Breakfast at Cuisines was average.

We will plan ahead at your place for company upcoming events :) Breakfast good taste especially the chocolate cakes.

He offered me a welcome drink and also served by him during peak morning buffet hours.

The food is amazingly good and delicious.

It has a lot of breakfast menu, a rabbits hutch, a pony stable, free gym, etc.

2) Food : A lot of various food for breakfast, the taste is delicious.

My family also likes the breakfast and afternoon tea.

we brisk walk at the jogging trail in the morning after breakfast.

Another good news is their already improved the foods, a lot of choices now, and giving the breakfast coupons to prevent unnecessary issues.

All the facilities here is nice and yeayy the breakfast is niceee.

The rooms were spacious and had ample of facilities.

Had our company Ramadhan Buffet at Cuisines Restaurant, very nice environment, food is good, have quite many choices and superb good service from one of the staff - Nabil.

Breakfast and dinner is delicious with variety of choices and cuisines.

I be waiting 10minutes at noodles counter as there unattended, there is staff at egg counter they saw us waiting

However the front counter and room service was poor.

!” Too bad, the poor foreign attendant could hardly do anything else.

The beautiful environment is entirely ruined by the poor management of the place.

however frustrated by some small issues they could be easily corrected to elevate the experience-no cushions on the sun loungers, pool service was the best kept secret, no facility/tourist info in the room, poor breakfast service, unnecessary security policy.

Room service "club sandwiches" were 1/2 toasted, cold and poor.

Ugly big towers, dirty appartment, poor quality breakfast.

The fact that she chose to directly accuse and “blacklist” me is a sign of poor employee attitude and miscommunication on the hotel’s side.

but no cushions on loungers and because they were made of wooden slats very uncomfortable to lie on, Breakfast poor and dining area not good.

The downside on the rooms are - very noisy from units above , chairs sliding / etc can be heard - the finishing in the bathrooms are very poor , the shampoos and shower gel are on the lower end .

Wonderful, serene resort tucked in wooded area with a lake and with limestone hills as backdrop.

but if you are a couple looking to relax and unwind forget it.

The ambience of the resort is very nice and peaceful.

As etched in my memory, the setting is idyllic, peaceful and hauntingly beautiful.

This hotel is suitable for family retreat.

A very restful and relaxed stay in this resort for our family of 4 in a 2+1 unit overlooking the pool for 4 nights.

I have a fantastic time at the resort, its very peaceful and i love the nature where i can breath in fresh air and the hospitality was amazing.

Overall it was a very relaxing stay and like I said earlier, the staffs were very friendly and attentive from guardhouse, check in, maintenance, and restaurant, they were all top notch.

We went there for a company retreat and had the most wonderful experience.

however service was noticably slow during check-in and meal times and the single restaurant lacked much variety for longer stays.

Again service at the restaurant was slow and I observed frustration in several other patrons when we were there.

Our checkout was rather slow as their system was down and they also missed one of our food bills.

Weather was hot so it felt like the air condition was slow to get the rooms cooled.

Very slow service and staff with no sense of urgency.

we had the best experience while staying in The Haven!

We can truly vouch that service rendered was on par if not better than those rendered by 5 star hotels that we have experience.

The hospitality for the restaurant was great.

The Haven is definitely not a 5* hotel by international standards, the experience is much closer to an AirBnB.

Overall, I like the staff smiling, greeting, well groomed, polite and willing to help.

Great eternity swimming pool next to the lake is a unique feature.

There's lots to do there, from the best outdoor nature swimming pool, pony to lil rabbits, Trex, playground for kids, walk around the lake is just wonderful.

There's a sauna too and a scenic swimming pool.

The seahorse shaped swimming pool with infinity pool was spectacular, surrounded by mother nature's beauty.

An excellent jogging tracks with big an well kept swimming pool.

Their Management have maintain the Hotel Haven, room, bathroom, lake, swimming pool and other hotel area very good.

The swimming pool is huge with the mountain views infront.

The participants were very happy as they enjoy the big swimming pool along with the amenities there.

Another problem is I found a few strands of hair in the corner of the toilet and the toilet hole is quite rusty.

We had to get tissue to remove and then clean her feet and now can not be in the room without shoes.

Terribly shocked once step into bathroom.

although clean, were also lacking some basic stuff like shower curtains and toilet paper holders.

however the hotel itself was just ok. Our room had a very stale smell to it and the bathroom was quite dirty so I wore my flip flops in the shower.

Bathroom Glass PVC Screen is worn out with stapler clips at the edges to hold it to its frame.

There are stains on the tiles & carpet & one of the glass in the toilet is dirty.

No handsoap in the bathroom? Seriously..?

Found minor hiccup in the room like shower head dislodge.

but needed the walls to be repainted and the furniture and amenities were very basic.

I forgot to take more pictures other than these pictures of the sink.

And when we had our shower, the water clogged and hey.

We booked a deluxe room.The bathroom door nob was broken.

First, the toilet seat was dirty (brown stain).

There’s no where to put toiletries in toilet because no shelf or cupboard.

Service was horrible; there was no bath towels when we checked in, the toilet flush broke down on second day & there were no hand towels on the last day.

The buffet breakfast that was included is fantastic with the choice of eating inside or outside in a great outdoor area overlooking the city and river on the 4 floor.

