was service reminiscent of a Russian hotel I stayed in under communism.

The staff that met our car from the airport eagerly helped transfer our luggage to the small buggy (think station wagon style golf cart) to accommodate the street closures that prevent the taxi from driving straight to the hotel reception desk.

It really was so spacious and the bathrooms are exquisite.

Housekeeping team had done a brilliant job, room decor was giving me a feeling of a palace when I was spending a night next to Hagia Sophia in Istanbul.

So it's a bit unique in the architecture of the buildings (not some modern high rise), that it's a collection of buildings in a sprawling campus, and that there is no elevator (they aren't allowed to put one in).

There is no elevator so for those who might find stairs a bit of an exercise, beware.

It would have been so much better is there was an elevator.

There are no elevators (lifts) in the buildings

Thankfully, in the absence of a lift, Farhit hauled my two suitcases up and I only had to focus on carrying my own bodyweight up the stairs.

though - there aren't any lifts in this historic place!

The bathroom was tiny, the shower leaked badly, the curtains did not block out the light, the bed was very hard, no TV, and it was 64 stairs to our room (no lift).

There is no TV in the room and no elevator so it is not advised to bring heavy luggage.

Staff friendly, awkward access to the hotel entrance, no lift, 3 flights of stairs (if on top floor), no TV,

Rooms are not really suitable for children and the lack of lifts may affect less able visitors,

The location is on a famous street for Turkish dramas, so it's bougie,

The hotel is in great location, very close to the main attractions like the Blue Mosque.

The location is great, especially if it's your first time, all the tourist attractions are by walking distance.

And what else can be said about location?

First off the location is in the most ideal spot sharing a wall with the iconic Hagia Sophia.

Located right on the walls of topkapi palace a few minutes stroll to the blue mosque and hagia sofia, and the tram is near you and in one or eyes stops you can be at all the museums, grand bazaar and spice bazaar as well as the port for dowries and bosphorous tours.

In the heart of Sultanahmet, location could not have been better.
