Wonderful staff; great location close to the top attractions, the tram line, and nearby restaurants; impeccably clean and comfortable room (we loved the rose petal touch); and a very nice breakfast on the top floor with a view of the top of the Haggia Sofia.

The room was clean and cozy and i also appreciated the fact that the hotel was not too much big since you breathed a familiar atmosphere.

It was spacious and decorated as a chamber in a palace.

The bathroom is also small, and the shower is enclosed in a small circular area like if you look a cruise ship voyage and had those showers.

A previous review mentioned the shower was too small - this person must’ve been the size of a small elephant as I am 6foot and quite hefty yet the shower was perfect.

However,single rooms are a little tight on space planning.The toilets are very small !

but we were disappointed to see that the room is hyper small, bathroom is also small and bed is double.

although the bathroom was a little too small.

On the down side the rooms were a bit small

Namely non-sound-proof walls, a small room with no view, occasional sewer smells, lack of storage space, and unsatisfactory breakfast selection (which, to be fair, is to be expected at a smaller hotel).

The room we had for 6 nights was small, (standard double) that we booked on Expedia.

The only draw back is the rooms are somewhat small (which is ok) and have little to no storage space (this is the biggest challenge- no counter space to store your belongings between days).

The rooms are small (think London) and the hotel has no other amenities like a pool or fitness center etc.

though the room was on the small side; albeit within minutes of the hagia sofia and blue mosque.

From day one the Service and Staff have been Excellent.

The terrace view of the Hagia Sophia was an amazing sight to take in.

They are located in the center of the old city and Topkapi Palace and Sultan Ahmet, St. Sophia are very very close to the hotel, so you can walk around.

Excellent option in the old town, two minutes from Haghia Sofia, Blue Mosk and Topkapi.

The location of the hotel is just perfect - next to Topkapi Palace, Gulhane Park, Hagia Sophia Mosque, Blue Mosque, Egyptian Obelisk.

Short walk just 2 minutes to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia Museum and Topkapi Palace.

A few meters from the, Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace.

A few more minutes to Topkapi Palace and Grand Bazaar.

The hotel is located in the very center, it is difficult to think of a better location relative to the main attractions (walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and much more).

negative: the walls are too thin so you can here people next to you and it makes noisy, the price is a little high for what it is.

Tourist attractions ; What we did not expect was that it has a historic abandoned hamam in front, Old Hagia Sofia (read about it :) ) and Old city walls in 1 mins walk.

Only downside is the thin walls and street noise

The villa was gorgeous  we had a garden villa.So clean, immaculate everything you could need.

The staff were professional and attentive and the entire resort was spotless.

The ash browns were a big hit in my family and so was the honey, fresh out of the honey comb, tasted amazing, in fact everything we had we all to a high standard.

Absolutely amazing,the best holiday ever,manager(Ian) and all his amazing staff couldn't do enough for us,villa was first class absolutely spotless plus it had everything that you could wish for inside.Pool, jacuzzi were fantastic, temperature of water was just right ,would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone and we will definitely be returning soon.

We have never been to a resort where the property is so very clean!

The villa was clean and well-presented upon our arrival.

The villas are spacious, clean and breakfast at the restaurant is also quite generous.

The place is very clean, the pool was amazing and I don’t think we would stay anywhere else now.

The standard of the Villa was good, it was clean and well equipped if you want to stay in and cook.

It was the environment outside the resort that was a real disappointment and you will certainly need transport to get anywhere worth going.

Pool was cleaned every 3 days, fantastic having yr own pool, space, loungers 

Had a treatment at the spa, excellent.

We went for an evening meal a couple of times which was ok for what we wanted, not always particularly well labelled and often a bit on the cold side

Everything we ate here from start to finish was not as hot as it should have been and was more often than not Luke warm bordering on cold.

but obviously not in control of resort however villa was cold and no additional warmth offered.

The Hot tub was cold and never warmed up, so not used.

The hot tub was also much too cold to use.

Only complain that the pool was a bit cold,

Try the sauna if you get chance, some packages offer it as part of the package, complimentary 1 hour circuit, Finnish Spa, Jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, steam room, relaxation room with fresh fruit and water and you get a glass of pink champagne on arrival you can do it with partner or friend and you have it to yourselves for an hour bliss, then if you want a treatment after it . .

