I really find it nice and welcoming here in Hilton everyone is friendly, the staff members always smile, not to mention there is also a mall connected (mall of Istanbul) so it’s very convenient.

Taxis ordered by the hotel were too expensive , I recommend using taxi apps

During our check out we waited 30 minutes to help us with the bags end up doing everything by ourselves then we ordered a car by ourselves.

I was trying to order room service only to realise that nothing worked so I went down stairs settle down they told me they would be calling me and I could order room service that way.

you need to use the key access several times in order to come and go through which was pretty disturbing for me.

Mall was pretty elaborate with a good food court and also a cinema.

but it is surrounded with food and shopping options.

Great reception team, great food and bevarege team especially Vesile always with smile, she is very attentive always willing to help.

I am a big fan of the lounge, gym, and restaurant here.

The room service was excellent and vale parking was amazing.

First room smelly and noisy, after changing the room, second one with Air Condition issue

Our last night we start smelling sewage from the bathroom.

Also, they replace my room, and it was smelly and not clean.

Luggage was screened as per SOP and headed to reception.

AC was cooling the room in 10 minutes at 23.00 and still 25 degrees for working non stop for few hours.

Just say “If you don’t want heater, TURN OFF!

The hotel is under the flight path and needless to say it is very noisy every 5 minutes or so especially when the central aircon has a mind of its own and guests needed to open the window.

The hotel is located near to the old airport.

From outside and with the first look for the hotel “pullman Istanbul Airport Hotel And convention Center” you can feel the beauty of this property before you go inside and it is clean and so quiet with welcoming staff and good breakfast .The most important thing here it is so near from Ataturk Airport about just few minute and close form the amazing aquarium in Istanbul inside aqua mall  about 15 minute also the bath of the suites has jacuzzi and so spacious especially executive suite . .

I chose this hotel because it was near to the airport.

My room was big, airy, extremely comfortable and very quiet.

The shuttle service is only to and from Istanbul International Airport and Mall of Istanbul.

But there is a transfer to go Mall of Istanbul where is the biggest mall in Europe.

The hotel also offers a special free shuttle bus to The Mall of Istanbul,

You can get there by bus lines in front of the hotel or cabs, and through them, the subway network.

No robes, no wi-if, the iron doesn’t work, all the floor wast vacuumed al our stay.

We stayed 3 days without wifi connection and the only answer was “we dont know”.

reception is always busy, breakfast experience give note more than 4/10, in room dinning service is very poor and internet speed is slow 
with all of this matters this hotel is one of Istanbul firsts 
actually i have compare this Pullman with others in world

Hands down the slowest WiFi I've encountered in quite some time.

Poor wifi, had difficulty running webex calls, limited water pressure for the shower and worse still lack of hot water in the evening.

Could not sleep because every 10 minutes you hear the engine of an aircraft 
Although I really liked Istanbul the hotel could be way better for Pullman standards 
The WIFI was not working in the hotel when I asked the staff everyone gave me another reason 
one said the truck came midnight and broke the connection other said WIFI isn't working in whole Istanbul and someone else said next day while leaving it is working and give his personal password ?

The only minus for me was really bad internet connection.

Wifi was the only serious minus, it worked only on ground floor, close to the second reception what obviously is rising a question that how it can be conference hotel if even downloading emails in my room was not possible.

The wifi didn’t help the situation since it barely worked.

The rest is a disaster: lounge not opened, then opened with old stuff for eat and drink, internet working poorly, service never kind, check out rude.

but I did have concerns about the COVID Sanitising rules not being enforced
The Clinic that booked the hotel got a decent price
The shower was excellent with hot flowing

Not so Positive Points

Stained Carpets in rooms, which are not the fault of housekeeping, its the designer.

The Room had an excelent view on the city and it was very clean and spacy.

+ Good mattress and pillow
+ Clean bathroom.

Staff well trained, room very clean and nice.

There is a very good barber on site who gave me a hair cut and shave for not a lot of money.

Stopped overnight on the way through Istanbul, room clean and quiet and staff were friendly.

