 - They did not seem to offer anything for dinner other than a fairly unexciting fixed menu.
 - We did ask reception to fix it,
 - We had issues with the air-conditioning - they fixed it on day two.
 - No towels on arrival- fixed easily.
 - but not in my room, the clerk at the desk dropped what he was doing and came to my room and fixed the problem in minutes.

 -
 - Nice view from the room (at least where I was) and nice breakfast.
 -
 - The breakfast was also good!
 - I got a room with Marmara sea view, also great sea view from the rooftop, where the breakfast is served.

 - -The rooms that looks to road not so silent.
 - but noise from big Kennedy Road below and from buildings more significant.
 - This was not the hotels fault, due to construction all night over the road.
 - The noise from a road next to us lasted whole night, we could also hear everything from the reception and in the room next door someone had the TV on very loudly.
 - but had the tram track and main road between, which at times could be noisy at night.

 - Centered between the top sights, the metro and boardwalks the hotel got the perfect location.
 - Perfect location with walking distance to the main touristic places, even not far from Galata Bridge.
 -
 - The location is great--close enough to lots of the main sites yet down a quieter street which was very peaceful at night.
 - The location is great, many of most important sights of the city are nearby: Hagia Sophia, Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar, Topkapi Palace, all within walking distance.

 -
 - The staff were warm and friendly and happily looked after our luggage when we were exploring the city whilst waiting for a night bus.
 - The front desk staff were wonderful: friendly, helpful and most cheerful.
 - Room was clean, receptionists were friendly and spoke good English.

 - But bed is very small for couples, so much noise because of some construction works going on in this hotel and breakfast is not up to the mark.
 - but not really great, there is construction plot (noisy in the day time), railway (Marmaray line) below your windows.
 - Construction noise next door on a Saturday until around 8 pm.
 - The sea view is a disappointment (both from the room and the terrace - there is construction on the main street, Kennedy Caddesi, and so the cranes ruin the view).
 - And don`t expect a sea view like on the fotos because right as now there is a huge and rather noisy construction area between the hotel and the sea.
