,This hotel is very comfortable, clean,with hot breakfast, good gym,pool and good service, very close to the hotel is a good restaurant"La imperial", you can go walking is safety, It is closer to the indiustrial área "Castro del Rio Industrial park" I enjoyed staying.

Complimentary breakfast was excellent and facilities sparkly clean.

A great hotel for those who visit Irapuato, is central, very good cost-benefit ratio, with comfortable pool and good gym, all the staff is very friendly, especially those who attend the breakfasts have an excellent level of english (help a lot!

Breakfast is included and offers a nice selection of hot savory and sweet breakfast items as well as fruits, breads, pastries, cereals, juices, milk and coffee.

Staff is great, Breakfast Food is good!, very quiet place,  close to the mall and food places.

The breakfast buffet features Japanese, Mexican and American style breakfast.

The staff was excellent, the breakfast was very good (and didn't cost $18-$20 like most places in Mexico) and the rooms were big and comfortable.

Breakfast is provided with a good mixture of local plus american dishes.

They have a very nice fitness center with all new equipment along with a nice pool area.

The gym has very good equipment, the social areas are always clean and breakfast and bar are good for a quick meal or drink.

The restaurant that is inside the hotel (Motril) serves a delicious traditional Mexican breakfast buffet.

Rooms are clean, service is good, food is reasonably good (be careful with spicy food if you are not from Mexico and in my opinion prefer to order the "a la carte" instead of the buffet).

Super friendly personell, the best breakfast buffet and mexican antojitos buffet for dinner too.

They offer continental breakfast with average quality, good assortment for a 3 star hotel.

but I was in the process of getting the information of how the buffet worked from the wait-staff at the time.

The breakfast was plentiful and very good.

It has a restaurant that is actually pretty good, especially at breakfast.

breakfast is extra, I recommed the omellete, very helpful chef.

They have a train that passes every single day between 4:30 and 5:00 AM making such a loud noise that it will definitely wake you up.

but the deep, low frequency hum from the compressor means its a total no go.

One watch-out is the noise from the train which passes quite often.

Try to ask a room far from the railroad, the train is quite noisy.

The food is way below average, you can hear the guest in the next room breathing (just imagine the rest) and the manager is never on the premises. .

Noise from the outside at night is terrible,

The only problem is the railway very close to the hotel, and the train that whistles loudly at any time in the day and in the night.

The Holiday Inn Express is located at a busy intersection, noisy, no food really.

Trains pass by the hotel frequently and at all hours, and have a very loud horn.

When you take a shower the hot water only works for 3 minutes, then is ice cold and suddently pipping hot for a minute before going back to cold.

but I faced the lack of hot water in the shower one night.

The water goes back and forth  from pipping hot to freezing cold in a few seconds, so it is impossible to set the shower to any temperature.

Huge breakfast buffet, Starbucks in hotel, large rooms, conference rooms, parking in hotel, lounge with appetizers and drinks on top level with nice views.

All service and breakfast are good and with easy access.

Dining are also quite OK including breakfast and dinner.

I was really surprised to find this excellent hotel in Irapuato, is a 5 star hotel with wonderful rooms and great marble bathrooms, the service is unbelievable,, excellent breakfast, and great location

The dinner buffet on the 10th floor is a great value and makes it easy to get a great dinner.

The breakfast was good and the food was fresh every morning.

the main issue, is that i booked a club floor room with buffet breakfast and the hotel refuses to honor the booking and charged me for the breakfasts.

The restaurant was ok, and the breakfast thing they sell you on the 10th floor I didn't find that appealing for the price.

Use the Hotsoon an a regular basis when I have to stay in Irapuato for business.

During my first trip to Mexico on business, I had the opportunity to stay at the Hotsson Hotel.

   I was there for 2 months for business.

They make our business trips feel more like home.

Amazing hotel giving me a feeling that I was partialy on vacations, not only on business.

I used the business center , and they are in excellent condition and have all you need .

Business Center have good meeting rooms and very good rates.

The bed and pillows are teh best, if you travel for business or pleasure you'll sleep like a baby.

Most mornings I would plug in the toaster to get it warmed up.

but not made for putting your laptop there to write some mails.

Exercise room was well equipped and equipment was in good working order.

There is an excellent fitness center, restaurant, and sports bar.

Excellent hotel and staff, the food was fantastic, we will stay here again and recommend to everyone; everyone was polite and courteous, the swimming pool and workout room was also excellent.

The rooms are very noisy you can hear everything through the walls.

Halls are tile and the noise echoes quite a bit, especially if there are kids running down them screaming.

But a little more isolation to NOT hear your neighbors would be very appreciated.

but consider that walls are really thin, just like paper, so you can hear all details of the conversations of the other rooms, specially in those connected rooms.

BUT the window in my room didn't close entirely so i could hear noises a night.

The shower had very low pressure and the water did not get very hot.

The water comes out a bit weird wetting you when opening the tap too much.

When I arrived, they tried to give me a basic room and they laughed when i showed them the reservation that included strawberries and wine.

but we had to wait over an hour to get checked in.

Make sure you specify during check-in you want to leave an open voucher if you want to charge things to your room.

Very clean hotel, great room service, parking was very safe, bread there is very delicious, you get good sleep because it’s very quiet at night, would totally come back to this hotel, my family enjoyed the hotel and that’s the most important thing

The food is just delicious, greetings to the chef and all the staff that made my experience unique.

The internet is fast and reliable and a very tasty breakfast.

Room with strong disinfectant odor, very old rug, stained bed sheets, rough bed sheets, dirty a/c panel, a/c impossible to use because of tremendously loud sound, dirty elevator walls and floor.

Its a cheap and out dated hotel I would never come back.

The rooms are old and musty, very dated and the bathroom smelled of sewage.

but harass you when you eat there my family and I have been here for 4 days and they still countinue to fight with us.

The staff was very friendly helping with everything from food to taxis to local attractions to translations.

Roams could be cleaner, I don't understand why carpet is used in rooms for pets (should be parquet or Laminat).

I tell the houskeeping EVERYDAY not to come in my room and EVERYDAY they come in  Ive complained and even left the do not disturb sign they purposly take the sign and even lue and say we didnt put it up.

The rooms smell of sewage and linens are damp.

Unfortunately the guy at the reception assumed my father and I were smokers and assigned us to a smoking room.