The health club and hammam are nice and the place is very clean and modern.

+ They have my credit card information and my 5 nights here are already fully paid for. .

On one night I have called 5x to order service and nobody picked up at around 10pm 

On the last day/ checkout was at Noon and by 11am the cards didn't work, had to go to reception and open them again.

I couldn't visit hammam, there are was ledies lunch, so I could "enjoy " sauna with broken door :( They charge not fair price for their service.

Wi-Fi coverage is not good . It was so slow that I gave up using hotel’s Wi-Fi and  had to use my own phone data plan ( with additional international roaming charges)

but not well organized and utilized 
As guest i find Employees not well trained how to care n communication 
Room average not well cleaned 
Breakfast good
Gymnastics and spa good but no one to help or guide 
I face problem which i report to administration but I didn’t receive any reply ( we stay out said the room for 2 hrs because no body can open the door magnet card dose not work until maintenance discover they did not change battery of the magnet locker)

Overall 5/10 compare to price i pay

Only a minor niggle, they now charge for the airport shuttle,

Finally they don't answer emails so I was stuck making long distance calls to find out answers to questions (the duty manager gave me his card with his email address and when I emailed it, it was returned as undeliverable s.soyu@histanbulairport.com).

but you will get a VERY BAD SURPRISE BY AN 8-EURO CHARGE FOR A _GLASS_ OF DRAUGHT HOUSE BEER. .

I had to call HI and ask them to split invoice.

Taxi drivers which are borderline harassers trying to get you to ride with them, was charging 25 liras (about $13) just to get to the hotel.

but were given an upgrade on arrival at no extra charge so a real bargain!

Only a minor annoyance: considering what we pay, I can't find a justification for the need to charge extra if you want an espresso coffee for breakfast.

Choice of bread could be changed as well as charging more for Orange juice fresh and Cappucino (as the coffee was not good) is a bit too much for the price.

but I am an IHG Reward Club member (loyalty card - just like Tesco and Sainsbury's) because I often stay at IHG hotels so I know what to expect.

I did complain, so they sent someone up who inserted a key card so that it would run after I exited the room,

I had really difficult time performing quite straight forward transactions with her due to this attitude.

The location of the hotel is good, windows have nice views (mine had a view to the Mall of Istanbul).

I went for third time to this hotel due to the good location - near by Route 212 outlet and Mall of Istanbul.

It was a good place near many shopping centers also not far from the air port and close to mall of Istanbul calm when you close the window

There is a mall 1.5 km down the street and the Mall of Istanbul across the freeway and the Mall bus comes from time to time to shuttle you there.

There's something good in this hotel's location, it's close to Mall of Istanbul, where one can go for shopping or having a meal or a coffee.

Just 15 mins away from the airport and Mall of Istanbul.

This is a nice facility within short distance from the Airport and the proximity of the Mall Of Istanbul.

Hotel is located 10 km north of the Atatürk airport, close to the Mall of Istanbul.

The Mall of Istanbul is just a few minutes by Taxi away.

Mall of Istanbul also is near the hotel with 10 minutes distance from hotel by taxi .

The hotel situated near to the largest mall in Turkey (Mall of Istanbul)

There is an enormous mall just across the highway from the hotel - the Mall of Istanbul - we didn't check it out

Mall of Istanbul is a 10 minute taxi ride (they have a limited shuttle service from the hotel for free) and also Taksim Square (limited shuttle service from the hotel for free)>.

I asked to speak with general manager who was not available, admin manager Mesut Bey called me to get the story, promising a call back that did not happen yet.

The next morning before I checked out I complained further to the Day Catering Manager, who stated he would raise the matter with the General Manager and ask him to call me.

When I call them to ask about it, they say that I have to come to the reception to first pay in order to get my clothes back.

Unfortunately the last day of our stay there we had to wipe with wet towels as we were really tired of calling and talking and complaining. .

Beware of strange airport shuttle times they run every 2 hours and taxis are going to be a bit annoyed at the short fare so get in the cab fiddle with yiur phone and wait for them to move in and then show them address.
