 - The main historical sites can be accessed by foot as the hotel is very close to the Blue Mosque , Hippodrome and Hagia Sofia.

 - The bathroom was separated by glass walls with curtains on the inside, which, when pulled open, created an even more airy and open space.
 - It had a tiny ante, a small balcony and a glass walled bathroom.
 - The bathroom it a bit odd in that it has glass walls with curtains.
 - The glass walls also mean there is just one hook right next to the shower to hang towels and robes, which can maybe hold one, two with difficulty.

 - The only negative during my stay was that room service charged 50 TL to bring a pack of ice cubes, hot water and a few camomile tea teabags which is a really expensive amount to pay in comparison to just getting it from a shop outside.
 - In the ideal world they should also have cards with their name on, so that they could be revised by the team members.
 - The only one time they allowed us to charge food to the room they called us 8 times for a payment of 40 tl!!

 - Amazing hotel, perfect location, so friendly staff.
 - The front desk staff were really friendly specially Mr. Erdogan Özyilmaz, Metehan and Anil who had expressed an excellent customer service with remarkable hospitality gestures when approached.
 - Friendly staff, most helpful were Mr Mete and Mr Anil .The location is fantastic with nice restaurants nearby.we would recommend this hotel .

 - She was in and out the room atleast 5 times leaving the door open (leaving the floor) during the cleaning process.
 - The room doors don’t have stoppers so slam when closing.
 - I trusted this hotel more when i saw a worker clean the bathroom by the breakfast area and clean the bathroom door.
 - Even when we had the 'do not disturb sign' lit, the cleaner still insisted on knocking on the door when we were recovering.

 - Although their restaurant is currently closed for renovations, I didn't want to go out one evening and they arranged for delivery from a local restaurant which was brought to my room, beautifully presented on a tray with cloth etc.
 - but found that, with our experience, it wasn't reflective of the many positive comments.. bit outdated interior and furniture but maybe preferable to some guests who looking for that.. small rooms with some with no views.
