The highlight of our stay was a trip to Lindos to visit the church and bazaar and cuddle the donkeys which are properly cared for by compassionate owners.

Really neat and clean hotel - food was good, entertainment was good fun and the staff were all very friendly. Make sure you got to Lindos and to Rhodes old town, can be done in a one day trip, if you hire a car and plan (which can be done for very good price at hotel)

Lovely, clean hotel with brilliant facilities.

Pool - very clean and plenty of sunbeds to choose from - wish the pool was heated as it was so cold!

It was kept beautifully clean and we were given an abundance of towels every day.

The rooms are beautiful and cleaned regularly, mini bar stocked frequently and a beautiful goodbye gift of local produce was left on our doorstep on the last night.

Everywhere is kept clean and tidy and plates and cups are collected regularly leaving everything nice and neat.

When we came back, we were really nostalgic and I promised to my wife that we will come back because 1 week is not enough. .

The hotel it self is just great, clean bright very spacious.

I must give a big Thankyou to the animation team, they were all fantastic and really made our holiday, they all made a fuss of the grand children and it really made their holiday.

The hotel has all these and a way more; to judge it on misguided conceptions of what a 5 * is isn't fair, you’re not staying in the Grand Resort Lagonissi which is a true luxury by anyone's standards.

Coming home from this holiday, I couldn’t stop talking about the facilities, the cleanliness and the overall amazement of being in such a grand place.

The hotel is large, very grand when you first walk in and everything is clean (the staff put in so much time and effort to keep the place spotless).

The animation team are wonderful and remembered our grand children's names after their first meeting regularly greeting them as they passed.

..to summarise - it's grand, clean, great staff, rooms and food with a great entertainment team.

My wife and I stayed from 23 rd May for 9 nights joined on the 25th by our daughter her husband and our 2 grand children and we all had a great time.

Really worth doing as it was quicker and cheaper than the local bus as there were only a few stops and had a great day here exploring and seeing the history (9D cinema and Grand Palace of the Masters were the best).

We weren’t overly keen to be sent to Princess Andriana having experienced quite poor service when we had last visited several years earlier.

The food in the Italian was really poor .

- The finishing of the rooms (we stayed in one of the newest rooms) was poor - mastic patching up gaps in the tiling and a broken TV frame.

The fine dining restaurant was particularly disappointing (and the service there was poor too).

The main restaurant food at lunch was repetitive as was the Evening meals, poor choices

The lack of ownership and customer experience is very poor.

Food quality is poor, bland tasteless & repetitive.

For a 5 star hotel the food is very very poor.

Greek really nice, others bland and poor quality.

From day one wanted to g
o home .Rude miserable staff luke warm repative food not good quality, low alcohol drinks , only allowed 2 500ml bottles of water between 2 people every 2 days,dirty rooms not cleaned properly hence pics of dirty towels had to clean the floors myself ,poor entertainment only for families with small children , indoor pool have to book and only allowed one swim per day .alacarte  restaurants very poor and only luke warm the list is endless would I go back NEVER ! !

Hairdryer is poor, it cuts out after about fifty seconds of continuous use.

It was poor and not cooked, after being sent back and asking for a pizza, it arrived 45 minutes later and was equally poor at no point was I my or children asked if they wanted a drink, infact as I have written this we’re still waiting for a drink and our dessert bery poor not recommended customer service -3 at best avoid! !

I totally understand reviews and people being frustrated on the Q’s as the main bar is totally understaffed which is poor management as always not the staffs fault as they don’t stop.

however, the quality was poor, often over cooked, dry, hardening and tasteless.

however this is a smoke screen of very poor behind the scenes failures.

If your happy sun bathing on the beach or pool and don't mind the poor service and ok ish food then this hotel will probably be ok. 

Its a really attractive hotel.

Our stay in this hotel was a very poor experience.

The selection I felt was really poor and the food was never hot.

The variety was not great and the quality of some bits was poor

but please be aware that these are expensive so may be not be feasible if you're on a budget.

Our major gripe was we paid extra for a pool room to be told byTUI rep it was after they spoke to the reception team looking out of our balcony to see the restaurant roof was disappointing .

My husband had paid approx €370 if I’m not mistaken for a couples spa treatment

spent two weeks at the pricess andrianna kiotari in september 23 .i can see why some dont rate and others who do .

but this is more than enough and I hope the management does take a bit of time to read this and put things right if you really want to make guests feel they are in 5 star resort and not some cheap rip off !

Gutted how much we have paid to stay at this hotel so disappointing

Hotel, food , everything good , people who run spa not so good,  asked for a price list would not give me one,

but the cost was quite high to keep our room.

Beech is stoney so get water shoes, there are a few local bars restaurants should you want to leave the hotel,IL Ponte was a nice place to eat, not that expensive either .

Only major flaw was the Euphoria Spa; staff very pushy and pressuring people into expensive treatments rather than informing them of what spa had to offer.

but our general feeling was due to the cost could take it or leave it. 4.

This was a complete rip off and I don’t usually write reviews

but it came at the price of being up a hill and when its +30 degs it's not that pleasurable making your way up and down.

A little annoyed there was no iron in the room or to borrow from reception which is normally provided in a 5 star hotel - take your own to save expense having to pay for this facility.

but I understand business and meat is expensive.

