The location of the hotel is literally in the center 14 minutes away from nistantasi/bisktas and 18-20 bebek (busiest streets in Istanbul)

Last, the gym and the fitness center well set up and had all the equipments to stay fit during the stay.

Also I went to massage center while in there.

but what sets it apart and above any other place I’ve stayed in Istanbul are the girls from Guest Service Centre Ms Goknur and Ms Aysel.

This hotel is located in a really good area  with the perfect view of most of Istanbul, it is 15 min away from Metro, less than 20 minutes away from big shopping center and 15 minutes ride to Taksim square.

The hotel is clean, spacious and quiet which is a godsend in Istanbul.

The room was extremely clean and was sanitized before the stay.

The hotel was excellent, it is clean, great service by the staff

thoroughly enjoyed my stay there for a week.

The only negative during my stay was that room service charged 50 TL to bring a pack of ice cubes, hot water and a few camomile tea teabags which is a really expensive amount to pay in comparison to just getting it from a shop outside.

In the ideal world they should also have cards with their name on, so that they could be revised by the team members.

The only one time they allowed us to charge food to the room they called us 8 times for a payment of 40 tl!!

i came to the hotel with my sister to do a surgery.from the check in my sister told me about aysel and we tried to find her so she can assist us,we found her in lobby and she checked us in and have best room.im satisfied with the services and with her warmness.so positive energy before my surgery.always called and asked how do i feel and send me a card and chocolates so lovely.thank you my dear

I had a small problem and she handled it with grace, charm and professionalism.. She is a credit to your organization.

Landed early morning , so i asked for early check in (6:00), and they agreed with no extra charge.

They said that the issue has to be resolved by the hotel since it was related to billing.

We lost our room cards every day, forgot to reserve sun beds and we were a little bit noisy during night time.

The spa is well equiped as well, just dont forget to bring your own swimming cap if you plan to swim, otherwise there is a charge of 20 Turkish lira.

The deal with the director was terrible, honestly the charge is too big for him, he can't and shouldn't represent Hilton, a cold and distant person never identifies with the client's problem even if it was generated by the Hotel.

The taxi driver tends to charge bridge crossing anyway no matter which direction you go.

but plans changed and I had to change their flight tickets and book a room for them, I had a problem contacting Turkish airlines in Tel Aviv because it wasn't their working hours, and also my credit cards didn't work properly, but a hotel staff member named Aysel Akhundova was there and she helped me with EVERYTHING, from the ticket booking until the arrival of my parents and she also made sure we'll be in the same floor.

I’ve been charged for the wrong shisha on Saturday.

Staff was very polite one morning my partner didn't feel so great so they let me go get are breakfast and they brought it up for us on a table and food was in a small hot oven so it did not get cold (no extra charge) we also got room service one night it was amazing!

but if not careful you can be overcharged.

I took our card out before the process had been completed and lost the credit.

In the meantime I couldn't use my credit card.

It took me a week to get a duplicate invoice.

but surprisingly the hotel charged me much more upon check in claiming that there was a miscalculation of the total cost.

We've checked in before 2.p.m without extra charge.

The hotel and staff s are very nice and helpful, also they have very good housekeeping service specially mr. Zekeriya💐🙏🏼 we will come back again to this amazing hotel,also the breakfast and executive lounge service and their staff s, just we and as I see everyone have problem with public transport services specially taxi s

Lots of shops around, a few minutes walk to a massive shopping centre.

The rooms were nice and clean, Close to grand bazaar a vibrant shopping centre selling all local stuff and very popular with tourists.

The hotel is very comfortable and in a good location centre of the city.

We stayed 3 nights in a room with a California kingsized bed which was spacious, spotless, fragrant and well appointed.

Best hotel I've ever been in, you can live in it there's a whole world inside very nice pool's and very nice clean gym and spa, the breakfast is amazing Large assortment of flavors , the room is 8 out of 10 there's little things missing, the treatment of the employees is very good they always will face you with "hello" good morning "have a nice day" specially the reception lady melike.

the room was really spacious clean and stylish as always.

housekeeping service was also great they are really educated smiling and obssesive with cleanness of room.

We had an excellent stay at Radisson blu hotel in Istanbul, sisli , they was  hospitality staff and beautiful, clean hotel with good breakfast, we had good assistant and cooperation from Mrs Esra and Mr Selim , they was very friendly.

The rooms were clean, well equipped with amenities and had  really nice bathrooms.

We spend 25 days in the hotel and we refused to move out to any place because we felt so happy with the family of radisson blu ( selim , yuns , burk, esdo , etugrul, caner, emre , salma and eren the bellman) every thing was perfect so clean and they helps us with any thing we need there, the hotel was close to everything and we are glad to spend our vacation there thank you from the hart and hopefully will see you soon on August ❤️ Love you so much .. from hayat and farah

I booked premium room , which upgraded free to 7 floor ,  very clean room  , home service are amazing , loaction is the best , cafe stuff in lobby so polite and smily and good quality coffee ,  just i wonder why breakfast close at 10.30 am ..
