 - Bedroom is next to the engine of the elevator wich makes loud noises.
 - But its tiny lifts and spiral staircases are just one love 😍 One side of the hotel faces the narrow street, it’s is not a beautiful view, if it’s important for you, the another one has a view on the city.
 - Avoid a room near the elevator because sound reverberates due to mostly marble hallways.
 - They are incredibly inviting and won't let you lift a finger, taking your bags the second they see you approaching the hotel and whisking you inside to offer a cold drink as you check in.
 - The elevator was old-style and small.

 - I asked for the manager and someone came and explained that they can have the guard assist me in filling out the form to have the document needed.
 - but to pay again as we'd booked months prior and our credit card history doesn't go back that far without a special report request, which can take up to 24 hours to receive.
 - I asked them to call the PR department to find a solution.
 - I asked them to send me this video with a sound
 - He refused and asked politely for a refund- to be told it would be 10 days.

 - Such acts are disgusting and horrible - to think we planned to come here again - only to have a manager knocking on our day demanding we pay money before we have even left or packed. Shameful
 - Final thought , a bit pricey for what it is .

 - And the night on the terrace with whisky in the hand with glorious view on Bospor was wonderfull!
 - I enjoyed an amazing evening meal, and a lovely Sunday brunch with friends on the terrace, and both were exquisite: high quality ingredients, and beautifully executed.
 - Biggest 'miss' for Four Seasons 'no balconies' on any rooms (minus 4 roof top terrace suites).
 - Attentive staff, great ambiance whether you are having breakfast or afternoon tea on the terrace while enjoying hard to beat Bosphorus views (actually can’t be beat).