Checking out - if we wanted to keep our room for a few hours extra we would be charged a range of different prices depending on who you asked with as much as €60 difference!!!

Reading some of the 5 star reviews below, it looks like some people rate the hotel as 5 star purely based on the Spa.

although we paid a supplement for a sea view that turned out to be the view of the main road with a tiny corner of sea visible.. the hotel only has two floors so forget about the sea view and save your money there.

Jet2 rate this as a 5-Star hotel, it is not.

Very expensive water sports on hotel beach, probably better to head up the road.

A La carte restaurants were all nice, food at moonlight restaurant and bbq is amazing.

Booked both the Moonlight restaurant and the Italian and both were very good.

but like a maze with a lot of rooftop restaurants.

The food was plentiful and staff were efficient at topping everything up.

Food was varied and always lots of it - the showstoppers have to be the A La Carte restaurants all amazing especially the moonlight restaurant!

Foods that we were so thankful to have offered to us all day.

In terms of food you are spoilt for choice.

The beds the food ok the entertainment brilliant the pool freezing the pool sides slippery.

The food was excellent throughout with a huge choice at every meal, and it always seemed freshly prepared even in the buffet.

The barbecue was absolutely amazing and definitely worth the extra money.

The food is delicious, me and my daughter had a massage in the spa which was lovely so relaxing.

We eventually went outside the hotel for lunch and diner.

The cocktails at night also fantastic.. we had Red Special cocktails in the day and the Ferrero at nights with a Bailey's or two!

His reply was there are ham sandwiches in your room and room service can only do for you ham sandwich or Greek salad.

This is a superb hotel with great quality and range of food and drinks.

The third bed in the room wasn’t particularly comfortable and more suitable for a child rather than a young adult

Mini bar restocked every other day and one of the bar staff would get us our Baileys and Brandy Baileys in a plastic glass to take back to our room every night.

He offered to take our hand luggage to the room

Didn’t get to see the entertainment and because it being end of season it stopped during the middle of our stay - didn’t make much difference to us as we’d often be back in the room early with our little one.

The food in the Italian was tasty too as well as the BBQ which was another complimentary add because of our room change.

We had a junior suite room and it was fantastic,  everything worked perfectly and the bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in.

Good: 
- Nice private beach
- Good housekeeping
- Friendly porter 
- Nice size rooms
- Entertainment team was nice

To be improved:
- Food quality could be better, even at the a la card restaurant.

The Hotel is stunning, the rooms, the architecture and is huge!

We had a deluxe room which we did enjoy and the view from the balcony aloud us to sit and chill many times during our visit.

I had booked a private swim up room and it did not disappoint!

Facilities within hotel were excellent, all staff were lovely, hotel is very well maintained.

Weather, food, drinks and all the hotel staff were brilliant.

Mostly of the staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff as they did everything to accommodate us when checking in.

He was really charming and hugely efficient!

When I first arrived i was taken back by the beautiful reception.

We sat lastnight having a drink by the main bar and some of the entertainment staff were stood laughing and joking with the reception staff and messing with the lights in the reception area - didn’t come across as very professional.

Probably my favourite hotel at Heathrow, I had room 680 which had an amazing runway view :) The bed was comfy and clean with no issues at all.

The room was everything we needed for a good nights sleep and a quick shower/coffee in the morning before our early flight to Qatar.

If you have a late or early flight then a short walk with a trolley to this hotelTerminal 4 is all that is required.

Excellent hotel for a overnight stay If you have a early morning flight and only a brisk walk to terminal 4 and from the car park.

It took all the stress out of catching an early flight out of Heathrow Airport.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet,the staff friendly and helpful, and the walkway to Terminal 4 made arriving in time for an early flight simple and stress-free.

Hotel Grand 4 Opatijska cvijeta  is excellent hotel :
exceptionally kind and helpful staff starting from receptionists Danijela, Mate and everyone was so cordial and at our service.

A great night and meal, started the break on  great note.

Had dinner at the restaurant prior to our flight the next day - fantastic food, excellent service by the staff and special mention to our waiter Sujee, who was extremely friendly and hospitable!

The restaurant at this hotel was sub-standard.

Sujee in the restaurant was very quick with service, friendly and  had a smile on his face.

Food was excellent too - fresh, appealing and varied - everything you'd expect - pancakes, croissants, bagels, poached eggs, black pudding, bacon . .

Our waiter at the restaurant, Dixon, was so obliging and the general attitude is extremely good.

The customer service team were amazing, and SUJEE and the team at the Thyme Restaurant were exceptionally friendly, and despite the time at night, they brought out a celebratory birthday cake on a plate for one of our group.

The team knew it was our son's birthday and gave us a perfect room for plane spotting and left balloons and even a toy plane for him in the room! On the eve of his birthday the restaurant staff (special thanks to Sujee!)

All good, nice coffee area, everything you expect from Premier Inn, all staff very helpful, extra mile from Sujee in the restaurant.

The bar and restaurant staff are so friendly and the food offered and wine choices, while limited are certainly good enough.

The meal(dinner) was delicious - I had cauliflower florets and a veg burger with chips and some hot chocolate.

The size and cleanliness of the rooms is perfect and the rooms themselves are well equipped and, again, fitted out perfectly for the "job" at hand.
