Use the Hotsoon an a regular basis when I have to stay in Irapuato for business.

During my first trip to Mexico on business, I had the opportunity to stay at the Hotsson Hotel.

   I was there for 2 months for business.

They make our business trips feel more like home.

Amazing hotel giving me a feeling that I was partialy on vacations, not only on business.

I used the business center , and they are in excellent condition and have all you need .

Business Center have good meeting rooms and very good rates.

The bed and pillows are teh best, if you travel for business or pleasure you'll sleep like a baby.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly.

clean rooms security around the hotel is excellent.

Room are clean and also has air conditioning (cooler and heater).

I would give this hotel five stars for cleanliness, comfort, staff, and overall value except for one thing.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean.

The room had a mini bar with free goods, everything was nice and clean.

Pros:   Hotel is very modern and clean the room was comfortable and I had a room with a small porch and it was very enjoyable.

The installations are very nice and rooms are clean and confortable.

Staff was perfect, hotel was extremely clean.

Very clean, and no need to pay extra money for parking car, as well as excellent access point to the hotel from the parking lot elevator directly to your floor.

The immaculate room had all the amenities plus the highest quality internet, sheets and towels.

Rooms were very clean on each of my stays.

The fitness center looks out over the pool and was also clean and well stocked.

It was very clean and beautiful inside of the building and the room.

Most mornings I would plug in the toaster to get it warmed up.

but not made for putting your laptop there to write some mails.

Exercise room was well equipped and equipment was in good working order.

There is an excellent fitness center, restaurant, and sports bar.

I was attended very good.Breakfast very good,Your service at 100%and the facilities excellent.I was using the bussiness meeting room and everything was OK.caffe service on time and hot.Thanks a lot.

Good service,location near  to industrial parks, good food on the restaurant and rooms, nice pool area and gym,  Sky restaurant-bar only available for executive class.

A proffesional gym with many running belts.

Excellent hotel and staff, the food was fantastic, we will stay here again and recommend to everyone; everyone was polite and courteous, the swimming pool and workout room was also excellent.

I will definitely return to this Hotsson and stay longer to enjoy the pool and gym.

They have all facilities needed for a relaxing time after work.

The shower was awesome too and I used the gym twice a day.

This is a new property with wonderful staff and facilities.

It is a modern well equipped place to stay in Irapuato.

The one thing i would change would be the music.

very safe,  great for families freat restaurants.

There is also a sports bar right outside the front door, which is a great option for a quick dinner or drinks.

Dining are also quite OK including breakfast and dinner.

Food at the Restaurant, really good, excellent Presentation and so delicious. Congrats.

Hotell is really nice also the stuff and service except the steak for dinner.I would recomend this hotel.Had also free drinks in the minibar included two beers, coca cola, 7up and two bottles of watet.Bed in the room is werry comfortable and quiet room so i could rest and enjoy.

The dinner buffet on the 10th floor is a great value and makes it easy to get a great dinner.

.it takes 10 mins to warm up.The dinner menu is good.I ate there many nights and had some very good meals.

The breakfast was good and the food was fresh every morning.

It is the best choice in Irapuato, the installations are new, location is good, the room is comfortable and nice, food is good and service is excellent, I defined recommend this hotel for anyone who travels for bussines or vacation.

The food in the restaurant is good and not too expensive.

The restaurant was ok, and the breakfast thing they sell you on the 10th floor I didn't find that appealing for the price.

I was really surprised to find this excellent hotel in Irapuato, is a 5 star hotel with wonderful rooms and great marble bathrooms, the service is unbelievable,, excellent breakfast, and great location

Downstairs dinning room is kept very cold, staff was wearing jackets to stay warm.

The room was very nice, maid service was great.The mini fridge is included, so two beers , water, and pop is included every day.The front desk was helpful.

All service and breakfast are good and with easy access.

The most amazing thing about this hotel is the service.

Service is Unbelievable, staff so Kind and helpful.

i had a large sample size to make my points about the service, it was very inconsistent.

Concierge attendance are very kind and helpful with the guests.

And perhaps a table for luggage will improve the experience.

It is hit or miss if there will be that option at that time.There are some mornings when you get milk with your coffee, sometimes no sugar on your table.

The restaurant that is inside the hotel (Motril) serves a delicious traditional Mexican breakfast buffet.

Rooms are clean, service is good, food is reasonably good (be careful with spicy food if you are not from Mexico and in my opinion prefer to order the "a la carte" instead of the buffet).

Super friendly personell, the best breakfast buffet and mexican antojitos buffet for dinner too.

They offer continental breakfast with average quality, good assortment for a 3 star hotel.

but I was in the process of getting the information of how the buffet worked from the wait-staff at the time.

The breakfast was plentiful and very good.

It has a restaurant that is actually pretty good, especially at breakfast.

breakfast is extra, I recommed the omellete, very helpful chef.

It has a central location that is close to all the good restaurants, is clean, has a good restaurant, and an amazing staff that is always ready to help.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, with many nice details.

Safe, secure, clean, silent and comfortable, all and every attribute I look for in a hotel.

The rooms, especially the junior suites, are spacious, well-maintained, have nice bathes with a seperate bathtub and shower in cases.