Breakfast was a huge spread, which had porridge, nasi lemak, pastries, dessert and so on.

We had a wonderful holiday in kinta riverfront, we went to riverview coffee house and the staff were so amazing their service were excellent,and special thanks to Mr Ricky give us a excellent service and the breakfast was delicious  we love it,a wonderful thanks to coffee House team they were make us special guests for them,I would like to give 5 star for riverview coffee house

Place very clean, neets and tidy,staffs are friendly and very delicious food value for money especially at Chinese Restaurant.

The breakfast buffet comes in a good variety.

but the carpets were filthy and its' well overdue a refurb.

but its a bit carpet smelly at floor 17th.

The smoky roasted aroma of the coffee suggests that freshly grounded coffee was used.

This turned out to be a BIG mistake as the service (or lack of) was disgusting.

The socket with the hair dryer blew and blue sparks shot out with a loud bang, all electrics tripped and the plug has black burn mark.

I could go on about the dust and the towel smell

- Smoke Machine not available during banquet for the wedding couple first march.

In front of the lift there was vomit on the floor, and until morning nobody cleaned it, It's very disgusting.

the stench and unhygenic upkeep of this so called dump hotel should be avoided at all costs.i sincerely hope the local health authorities do a spot check of this hotel

Plus, there is no floor cloth or mat for your patrons to wipe the feet from bathroom, which makes it very uncomfortable and disgusting.

The corridor/alley is dark and musty, making the stay unpleasant.

but looked like someone pee and never aim right.

She even mention that my room was free upgraded my room to a riverview which was great and that its a non-smoking which was also great cuz i dont remember making a specific request and i'm a non-smoker,,,if I'm not mistaken it's mazia,,,keep it up a girl.But the thing that upsets me was the wifi connection it was totally horrible and I end up buying a data plan.

The toilets at the back of Moon River were not clean at all and had a bad smell.

Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Stayed in superior room just for 2days 1 night, the room was spacious, clean & very comfortable for 2ad&2kids..my 10th yrs son enjoyed swimming in the pool & very convenient as they have separate pool for adult & children.will definitely repeat again in future & highly recormended for family holiday.

Hotel is easy to find..got nice swimming pool and gym also..and the person incharge "miss anne" is very helpful.

The swimming pool is a good option, a great pastime in the afternoon.

Simply love their gym and Swimming pool which can oversee the riverside.

The gym and pool open late and close early - pointless if you want to get a work out in before you go out for the day or after you get back.

he was checking in me with the face of like tak nak layan, i ask him questions like is ther gym swimming pool place to eattime ni and he ignore me dgn jawapan tak tahu, sambil itu sampai sorang guest lain seorang perempuan and he left me and went on to layan itu guest dan dia left me standing there like a patung papan and calls keep ringing makes me annoyed dan dia msk dlm tidak kular langgsung and then another guy cross by and he checked in me nama lelaki encik vijay dan beliau was really professional sambil itu saya bertanyakn dgn encik vija who is tat ray guy and rupanya dia ialah superior senior ,seriously ??

However, the room floor carpet is a bit old , and towels provided also re use too many time de.

And one of the new towels given to us later, I believe it was washed

On certain days they would pack the room, remove all the used towels and NOT replace them with new towels so I will be stuck without towels and can't get them cause I usually return back from work in the middle of the night so I ended up having to get fresh towels from my colleague that lives in another unit.

No bathmat and face/hand towel and I need to ask from reception.

1 room can only ask for 1 towel in pool area.

at least the bell service a was welcoming.after going into the room we found out there was only 2 towels when there should be 4,so we called up to reception for another two that we shouldve had,and the same lady shuts me off without listning to my explanation.after i clearly explained to her she told me the housekeeping in 5 minutes

Fourth, no floor towel on the first day, and the floor towel was not changed.

Linen needs to be replaced, towels look old and bedsheets have small holes.

Once I stepped out of from elevator, floor carpet is very dirty and carpet in bedroom is also dirty, basin is also dirty ,there is no bath mat in toilet all towels are very old.

Diffuclt to get towel since no one there.

food choice were full of mostly local food and western it the most typical food that u cam find in all malaysian house.pool was great.the only thing lacking is have to request for towels upon entering the room which was the only con in it.

but he say only can give one towel another joke !!!

The white bedsheets and towels are stained yellow.

Cons: The WORST wi-fi service I've ever experienced (mind you, I have been to over 50% of the globe so this is saying A LOT); mattress is very nearly unbearably stiff; scratchy duvet (feels like bedbugs, even); very stingy with towels (only one for the body, not even one hand-towel for the sink); no more complimentary newspapers in the morning (and yet maintains its claim of 4-starship); fridge didn't do its job; hairdryer worked abysmally.

but as for the apartment , the towel is a bit dirty.

Bed-sheet is stained & towel is not fresh and clean.

!Starbuck Coffee☕,baskin robbin🍦,jaya grocer and etc.complimentary breakfast, there will be a continental-style to local cuisine 'Nasi Lemak',Wow!you will love it.Love the menu from 'Yuk Sou Hin' room service, their Signature smoked duck with Lycée wood and Braised Veg with Mushroom & Bean curd stick were so scrumptious!

This also means there’s ample options for fodder and things to do, all while being based from Weil.

Just for info, during this pandemic  covid 19, breakfast will be serve by set.
