 - Im certain I made the correct decision in selecting the W. The location was very close to the ferries and the Dolmabache Palace, as well as the tram that can take you to the old Town and anywhere else.
 - The location, a stone’s throw from the Bosporus, is within easy walking distance of the Dolmabahce Palace, the Navy Museum, and a remarkable nightlife area just up the hill (east of Sair Nedim Cd, uphill).

 - If you ever need assistance while out in the city, they are always on call.
 - I reached at 12:30 and It took three hours for them to arrange the room inspite of all the previous calls made.Pathetic receptionist.
 - For instance, I had some problem with a car rental company and the staff (Anil and Batu) made the phone calls for me and spoke in Turkish with the car rental people.

 - Absolutely deplorable and downright disgusting attitude.
 - Jimmy was very helpful from the start, and the (I assume) female bar manager who's name I didn't get unfortunately couldn't do enough, and even went out of her way to buy me cigarettes when I was running low.
 - I agree with Trevor90210 that the room was a little musty,
 - The room had a bit of a musty smell, which may be because of the lack of ventilation in the bathroom.
 - She has been cleaning the table beside us with chemical spray going into our food while we're are eating .

 - Our room had only a small window with no view.
 - Instead we were given a ground flood room with NO WINDOW!
 - Only negatives were the steep walk to the Galata tower and local restaurants, and proximity of a minaret making the call to pray loud if the window was open.
 - Since the room I had booked did not have a window with day light, they had upgraded me to a room that did allow daylight, and this room was indeed very nice except that the extractor fan in the bathroom was not working and the toilet flush was very slow.
