Other than the breakfast, everything is good.

Breakfast was a great experience with an egg station, variety of pastries and cakes.

Extremely courteous Staff and arrival departure process, I had to to leave early morning I was given proper wake up calls, with morning tea as breakfast had not started I was given complimentary drop at Bus station as well , Most smooth process one can ever have

Obviously carpet and furniture remained there and was a source of displeasure-
Breakfast in Zamana restaurant was  AMAZING.

Breakfast is a main highlight of the hotel as they serve local and continental food here and you get to experience big variety of food.

Overall very Good Service and Excellent Food Specifically breakfast and Eggs Benedict was the best ever.

It was great experienced we have during stay, first time in Serena as compared to the others 5 stars hotel in Pakistan especially Pearl Continental.

For some reason, it is very hard to get coffee on the breakfast service.

The choice of meal at Zamana restaurant is plentiful and well presented with staff who is always available to assist.

Went to the garden during late afternoon and it was nice to chill over there.

The hotel building, the gardens, the executive lounge and the adult swimming pool are sumptuous.

The gardens surrounding the hotel are pristine and a perfect place to walk once you have dined here and the Serena's location is both central and secure.

There are some open buffet (also barbecu) for lunch and dinner organizations at the garden.

gardens, gym, swimming pools are 5 stars standard.

There are a lot of gardens where one can relax.

Whilst the buildings, gardens and lounges are beautifully adorned the service is the complete opposite.

It has stunning gardens, excellent restaurants and a well appointed Spa.

The room was bigger, facing the garden with a good view and with an excellent bed.

Rooms facing the gardens have a lovely view.

Physically, it is lovely, lots of dark wood, nice gardens and so on.

the hotel's garden sitting is nice, the rooms are big and stylish, and the hotel has some good shops.

The hotel has a good swimming pool and beautiful garden and one can have a great stay here with family.

The room, king size deluxe, was over looking the pool and the garden area.

There is a roof top pool and amazing gardens with breathtaking views of Islamabad.

Tea service was poor and it could be because at 6:30AM waiter service was really minimum and 1-2 waiters running around and hence waiting for tea took longer.

The food itself was of very poor quality .It was quite cold and tasteless.

As another reviewer has written, the wifi is poor.

However, wifi issues and poor communication by manager spoiled the whole stay.

Such a poor service nowadays is, frankly, a disgrace.

The furniture look is not impressive, the shower cabin is very small and air conditioning does is very poor . .

Gym, spa pool and restaurants provide immaculate service.

They have free sauna room as well at the Spa area.

The Maisha Spa on 3rd floor is also very good.

The hotel is great one I ever stayed in, rooms space are big and hotel facilities including pool, steam room, sauna, gym are perfect.

They have a nice Spa and pool facilities.

Used the spa service this was very clean and tranquil.

I then went to the spa which to look at looked lovely

An international level Maisha Spa which is very impressive including facilities and therapists.

The spa is excellent and has a nice pool with a reasonable daily rate if you use all the amenities.

There is a nice gym and spa at the hotel too.

Other free facilities are very attractive such as steam bath, sauna, swimming pool.

but understandable given its great gym, spa, pool etc.

There is a health club with a spa, an outdoor pool, and a modern, well-equipped gym.

There is also an art gallery inside the hotel, a good spa, and several shops in the hotel.

I think at least one representative of our group was constantly at Maisha Spa..where the therapists were knowledgeable and good.

They waited 2 hours to tell us my husbands shorts were not ok.

The reception desk answers the calls after a very long wait, and there was not a single soul on our floor who could assist or guide.

Despite making s reservation, we had to wait for our rooms for over an hour with children.

The only disappointing experience was at the restaurant where the breakfast buffet was served, We had to wait quite a bit for coffee/tea refills.

We had to wait 55 minutes for a simple gazpacho and two panini's.

The ONLY NEGATIVE is the arrival part, they stop you at the gate of hotel & then you have to wait sometimes atleast 10+ minutes for someone to come get luggage & or guide you to the proper place .

Even has to wait over 2 hours to get the heater.

, I had to wait almost 25 minutes to get checked in.

Had to wait nearly 30 minutes for bread and drinks to arrive.

I will not wait to be impressed here, if I was you.

For starters, please train your wait staff how to properly attend to customers.

although I have to wait for them to figure out what is wrong with my electrical connection.

In short, the AC didn’t work all night in the heat and humidity so no one could sleep.

One minor thing was the air conditioning was not too cold sometimes.

Air conditioning doesnt work and if you complain  than Executive Manager who claims to be GM scream at you.Shorts are not allowed at premises.

At night my room was cold and they immidiately brought an electric heater for me.

There is no system of ventilation in most of the rooms.

Although they promised they solved the issue that was causing leakage into my room (through AC as per them).

Ranging from a huge menu for English breakfast including pancakes, beans, salami, chunky peanut

Could introduce sugar free options in buffet.

Yasir Hanif Restaurant manager and his team are amazing at the breakfast buffet.

Room was super comfy service was good as well, you can also enjoy a fusion breakfast containing various Pakistani and American dishes.

The BBQ dinner on the rooftop was plentiful and delicious.

The vast variety of breakfast options and presentation is highly commendable.

Great variety and service for breakfast, with a special mention for Muhammad Irfan who catered to our every need with a smile.

Food was amazing particularly the breakfast buffet which is complimentary.