Overall the hotel is very modern and clean.

Located next to a new and growing area from town where you can find shopping malls, movies, bars.

For the area I consider this to be a good hotel in good location.

Conveniently located is not far from anything (well, nothing is far from anything in this small town)

The position is very good to stay close to some shop or resturant.

A passable business center located in the catering office.

I went to Irapuato for two weeks to visit my sister, Irapuato is not really a tourist location, anywhere remotely tourist orientated is 2 hours away in a bus.

I assumed it would be like any other Holiday Inn located stateside,

It's in a good location, has very good staff, and a decent restaurant.

It offers an outdoor pool, gym and hot tub, as well as free Wi-Fi and free parking.

- Very good restaurant service, both in variety and quality
- Fantastic pool for the kids to play at
- Near Plaza Cibeles, 10 minute drive at the most

sitting by the pool is a bonus.i have eaten in the lobby restaurant quite a few times, it is not bad.

The Holiday Inn is immaculate, we had the pool to ourselves for two weeks as it is manly business guest.

There is also a little pool and deck area that may be nice in the summer.

They have a train that passes every single day between 4:30 and 5:00 AM making such a loud noise that it will definitely wake you up.

but the deep, low frequency hum from the compressor means its a total no go.

One watch-out is the noise from the train which passes quite often.

Try to ask a room far from the railroad, the train is quite noisy.

The food is way below average, you can hear the guest in the next room breathing (just imagine the rest) and the manager is never on the premises. .

Noise from the outside at night is terrible,

The only problem is the railway very close to the hotel, and the train that whistles loudly at any time in the day and in the night.

The Holiday Inn Express is located at a busy intersection, noisy, no food really.

Trains pass by the hotel frequently and at all hours, and have a very loud horn.

The restaurant is reasonable, some dishes are good, other reasonable.

There is a Little Caesar's Pizza right next to it.

Have transportation to the nearby restaurant area this makes the service more complete.

In the same plaza, there's Sitio which is one of three restaurants owned by the same person for which you can order off of any of the three menus.

However when I got to this hotel, the place is an oasis in the dessert.

but you are very close to the best restaurants and nightspots in town.

Lunch is also lovely, and very reasonable.

Downtown Irapuato on the weekend is very cool with lots of entertainers and street food vendors.

When you take a shower the hot water only works for 3 minutes, then is ice cold and suddently pipping hot for a minute before going back to cold.

but I faced the lack of hot water in the shower one night.

The water goes back and forth  from pipping hot to freezing cold in a few seconds, so it is impossible to set the shower to any temperature.

When I arrived, they tried to give me a basic room and they laughed when i showed them the reservation that included strawberries and wine.

but we had to wait over an hour to get checked in.

Make sure you specify during check-in you want to leave an open voucher if you want to charge things to your room.

Very clean hotel, great room service, parking was very safe, bread there is very delicious, you get good sleep because it’s very quiet at night, would totally come back to this hotel, my family enjoyed the hotel and that’s the most important thing

The food is just delicious, greetings to the chef and all the staff that made my experience unique.

The internet is fast and reliable and a very tasty breakfast.

Very go breakfast buffet additionally you could order all cons of omelet, egg etc.

although breakfast was included with my stay I chose to pay for breakfast at the Hotson.

It's clean, the staff was very professional.

(not a bathtub) The bathroom overall is very nice and clean.

Excellent hotel where the staff are always helpful, the rooms and public areas are always clean and tidy and a very comfortable bed.

Has a rooftop pool and a spa, which I did not try.

Additionally the rooftop pool was boiling hot, would imagine there would be some type of cooler.

Food at the bar/restaurant is fantastic for the price paid, some of the meals could easily challenge a 5* restaurant.

Top room and service, restaurant is also good.

but staffs gave me  kindful response.Room always keeps cleaness, especially Bathroom.I can really recomend here to our collegues.Only concerin is that there is only one restaurant in this hotel.

Staff was very nice with all the guests in our party.

The staff is really nice and professional  the response when you need something is quick.

Overall a great stay, will definitely book here again if I travel to this area again.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area in business or pleasure.

The property is spacious, clean and has comfortable common areas.

There are several restaurants within walking distance and cabs were inexpensive (50 pesos) for areas around town.I will stay here again.

The gym has very good equipment, the social areas are always clean and breakfast and bar are good for a quick meal or drink.

I recommend that this site benchmark other Hampton Inn sites in the USA to understand what is a good breakfast bar.

A great hotel for those who visit Irapuato, is central, very good cost-benefit ratio, with comfortable pool and good gym, all the staff is very friendly, especially those who attend the breakfasts have an excellent level of english (help a lot!

The breakfast buffet features Japanese, Mexican and American style breakfast.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was very good (and didn't cost $18-$20 like most places in Mexico) and the rooms were big and comfortable.

Breakfast is provided with a good mixture of local plus american dishes.

Best place due to the easy access, friendly staff, cleanliness, and breakfast.

Clean rooms, housekeeping did a great job.

The hotel room was nicely appointed and clean with a nice walk in shower.

They have a very nice fitness center with all new equipment along with a nice pool area.

The room was also beautiful, I would definitely stay there again .