The only very slight criticism was that the roof top hot tub didn't get very hot - this time the hot tub didn't have a cover and we think that it lost the fight with the cold air to get to a proper temperature.

but in hindsight we shouldn’t have as it was still too cold for our baby, and even us!

Unfortunately we didn't have the best weather for our stay, and the villas and their position are probably improved during the summer.Bear in mind that it can be a bit of a trek to the restaurant from your villa, not ideal when its cold, wet and windy.

The  two main negatives for us were the pool was too cold to swim in

but personally I wouldn’t as although it was a bit cold at first , once you are in it was fine.

but while we were there the wind was very cold at night and couldn't be motivated to walk down to town.

however, we did think that it was too hot - I realise that this is at odds with others that say the pools were too cold.

but May and June increase it and for all colder months as well, if they don’t then it pointless having the pool 

we did speak to manager but still too cold on windy days and when cloudy and little sun to jump straight in without screaming 

We wanted a pool and this caused a problem for us on the less sunny days, the pool is meant to be all times not just hot days 

If they fix that issue then place has no faults at all it would be perfect for everyone

We booked the basic villa which was more than adequate, paid for the pool to be heated, this just takes the edge  off the cold, not really warm as such.

We arrived fairly early in the afternoon we emailed the resort a few days earlier to enquire about the pool being heated which it was on the day we arrived this does cost extra which is a shame really and should be included in the price when booking, who wants a cold swimming pool the pool with heating was around 30’c it cost around €154 for 7 nights it was large enough.

We had breakfast included which we all enjoyed and found we went down every morning as the atmosphere was lovely, all the staff are so helpful and genuine.

It has all the amenities you need and the decor is of a high standard.

Buffet style and lots of different variety to choose from, you could even have a glass of fizz if you wanted!

The restaurant was typical buffet style fare and not quite hot enough

All facilities, staff, views and atmosphere is 2nd to none.

The refurbished restaurant was very nice,

The security guy would always call one for us and we spent most evenings in town where the atmosphere was simply amazing.

We also booked for 3x evening meals (the minimum you can book for), each of which were themed 'buffet' style,

but completely equipped terrace and a nicely & comfortably furnished villa, this was the perfect destination for a 2 year Covid delayed honeymoon.

I find in many places that have a buffet style service that the food can be very ordinary (at best!

The villas are immaculate, very clean and very tastefully decorated.

Large, bright, model; loved the rooftop terrace and imagine this would be perfect in warmer months.

It was so spacious, absolutely spotless, decorated beautifully and we also were very kindly left some food and drinks such as bread, ham, cheese, milk, water etc for our arrival.

The villa itself was stunning, we stayed in a 3 bedroom Royal villa with a heated pool and roof terrace, the inside was spacious and well decorated, with a smart TV and everything you would need in a kitchen.

Restaurant was wonderful newly refurbished, food amazing.

The whole complex and the villas themselves have been really well designed.

The exterior spaces - spotlessly clean, peaceful, beautiful.

The restaurant food, while a buffet style, was excellent quality, with a different theme every night.

It was like coming 'home'
The restaurant has just been completely updated and refurbished, the whole place is kept spotless.

The staff were the most pleasant helpful staff I have come come across on any of our holidays, nothing was too much trouble.

Would absolutely recommend a holiday here.

We spent 6 days loving every part of our holiday,

Due to no overseas holiday in 3 years we opted for the top "Royal Villa" on a B&B basis and I have to say this was ideal.

We had a wonderful holiday stopping at Bahiazul villas.

This was the most amazing holiday we have ever experienced.

Overall, we did have a lovely holiday and made great use of the pool and outdoor areas, and the size of the communal indoor areas in the villa was more than enough for our 3 adults and 2 children.

We booked a Premier Garden Villa for the 3 of us (My husband, my self and our 9 year old boy) and had an amazing vacation.

Overall we had a very relaxing holiday and would happily visit again.

The most chilled out holiday we have had.

They forget that UK guests make up most of their business here and we expect high standards and respect on holiday.