However, the charges for room service, massages, etc are lower at Ramada.

but i would state that while sharing it one should be honest, on that evening  i was having dinner with my family when i observed that someone mis behaving, shouting and abusing the staff present there, and they were keeping themself calm and patience, though i dont know what was the issue, but i take this as my moral responsibility that the behaviour of staff was very polite and with patience, while the person who shared his experience charged them for being abusive was himself abusive.

I needed the ID card to be returned urgently because i had to catch a flight the next day.

but at reception i was kindly informed my card was declined :(surprised i checked my online bank and no attempts had been made to take funds!!)

Initially the hotel said they charge by hourly rate, which is Rs500 per hour.

I warn all non Pakistanis to make sure when you checkin you are only charged for one or two nights and not the whole stay.

but they thought it's cool to charge the credit card upfront for 1 night (it was not pre-authorisation);

- they thought it's cool to overcharge against the terms of the booking, that also by a big margin;

- greedy staff, they give fake smiles and hellos for tip;

- broken remote control;

- no towels;

- small room, dirty bathroom, water doesn't drain;

- staff knock your room 2 in the morning to give you something which you ordered at 11PM;

- location is appropriate and they are making it do the job for them.

Was told my 11 year old will be charged half for breakfast,

I paid the full room charge as I was using my debit card; about PKR 274,983.

And the snacks in the executive lounge were a great addition between meals.

Excellent service by Talha Khurshid, Supervisor Executive Lounge.

The third floor is where the executive lounge is and there is where you'll meet Mr Habib and Mr Talha who'll cater to your every need aswell.

It’s a very good service at executive lounge.

I spend 3 nights in Ramada Islamabad and after coming from office I usually went to the Ramada executive lounge for office work and there I met Mr. Habib ur Rehman .

Ramada Islamabad is an amazing option if you are solo or with family, the way they treat you is def great and Talha Awan and Muhammad Umer at the Executive lounge are amazing.

I came in the morning to the executive lounge and Muhammad Umer has been very polite very kind to me I really loved his service.

Executive lounge is very nice option which is rarely available at Islamabad.

Amazing staff and environment specially The Muhammad Umar was a kind person supervisor of executive lounge.

Visited the Executive Lounge which is very peaceful and relaxing.

I stayed here lot of times, i feel good to stay here every time, food quality as well as living environment is excellent.

When we told them this was not what we asked for the manager who was a grinning idiot said you should have booked it through them direct as we booked it through booking.com then we would have known it was not 4 actual beds he refused to issue us a refund and just continued to grin with a sarcastic grin personally I wanted to punch the man in the mouth !!

Well… it’s been almost 5 weeks and 10 phone calls later there is no refund.

After check in in the room I found tow single bed instead King bed which I booked.

Everyone else at Ramada were a little snooty and the hotel made us leave without extending the checkout bc they were over booked.

Visited with my family and booked interconnected rooms as the rooms (executive ones) were 2 small.

Where do I start, so I booked this hotel two weeks ago for 10 days, we arrived on the 17th Nov 2020. three of us, my brother and a friend  all of us are from the UK.

Eventually I had to pay cash for the booking.

The hotel just needs to give more priority treatment to the guest booked under the loyalty programs.

Due to change of dates I had to cancel my reservation and had some problems doing so on line,

DO NOT BOOK A FUNCTION ROOM HERE UNTIL YOU HAVE EMAILED ME FIRST FOR THE EVIDENCE TO SEE FOR YOURSELF.

I WILL NOT be staying here again if I dont get my refund.

- totally avoid them, I believe the good reviews were fake which made me book this;

It has been more than 3 weeks now and the still waiting for the money to be refunded.

Due to a last moment change in plan I couldn't get booking where I wanted and accidentally stepped in Ramada Islamabad.

Cold food, spiders and rats everywhere, smelly towels.

We went to check into this hotel and it was booked for four adults, it was booked for the royal suite it was small, smelly and unclean there was one double bed and expected the other two adults to sleep on a mattress on the dirty floor!!!

Bathroom smelled abd comforter on bed was very thin.

Only discovered later that the room had a damp musky smell which gave it an unclean feel.

I woke up 4:30am with the gas smell felling my lungs.

However, some colleagues did complain that their non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke.

Given its high ratings, I had expected a much more of a salubrious experience.

Not only did we have an absolutely horrid experience the single night we stayed there

But other than that I had an amazing experience.

Everything we experienced was great and we will be back soon.

the stay was comfortable and the hospitality was amazing.

Booked via phone very good experience, help desk staff spoke good English , understood what we need , service was great , good food , nice and clean , pleasant place to stay , good family facilities, great staff very help , ideally placed if you tour the capital

Overall, the whole experience was a 10 out of 10 and yes I will be staying here again.

The hotel was neat and clean, Food was delicious.

As the world returns to a modified normal, I found the trip most refreshing  and comforting 

The staff as always was extremely hospitable … starting from the bell desk with Mr NAEEM and Shoukat to the staff during breakfast at Nadia … specifically ayyaz and Tanveer.

Breakfast is wow ,food quality is premium.

We only had a good experience here throughout the hotel: location is ideal to explore the best parts of Islamabad/for business, the breakfast was more than adequate, the rooms were clean and spacious, the gym/pool were fit for purpose and the business centre ideal.

The Buffet Breakfast is excellent as well and well recommended.
